Vegetarian food is good for prevention against covid
0:30 - 1:16 (46 min)
Recorded on
Good evening. We had a beautiful day of practice. Tomorrow, you will have a free half-day after breakfast to walk in the forest in groups. Otherwise, do your own exercises. Integrate the lectures and practices into your heart and mind. The trees here give great energy; breathe deeply. The food here contains prāṇa. We should eat food that makes the body healthy, happy, and pure. Our gathering is limited in size, but it allows a relaxed feeling without daily chores. A study was shared involving over 7,000 participants across six countries. It found those on plant-based diets at least one year prior had less severe COVID-19 outcomes. This shows vegetarianism is good for health, the environment, and humanity. True yoga practice includes a vegetarian diet, avoiding alcohol and meat, fostering peace and love for all creatures. "Plant-Based Diet, Pescetarian Diet and COVID-19 Severity: A Population-Based Case-Control Study in Six Countries." "Vegetarian is not just good for yourself, it is good for the environment and entire humanity." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

1:20 - 2:33 (73 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We can realize the proper time of something by Jyotish and by the actual strength of our ida and pingala nadis. In the morning we should think first that we are human. It means I should not do wrong things for others. Nidra means half sleep and half awaken. There are three statuses aware sleep and dream. When you drive a car you have to be always awakened. In yoga nidra there are all three situations. We came from the earth we live in the earth and we shall go to the earth. We need a Guru to give us instructions and taking care of us if we do something wrong. Yoga is that force that consciousness that driver which leads our car which is our body.

Never think that you are a Guru
5:50 - 6:33 (43 min)
Recorded on
The path of spiritual discipline requires the guru's grace and careful practice. Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna is a potent practice that must be preserved and not given improperly. Many who received it without true devotion later left and set themselves up as masters, losing everything. To receive the guru's grace is not easy; becoming a disciple is difficult. The spiritual path is like carrying a single flame through a strong wind on a dark night, or like walking on a sharp knife with dangers on both sides. Even divine figures like Kṛṣṇa and Jesus walked such a path. Sādhanā itself is that knife, requiring us to be peaceful, harmonious, and balanced. Just as a doctor must perform a heart operation himself and cannot delegate it, only a genuine guru from the paramparā can hold and transmit the Kriyā Śakti. You may have the practice, but do not think to give it to others. Yoga is more than āsanas; there are many sādhanās. What you have been given, you must handle correctly. Your real essence is what matters. "On the day you give up Guru Kṛpā, all sādhanā will be gone." "Only that one who could. This is also like a spiritual path." Spiritual message of ancient India
6:40 - 7:44 (64 min)
Recorded on
The essence of spiritual tradition is the living Gurukul, where disciples learn from and support their master. Ancient paths like yoga, Jainism, and Buddhism emphasized pure, strict spiritual practice. Jain monks lived with extreme discipline, walking barefoot, not cooking, and minimizing harm to all creatures. Buddha embodied supreme knowledge, having renounced his kingdom. These traditions, alongside the ancient Sanātana Dharma revived by Śaṅkarācārya, shared a foundation of non-violence and high spiritual ideals. Centers of learning like Nālandā University, with its vast library, were destroyed by invaders who feared this knowledge. The widespread system was the Gurukul, a residential school where students lived with their guru. The true Gurukul is not merely a place but the living master. Being in this presence allows disciples to experience a bliss beyond ordinary yoga classes. This connection provides a tangible touchstone for the spiritual path, which is climbed step by step, reducing suffering and increasing purity each day. The ethical duty is to be compassionate towards the miserable and neutral towards the negative, protecting one's own spirituality. "Buddha means knowledge, all knowledge from past, present, and future." "I am myself Gurukul." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
You will be according to what you eat
7:50 - 8:26 (36 min)
Recorded on
Spiritual nourishment parallels physical nourishment. You have received atmosphere and practice, yet may not understand it fully. Food is tested by sight, heart, taste, and digestion. To enjoy taste, eat less and chew well so the stomach works easily. The body's internal processes are unknown to us. Many yogis advise eating less, drinking only as needed, and meditating more. Our modern habits of eating late and sitting after are poor. Yoga practice is vital for health. Respect the cooks who prepare clean, healthy food. There is a distinction: 'food' includes many items, but 'ān' specifically means seeds—the pure, essential nourishment. This seed is divine; God is in that 'ān'. What you eat influences your being, as parental seeds carry influences from their food and feelings. Habits form powerfully, as with alcohol, which was meant as medicine, not for consumption. Maintain harmony in relationships and in travel. "Eat less, drink only as needed, and meditate more." "God is An. Because in An is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Proudness
