Be careful with the mind
0:10 - 1:33 (83 min)
The spiritual path is narrow and perilous, requiring vigilant discernment. Pride in the body or limited knowledge is a profound weakness. Spiritual development itself brings danger, akin to a newborn vulnerable to infection. Negative influences and mental afflictions can infiltrate and destroy progress from within, much like a small axe fells a mighty tree when joined by the forest that becomes its handle. Therefore, the protective power of true satsaṅga, or holy company, is essential. In this dark age of ignorance, the path is slippery and lined with adversaries. One must be humble, avoid negative company, and remain steadfast on the chosen path, for the mind can either liberate or destroy.
"Satguru satsaṅg yārī olu avere, olu avere nen bharja avere." (I am longing for those people who have satsaṅg.)
"Galiyāṁ choṭī, rāt andherī, rāste meṁ chikanāī." (The path is very narrow, the night is very dark, and the road is slippery.)

The love of animals
1:40 - 2:44 (64 min)
The power of mantra brings peace, transcending any specific language. All chants carry the same harmony. Holy rivers, seen as mothers, flow from their sources to the vast ocean, purifying the land. This earth is sustained by these waters. Humans possess a unique consciousness, aware of concepts like merit and sin, which animals do not hold. Animals express pure love and live without such moral constructs. Their simple affection contrasts with human complexity. We must protect all creatures, like bees and birds, as their loss disrupts nature's balance. True spiritual practice involves cultivating inner happiness that extends to others, while recognizing that inner problems, like addiction, can be destructive. The journey involves understanding the body and the energy within.
"One says 'Om' and another says 'Arihom,' but it is all the same."
"Animals do not have this kind of thought, that I will be a puppy or follow dharma. Animals do not know that. But they have love."

Who will be the successor?
2:50 - 3:54 (64 min)
The divine order operates beyond human understanding, and attempts to control it lead to failure. A farmer demanded rain according to his schedule, and the resulting crops bore no seed. This illustrates that one must surrender to the higher wisdom, as a parent cares for a child. The current age is marked by distraction and disease arising from negative forces, which human power cannot control. True spiritual power is demonstrated by the perfected yogi, whose grace can instantly heal. The disciple must remain humble and receptive. The relationship with the guru is singular and permanent, like a birth. A true guru views all disciples equally, without distinction. Disciples must not spoil each other with misplaced praise or expectations, as this hinders spiritual development. The inner spiritual channel, the Vajra Nāḍī, provides unbreakable strength when one is truly humble.
"A mother gives birth to a child only once; she will not take it into her stomach again. Similarly, any guru whom you have, once you say to him, 'You are my guru,' then he is the guru."
"All disciples should be one disciple... we should not say only this is good and that is not good."

Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 1 - Part 3
4:00 - 4:53 (53 min)
A morning yoga practice guides the body and mind through relaxation, breath, and movement. Begin by chanting Oṁ to purify the atmosphere. Lie down and consciously relax every part of the body from the toes to the crown of the head. Observe the natural breath. Practice the three components of full yoga breathing: abdominal, chest, and clavicular. Combine them into a single, wave-like breath. Perform gentle stretches and movements synchronized with inhalation and exhalation. These include arm raises, diagonal stretches, and poses like Pavanamuktāsana and Navāsana. Practice side bends and rotations for the wrists and hips. Conclude with standing balances and a final relaxation. Observe the difference in sensation from the beginning to the end of practice. Finish with Prāṇāyāma and the chanting of Oṁ.
"Relax all the muscles of your right foot without moving; let the relaxation occur in your mind."
"Influence your breath and feel how the abdomen expands with inhalation and contracts with exhalation."

