The real marriage
0:05 - 0:58 (53 min)
Recorded on
The essence of devotion is seeing God in all things, transcending material focus for pure spiritual truth. The divine principle, Deva, represents supreme purity and humility, the essence of all gurus and gods. Many seek God through external names and rituals, but true spirituality is found in the heart, in love, peace, and harmony. Life consumes life, often without awareness, while humanity walks two paths: one focused solely on the Name of God, and another justifying worldly actions. Traditional marriage ceremonies symbolize union and duty, with the husband leading to provide and protect. Modern marriages often lack this enduring commitment, contrasting with past unions built on shared sacrifice and understanding, as shown in the story of the bread. The ultimate guidance is the guru's darśana—the sight of God—which is the true wealth, not money, but the joy of spiritual connection. "People sing that Jesus said, God said... but the point is not gold, but the heart, pure spiritual spirituality." "Darśana means we see each other. We see each other also, not only humans—animals, trees, everything." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

A session of mantra chanting and practice for spiritual cleansing. The practice begins with a powerful mantra chanted 108 times. The core learning method involves repetition, starting slowly, then increasing speed, and returning to a slow pace for integration. This technique applies to complex texts like the Sannyāsa verses. The tempo for ritual recitation, such as during an abhiṣeka, is often fast for practical reasons, though personal practice allows for individual pacing. Modern tools like phones can aid in reading texts. The session includes reviewing previous mantras and chanting various hymns and salutations to divine principles and teachers. The process emphasizes internalization through rhythmic repetition. "Na Karmaṇā Na Prajāyā Dhanena Tyāgenaike Amṛtatvamānaśuḥ." "Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurur Devo Maheśvaraḥ. Guru Sākṣāt Parabrahma, Tasmai Śrī Gurave Namaḥ." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The dance between spiritual discipline and inner freedom is like a musician mastering a raga. An instrument delivers its own message when the musician supplies the breath and respects the rules while allowing inner expression. Our human life also has essential rules, requiring continual remembrance. I recall Raga Kiravani, which embodies this balance and evokes the Sufi tradition's beautiful discipline of continual prayer. A shared moment in an airport prayer room revealed the profound presence of devotion, transcending religion. Yet we often scrutinize spiritual discipline while freely indulging worldly habits. The Sufi whirling dance mirrors this: one hand points to the divine, the other to earth, a balance often lost in our spiritual hurry. We forget our human duty to serve, which is paramount. True practice is to become a better instrument of divine love for all. "Every instrument is just something like a human being... and the musician is only supplying the prāṇa so that the instrument can deliver what it needs to deliver." "Try to sit there for others. Try to do it so that I become a better instrument of divine love to serve all beings." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Karma yoga is the best
6:05 - 6:29 (24 min)
Recorded on
Karma Yoga is the path of disciplined action. Work is the essential purpose of life, using the body, mind, and knowledge. Even divine figures undertake hard work. Therefore, everyone must work independently and continuously until life's end. Laziness leads to being lost. Daily spiritual and physical practice is non-negotiable work on the self. All activity, from routine tasks to spiritual exercises, constitutes meaningful karma that leads to success. Life itself is sustained by constant work, including the body's unseen processes. We must be actively engaged in all aspects of living. "Yogaha karmasu kauśalam. Those who work as karma yogīs will be successful." "If we do not work, we are lost." The divine name is the means to cross the ocean of worldly existence. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī is the incarnation for all beings. By contemplating His name with grace, one cuts down desire, anger, and greed. The world's illusion remains far away through the Guru's grace. His name is the boat for crossing; the Satguru's grace is that boat. One who receives this grace finds their passage. At the time of dissolution, the Guru's light will manifest within the heart. By always holding His enchanting form in mind, one need not fear the net of illusion. The name itself provides absorption in divine feeling and ensures safe crossing. "For the beings of the world—the jīvas and jinn—His name itself is the boat to cross the ocean of existence." "By the grace of always contemplating Him, desire and anger... For the jīvas and jinn, by His name, one is always immersed in divine feeling." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Meditate, O mind, to dispel ill-intentions and remember the Guru's words. Through meditation, one gains wisdom and progresses toward becoming a yogi. It is the means to fulfill duties and make life fruitful. True renunciation arises from seeking detachment while still within worldly bondage. In all actions, remember the Lord. "Through meditation, you will become wise. Through meditation, you will become a yogī." "One who searches for detachment while in bondage becomes a renunciant." Without Gurudev the whole world cries
7:25 - 7:41 (16 min)
Recorded on
The devotee's heart longs solely for the Satguru. Wandering the world finds no friend like the Guru; without that presence, there is weeping and no rest. Attachments obscure the path, preventing peace. Hearing the divine name awakens the seeker. The Guru's eternal kindness bestows the refuge of the lotus feet. This translation is merely an interpretation, not definitive. The essence is praise for the Guru's arrival, which brings joy, dispels illusion, and cuts the bonds of endless sorrow. "Without that fragrance, the whole world weeps, and I can find no sleep; I can find no rest, day or night." "Satguru āye, mera mana harṣāye. Dhanyabhāga mere Satguru āye." Devotion is the direct expression of the heart's longing for the divine. The song is an offering, a plea for refuge in the guru, who is the true shelter. Through repetitive chanting and praise, the individual consciousness seeks to dissolve. The devotee acknowledges personal incapacity for rigorous practice, surrendering entirely to grace. Worldly attachments and the snares of illusion are recognized as binding. The sole request is for the guru's compassionate hand to provide crossing. Liberation is described as the burning away of latent impressions and the cessation of identification with elemental principles. The act of singing itself becomes the transformative path. "O Swāmījī, you live within, you live in my heart." "Japa tapa na hove mujhase, yahī Prabhu ārajāhe." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