8:30 - 9:22 (52 min)
Recorded on
The ego of a devotee is cured by divine grace through humility. Even great beings can develop pride in their service. Hanumān once believed Rāma's victory depended entirely on him. Earlier, Garuḍa also lost faith after rescuing Rāma from a snake-arrow, thinking God needed his help. Garuḍa, in despair, was told only the crow-sage Kakabhuśuṇḍī could cure him. As Garuḍa approached, hearing the sage's discourse restored his devotion, and he saw even the gods listening. To cure Hanumān's pride, Rāma sent him to deliver a ring to a sage in the Himalayas. The sage told Hanumān to throw it into a pond, which was filled with identical rings from every divine incarnation. Hanumān then understood his role was not unique but part of an eternal cycle, curing his ego. "Hanumānjī became proud. He thought, 'If I were not, Rāma would not be successful.'" "Hanumān, don’t be proud. Don’t think that through your help, Rāma was victorious... It was a test for you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Feel the energy of Mother Earth
9:00 - 10:00 (60 min)
Recorded on
The conch represents the primacy of sound, and the Earth is our universal mother. The conch was the first emergence from the ocean, its sound the form of the supreme reality. This sacred sound pervades all ages and is held by the divine. All beings, from humans to ants and trees, contain an inner sound; it is the essence of consciousness and connection. Without sound, communication and life cease. The true root is not sound itself, but the beauty it manifests. We originate from sound and the mother. The Earth is a compassionate mother who always embraces her children. We must honor her daily by touching clean soil and keeping it in our homes, avoiding chemicals. Our posture in meditation should connect us to the earth's stabilizing energy. Families and communities find beauty and peace through this reverence. Spiritual practice involves working with the earth directly. "Sound is God. And our sound is from our birth till our death; our sound is in the space." "Mother Earth said, 'My child, don’t touch me.' I will be completely burned. Please, my children, take care." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Only Guru can change our destiny
9:30 - 10:24 (54 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Karma is only one. Karma is only there if we give seva. The story of Ravana his daughter and her husband. With negative speaking, we get double of negative karma of the other person. Destiny is coming from karma. We can't change our destiny but Guru can change it. Our destiny is written in our palms and in our soles.
There is nothing higher than the Guru
10:30 - 11:13 (43 min)
Recorded on
The Guru is the supreme principle, greater than all gods. Even divine incarnations like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa had gurus and attended school, upholding this principle. God is one and present in every grain and cell, yet to know this and understand how to live and work, one needs the guru. The guru is not merely a physical body but the eternal name and the imparting source of all knowledge, from spiritual wisdom to practical skills like riding a horse. Without a guru, there is no progress; even perfect students require a teacher for certification. The guru principle is the highest authority, to which even Śiva, Viṣṇu, and Brahmā are subordinate. A true Satguru is complete Brahman, the source from which all completeness arises. Those who fail to recognize the real Satguru suffer through ages, while the guru's grace can transform poison into nectar. The guru may appear in humble forms, like a hardworking parent, not only in meditation. Ultimately, one must surrender fully to the guru. "Who is greater than Bhagavān Rāma and Kṛṣṇa? They too must have a guru." "Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvarāha, Guru Sākṣāt Parabrahma, Tasmai Śrī Guru Ve Namaḥa." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Our children are very spiritual
11:20 - 12:13 (53 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Children are very disciplined during the programs because their parents educated them towards spirituality. Vishwaguruji teaches many generations of yoga people. Sri Devpuriji appeared in some places at the same time. Holiguruji told many stories to Visheówaguruji in his childhood about Devpuriji and Mahaprabuji. Vishwaguruji realized the prediction of Devpuriji. We don't know where the seed will grow. Reading holy books every day new knowledge comes. The story of an Indian man who issued a newspaper in India and travelled with Viwshwaguruji in Europe. Knowledge takes the human healthy and happy. We should give further the knowledge of our forefathers to our children. The first university was in India. There were very many books but Muslims burnt them. God gives eating everybody in the world. Little more information about the first university in the world was in India.

