The human body is like a beautiful coach
The human body is a wondrous coach given by God. This physical form is a mobile house pulled by ten horses: the five senses of knowledge and the five senses of action. These indriyas must be trained and controlled by the intellect and mind. A pure mind filled with good thoughts provides the inner light of knowledge. One must search within the Self, not externally. Cherish this human birth among 8.4 million life forms. Live with clarity, peace, and non-harm, creating peace in the world. Practice yoga and good actions. Understand that desires drive activity, but do not be enslaved by them. All creatures are beautifully different. Maintain a vegetarian lifestyle to avoid causing suffering. Destiny waits patiently, but forgiveness is paramount. The soul is cared for by God and seeks a comfortable vehicle.

The heart beats only for the one Self; there is no two, only one God, one truth, one love in many forms. One must accept all spiritual paths. Spiritual growth, not economic growth, solves global problems. This is cultivated through practices like satsaṅg and the ninefold path of devotion, which includes universal fellowship, listening to divine glories, maintaining faith, and worshipping God.

A yoga teacher must embody the discipline they teach, beginning with diet. Modern food is manipulated and unhealthy, causing illness. Dairy products like milk are contaminated with chemicals; minimize their use. Cheese is tamasic and unhealthy, though paneer is better. Commercial bread contains harmful additives like chicken feather and human hair powder. This artificial food attacks our glandular systems and weakens immunity. We are slaves to taste, a mighty sense. Control it, eat less, and practice more to draw nourishment from prāṇa. Discipline is not easy, as even teachers struggle, but practical application transforms health. One disciple lost 35 kilos and reversed chronic diseases by strict dietary control.