How can we reach the Supreme?
5:45 - 6:24 (39 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Only bhaktas can come to the Satsang. The story about a rishi who read the Vedas for a very long time. Only reading books can not lead to the Supreme. We need a mantra and the words of the Guru also. Bhajan singing.
We need real dedication
6:30 - 7:28 (58 min)
Evening Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. There are two kinds of people living separately or in the family. Orange dress means renunciation. The story about two brothers one of them was studied and the other lived a spiritual life alone in a forest. There are two kinds of bhava. One is where there is some wish and the other has no wish. Birds know that there is their child in the eggs. The lecturer speaks about his daily life and his spiritual experiences in different Ashrams.
The reality is within you
7:35 - 8:12 (37 min)
The spiritual path requires unwavering discipline and grace, not transient seeking. A governor prioritized a blessing over lunch, knowing his breath was uncertain. This illustrates that spiritual practice must never be missed. Many seek quick liberation, but this yields nothing. True yoga is a complete human science, not merely physical postures. Success comes from steadfast practice and the grace of one guru, akin to having only one mother and father. Spiritual realization ends criticism; we respect all paths, understanding the oneness of all beings like drops returning to the ocean. Discipline is essential, especially within family life. Practice without competition, according to your capacity. The soul is like a flame; we must protect and nurture this inner light, as it alone continues beyond the body. Authentic teachings, like unchanged bhajans, guide us. Work inwardly, for external attachments are fleeting. Practice sincerely within your own faith, fostering peace and inner awareness.
"Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalam. As long as you have the mercy, the Kṛpā, of Gurudeva, you will be on the good path."
"One in all and all in one."

Body is important
8:20 - 9:03 (43 min)
The inquiry of yoga is the inquiry into the true self. Yoga is not merely physical postures but a deep exploration of consciousness. The body is composed of the five elements: space, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements do not die; they merely merge back into their source. Consciousness is not within us, nor are we within it; the relationship is beyond that duality. The self we typically identify with is like an onion: when all layers are peeled, no permanent core is found. We are a temporary combination of elements. The human condition uniquely involves both purity and impurity, good and bad deeds. A story illustrates that without true knowledge, even well-intentioned help can be misguided. Therefore, one must go within through meditation. Begin each day with gratitude and recognition of the elements. Do not assume you know the duration of your life. Your true guide, like the essence of your parents, is always within you. The essence of yoga is to realize you are not the body or the mind, but the awareness that witnesses it all.
"Who are you? It’s just temporary, you are with the five elements."
"Therefore, go within thyself and meditate and meditate."

Protect Mother Earth
9:10 - 10:03 (53 min)
A prayer for the protection of Mother Earth.
Humans have destroyed the Earth by extracting oil, coal, and minerals, breaking her body. Mother Earth provides for all creatures, from ants to elephants, yet we live improperly and are often ill. The current age brings pandemics, war, and environmental turmoil. We must act now to protect all life and not kill the Mother. Previous generations respected the Earth, but now knowledge is lost. Do not waste food or water, for they are divine gifts and life itself. Throwing them away is a sin. Live happily and peacefully, keeping the inner light alive, and uplift others through prayer and mantra.
"From the little ant to the elephant, who is feeding them? Not us—Mother Earth."
"Throwing away food is a sin—a sin to destroy food."

Going to Brahmaloka
10:10 - 11:09 (59 min)
The foundation of practice is essential, regardless of one's level. The complete system of yoga begins with basic exercises, which are more beneficial than advanced postures. Even advanced practitioners must regularly return to foundational practices for proper preparation and health. The science of prāṇāyāma also requires starting from the beginning each time, progressing gradually like gears in a car. Many use terms like Aṣṭāṅga Yoga or Haṭha Yoga without practicing their true, scriptural meanings, which creates confusion. Authentic progress requires following one complete path with its principles, not mixing methods. Theory alone is insufficient; practical application is what fulfills.
"The first and second parts of Yoga in Daily Life are more beneficial than advanced postures."
"Tons of theory is nothing, a gram of practice."

Purify your body and eat proper food
11:15 - 12:12 (57 min)
Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna is a regenerative practice akin to Kāya Kalpa, renewing the body and spirit. Practicing collectively provides mutual energy and support, preventing the isolation and difficulty of solitary practice. This process purifies the body's five elements. The natural environment, such as a meadow with an old tree, radiates vital energy that complements the practice. The body requires internal space and tolerance in its joints, maintained through exercise and diet. Impurities from dead tissues and improper food cause disease; purification comes through prāṇāyāma, fasting, and herbal soups. Consuming pure ghee from specific cows is advised over other fats, and massaging a cow can balance circulation. Natural methods, like using earth to clean teeth, are superior to modern products. The practice cleanses the body, thoughts, and mind completely.
"Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna is like what we call regenerating. It is like Kāya Kalpa."
"In this small seed, you can carry this whole tree. It will grow."

