Knowledge is Endless
0:00 - 1:10 (70 min)
Knowledge is an endless flow called Vidyā or Saraswatī. This learning is inherent in consciousness and constantly moves forward like a river. Humans are on this path of Vidyā, which has no end, so one must not stop. All actions, even sweeping, constitute Vidyā when done without ego. The ego is an obstruction to this flow. Languages are diverse, yet they converge into oneness like clouds. Complete alphabets, like the 52 letters of Devanagari, relate to the brain's hemispheres and the body's chakras. The Kuṇḍalinī Śakti ascends through eight centers: Mūlādhāra, Svādhiṣṭhāna, Maṇipūra, Anāhata, Viśuddhi, Ājñā, Bindu, and Sahasrāra. The resonance of mantra Oṁ travels from the navel to the crown. This is Kriyā Śakti, the power in action. True knowledge encompasses purity, intellect, and wisdom, represented by Saraswatī, who is beyond even the trinity of Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva. Without reverence for this knowledge, one lives without direction.
"Vidyā is not only something you need to learn and read again from what you have learned. It is in your consciousness, in your mind, in your thoughts, in your feelings."
"Those who have purity, intellect, and knowledge, then you are perfect always, no problem. Otherwise, we are like animals."

The power of the mantras
2:40 - 3:52 (72 min)
The divine vibration of sacred chants and mantras connects the present to the great saints and masters of the past. Their resonance is felt within when one sits in meditation and remembers these hymns. This profound gift of awareness must be used, lest it be lost. Understand the universal principle of non-violence. Inflicting pain or slaughtering any creature is a grave error. As taught in the Mahabharata, non-violence is the supreme duty. One must feel the suffering of all beings. Practice the given mantras diligently for healing and liberation. Be mindful of the sustenance consumed, seeking pure and natural nourishment.
"Ahimsā paramo dharma. Never do any hiṁsā."
"If you can use this, everything you will get it, or lose it."

Morning Yoga practice, Umag, Croatia (9/9)
4:00 - 5:14 (74 min)
A morning sādhana sequence integrates breath, movement, and awareness. Begin by warming the body with gentle stretches and deep breathing. Practice foundational āsanas like Pavanamuktāsana and Marjaryāsana to activate the spine and muscles. Flow through a warming sequence, coordinating each motion with inhalation and exhalation. Perform forward bends and backbends, focusing on alignment and the stretch without pain. Incorporate inverted postures to affect circulation and glands. Conclude with prāṇāyāma to regulate energy and a period of silent observation. The practice strengthens the body, deepens the breath, and calms the mind.
"Marjaryāsana is a wonderful morning āsana, stretching your back muscles and activating your spine."
"Observe your breath, and feel the effects of the āsanas."

We have to have balance
5:20 - 5:45 (25 min)
Yoga extends beyond physical practice to the cosmic self, serving as a vital path for this age. Śiva maintains balance for all beings to prevent constant conflict. We exist within a vast, moving cosmic narrative. In this era, many act deceitfully. Stabilizing forces that uphold the earth are now fracturing rapidly. All creatures suffer from widespread harm. Humanity's purpose is to protect life, not destroy it. Those embodying purity and spiritual power will merge with the cosmic reality. This comprehensive yoga is taught globally.
"God has made humans not for killing any creatures, but for protecting them."
"Yoga is not only āsana and prāṇāyāma, but there is something more."

Guru can change impossible to possible
5:50 - 6:53 (63 min)
The divine order governs life, from daily activity to nightly restoration. A healthy, long life comes from simple, plant-based nourishment; meat, alcohol, and animal products are not for human consumption. True spirituality means loving all creatures, not eating them. Many lack this knowledge due to their culture. Observing religious ceremonies while supporting animal slaughter is a profound contradiction. Respect divine imagery; do not create composite pictures of yourself with Alakpurījī. Stand humbly in prayer, but maintain respectful distance. Alakpurījī is the non-visible, quality-less divine essence, made visible through yogic power and deep meditation. The eternal world exists in dimensions beyond the physical, accessible through spiritual practice.
"It is said in that, 'O men, if you have only one handful of little rice, the whole day is more than enough to live.'"
"Spiritual means not God; spiritual means love all creatures, give them feed. Love them, but don’t eat them."

