The Kumbh Melā: A Confluence of Time, Faith, and Nectar
3:50 - 3:55 (5 min)
Recorded on
The Kumbh Mela is the greatest spiritual festival, timed by astrology and rooted in myth. It fulfills a need for mass spiritual experience. Legends say gods and demons churned the ocean for the nectar of immortality, Amrita. The god Dhanvantari emerged with the pot. A struggle ensued, and drops of nectar fell at four sacred sites: Haridwar, Nashik, Prayag, and Ujjain. The festival occurs when specific constellations align over these places. At Prayag, the confluence of three sacred rivers is celebrated. Bathing there on the auspicious day is believed to grant supreme blessings. It is one of the world's largest gatherings, with tens of millions participating. The united effort of diverse spiritual paths at this sacred time is thought to generate immense spiritual power for the world's benefit. "Time belongs to all religions, which is why India is the most auspicious place for the Kumbh Melā." "The belief is that much can be achieved for the benefit of the world through united efforts." We will bring that divine light
5:10 - 5:58 (48 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. India is the store of knowledge and that knowledge reflects to the whole world. Vishwaguruji brought the pure essence of that knowledge to Europe. The knowledge of India belongs to everyone. There are people who are good speakers and there are others who really know the things hoew are they. Vishwaguruji is a combination of them. Practise and follow the words of our Master. Many people have only very limited knowledge about yoga in India also. Yoga brings different people to oneness. The story of Arjuna and the gopies. It is important to do our sadhana otherwise we become weak. The mantra is the essence of all energies and knowledge. We gained the light with our mantra. This light can change hell to heaven. The story of Mahamandaleswar Swami Vivekpuriji's younger age.
We are never old for yoga
6:05 - 6:18 (13 min)
Recorded on
This weekend seminar provided a spiritual vaccination against the influences of Kali Yuga. The main reason for our vegetarian practice is ahiṃsā paramodharma, non-violence as the highest principle, not merely health. Kali Yuga's influence enters through small deviations, like a mouse, which symbolize spiritual inflation from minor compromises. We must learn to say "no" to ourselves, as these small concessions can lead to being caught unawares. A yogi is like aged ghee, improving with time; we are never too old for sādhanā. The value comes from sustained practice over decades. We received an injection this weekend, but must continue practicing to strengthen our spiritual immune system. Soon, we will open the Om Ashram. It is crucial we arrive in good spiritual condition, not just physical, to truly open our hearts. Our perspective on everything—food, practice, the ashram—creates a subtle but transformative difference in our spiritual life. "Just like today, we don't need to explain, 'I don't eat humans.'" "Inflation in the spiritual world means you make a small deviation; for example, you say, 'No, I don't eat this, but at least I smell it.'" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We can reach God through Satsang
6:25 - 7:03 (38 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Ljubljana, Slovenia. Prasad is very great. It is given by God. We should live in peace and harmony otherwise we are lost. We can do good things only during our life. After death everything goes. A drop of water can become one with the ocean. We should be pure inside also. Satsang means to be together with our good friends and speak about the truth. Bhajan singing.
Stories are within you
7:10 - 8:08 (58 min)
Recorded on
The true power lies in complete surrender to the guru's grace, not in our own actions. We are not the doers; by surrendering all at the holy feet, our problems cease. An object like stone becomes divine only after consecration in a sacred space, transforming from material to worshipped. Our inner devotion is expressed through offerings, but the intent of the heart matters more than the gift. The guru's grace is ever-present, preceding our birth, and exists in many forms. We should not judge other spiritual paths. The guru's compassionate gaze holds immense power. We must speak truthfully and carefully, as words manifest reality. Teaching through stories is profoundly effective, as they lodge in memory and convey complex truths simply. A narrative illustrates that serving others' needs first ultimately fulfills our own. Answers come indirectly through selfless action. A story is not from a book but drawn from our own stored experiences, making it a vital tool for learning and connection. "Na’haṁ kartā means we are not the doer. We cannot do it." "Guru Dev Kṛpā Dṛśya. Dṛśya means vision." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Darshan and dhan
8:15 - 9:12 (57 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Bhajan singing and translation. Dhana is property. But our property is a knowledge that we get from Gurudev. Husband and wife should be together for their whole life. Darshan dhana what I see is a God. Now we are humans. Either we can go back or to heaven. The story of a mother who gave a ring to her child. Bhajan singing and translation.
