Each persons body is like the temple of God
1:00 - 1:55 (55 min)
Recorded on
The divine atmosphere is realized through Guru Bhakti. This gathering evokes the sensation of a divine realm on earth, akin to descriptions of Brahmaloka. The lineage's bhajans and teachings illuminate this perception. The physical location is sanctified, with every individual considered a temple of God through daily spiritual practice. The Yoga in Daily Life system is a comprehensive science for global welfare, designed to develop divine consciousness and harmony. Each letter of its name holds a profound meaning related to life's goal. The path requires a true Satguru, as exemplified by Śaṅkarācārya, who despite his knowledge sought a guru's guidance. The guru is the essential boat to cross the ocean of worldly existence. A guru's presence alone transmits blessing and energy, resolving all obstacles through devotion. "With Guru Bhakti, all obstacles in our lives go away, because that’s the highest Bhakti." "The guru is the boat which helps us cross from this side of the ocean to the other side." Yoga, Faith, and Integration: A Personal Journey and Panel Discussion
2:00 - 3:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a faith-based system for wellness and healing, integrating consciousness with the body. A personal testimony describes overcoming a cancer diagnosis by refusing conventional treatment and rewriting one's mental blueprint. The individual believed revised thoughts would communicate with cells and DNA to halt disease progression, attributing survival solely to yoga practiced with faith and discipline. This illustrates yoga's potential beyond physical postures, focusing on divine energy and consciousness. Panelists discuss integrating traditional Āyush systems like Homeopathy, Āyurveda, and Siddha with yoga and modern medicine. Homeopathy treats the whole person mind-body-intellect economically. Āyurveda and yoga share principles of removing prāṇic blockages through detoxification and lifestyle. Siddha medicine inherently includes yoga and varma therapy. All emphasize a holistic, health-centric approach over a disease-centric model, addressing root causes like stress and suppressed urges. The World Health Organization supports developing evidence-based yoga modules for non-communicable diseases and exploring integrative service delivery. The spiritual core of yoga is to raise human consciousness, with health benefits being natural side effects. "If you allow God’s energy to run into your system by removing the ignorance that blocks it, God will provide the miracles." "Yoga and Āyurveda are like the two faces of the same coin. If we can integrate both concepts, probably we can render wonderful results." Filming location: Delhi, India
A Prayer for the Immortal Soul
3:10 - 3:52 (42 min)
Recorded on
Destiny is a mysterious and inescapable force. Humans cannot know the past or future, for such knowledge would bring unbearable tension. What unfolds is a play of fate, created individually yet often unavoidable. The story of Oedipus illustrates how one may try to flee destiny only to fulfill it. All must face the end of the body; death is inevitable. Yet through spiritual practice, one can transcend fear and attachment. When consciousness widens, past and future become clear, and one may realize the supreme Self beyond all suffering. Even the enlightened must relinquish the body, but a self-realized being digests time itself. We pray for the departed soul to dissolve into the cosmic light. "Humans are very intelligent and intellectual beings, but God has not given them this one ability: to know the past and to know the future." "Finally, the car will be the winner. It means death." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Yoga is harmonizing energy
6:00 - 6:27 (27 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of harmonizing body, mind, and soul through following an authentic Master to navigate the cave of worldly life. Svayambhū Śiva, self-manifested, initiates creation. The five elements are His body. Endless space is the mother, and consciousness within it is the father. Between them is Śakti, the balancing energy; this triad and its harmonizing principle is yoga. Our soul enters this world, a cave with 8.4 million paths. One must exit the same way one entered, requiring a guide—the Master. Do not declare yourself a master; it requires lifelong humility and learning. Authentic yoga comes from scriptures inspired by Śiva. Short teacher trainings are insufficient and dangerous, like giving a child surgical tools. Proper study requires a minimum of five years. Theory is nothing compared to practice, but physical guidance and blessing are essential. Everything positive and harmonizing is yoga. Follow your Master correctly to find the path out. "From where you enter, from there you go out." "‘Authentic’ means all the scriptures written by those great saints who received inspiration in their meditation from Śiva Himself." The divine name is the means to cross the ocean of worldly existence. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī is the incarnation for all beings. By contemplating His name with grace, one cuts down desire, anger, and greed. The world's illusion remains far away through the Guru's grace. His name is the boat for crossing; the Satguru's grace is that boat. One who receives this grace finds their passage. At the time of dissolution, the Guru's light will manifest within the heart. By always holding His enchanting form in mind, one need not fear the net of illusion. The name itself provides absorption in divine feeling and ensures safe crossing. "For the beings of the world—the jīvas and jinn—His name itself is the boat to cross the ocean of existence." "By the grace of always contemplating Him, desire and anger... For the jīvas and jinn, by His name, one is always immersed in divine feeling." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