Be conscious in the present
12:20 - 13:04 (44 min)
Satsaṅg is a practice of purification through attentive presence and self-encounter. Open your ears and fill your chest to cleanse negative thoughts. You become your own guide. Every religion has good perspectives, but the root is one. When you come for prayer, ring bells and sing bhajans to relax and oxygenate the body. The essence of an āśram is work. If you are not making effort, it is not a true āśram. In a small āśram, you are forced to face yourself daily; there is nowhere to run from conflicts. These clashes are necessary polishing, like stones in a river becoming smooth. The spiritual work is to see that problems with others are projections of your own qualities. There are no others; what you see outside is part of you to work with. The practice is to be present, not lost in thoughts of past or future.
"Tell your wife to sing properly. The husband must be good, but the wife will be even more than that."
"In an āśram, basically, you are forced to face yourself every day."

The thread of the Mala
13:10 - 14:01 (51 min)
The thread of saṅkalpa connects all beings. Saṅkalpa is a heartfelt wish or resolution. Your world is bound on that thread. Often you break your word, severing the connection. God is one, regardless of name. We are connected by our wish, which will be fulfilled. The thread is your promise. Do not break it. Customs like sharing salt signify an unbreakable bond. Now, in this age, that human connection is lost. If you make a vow, like fasting, you must keep it. Otherwise, do not make it. Surrender body, mind, wealth, and word. That is the true offering.
"Saṅkalpa means, 'I said, I wished.'"
"If you say yes, it means you are now my friend."

We should help
14:00 - 14:45 (45 min)
The human condition is defined by ignorance and a futile pursuit of immortality within the physical form. Humans possess great arrogance and technical skill but remain confined by the body and its elemental nature. Even deities are subject to change, and no being in a physical form can be granted immortality. True immortality exists only beyond the five elements, as the soul or Ātmā. Human life is consumed by fear, desire, and material accumulation, which creates suffering and severs connection from righteousness. Modern society exacerbates greed and hardship, distancing people from dharma and spiritual truth. The soul is eternal but trapped and unhappy within the physical body; liberation comes when it departs and merges with the universal consciousness, like a drop returning to the ocean.
"Immortality is when you are not in the physical body."
"The soul is in our body, and the soul is not happy, but our body doesn’t want to let go."

Unity in spirituality
14:05 - 14:48 (43 min)
This is a time of global celebration and unity in divine praise. The message of oneness is spread through yoga, transcending all borders and divisions. Personal travels through many nations demonstrate this universal work. The essence of all religions is one God, though human ego creates conflict. The core spiritual truth is that creation emanates from a single consciousness. All souls originate from and return to one divine source, like drops to an ocean. Therefore, live in harmony, forgive, and do good.
"Religion means to realize your relation to God; this is called religion."
"Every soul is the same. From the ocean comes the fog... joined again into the ocean."

Around the world - Yoga for children CRO
15:00 - 15:08 (8 min)
Yoga practice is a circle from intention to breath. We begin with a saṅkalpa, a silent wish repeated three times. Daily life turns attention outward, but yoga asks us to observe inward: our body, position, and feelings. There is no competition; challenges are personal, and progress brings inner satisfaction. Children are engaged through stories and animal-mimicking āsanas, learning which body parts each posture affects. We prepare the body with exercises like the butterfly to loosen hips for prāṇāyāma. The correct posture for breathing is any comfortable, steady seat. The joy is witnessing progress, from restless movement to coordinated control, which refreshes both student and teacher.
"The most difficult for me is rolling, because it is fun and loosens the spine. The hardest part is grinding, because the muscles in the arms and head hurt."
"Often, when I come here after a whole day of work... completely refreshed, I leave after an hour of yoga."