A gentle yoga practice integrates postures, breath, and focused awareness to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Begin by relaxing in a comfortable position, observing the natural breath. Practice postures like Pavanamuktāsana and Vyāghrāsana with smooth, controlled movements and coordinated breathing. Maintain awareness of alignment, such as keeping the pelvis level. Vīrāsana is highlighted for its benefits to the feet and mental state, despite potential discomfort from inflexibility. The practice emphasizes eliminating unnecessary movements to settle mental restlessness. Postures like Skandharāsana and Viparītakaraṇī Mudrā are detailed for their physical and energetic effects, including strengthening muscles and balancing prāṇa. Always breathe consciously and maintain control, concluding with relaxation and observation of the body and mind. "When we have many vṛttis... you are restless inside. That is why we practice āsanas: to ensure we do not have extra movements. By eliminating extra movements, we calm our mind." "Viparītakaraṇī Mudrā is excellent for your circulation... It influences your Bindu cakra. You will regenerate energy very quickly." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yoga in Daily Life Workshop in Villach on 13th of June

A peaceful night and the daily routine are opportunities for spiritual awareness and unity with the divine. Deep sleep is a state of unity beyond all worldly identities. Before sleep, offer the day's actions to God, seeking forgiveness and protection. Upon awakening, express gratitude for this protection during the state of ignorance. Greet the earth with awareness of its burden. Recognize water as the sacred element of life. The daily shower is an imitation of the sacred ablution, connecting us to nature. All elements are manifestations of the divine through which God works. Nourishment is a gift from the divine Mother. One should offer food to God before eating, transforming it into sacred sustenance. The kitchen is your pharmacy; true health comes from fresh, whole foods prepared with love and discipline. Grind spices freshly to preserve their life force and aroma. This practice supports physical health and emotional calm. Conduct, contemplation, and positive thinking are essential. Humbleness and focusing on the essential lead to realization. How one speaks and behaves towards others is fundamental; politeness opens hearts. Live simply and be content. "In deep sleep, you know nothing of being a millionaire or a beggar. In deep sleep, you know nothing of whether you are sick or healthy." "Your kitchen is your pharmacy. Ayurveda is in your hand. What you buy and how you cook, with love and organic whole foods and herbs, all fresh—that is Ayurveda." Filming location: Austria

Yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness, a blessing for human well-being to protect all creatures. The practice aims to bring mind and body to silence and balance to hear inner knowledge. Spiritual progress requires gentle, loving self-approach, not force, and perseverance during difficult times. The goal is to purify the individual soul of karma through thought, word, and deed, leading it to merge with the universal Ātmā, which is indestructible and present in all. "The whole practice is to come to that point of silence without changing it before it gets into your conscious." "Karma will leave no one free. Karma will come back." Gurudev sees our past and future
19:30 - 20:46 (76 min)
Recorded on
The guru's grace can alter destiny and guide one beyond astrological predictions. Jyotishvidya provides a map of karmic tendencies, yet the guru's law is supreme. A story illustrates this: a seer wrote a miserable destiny for two princes. Their guru later instructed them to act against that written fate, demanding a golden deer and selling horses daily. By refusing ordinary outcomes, they compelled destiny to yield prosperity, eventually restoring their royal status. This demonstrates that the guru's instruction can rewrite life's script. Personal experience confirms that insisting against the guru's protective advice leads one into preordained suffering, while surrender brings peace. Relinquishing personal will allows the guru to orchestrate life, reducing karmic burdens. Complete surrender is true renunciation, not a loss but a natural turning toward divine joy, leaving suffering behind. The highest, permanent Ananda is found not in worldly or communal pleasure, but in this self-surrender. "Honī koṭā sakyevo guru"—what is supposed to happen, the guru can make it go away. "With Gurudev’s blessings, with Gurudev’s kṛpā, it doesn’t matter what you have in your destiny." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be happy be good
20:50 - 21:35 (45 min)
Recorded on
A week of spiritual gathering concludes with guidance for integrating the teachings. The knowledge received must move from intellectual understanding into deep consciousness through personal practice and time. Learning is a continuous process from student to mastery, not a declaration of perfection. The diverse practices shared are designed to engage the heart and mind so the essence remains. True meditation is an inward journey through grace, not an external focus. Do not fear negativity or darkness, which is merely the absence of light within. Cultivate light through happiness, peace, and harmony. Honor your relationships, beginning with parents, and extend kindness outward. The practice is holistic, integrating humility and awareness from head to toe in daily life. "Now you have learned, but you still have not put it very deep in consciousness." "Afraid is darkness. So don't worry about anything." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Gurudeva hi Kevalam
23:45 - 0:40 (55 min)
Recorded on
The mind creates complex knots that only the Guru's grace can easily untie. Human nature is drawn to negativity and overthinking, which tightens our mental knots of sadness and confusion. These difficulties come and go. We often remember the Guru only when troubled, yet constant remembrance is needed. The Guru assigns karma yoga to quiet the restless mind and remove inner obstacles. Attempting to solve our own problems often worsens them. True solution comes from surrendering the knot to the Guru, who finds the simple loop to release it. Faith in the Guru's guidance transforms seemingly complicated situations. "A coin has two sides. We might see one side and not see the other side." "In the same way, our sadness or the thoughts, the negative thoughts in our mind, are a simple knot. But our mind tries to untangle it, to overthink it, and just makes the situation even worse."