The value of Satsang
13:15 - 14:00 (45 min)
Recorded on
The great mantra is Hari Om, where Om is Hari and Hari is Om, signifying the unity of Vishnu with the primordial sound. The mantra AUM contains the three tattvas of Brahmā, Śiva, and Viṣṇu within its resonance. From the original void emerged this sound, from which light and the deities appeared. The earth was brought from the cosmic waters and is now sustained by Śeṣanāga, the thousand-headed snake upon whom Viṣṇu resides. Human exploitation risks the earth sinking back. Spiritual practice is essential but difficult, as illustrated by the sage Viśvāmitra, who performed tapasyā for 72,000 years yet was plagued by ego. He sought the title of Maharṣi from Vasiṣṭha, leading to conflict. Upon hearing Vasiṣṭha praise the beautiful night and indirectly address him as "Maharṣi," Viśvāmitra repented, offering the fruits of his 72,000-year sādhanā. Vasiṣṭha offered instead the fruit of one minute of satsaṅg. To judge which was greater, they were directed to Śeṣanāga. He demonstrated that the earth, unmoved by the 72,000 years of tapasyā, rose up for the one minute of satsaṅg. Thus, devotion surpasses prolonged practice. All earthquakes are from Śeṣanāga's movements. The essence of all scriptures is that giving happiness brings happiness, and causing trouble brings trouble. Purification through sādhanā is the purpose of human life to reach liberation. "Are you blind? You don't see the judgment? For one minute of satsaṅg, the whole earth raised up, and when it was 72,000 sādhanās, that was not moving." "If you give pleasant to all... you will get the sukha. If you are giving troubles to others, you will also get a trouble." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
What Guru Purnima means?
14:05 - 14:55 (50 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Guru Pūrṇimā is honoring the principle of the teacher. The Guru is supreme, even above the divine trinity. Anything that imparts knowledge is a guru, from parents to animals. The true Satguru does not proclaim the title; it is received. The guru paramparā, the lineage, flows from Śiva through successive masters. A sannyāsī leaves the family yet has a duty to help all. One must work in the world while following spiritual practice. The guru gives the disciple a key, a staff, and a duty. Guru Pūrṇimā is the full moon, representing completeness. We worship the guru to become complete. "Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurur Devo Maheśvara, Gurur Sākṣāt Parabrahmā." "A true Satguru will not say, 'I am the Satguru.'" A Message of Peace from Prague
15:00 - 15:07 (7 min)
Recorded on
The key to our future is universal unity and peace. I witnessed this spirit in a crowded square where people of all languages smiled together, a vision for our world. Achieving this requires not just public desire but political will. Prague has a historical legacy of promoting peace, from medieval delegations to modern nuclear agreements. Our world faces civil wars, climate change, and threats from weapons and terrorism. I work with parliamentary networks seeking pledges from nations to not be first to use and to reduce nuclear arsenals, aiming to lower global risk. Support these efforts. True peace begins within each person. "There is only one God, the universal God, only one religion, humanity, and only one nation, humankind." "Peace among nations is dependent on peace in human beings." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
The Means Are the End: On Non-Violence, Patience, and Peace
15:15 - 15:29 (14 min)
Recorded on
The means are the end; non-violence, patience, and peace are inseparable. We often understand non-violence only when we cannot respond violently, like against a stronger opponent. But true understanding comes with experience. Our lives swing between means and ends. We focus intensely on our goals but give little emphasis to the means we use. This is a fundamental problem. Wrong means cannot lead to right ends. War cannot bring peace, nor can violence bring justice. The purity of means is absolute. The means gradually become the end, just as a seed becomes a tree. Hatred breeds hatred; violence breeds violence. Only non-violence, originating from compassion, breeds compassion. Some argue that those using wrong means gain wealth and power, while those using right means struggle. We must understand happiness is a peaceful state of mind. Those using right means have this peace and live in the present; they are happy. Those using wrong means have disturbed minds, living in the past or future. To follow non-violence requires tremendous stamina and patience. It is a slow, complete cure like Ayurveda, healing from within like yoga, and purifying the soul like alum. It is perennial. "There are countless reasons for which I can give my life, but for no reason can I kill a person." "Happiness is a peaceful state of mind. If you have a peaceful mind, you live in the present, and when you live in the present, you are happy." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
I am one and you are all
15:35 - 16:14 (39 min)
Recorded on
