The Pearl of Everlasting Bliss
1:35 - 1:56 (21 min)
Recorded on
Life's deepest treasure is complete and everlasting bliss, the crown of self-realization rooted in God-realization. Rare beings attain this pearl of Paramānanda. A seeker's deep prayer brought him face-to-face with his divine master, seeing the form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. He became a true disciple, devoting body, mind, and soul. He received the highest spiritual initiation, instantly attaining samādhi. His life was a permanent establishment in the highest spiritual experience under his master's guidance. As a spiritual successor, he built and established āśrams, tirelessly spreading the light. He preached non-dualism, non-violence as the highest religion, and the unity of all humanity through song and service. His devotion was Parabhakti, love without reservation, repeating the divine name for over eighteen hours daily. Such love overcomes all obstacles between us and God. He became a living testament that this realization is possible. "My eyes filled with tears, and I fell to my knees. I knew I had found the everlasting light of my life." "All humans belong to one religion, and that is humanity." Filming location: Bola Guda, India

How did creation begin?
4:50 - 5:36 (46 min)
Recorded on
The spiritual journey is about coming to the ashram for darśana and unity. We travel long distances but are not tired because we are drawn to this spiritual atmosphere to receive energy and blessings. The purpose is to meet our spiritual family and advance step by step. Yoga in daily life means maintaining our practice in heart and mind wherever we are. Yoga is not merely physical exercise; it is the unity of all life and the path to the divine. It encompasses every movement and connection, including the meeting between beings. All existence stems from Parabrahma Paramātmā, from which Bhagavān Śiva emerged through the convergence of elements—this too is yoga. Life began with creatures needing to eat, leading to jīva-jīva-bhakṣate, life consuming life. As humans seeking purification, we must choose dharma over adharma, avoiding killing. The story of Buddha illustrates non-violence; he practiced extreme care for all life and advocated a vegetarian path. We may not become like Buddha or Kṛṣṇa, but by remembering them and following our techniques, we progress toward Parabrahma. "One in all and all in one." "Yoga is not merely movements in the body... The whole part of humans and all other creatures, where there is movement, life—it doesn't matter from whom it is... everything is yoga." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

We should not have duality
9:35 - 9:46 (11 min)
Recorded on
The eternal guru lineage is the living presence of God across all ages. I returned after extensive travel. Our gatherings here varied in size according to regulations. The teachings focus on the paramparā, the eternal succession from age to age. Within this, there are two manifestations. One is the singular incarnation of God for a time. The other is the continuous manifestation of the saint, the Guru Bhagat. I do not claim special status; that is for the end of my life. There are many gurus, not just one. Every saint in every place is God-sent. We have one God, and the second God is our mother and father, through whom God brings humans. Therefore, gurus are as numerous as parents. We respect all children as our own, yet only one is our biological mother. Similarly, the soul is one but takes different forms. Other religions are good, but they lack a living God—a continuous presence. Once they had a God, but who gives to us now? We must understand this without duality. God is everywhere. "One, as God, what we call, is once in that time. But how will we do? How will they live? So, therefore, the second is called the saint." "other religions are also very good, but they have no God. Not living God. Once they have a God, and that's all." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Make a path through the forest
9:50 - 10:41 (51 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Prana is stronger than the physical body. There are always problems in daily life. Partners are together for a period of time then conflicts arise - that is similar to spiritual life. We need a clear path, a sattvic (pure) life, and have to make this path through the forest. Just reading does not help us. We should change ourself inside, otherwise, time is lost. The realisation of Atma Gyana (Self-knowledge) takes more time.
Maya can destroy everything
10:45 - 11:27 (42 min)

Greed is a primary obstacle on the spiritual path. We can do great spiritual work, but one flaw like greed can cause a complete downfall. A hardworking man saw an advertisement for a magical golden egg promising wealth. His greed overcame his discernment; he spent all his savings on it, quit his job, and isolated himself to guard it. When it never cracked, he broke it open to find only a painted, empty shell. He lost everything. In desperation, he finally turned to his Guru. We often only remember divine support in crisis, but it should be a constant remembrance. Another story tells of a man who, driven by greed, left to collect endless gold from a mythical land. He ignored his Guru's warning that it was illusion, and he died there, still collecting. Greed attaches even to renunciates, as shown by a young swami who left his Guru to reclaim and sell ancestral land. He lost the resulting wealth in accidents and bad investments, ending up destitute. The remedy is devotion and correct practice. Mantra repetition must be done with focus, purity of heart, and respect—using the proper fingers, honoring the guru bead, and maintaining cleanliness. Ultimately, with true devotion and the Guru's grace, one transcends all rules. "One of these things comes and we roll down the mountain, and boom." "He is always going to forgive you, but it is not fair to Him that we just remember Him when we are in trouble." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
You are the helper of everyone
11:35 - 12:28 (53 min)

