The state beyond the three guṇas is inexpressible; it can only be pointed to as 'not this, not that.' The eternal truth is Brahman; the world is a temporary illusion. Two forces, divine and demonic, perpetually struggle. Humans forget natural law, sleeping when they should awaken, becoming victims of dark qualities. Time is a human construct over vast cosmic cycles. Primordial consciousness, Swayambhū Śiva, self-manifested. From this, sound and divine light arise, beginning creation. Śiva ordains Vishnu as sustainer and Brahma as creator. Avatars appear: the rare Nimitta and the perpetual Nitya, who are the saints. Nārada, the divine messenger, questioned Vishnu about the saints on earth. Vishnu revealed they are his very Self, with no distinction between God and the saint. Lakshmī declared herself the servant of saints, stating that prosperity follows wherever they walk. To settle a debate on devotion, Vishnu and Lakshmī tested a wealthy man. Greed for Lakshmī's discarded gold caused him to disrespect the saintly form of Vishnu, proving attachment to wealth over God. The orange robe signifies the purifying fire of dawn and spiritual awakening. Perform life's sacraments to cultivate sweetness and attain liberation. The day of the saints' meeting is recorded. A sage would only attend Yudhiṣṭhira's sacrifice if one hundred yajñas were performed. Draupadī declared that going to meet a saint is equal to countless yajñas. The sage then agreed to come. Life has two banks: virtue and sin. One must flow like a river in devotion beyond all problems to reach the destination. The jīva is Śiva; satsaṅg merges them. Even celestial beings yearn for human birth to attain a saint. Mere eating and drinking makes one no different from animals. Therefore, perform sādhanā, chant God's name, and attend satsaṅg. Satsaṅg is the ship to cross the ocean of existence. They also have their struggles with each other. Our like is like a thorny bush with sweet fruits in it. What do we choose the ice cream or the stick? Bhajan singing.

Yoga is unity, the realization of oneness. The practice harmonizes body, mind, and soul, but its true aim is the individual soul merging with the universal soul. We exist as separate individuals due to ignorance, fluttering through lifetimes. Reality is what is unchanging—the Ātmā, the supreme truth. The changing body and world are not this ultimate reality. A yogī is one who removes the duality between the individual and universal soul, achieving union. This is self-realization. Human life is a chance for this merger. Our duty, our human dharma, is to realize this oneness through spiritual practice, serving others with mercy, and seeing the divine light in all creatures. Do not divide by race or religion. Those who surrender at the holy feet are like those seeds; they are not ground but come to the highest. The sound within, like the ocean's resonance, is Nādarūpa Parabrahma. This vibration is in the whole universe and within all. Do not sit passively like a dead body; respond and awaken to this sound. Partners are together for a period of time then conflicts arise - that is similar to spiritual life. We need a clear path, a sattvic (pure) life, and have to make this path through the forest. Just reading does not help us. We should change ourself inside, otherwise, time is lost. The realisation of Atma Gyana (Self-knowledge) takes more time.

The knowledge received must move from intellectual understanding into deep consciousness through personal practice and time. The Sufi whirling dance mirrors this: one hand points to the divine, the other to earth, a balance often lost in our spiritual hurry. We forget our human duty to serve, which is paramount. True practice is to become a better instrument of divine love for all.