Yoga in Daily Life: The Fifth Level
15:15 - 15:53 (38 min)
Yoga is the science of body, mind, spirit, and soul. Every practice has a purpose. Begin by relaxing in Ānandāsana with palms up to open the chest and lower the shoulders. Legs apart relaxes the pelvis. Abdominal breathing massages organs and calms emotions. Practice always within comfort, never forcing. Pavanamuktāsana stretches the spine and stimulates digestion. Marjari Āsana mobilizes the spine; let movement guide breath into harmony. Paścimottānāsana stretches from the perineum upward, affecting the Maṇipūra Cakra. Prasārita Pādottānāsana works the inner legs and digestion. Jānu Śīrṣāsana brings the body into balance through equal practice on both sides. Mṛgāsana strengthens the knees and calms the nervous system. After postures, rest in Ānandāsana to feel the effects on circulation, breath, and consciousness.
"Allow the movement to cause the air to enter and the movement to cause the air to exit. In that way, in the fastest possible manner, we remove stress."
"Āsanas do not act only on the body. They are also a correction of our behavior; they act on our consciousness."

Guru and disciple
16:00 - 16:32 (32 min)
The essence of all spiritual power is Guru's grace alone. Blessings are more powerful than any material possession. This grace is the vitalizing force, like rain reviving a parched landscape. The Guru is one who has attained the supreme state, residing within the heart. A genuine Guru is appointed by the Satguru to care for disciples, not one who merely claims the title. While many instructors in life can be called gurus, the real Guru is singular. True devotion, bhakti, combines the mindful respect of śraddhā with the feeling of love. Through this bhakti toward the Guru, everything can be achieved. Ultimately, the disciple's joy and liberation are founded solely upon this grace.
"Guru Kripa Hi Kevalam. Only and only that powers everything we see."
"Bhakti is equal to love and śraddhā combined. Both mind and feeling together—this is the great quality of bhakti."

16:40 - 17:11 (31 min)

The Inner States: Jagrat, Svapna, Suṣupti, and Beyond
18:15 - 18:29 (14 min)
States of consciousness reveal our inner and outer life.
Waking activity is for the outer world, using all energy from sunrise to sunset. In sleep, we are within ourselves, aware of the inner self filled with divine feeling. This sleep is not nothing; it is a vital awareness given by God. Deep sleep is being one hundred percent aware of the self, comfortable and peaceful. The dream state contains things within ourselves, both good and bad. A constant alertness exists between these states. Therefore, sleeping is very important. A higher level is Yoga Nidrā, a sleep of consciousness toward the Supreme, practiced by yogis.
"In sleeping, we were within ourselves. Our whole being is with us, filled with very, very divine feelings."
"What this sleep means is that we are 100% aware of our self, and so it is very comfortable, relaxed, and peaceful."

Practical guide to meditation (11/11)
18:30 - 19:10 (40 min)
The universal Self, the Ātmā, is one and exists within all. Space, light, and energy are its radiance, constituting a universal body within. This Ātmā is unborn and immortal. To be understood, this universal principle must manifest, for humans require form. Knowing this Ātmā is Self-knowledge. When that knowledge dawns, all desires and qualities dissolve, like a snake shedding its skin. One arrives at the knowledge "I am Brahman." Yet, those who truly possess this knowledge never proclaim it. Humility is essential; declaring wisdom leads to loss. The individual soul, or jīvātmā, is a mixture of this Ātmā and individual qualities, bound by karma. The human body is given to attain Self-knowledge and transform from the bound soul to Śiva. This requires surrendering negative thoughts and desires. Finding shelter with a master ends the search, bringing true happiness and freedom from the cycle of pain.
"The ātmā is ajar (un-aging), unborn, immortal, and everlasting. That ātmā is our reality."
"Jīvātmā is not immortal. Jīvātmā is bound to destiny through karma."

Keep the original message of Yoga
19:15 - 20:43 (88 min)
The Guru is the unity of all worship and the source of true knowledge. Worship of all creation is worship of the one Guru, for the soul and the Guru are one. Singing devotional prayers requires the qualities of a Guru, as it is rooted in meditation upon the Gurudev. A genuine guru teaches comprehensive knowledge—the what, where, and how—not merely alphabets or rituals. Common sense and deeper understanding are essential, unlike the disciple who foolishly overfilled a container with oil. The teaching is to awaken this inner wisdom.
"Meditate on the Gurudev. And do not think the Gurudev is only for giving pictures and mantras."
"Just writing the alphabet and teaching you this and this and that is not enough. That is very, very important: when, where, and how."
