The path of faith is proven through direct experience and sustained by satsaṅg. A master provides simple initial practices, like a mantra. This must be done with heart and soul to feel the connection and blessing. The first step of sincere practice opens the soul to the master's consciousness. Faith in the master's guidance is essential. External circumstances are not a measure of spiritual merit, as illustrated by a parable. Two neighbors received their wages; one spent his on worldly enjoyment in kusaṅg and found a gold coin. The other attended satsaṅg but broke his leg. A sage explained the one in kusaṅg was destined for a vast treasure but received only one coin due to his company. The one in satsaṅg was destined to be killed, but his karma was mitigated to a broken leg. Never compare fortunes or judge the path by temporary outcomes. Satsaṅg opens the heart center and unites the soul with the highest consciousness. The quickest way to God is through bhakti, devotion, growing with the innocence of a child. Unconditional love for the master automatically extends to all creation. When acting for the master, close your eyes and trust he is with you. "When you say the mantra with heart and soul, you feel the love and blessing of the Master." "Never look at what others have or do not have. Never compare." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We should believe in God
0:40 - 1:54 (74 min)
Recorded on
The human journey is a rare opportunity to realize oneness. Among countless life forms, the human birth is the most developed. This development offers the singular chance to merge with the supreme reality. Many habits, like excessive eating or using tobacco, create disease and suffering, obscuring this purpose. Health is foundational; without it, nothing is possible. Difficulties are not punishments but divine means to foster remembrance and surrender. Through trials, the soul is refined and drawn closer to liberation. All names and forms point to one essence, like different words for the same sweetness. "When you are very happy... you forget God. When we have problems, then we remember." "Give troubles to all devotees of God... When trouble comes that we remember." Filming location: Alexandria, USA
Welcoming Address and Valedictory Session on Yoga for Wellness
2:00 - 3:08 (68 min)
Recorded on
Yoga for wellness is the subject, moving from practice to integration for national health. Yoga has gained global acceptance, increasing India's responsibility. The conference aims to establish policy parameters. Yoga is about holistic wellness, not merely cure. Two key features emerged: the need for integration between traditional and modern medicine, and the need for scientific evidence on yoga's impact on specific diseases. Integration must move beyond co-location to active cross-referrals. The ultimate aim is to use yoga to reduce the number of patients. Generating robust scientific evidence is crucial for global acceptability. The presence of both traditional and modern practitioners signifies the desired integration. "Yoga is not just about a cure. It is about health, overall well-being, and wellness." "We need to generate scientific evidence about the value of yoga if we want true acceptability." Filming location: Delhi, India
The Serpent's Blessing: A Story of Kuṇḍalinī
3:15 - 4:10 (55 min)
Recorded on
The path of Kuṇḍalinī is systematic, like climbing a building step by step. Each person possesses a vast inner kingdom with levels to traverse. Awakening this energy is not simple. Many seek it out of curiosity, but without true mastery it becomes a dangerous business. A story tells of a man who learned to charm a cobra, calling it Kuṇḍalinī awakening, and displayed it for money. This is not real mastery. A monkey stole the basket, releasing the serpent, which then overpowered the thief. When Kuṇḍalinī truly awakens without proper guidance, no one can save you. Another story tells of a man under a wish-fulfilling tree who received everything he desired, including his fears. Do not greedily chase such powers. Do not force techniques from books. Relax, meditate, and live properly. The energy will come naturally. "Kuṇḍalinī is awakening—it is not easy, what people are saying." "Do not run behind such things." The love of animals
5:20 - 6:24 (64 min)
Recorded on
The power of mantra brings peace, transcending any specific language. All chants carry the same harmony. Holy rivers, seen as mothers, flow from their sources to the vast ocean, purifying the land. This earth is sustained by these waters. Humans possess a unique consciousness, aware of concepts like merit and sin, which animals do not hold. Animals express pure love and live without such moral constructs. Their simple affection contrasts with human complexity. We must protect all creatures, like bees and birds, as their loss disrupts nature's balance. True spiritual practice involves cultivating inner happiness that extends to others, while recognizing that inner problems, like addiction, can be destructive. The journey involves understanding the body and the energy within. "One says 'Om' and another says 'Arihom,' but it is all the same." "Animals do not have this kind of thought, that I will be a puppy or follow dharma. Animals do not know that. But they have love." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Hymns of Adoration and the Nirvāṇa Ṣaṭkam