The devotee's heart longs solely for the Satguru. Wandering the world finds no friend like the Guru; without that presence, there is weeping and no rest. Attachments obscure the path, preventing peace. Hearing the divine name awakens the seeker. The Guru's eternal kindness bestows the refuge of the lotus feet. This translation is merely an interpretation, not definitive. The essence is praise for the Guru's arrival, which brings joy, dispels illusion, and cuts the bonds of endless sorrow. "Without that fragrance, the whole world weeps, and I can find no sleep; I can find no rest, day or night." "Satguru āye, mera mana harṣāye. Dhanyabhāga mere Satguru āye." How to practice The System Yoga in Daily Life
9:55 - 11:04 (69 min)
Recorded on
Systematic practice is essential, not random exercise. Follow the book's clear structure for posture, breath, and duration. Human life involves many duties, unlike animals, but balance is key. We gather to learn, not merely to enjoy temporary comfort. Early yoga classes lacked system, causing confusion for new and advanced students alike. Therefore, a structured system from primary to university level was created. The practice is named to signify its daily application, not to claim exclusivity. The same postures exist everywhere, but the approach here is methodical and non-commercial, focused on health and universal fellowship. Practitioners worldwide connect through this shared path. Core knowledge comes from three essential books: the holy scripture, the yoga manual, and the text on hidden powers. Daily reading is vital. Practice must be consistent; avoid excuses. Even a short daily routine is crucial. The community is built on helping one another and progressing together. "Follow our yoga book. It contains many postures, and while we may incorporate different ones in between, our practice should stay on that path." "Practice, practice, practice as you can, but avoid laziness." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be alert and purify yourself
11:10 - 12:18 (68 min)
Recorded on
The fundamental reality is oneness, a single divine consciousness from which all arises. Every day is divine, yet human minds create separation where none exists. All creation emanates from one source, like countless drops from a single ocean. The individual soul and the supreme soul are not two. The purpose of human life is to awaken from unconsciousness to this truth. One must purify the body and mind through awareness, meditation, and selfless action. All material possessions are left behind; only the consequences of one's deeds accompany the soul. Therefore, cultivate constant awareness. "One into the one, so the whole space is one, and we are also only one." "All this will remain here. You can’t even touch. The body will not go together; anything from the body will go." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We should colour our heart as clean as the sky
12:25 - 13:26 (61 min)
Recorded on
Our origin is a subtle essence from the divine source, and our nature is to merge with the infinite sky of consciousness. We are a minute part of the whole sky, the first element. Our true nature is that vast, spotless sky, yet we do not know how we took form from the five elements. We must become one with this sky, without any blemish. Our earthly life is temporary; we come from the universe and return like a fleeting fly. Our karma pulls us down, yet we strive to rise. Through layers of being—waking, dreaming, and deep sleep—we navigate our karmic impressions. The key to self-knowledge and liberation is found through authentic spiritual guidance and practice within a genuine lineage. Ultimately, we must realize our true nature as that pure, boundless consciousness. "Who am I? From where am I? But still, we know. We don’t know, but we know." "We have to become one with this sky. There should not be any spot." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The way to the Light
15:50 - 16:54 (64 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the company of truth that leads to spiritual development. Truth is the unchanging reality, Brahman, while the changing world is temporary. The soul descends through various births, bound by past karma, to experience life on Earth. Humans possess intellect and freedom of choice, making them responsible for creating new karma. The soul is a mixture of the individual consciousness and the universal Self. Through human life, one can purify karma and realize the true Self. Education and company from childhood shape one's mentality and path. Good society, or satsaṅg, inspires positive development, while bad society, or kusaṅga, leads to distraction and suffering. Temptations like addiction appear attractive but ultimately ensnare. True friendship is a partnership walking the path of truth. One should seek the company that elevates consciousness and makes good resolutions. "Sat means truth, and that truth is what we call brahma satya, jagat mithyā." "Humans have a different law... that is called intellect, which has the capacity of saṅkalpa and vikalpa." Filming location: Moravske Toplice, Slovenia
The Purifying Path of Haṭha Yoga: An Introduction to Ṣaṭkarma