The Practice of Śalabhāsana and Complementary Āsanas
6:55 - 7:54 (59 min)
The practice of śalabhāsana and complementary āsanas builds strength and influences consciousness. Śalabhāsana strengthens the posterior muscles and works on self-confidence. Hold the posture with full lungs and descend on the exhalation, though breathe naturally if there is high blood pressure. Remain soft while using strength. It corrects the pelvis and benefits the prostate and menstruation. A variation with hands under the body stretches the digestive tract and is ideal before meditation. Avoid excessive bending in the lumbar area; focus the bend in the thoracic part. Follow with relaxation and pavanamuktāsana to release lower back tension. Sarvāṅgāsana benefits peripheral circulation and balances thyroid function, but avoid it with hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, or during menstruation. It improves circulation to the head and allows a subtle exhalation. Its counterpose is bhuḍaṅgāsana, which stretches the front and strengthens the arms; bend in the chest area, not the most flexible part. Halāsana stretches the back and affects the neck, emphasizing exhalation. Matsyāsana opens the chest, works on the thyroid and breathing, and is performed with inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth. A one-legged balance pose aids concentration and nervous stability. Ardha Matsyendrāsana regenerates the spine and has anti-inflammatory properties. An inverted posture improves circulation to the head and spiritual development. Conclude with Tāḍāsana and Prāṇāyāma. Bhastrikā Prāṇāyāma intensifies the digestive fire and burns waste; relax the abdomen and let breath flow spontaneously without forcing inhalation. Avoid it with a brain tumor or elevated body temperature. Chant Oṁ to withdraw inward.
"Remain soft in the posture, even while using strength."
"In this posture, simply allow one subtle, extended exhalation."

Vegetarian cooking lesson 11, Kadhi soup, Okra and chapatis
9:00 - 9:14 (14 min)
Today we prepare gāṭṭā kadhi, a dish from the Marwa region. The gāṭṭā is a dough made from chickpea flour, yoghurt, salt, turmeric, chilli, and optional ginger and cumin. Mix it only with yoghurt to avoid a soft dough. The sticky dough is like worldly attachment; using oil on your hands is like using the oil of wisdom to handle it. Roll the oiled dough into thin pieces and boil them for 10-15 minutes. Test doneness by seeing if a piece breaks when pulled. Cut the cooked gāṭṭā and add it to the kadhi to cook further. Serve with chapati and a vegetable dish like bitter gourd. For chapati, make dough soft as an earlobe, roll it round without wrinkles, and cook it on proper heat until it puffs up. Ajwain in the dough is healthy. Marwa cuisine uses local, natural ingredients.
"When we touch the besan dough, it sticks very quickly. Then we use the oil of wisdom, which gets rid of the attachment, and then we have the dough nicely prepared."
"The people living there eat only regional food. They know the leaves and fruits growing in their area."

Transferring the ancient knowledge
9:20 - 10:21 (61 min)
Ayurveda and Yoga are ancient sciences of body, mind, and soul. The knowledge was transmitted verbally from master to disciple, known as Śruti, and through memory, called Smṛti. Human memory has declined due to reliance on writing and technology. Ancient research was more perfect, preserved in scriptures that cannot be changed. Ayurveda provides remedies from powerful herbs, where quality, not quantity, is key, and requires following strict dietary principles. Yoga begins with discipline practiced now, not tomorrow.
The primary cause of all mental and physical disease is worry, called cintā. Citta is the fire of the funeral pyre. The solution is cintana and svādhyāya—reflective prayer and the study of sacred texts or oneself. Close your eyes, meditate, and practice mantra to overcome worry. Complete the chapters of your life. Do not procrastinate; begin your discipline now. Give up cintā, for what is lost is lost.
"Cintā only is the one cause—the cintā."
"The best way is cintana."