The mantra "Oṃ Aki Rāchanā Śarīra" points to the uncreated body of Consciousness, not the physical form. This true nature is the eternal, unchanging Self that was never born and will never die. Chanting is not an invocation to something external but an affirmation of one's own reality. It dissolves identification with the temporary body-mind. The Uncreated Body is not an object to find but the very Subject, the I AM, and the knowing space in which all experience appears. It is the substratum of all states. Let the mantra's vibration resonate as a direct pointer to this truth. Chant with devotion and inquiry as a bridge from the illusion of being a person to the reality of pure Presence. "Oṃ, the Uncreated Body." "It is the very Subject, the I AM, the Knower of all experiences." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

A Guru gives everything that we need
15:50 - 16:51 (61 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. The story of Krishna and Vidura's wife. Explanation and sing of bhajan Prabhu Prema Bina Nahi Ave. Strilky Ashram is a heaven on earth. We should know what Guru really means. Our biggest problems are our ego and jealousy. The real Guru mantra can liberate our minds. Our yoga name helps us to go towards our aims. We have to do seva (selfless service) in order to get the blessing. Miracles can happen to each of us. Karma is happening to every country. Yoga has become an industry in the world. There are some institutes which want to control yoga and ayurveda also. It should create a universal benchmark for yoga and ayurveda. In Britain, many people can legally use yoga and ayurveda as medicine. Bhajan explanation and singing Prabhu Mere Avaguna Chita Na Caro.
The Practice and Power of Trāṭaka
17:00 - 17:52 (52 min)
Recorded on
Trāṭaka is the practice of gazing on a single point to develop concentration and purify the mind. The best object is a pure ghee flame, though a candle flame, a black dot, a leaf tip, or a sacred image are also suitable. Never practice on one's own reflection, as it may cause psychic disturbances. Gazing on the sun or moon is possible with strict caution. This practice clears the inner instrument, removes fear and anxiety, and leads to meditation. With disciplined daily practice over twelve years without a single break, one may attain a siddhi—a pure and merciful gaze that attracts others. However, internal negativity can prevent this attainment even after decades. The practice awakens creative and expressive powers, as the goddess Sarasvatī is invoked in the throat and heart centers, enabling eloquent speech, poetry, and art. It illuminates the inner space, calms mental fluctuations, and can facilitate the awakening of Kuṇḍalinī. Trāṭaka improves eyesight and empowers speech, making words balanced and meaningful. Harsh words cause lasting wounds, while compassionate speech heals. The practice requires guidance from an experienced teacher and the use of a personal Guru Mantra to avoid mental problems and gain its full benefits. One must sit perfectly still in a straight posture, with the flame at heart level and a specific distance. The technique involves alternating between brief external gazing on the flame's brightest tip and longer internal gazing with eyes closed, repeating the mantra and observing the inner light without attachment. "Gazing on that object means to develop concentration, purify the mind, get rid of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty, and clear the Antaḥkaraṇa." "One who practices Trāṭaka becomes a very good speaker and awakens Sarasvatī in the Hṛdaya Kamala, in the heart." Filming location: Australia

All creatures feel the same feelings as humans. Don't be the cause of pain to any creature. Animals can make mistakes but we are human. The first god is the mother. Where there is water, there is God. Respect the vegetation and the rain. First happiness is good health. Saints are here for the sake of all creatures - but you will liberate yourself.

21:35 - 22:48 (73 min)
Recorded on
A mother's spiritual instruction and the peril of ego illustrate the path. A king indulging in pleasure is urged by his mother to renounce the world and seek truth. He immediately becomes a monk. His guru sends him to beg in his former kingdom, teaching humility. His mother then offers three cryptic advices: live in a protected palace, sleep on a comfortable bed, and eat royal food. She explains these mean living in an ashram under the guru's protection, finding comfort in exhaustion from sincere practice, and accepting alms as divine prasad. Separately, a muni performing severe austerity develops ego, believing trees and even the god of desire fear him. He is tempted by a maiden who secretly brings him sweet food, leading to attachment. He abandons his practice to pursue her, only to discover she is the god of desire in disguise, demonstrating how ego destroys spiritual progress. "Offer it to your guru, and then accept that prasāda from him, whatever remains, and that is the beautiful royal food for you." "I told you, if you have any type of this kāma, krodha, mada, lobha, ahaṅkāra in your sādhanā, I make those munis horses and dance on their backs." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