Yogis are always alert
9:20 - 9:52 (32 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. All the day we are working we are active. At that time we are not in our hearts. Our thoughts are many times with our friends and relatives. During sleep, we have another kind of consciousness. In our dream, we also can go very far and come back very quickly. Yogi and the horse are very alert in their dreams also. Singing bhajan Yogi jano ki yog-nindra.
We are the cause of Mahapralaya
10:00 - 11:08 (68 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Siva's divine shakti always protect us with Maha mritju jaya mantra. If you have problems sing Prabu Deep Niranjan saba dukkha banyan mantra. Our dress should be proper and clean to express our respect for others not for our ego. Our culture is according to our climate. The best ointment to our eyes is the name of Gurudev. According to Mangilalji humans will be the cause of Mahapralaya but spiritual people will go to Brahmaloka before it. We destroy our earth by cutting many trees and digging out mines. We make very much pollution to the environment and slaughtering many animals to eat. Not scientists but normal people can save the world. Where there is a will there is the way.
The sleep makes you healthy
11:15 - 11:33 (18 min)
Recorded on
Sleep reveals the distinction between the body and the true Self. In sleep, the entire body is present in the heart, offered to God. Proper sleep is essential for peace and progress, not found through medicine but through self-understanding. The sleeping body remains, but awareness travels, demonstrating consciousness is not confined to form. This experience shows the Self is separate from its temporary states. From the heart, consciousness moves through the navel, projecting everywhere while the body rests. This process mirrors death but is not death, as the navel anchor remains. Deep sleep brings relaxation and restoration, with the body functioning autonomously. The two aspects are dreaming travel and physical rest. Yoga nidrā touches this state of conscious sleep. "we are sleeping, but that is not us." "Love is the right yourself, yourself in your Self, which is happiness, the source of all greatness." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
We can change the world together
11:40 - 12:36 (56 min)
Recorded on
Awareness of what we consume is crucial for health and unity. Many are unknowingly eating insects, which is harmful. This is not just a local issue but a global one, spreading even to places like India. Consuming such things can cause serious health problems, including blockages in the body, as we lack the enzyme to break them down. It can lead to diseases like cancer. Regulations may require labeling, but loopholes exist, especially in restaurants. The best defense is to cook at home using known, raw ingredients. We must be vigilant about what enters our bodies, as foreign substances, even from food, can influence our system. Our collective strength lies in unity and enduring commitment to sattvic living. By making conscious choices and supporting each other, we can protect our health and effect change. "Eating these worms is not bad only for our spiritual path. But it can cause serious health problems." "The best food for our health is no-label food. Prepare your bread, prepare your chapati." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The name is important not the body
12:40 - 13:05 (25 min)
Recorded on
The essence of all spiritual paths is oneness. In this age, we recognize negative forces but also a unifying spirituality, whether called yoga, meditation, or prayer. Methods and languages differ, but the human essence is the same. Just as children in a village receive different names but are all human, different centers or religions are expressions of one truth. We must not exclude others based on their guru or practice; all are brothers and sisters. The divine name is immortal, unlike the body. External science is great for travel but not for liberation. True yoga is not merely exercise; it is the prāṇa and spirituality present everywhere, flowing daily like fresh milk from a cow. "One in all and all in one." "The name is very important; the body is not so important." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yoga treatment for panic attacks
13:10 - 14:02 (52 min)
Recorded on
The Yoga path provides clarity and energy, a great blessing for navigating life's challenges. Ordinary existence feels like a series of blows, but this path offers repeated infusions from the source of light and knowledge. This allows one to rise quickly and even learn to avoid difficulties. Prāṇāyāma is a powerful tool often underutilized. For instance, understanding Svara Yoga can resolve issues like pain and sleeplessness by balancing the body's energies. Similarly, panic attacks relate to low energy and a breath process that signals distress to the brain. Conscious, deep abdominal breathing can calm this system by indicating safety. Deep Prāṇāyāma involves awareness of the pelvic diaphragm, a storehouse of tension; relaxing it during breath retrains the brain toward ease. The source provides not just techniques but wisdom for spiritual progress. A key psychological issue is unclear self-boundaries, often set in childhood. Self-inquiry meditation cleans the perceptual center, allowing one to observe thoughts and patterns objectively, leading to a higher quality of life. This clarity and strength come from connecting to the source. "Panic is triggered by low energy, but the experience of panic comes from the breath process." "When you can clear this automatism... you begin to see outer reality more as it is." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The basics of ancient Indian philosophy