Do not eat animals
10:25 - 11:16 (51 min)
Evening program with Vishwaguruji in Vancouver, Canada. It is very rare for the soul to obtain a human body. We are destroying our planet; for our own comfort, we harm other creatures. Humans should not kill anyone and should not eat anyone. Ahimsa - non violence - is for the humans. Love and feed animals, do not eat them.
Preserving health
11:20 - 12:19 (59 min)
Health arises from proper nourishment, purification, and governing the inner self.
The root of disease, including cancer, is diet. Modern medicine uses chemicals the natural body rejects. Veganism is praised for avoiding animal suffering, though even vegetables and honey are now compromised. True healing comes from seasonal, local foods eaten in variety, not global imports. The body is a kingdom hosting countless lives, not a single soul. Purify through yogic practices like Śaṅkaprakṣālana. Forgive others and release anger, as negative thoughts create illness. Realize your spiritual nature now; do not wait.
"Āyurveda said that my body is natural and Āyurveda is also natural. So that is how we can expect, accept, and hope that something will be healed in the body."
"Therefore, many people eat ahiṃsā. That is pure ahiṃsā. Ahiṃsā is many, many things. So, this part they are doing as vegans is very good."

Life is Soul
12:25 - 12:56 (31 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Bhaktas get peace and happiness when they have Guru Vakya, the words of the Guru. Our root is Sri Alakhpuriji. Where life is there is Soul. That Soul is equal in all of us.
Go to the Satsang
13:00 - 13:51 (51 min)
Satsaṅg is the company of truth and spiritual association, while kusaṅg is negative company. A disciple wished to attend a festival, but his Gurujī gave him a peacock feather to view the crowd. Through it, he saw the gathering as a mass of fighting animals, except for a small group who remained human in appearance. He realized the crowd's internal qualities were base, though their external forms were human. He immediately returned to the pure company of his teacher. The body may appear human, but the inner quality defines one's nature. Therefore, seek satsaṅg. Do not outwardly declare others as not good, but regard all with good heart and thought. Positive energy may then flow, potentially leading them to good company in time.
"Through the feather, he saw only animals in the crowd, but when he looked without it, they appeared as humans."
"Therefore, satsaṅg. Satsaṅg is good things."

The story about two brothers one of them was studied and the other lived a spiritual life alone in a forest. There are two kinds of bhava. One is where there is some wish and the other has no wish. Birds know that there is their child in the eggs. The lecturer speaks about his daily life and his spiritual experiences in different Ashrams.
Around the world - World peace in your hands
15:00 - 15:03 (3 min)
Peace is in your hands, and inner peace is the foundation for world peace. A practical yoga system was created to address modern life's problems, now practiced globally. This system is an accredited university course and a tool for hospital rehabilitation. The organization is a UN-affiliated non-profit working for human rights, environmental protection, and universal welfare. Humanitarian projects include a large educational institute in India shaped like the Om symbol, a school for handicapped children, and a planned hospital. In drought areas, it provides free fire services and a rainwater harvesting initiative. The founder has initiated international peace summits and a world peace forum, promoting interfaith dialogue for decades. His efforts have been recognized with awards from global leaders for advancing citizens' holistic health. The core message is that personal transformation is essential for global change.
"All elements are balanced in a perfect way, and that balancing principle, that is what I call yoga."
"Be the change you want to see."
Around the world - YIDL at he Sziget Festival Budapest 2011
15:10 - 15:15 (5 min)
Yoga is offered as a sanctuary within a large music festival. For eleven years, we provide a daily practice, showing festival-goers how to relax deeply. Many newcomers try yoga here for the first time. We adapt to the fast-paced environment by offering 20-25 minute sessions tailored to individual requests for rest, asana, or meditation. Initial interest often comes from seeing dynamic asana practice. We always begin with simple, grounding exercises, not advanced postures. We emphasize preserving the tradition's purity and spirituality, contrasting with the popular strength-based styles. Our presence in this community space is essential, as many might not seek out a dedicated center. People practice even amidst loud music, achieving a withdrawal of the senses. This demonstrates that deep relaxation is possible anywhere.
"Based on this, our prepared yoga instructors tailor the session accordingly."
"The astonishing experience we have is that at most they achieve pratyāhāra, the withdrawal of the senses, so that they are absolutely undisturbed by what is happening outside."

