Technical requirements...

  • you need to have MS Windows Media Player 9 (or higher)


  • higher quality (340 Kbps) and lower quality (105 and 55 Kbps) streams will be available; which stream you will be able to watch smoothly depends primarily on your internet connection


  • you might want to explicitly select the stream to watch (if you have lower/higher connection speed, you have some traffic limitations, or you are not sure which stream you are currently watching); to do this, follow these steps: open the Performance tab of the Options dialog in Windows Media Player (through Tools/Options/Performance tab) select a Connection speed that is just above the stream quality you want to watch (for instance, select the 128 Kbps speed if you want to watch the 105 Kbps stream) if your video stream is breaking or buffering a lot, select a lower Connection speed (256 or 128 for the 105 Kbps stream and 64 for the 55 Kbps stream)