The present moment is our true home, beyond past and future. The past is completely gone and dwelling on it holds nothing for us. The future remains unknown. We are here now, in this peaceful and harmonious present. We gather from many distant places, drawn by a shared intention, not by logistical concerns. This ashram is a holy place, connected to a lineage of teachers. The essence is oneness: we are all one, and the One is in all. Our practice must balance discipline with compassion for the body. Love your body as your dearest instrument. If a posture causes pain, adjust it comfortably. The practice of mantra and meditation should flow naturally, like a mala moving on its own. Our spiritual practice is a lifelong journey, as constant as the breath, continuing until the very end. Ultimately, we must enjoy life, be good, and remain happy and united. "The past is past. Even the very beginning of one second is already gone." "We are one, that’s it. I am one, and you are all, and you are all, I am one." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Karma yoga means serving
16:20 - 17:00 (40 min)
Recorded on
Karma yoga is skillful action performed as selfless service. We practice in groups for Kriya, teaching, life integration, and service. Karma yoga is universal, seen in Christian nuns serving the poor, recognizing God in all. Service includes donating anonymously, where the gift is released without attachment to its use. True seva extends beyond formal charity to daily life: letting a hurried driver pass, helping the elderly, or assisting animals. However, service must be skillful. A story illustrates this: a disciple moved a snail from a road for its safety, but the master corrected him, noting the snail's intent was to cross to the other side; thus, help given without understanding can create more work. The essence is skillful action. "Yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam"—yoga is skill in action. Even small acts like offering water or clearing plates are karma yoga. If you think you have no time for seva, you do—in driving, working, or thinking kindly. "When you give, do not announce that you are giving for something. Once you have given, it is no longer yours." The best practices and prayers are secondary to selfless service. Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We should see God in everything
17:00 - 17:49 (49 min)
Recorded on
The divine is found in daily life, relationships, and our own hearts. We must offer positive words to the Earth and all life. The mantra and ceremonies are for complete purification of body and mind. Marriage is a profound union, yet often leads to strife because it is entered without proper prayer and discernment. Girls pray to trees for harmonious husbands, while boys are less expressive. Parents traditionally seek good matches through astrology and family lineage, though modern practices like dowries create problems. Governments try to regulate marriage finances, but new issues arise. True married life should be peaceful and helpful, becoming like mother and father. We must serve our parents and love our children. I have not seen God with my eyes. God is in our heart. Our mother, father, and Gurujī are our God. Every being has God within. To feel God, cultivate pure qualities, give freedom, and avoid causing suffering. Do not judge others' practices like diet. Protect those who are suffering. Life, trees, and the Earth are divine. We may find God in all things. "God is in our heart. You all have God." "Something is born is already God. That’s very important to know." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Gurupurnima Blessing
17:05 - 17:12 (7 min)
Recorded on
The Guru is the light dispelling darkness, a principle first embodied by the sun and moon. In life, a Guru is any source of knowledge, including practical skills like cooking. Today, many cannot cook. Educated women, capable of bringing peace, often refuse due to arrogance, abandoning the stove for restaurants. This leads to poor food, unlike a mother's divine, nourishing prasād. Therefore, one must learn to cook at home, becoming a master and teaching children. Do not use nurseries or restaurants; cook your own good, cheap food. "Gu' is darkness, and 'Ru' is the light. It is that light which dispels darkness." "The mother who gives nutrition to the baby from inside the womb... that mother’s food is divine food, it is prasād." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Yoga in Daily Life: Union, Harmony, and Self-Knowledge
17:15 - 18:32 (77 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of union, balancing body, mind, and consciousness to achieve harmony. Problems arise from imbalance within ourselves. Yoga offers practical methods for this balance, leading to inner peace. True yoga aims for the union of individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness. We originate from this cosmic source but develop separate qualities over time. To reunite, we must purify our qualities, cultivating human virtues like love and kindness while overcoming negative traits. Yoga is practical, not theoretical. Physical postures and breath control promote health and calm the mind. Observing the breath is a key meditation technique. Our inner energy flows through channels called nāḍīs and centers called chakras. The journey begins at the Mūlādhāra chakra, the seat of latent consciousness. Awakening moves energy to the Svādhiṣṭhāna chakra, associated with water and emotion. This chakra houses qualities like passion and anger, symbolized by a crocodile representing laziness and karma. Purifying these emotions through tolerance and kindness allows progress. The ultimate goal is self-knowledge and liberation from cycles of suffering. "Yoga is a balancing principle which balances the entire universe." "Know thyself is the answer to all your questions." Filming location: Croatia DVD 159b