17:00 - 17:47 (47 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga's essence is the six purification techniques, or Ṣaṭkarma, for cleansing the body and balancing energy. Our polluted modern environment necessitates these natural cleansings using water, salt, and air. These practices purify the physical system and uniquely influence the vegetative nervous system, which is typically beyond our control. The goal is to balance the Iḍā and Piṅgalā energy channels, allowing the central Suṣumnā to flow. This mastery brings many benefits, fostering willpower and overcoming inertia. Regular purification, especially during seasonal changes, removes metabolic waste that causes illness and stagnation, keeping energy flowing. Specific techniques like Netī cleanse the nasal passages, while Agni Sāra and Naulī stoke the digestive fire. These are potent tools that require proper guidance from an experienced teacher regarding the correct method and timing. "Haṭha Yoga is not only that we clean and purify our whole system, our whole body, but it also has a great, very great effect on our nervous system, especially the vegetative nervous system." "When they are balanced, then the third one, the Suṣumnā Nāḍī, will start to flow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Blessing of Bhagwan Sri Deep Mahaprabhuji is everywhere
17:55 - 18:45 (50 min)
Recorded on
The divine presence transcends physical form. The physical, saguṇa form is limited, while the nirguṇa form is limitless and accessible to all through the name and remembrance. When a great being merges with Brahman, their physical presence ends, but their divine essence remains. This essence is within everyone, but realizing it requires purification of the inner consciousness. Our tradition carries this blessing. The Guru's guidance is essential; rejecting it leads one astray. Personal experiences of this grace are profound but often indescribable. The disciple must be receptive to the master's shaping, like a sculptor with stone. Practice humility, follow the Guru's word, and reduce negative tendencies to progress. The divine presence is a constant support and multiplier of grace for the sincere devotee. "Greater than God Rāma is His name, which is even greater." "To be near him is like when it is very cold and we sit near a fire. The fire doesn't talk to us... but that warmth automatically comes to everyone." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Mala leads us to the Cosmic Self
18:50 - 19:34 (44 min)
Recorded on
The Mālā symbolizes the universal cycle binding all existence. Each bead contains immense cosmic power, representing all beings. The thread is the cycle of ages and elements, connecting every creature. Breaking this thread scatters the seeds, losing unity. All beings, from humans to mosquitoes, possess the same dormant divine fire within. This inner power is equal, whether in an ant or an elephant. The physical mala reflects this cosmic principle within the body, like breath and heartbeat. True practice aligns with this universal cycle, not mere counting. "Each bead of the mala is immense with powers from the cosmic Self." "Whether a little tiny fire or a big fire, it is the same." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Merging into light
19:40 - 20:30 (50 min)
Recorded on
Every day is a new birth, a glorious occasion for devotion. We mark an anniversary of a great saint's Mahāsamādhi. Sadness arises from attachment to form, not from the immortal Ātmā. All creation reveals divine beauty; negativity originates within our own judgment. Objects touched by a holy personality hold value through that connection, not through material worth. Rituals aligned with natural cycles, like moon phases, support spiritual and physical well-being. Modern life often forgets this harmony. Great saints are immortal; their presence remains accessible through pure love and remembrance. The physical heart may feel longing, yet wisdom understands their eternal nearness. "Anything that is your Gurudeva’s, keep it. Because one day will come when he or she is not here." "O God Beautiful... In the forest, in the mountains, in the meadows and the deserts... everything is beautiful." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The power of sound and words
20:35 - 21:37 (62 min)
Recorded on
Words possess immense power, shaping reality and carrying consequences across time. Ancient knowledge reveals sound as a fundamental force. A spoken word can pierce the heart like an unhealable arrow, destroying relationships and sparking great conflicts, as illustrated in ancient epics. Once released, a word cannot be recalled, just as a fired bullet cannot return. This power extends beyond human interaction; even animals are said to remember the resonance of harm. The science of sound is mirrored within the human body through its energy centers and nerves. Each chakra resonates with specific seed sounds, beginning with 'A' from the navel. Practicing these resonant sounds, such as through controlled breath, is presented as a therapeutic tool for healing and balancing the body's energies, connecting the inner gaze of ancient practice with outer observations. "One harsh word can pierce someone's heart and destroy everything." "Measure what you speak, what you promise, what you feel. Do not change." Filming location: Ljubljana, Slovenia
You are free to choose good or bad
21:45 - 22:29 (44 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Linz, Austria. An instrument is a simple construction, but it can give very beautiful sounds. Our body is also like an instrument. We are free to do good or bad things. From our childhood we can develop in good or bad direction also. The story of a tiger baby who mixed among the sheeps. Everybody should know why we shouldn't to eat meat. Bhajan singing.
Sab Kuch Deve Data
22:35 - 23:37 (62 min)
Recorded on
Mahāsamādhi is a victory, not a departure. For the self-realized, leaving the body is a joyous return to cosmic light. For devotees, it initially feels like loss. Yet in satsaṅg, we cleanse ourselves and draw nearer to that state. The greatest tragedy is to die without self-realization. Saints are omnipresent, residing in the hearts of devotees. They endure great battles to bring eternal truth. After self-realization, the spiritual journey truly begins, requiring humility beyond initial awakening. "Everyone has a birthday—even animals have a birthday—but only a self-realized person has a Mahāsamādhi." "Tell me where I am not."