14:10 - 14:20 (10 min)
Recorded on
The eternal Self is the foundation beyond material science. I demonstrate an object that does not get wet or burn, symbolizing the immutable ātmā, the true Self. This wisdom of the Self, taught through Sanātana Dharma, Āyurveda, and Yoga, is not a discovered science but a revealed wisdom from ancient sages. Calling it 'science' creates difficulty, as Western authorities demand evidence they can recognize. Historical invasions led to the burning of repositories like Takṣaśilā, and colonial powers altered texts, disrupting the traditional evidence base. We are a community of compassion and ahiṃsā. Consider organ transplants: recipients sometimes adopt new habits from the donor. Research investigates this change. The explanation lies in prāṇa. Secondary prāṇas, like one retained after death, carry impressions. The final prāṇa holds the body together until released by cremation's agni. "Science is something that you discover. Science is where you discover wisdom; you don't discover this." "We cannot give them evidence because the evidence was burnt when Islam came into India." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
We seek purity
14:25 - 14:36 (11 min)
Recorded on
The call is for purity in the Kali Yuga. This age is powerful and far-reaching, observed in trends like the prevalence of dark colors. Beautiful colors and purity are presented within the teachings and bhajans. One must not identify with blackness but with purity. The term pū describes a seeker in a dry state, refusing impure water and awaiting a single pure drop from above. We must proceed with this aspiration. In our practice, be very pure and clean. Declare "I am," for that sound is purity itself. True peace is found by looking to God within; it is here. This realization comes not in months but at life's end. "Please do not be black, please do not be black." "I am, I am... My sound, 'I am,' is pure—it is purity itself." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Around the world -- Yoga against diabetes from Czech Republic
15:00 - 15:07 (7 min)
Recorded on
Yoga addresses modern diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes through holistic practices. Prolonged stress disrupts physical and mental balance, leading to illness. The system views these conditions from a holistic perspective, where emotional and psychological stress contribute alongside organic dysfunctions. Practices such as relaxation, āsanas, and meditation can influence insulin-producing cells and control disease factors. These techniques shape our attitude toward health, cultivating relaxation, balance, and discipline to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The exercises are systematically arranged for accessibility, even for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Practitioners need only the determination to improve concentration, physical condition, and mental calmness. Teachers should emphasize slowness, calmness, and harmonization, instilling the principle of observing one's body and breath. The practice supports reducing adipose tissue and involves specific movements performed with mindful observation. "Yoga practices shape our attitude toward health and life." "Practitioners should be instilled with the principle of perceiving their own body, observing the rhythm of the breath." Filming location: Czech Republic

We should develop positive qualities
18:00 - 19:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Perfection requires practice, not just theory. There are two types of masters: one who speaks and one who acts through dedicated practice. True meditation is not merely closing one's eyes; it requires the focused commitment of lagan, akin to love that overcomes all distance. On the path, many obstacles arise, serving as the best school. Do not seek glory from the crowd; true friends are few. Dharma—our duty and discipline—protects those who protect it. It manifests in relationships: between parent and child, husband and wife. Protection is mutual; safeguarding others safeguards yourself. Dharma, patience, a true friend, and a faithful partner are revealed in terrible times when all others oppose you. Without these, meditation is impossible due to mental disturbances, the vikāras: greed, insatiable desire, fickleness, and thievery of mind, word, and deed, including intellectual property. Stealing a master's teachings without acknowledgment creates bad karma. All true masters are connected like branches of one tree. Honesty and mercy are the roots of dharma; pride is the root of sin. Purify these first; then meditation can come. "Tons of theory is nothing compared with a grain of practice." "If you protect the dharma, the dharma will protect you."