6:30 - 6:53 (23 min)
Recorded on
The true Self is pure consciousness and bliss, beyond all attributes and dualities. It is not the body, the senses, the mind, or the elements. It is without hatred or attachment, virtue or vice, pleasure or pain. It is not the doer, the enjoyer, or any object of experience. This Self is Shiva, the eternal, all-pervading reality. Devotion to the sacred form, the Linga, is praised as a means to destroy all sorrows and sins, leading one to Shiva's abode. These hymns point to the formless truth while honoring the forms that guide the mind toward it. "I am not the mind, intellect, ego, or consciousness; nor the ears, tongue, nose, or eyes. I am not space, earth, fire, or air. I am the form of consciousness and bliss. I am Shiva." "To the Linga worshipped by Brahma and the gods, the destroyer of the sufferings of birth, the always auspicious one, to that Linga of Sadashiva, I bow down." True refuge is found only in the divine name and the realized teacher. Seeking refuge in worldly attachments leads to suffering and delusion. The divine name is the ultimate sanctuary, the true crossing from darkness to light. All other shelters are temporary and false. The teacher, as the embodiment of grace, is the boatman who facilitates this crossing. To take refuge is to surrender completely, abandoning all other supports. This surrender alone brings liberation from the ocean of worldly existence. The name and the teacher are the singular, eternal refuge. "O Guru Sukhadhāmasvāmī, [you are] the cause of happiness for the entire world, the liberation from attachment." "Refuge is yours. Sri Kanata, refuge is yours. Sri Cintāmita, refuge in the body is yours." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

A devotee expresses a profound longing for spiritual liberation and the Guru's grace. The plea is to become the dust at the Guru's feet, seeking awakening through a sacred mantra. The request is for all karmic bonds to be severed. The heart yearns for the Guru's holy company, a longing so deep it brings tears. The devotion culminates in repeated, fervent invocations and praises to the divine Guru and the lineage. "O Gurudev, please let me be the dust of your feet." "Please remove all the chains of my karmas."

The human opportunity is singular; the mind must repeat the divine name. Surrender to the true Guru at whose feet all pilgrimages reside; he destroys doubts and bad qualities and grants liberation from worldly existence. Through his grace, one receives his vision and realizes the true Self. The Guru, established in the absolute, is the universe's protector and his glory is beyond description. "Give your body and mind to Sāddhā Gurudeva, and he will destroy all your doubts and all your bad qualities." "Through Guru Kṛpā, through the mercy of Gurū Deva, we receive his darśan. And at his holy lotus feet, we recognize the Ātmā." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
What are we thinking about our being?
9:40 - 10:56 (76 min)
Recorded on
The soul is the sovereign ruler of the inner kingdom, the body. We are sinking in thoughts born from desire. Life grows shorter while we focus on the body. The soul ascends and descends, drawn to experience the world. In the womb, the soul is imprisoned, destined to become an individual. Upon birth, we are a separate Self. We possess the five elements: earth, water, air, fire, and space. Within them resides the soul. You are not alone; you contain a whole universe. The soul is the president, the highest authority. The senses and organs of action are the prime minister and the public, the ten powers that govern the kingdom. Do not become their slave; let them work. You are the king of your body. Your soul is your Guru, the highest Self. All humans possess the same soul, yet we create dualities and suffer. This body is a great instrument. Practice yoga—physical exercises, breath, concentration—to care for it and achieve oneness. Be humble, kind, and helpful. Never think you are unhappy, lost, or have nothing. You are the light of God. "Your soul is your Guru. Yes. You all will become Gurus when you achieve what I am telling." "You are the king of your body. And indriyas are your people. Do not become the slave of them. But let them work." Filming location: Martin, Slovakia

Soul is One
12:20 - 13:32 (72 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. We are all like paras. We can create good qualities in others. When paras touch the iron it becomes gold. Guru is more than paras, Guru can transform the disciple into Guru. If not, either Gurudev is not right, either there is a distance between the Master and disciple. The physical body is called annamaya kosa, while the energy body is called pranamaya kosa. Water is water in each of the forms. Similarly, Soul is one.

Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 1 - Part 5
15:00 - 16:06 (66 min)
Recorded on
Welcome to the practice of Yoga in Daily Life, a complete system for health and spiritual development. This system originates from an authentic Himalayan lineage. It is presented in a book of eight levels, each containing physical, breathing, and mental exercises, including purification techniques and meditation. A core principle is Karma Yoga, the practice of selfless service and love for all beings. The practice also advocates a vegetarian lifestyle. Today's session continues from Level One. The practice integrates postures, breath control, and deep relaxation to harmonize body and mind. "The light and teaching of this yoga science passed through an authentic and uninterrupted stream of wisdom." "Prāṇāyāma not only influences the physical body but also the brain centres, balancing both hemispheres to regain the harmony that is the aim of a yoga life." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Be positive
16:10 - 17:20 (70 min)
Recorded on
The choice between positivity and negativity is a fundamental spiritual decision. One must not judge others without knowing the full story, as appearances are deceptive. The people and atmosphere one chooses directly shape the mind's development. Ultimately, the path is a personal choice. There are four types of grace: divine grace, the grace of parents and teachers, the supreme grace of the Guru, and one's own grace. The Guru shows the path but does not force the disciple; one's own effort is crucial. Cultivate gratitude for what you have, as craving more leads to misery, exemplified by the farmer who became unhappy after finding 99 coins. Do not seek faults in others, for that draws their negativity onto oneself. Negativity is often more alluring, but positive association is essential for growth. Even animals sense intention, as when a saint's negative thought drove swans away. Use discrimination to choose the positive path. Spiritual progress depends on personal choice, Guru's grace, and righteous living. "Guru kṛpā hi kevalam, śiṣya ānanda maṅgalam." "If the result of your meditation is being jealous and angry, it was better that you continued sleeping." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
New Moon Ceremonies
17:25 - 18:15 (50 min)
Recorded on
The new moon day carries great blessings and is a symbol of Śiva's darśana. Observing the twelve crescent moons grants a siddhi. Śiva, the creator of yoga, manifests in all elements. Greet Śiva upon waking to clear daily obstacles. The five elements are vital, with the sun and moon represented within as Iḍā and Piṅgalā in Svara Yoga. This science of breath instructs one's actions. Yoga is a complete science of body, mind, and soul. Eating is a sacred ceremony, a sādhanā where food is offered to Brahman. Maintain silence while eating. To fulfill wishes, one must offer something in return; nothing is free. Respect food by praying and offering a portion first. Perform daily sādhanā with discipline, such as offering water to a plant at sunrise. Making a vow, like abstaining from a fruit, tests willpower. Inner beauty of heart and behavior is true beauty. "To see the new moon carries a great blessing. If one can see the twelve crescent moons, one will attain a siddhi." "Yoga is a science of body, mind, soul, and our ātmā. It must not be that you do only physical yoga exercises; there are many, many other techniques." Filming location: Kranj, Slovenia

The Birthday of Sri Hanumanji
19:05 - 20:17 (72 min)
Recorded on
Proper nourishment for the physical body is essential, yet we must be mindful of what we consume. The strong temptation for sweet, sugary foods is an addiction that harms health. Quitting prepared sugars leads to better digestion, weight loss, and improved liver function. Initial withdrawal symptoms like headaches pass, revealing the natural sweetness in whole grains and vegetables. A healthy body supports clearer awareness and a better feeling overall. Reducing sugar also helps control parasites in the body that thrive on it. "the more we can quit sweet things, the better it is for our health." "Your willpower is your Hanuman. Your strength is your Hanuman." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Memories and experiences on the yoga path
20:25 - 21:13 (48 min)
Recorded on