The Means Are the End: On Non-Violence, Patience, and Peace
15:20 - 15:34 (14 min)
The means are the end; the purity of the instrument determines the outcome.
Life initially teaches non-violence through powerlessness, when a violent response is impossible. Yet true understanding comes with maturity. Society focuses on ends, neglecting means. This creates fundamental questions: can war bring peace or violence bring justice? The answer is no. Wrong means always yield wrong ends, for the means become the end. A seed becomes the tree. Hatred breeds hatred; violence breeds violence. Only non-violence, born from compassion, breeds compassion. Some claim wrong means bring wealth and power, while right means bring struggle. But happiness is a peaceful mind. Those using right means possess this peace and live in the present. Those using wrong means have disturbed minds, living in past or future. To follow non-violence requires immense patience and faith. It is a slow, complete cure like Ayurveda, healing from within like yoga.
"There are countless reasons for which I can give my life, but for no reason can I kill a person."
"Happiness is a peaceful state of mind."

Full Moon Satsang from Strilky
16:50 - 17:33 (43 min)
The full moon brings immense power, sweetness to vegetation, and calmness through fasting. Fasting balances health and emotions, and is observed with a saṅkalpa, a vow directed to the Divine Mother or Śaktis, who possess great destructive power. During Navarātrī, a nine-night fast with milk and fruits is kept for energy and protection, often for blessings like a good spouse. Observance requires discipline, such as avoiding specific foods, and these vows must be kept to maintain the marital bond. The moon's energy purifies; offerings like milk left under its light absorb protection and promote good thoughts. Full moons mark powerful periods for incarnations and prayers for ancestors' liberation. Our reality is shaped by faith and observance, not by seeing the moon, as its influence is constant. Heaven and hell are internal states of the heart, and we must avoid cursing, as it returns.
"The moon has more power than the sun in this regard, and it is closer to us on our earth than any other stars or planets."
"Hell is nowhere, and heaven is nowhere. When it is here, it is in your heart."

Pranayama calms down the emotions
17:40 - 18:41 (61 min)
Yoga requires strict discipline and practice to succeed. Announcements are made, but discipline is not followed. Special seating should not exist; everyone should rotate. Sannyāsīs are not exempt and must also work, like cleaning the garden. Work with the earth is essential for health and is a form of worship, yet many avoid it. Obsessive cleaning wastes water. Artificial nail coatings are harmful chemicals. The body is primary, and we have damaged it by distancing ourselves from nature. The ashram's pure environment supports health. Food that tastes good is often unhealthy, and vice versa, as the body's organs struggle with poor nourishment. Yoga integrates diet, exercise, and connection with nature, like tending a tree. Discipline in eating less improves meditation and practice. The recent group meditation was deep and successful. Practice must always begin with the left nostril, the lunar channel governing mind and emotion, to avoid imbalance and harm. Negative emotions like anger primarily damage oneself. Instructions must be checked for correctness. Those with physical limitations should have proper seating. The body is a temple and practice should be comfortable, not torturous.
"Yoga is successful only if you have discipline."
"Yoga will be successful through your karma yoga."

How cosmic energy is circulating in our body
18:45 - 19:26 (41 min)
The Viśuddhi Chakra purifies energy through sound and nerve connections. The body contains 72,000 nerve channels forming a network. The solar plexus, or Maṇipūra Chakra, is a powerful healing center and the seat of life's energy, connected to the sun. This sunlight, symbolized by the svastika, awakens through practices like Agnisar Kriyā. The universal sound OṂ, concentrated at the Viśuddhi, purifies negative energy. Chakras have petals representing Sanskrit alphabets, with resonance in each center. Purification addresses physical, mental, and emotional disease. The sound AUM originates from the sun and moves from the navel through the body. Prāṇāyāma involves inhalation, exhalation, and retention. The three principal nāḍīs are Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumnā, which intersect at chakras. The Vajranāḍī begins at the toes and balances the entire nerve system, aiding digestion and immunity when sitting in Vajrāsana. This posture aligns the spine and relaxes the body, supporting the Viśuddhi Chakra's function.
"The Viśuddhi Chakra is a filter, purifying all the negative energy from our body."
"That sound comes to our navel, and from our navel, it sends radiance through the whole body."