A spiritual journey unfolds through grace, duty, and unwavering connection to the Master. Returning after twelve difficult years abroad brings profound gratitude. The path began with a mantra initiation decades ago. Guidance came to help establish an ashram, leading to the first yoga class in a home in 1999. Teaching has continued and grown since that time, offering something unique that students recognize as authentic. The Master embodies perfect completeness, and His divine aura provides unmatched wisdom. The path is safe; one must not stop walking it even through storms, standing firm like a deeply rooted tree. Life presents contrasting experiences—from a dharmic childhood to a materialistic society—all as lessons. The core instruction is to maintain dharma, to do the right thing in all circumstances, drawing strength from scripture even when facing loss. A profound devotion was realized in a moment of selfless offering to the Guru. "Every moment in His presence, we dive into His Divine Aura and receive wisdom found nowhere else." "The real hero is the one who, even while doing the right thing, loses." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Gurudeva hi Kevalam
21:20 - 22:15 (55 min)
Recorded on
The mind creates complex knots that only the Guru's grace can easily untie. Human nature is drawn to negativity and overthinking, which tightens our mental knots of sadness and confusion. These difficulties come and go. We often remember the Guru only when troubled, yet constant remembrance is needed. The Guru assigns karma yoga to quiet the restless mind and remove inner obstacles. Attempting to solve our own problems often worsens them. True solution comes from surrendering the knot to the Guru, who finds the simple loop to release it. Faith in the Guru's guidance transforms seemingly complicated situations. "A coin has two sides. We might see one side and not see the other side." "In the same way, our sadness or the thoughts, the negative thoughts in our mind, are a simple knot. But our mind tries to untangle it, to overthink it, and just makes the situation even worse." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Hanuman Chalisa is for everyone
22:20 - 23:08 (48 min)
Recorded on
The Hanumān Chālīsā is a universal spiritual text. It consists of forty poems glorifying Hanuman, composed by the saint Tulsīdās from his realization. This chant is for everyone, transcending religion, as spiritual truth is one. Its power has been observed; playing it for cows brought relaxation and increased milk yield, demonstrating healing through sound resonance. The mantra's vibration can dispel illness, promoting peace and health. Hanuman remains on earth by Rāma's command to protect devotees. Animals possess great knowledge and loyalty, as seen in langurs that refuse to eat the Sītā Phal fruit out of respect. They are family members, and their destruction imbalances the world. Spiritual awareness, found in texts like the Chālīsā, uplifts and liberates consciousness, removing fear. The poem begins by adoring the guru's lotus feet, the source of prosperity and wisdom. True greatness, like Tulsīdās's, does not proclaim itself. Hanuman symbolizes pure, fearless strength and intellect, never used for negativity, and is invoked for removing troubles. "It is not only for Hindus, but for anyone who wishes to receive its benefit." "Every spiritual word, every spiritual sentence is uplifting, inspiring, liberating, and removes the fear." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Meditation is the key
23:15 - 0:14 (59 min)
Recorded on
Wellness is the harmonious balance of body, mind, and soul. Vāstu Śāstra aligns our environment with cosmic energy for harmony. Our being is composed of five layers, or kośas: the physical body of nourishment, the energy body, the mental body, the intellectual body, and the bliss body. The mind is a reflection of immense speed and power that cannot be controlled or killed; desire persists from cradle to grave. Yoga is the scientific practice to awaken awareness and achieve this balance. It requires daily morning practice in a small space with fresh air. Sound and vibration are foundational; our body is created from cosmic resonance. Specific sounds like "A," "U," and "M" correspond to energy centers, or chakras, and can release tension, heal glands like the thyroid, and purify the nervous system. Chanting "OM" integrates the five bodies and clears stress by directing vibration to the brain. "Your mind cannot be killed because your desire is still there." "Yoga is a science of body, mind, and soul." Filming location: New York, USA
