Presence of a Yogi means blessing
0:15 - 1:26 (71 min)
The pilgrim's journey is a metaphor for the path to self-realization.
Ancient pilgrims undertook arduous journeys to holy places like Kedārnāth. They traveled on foot through wild forests, guided by faith and the kindness of sādhus who shared simple, sustaining food. Their entire consciousness was fixed on the divine destination. The difficult path purified them, and they carried the temple's energy and prasād back to their villages, welcomed as if God had returned. This historical struggle contrasts with modern, comfortable travel. The true journey is internal. We are all pilgrims on earth, moving toward the divine. Maintain a positive mind and unwavering confidence, feeling God's presence especially during trials. The path itself is the goal.
"when the time is comfortable... you are with me. And when it was a very hard path... you left me alone." The voice replied, "when it was very hard, you did not walk. I walked for you, and I carry you on the hollow of my palm."
"one hour, half hour, and quarter hour. So even one minute, half a minute... satsaṅg... purifies thousands of our mistakes."

Shiva is the light
1:30 - 2:40 (70 min)
All beings possess a soul and feel pain, from humans to the smallest fly. Water is life, and God is the living energy within it. To be human is to refrain from intentional killing. Different eras, or yugas, cycle with Dharma's purity declining; we now reside in Kali Yuga. Divinity is not a form but the conscious power from which all manifestation arises, with Śiva as the primordial source. True religion is one's inherent relation to the divine, not sectarian identity.
"A tiny fly, when they see us, they come near us and then fly away. Why? Because they think, 'These humans, they will kill us.'"
"God is that energy, power, protection, many things, but not the form."

Don't be Afraid
2:45 - 3:54 (69 min)
The true guru is one who knows past, present, and future. All beings possess the same divine Ātmā. The self is God. Life consumes life, yet the human heart is intended to avoid harming creatures. In Ayurveda, plants are classified, and using roots can destroy the plant. Shiva and Shakti are inseparable unity. When Shakti entered the fire, Shiva carried her body. Vishnu performed an austerity, pledging a thousand lotuses to Shiva. One flower was missing, so Vishnu offered his eye, named Kamal Nayan. Shiva then granted Vishnu the Sudarśana discus. Vishnu used it to cut Shakti's body into fifty-two pieces, which fell as sacred sites. The Guru's power is immense; a mere spark from the Guru ignites widespread light.
"All jīvātmās in each and everyone are only one."
"Shakti will not separate, and when separated, it will cut it in pieces."

Yoga and Bhramari Pranayama
5:05 - 5:54 (49 min)
The inner light of practice is found through consistent yoga and pranayama. Asana purifies the body, while pranayama awakens the internal power of prana. This life force is inseparable from the jiva, or individual soul. One specific technique is Brahmari pranayama. It involves closing the ears and listening to the internal sound. This sound reveals imbalances within the body's energy channels. The practice brings peace to the mind and awakens inner light. Hold to one practice with dedication, not changing it daily.
"Yoga is not just asana and pranayama; that is a little for the body."
"Hold on to it and hold on to it."

Satsang has a divine vibration because of singing bhajans
6:00 - 7:09 (69 min)
Devotion opens the heart to divine presence. The pure being has five sheaths, from the physical to the bliss body. The saint's heart is a blooming lotus of divine vibration, while a negative heart withers. Sanātana Dharma is the eternal duty to protect and love all creation equally. Dharma means to protect. Negative thoughts and speech are ignorance; their karmic consequence returns to the speaker. Trust given must not be abandoned. The divine resides within the devoted heart, beyond all doubt and criticism.
"Dharma means your duty... dharma means protect, protect, protect."
"If you cannot speak something good, at least don’t talk negatively."

Try to live in a natural way
7:15 - 8:17 (62 min)
Satsaṅg and disciplined living are foundations for spiritual and physical well-being. An eight-month Anuṣṭhāna was completed, a period of residence with daily satsaṅg and spiritual practice. This occurred at a Sattva āśram, a pure place established for decades where many have come to practice. The holiness originates from ancient spiritual lineage. Satsaṅg is the gathering of truth with spiritual companions, fostering happiness. Historical guidance from masters emphasizes simple, disciplined living. This includes dietary discipline: eat only when truly hungry, avoid tea and coffee, and consume pure foods. Modern habits of constant eating and improper foods lead to illness. True health comes from eating moderately, drinking water, and leaving space in the stomach. Practice silence, maintain personal space in communal living, and focus on spiritual practice. The recent global situation, while difficult, allowed for sustained spiritual focus and family connection at home. Ultimately, cultivate a life free from anger and negativity through disciplined practice and satsaṅg.
"Without bhakti, without satsaṅg, one feels a little bit alone."
"Eat half, drink one quarter water, and leave the other quarter empty. Then our health will be the best."

Guru is only one
8:25 - 9:15 (50 min)
The Guru, mantra, and spiritual practice are essential in Kali Yuga. This age is marked by anger and disease globally. Those following a sattvic diet and yoga practice remained healthy, as research shows. The science of yoga provides protection. Mantra practice is paramount, and the mantra given by one's Guru is fundamental. The Guru's word is the true essence, not the physical form. One must not seek a second initiating guru, though one may listen to all saints. All life originates from the same source, like drops from one ocean. Spiritual progress requires meditation, mantra, and adherence to the Guru's word.
"Only one guru you have, your guru."
"Do not think of the body of the guru... that mantra which is given by the guru is like a seed planted in your body."

The Human Dharma
9:20 - 10:09 (49 min)
The human life is a vehicle to realize the soul and reach the divine source. This body is a temporary conveyance like a train; we leave it at our destination. In this age, fundamental relationships and purity are forgotten, as seen when parents are discarded. Humans consume animal bodies yet ritualistically avoid human corpses, blurring the line between purity and degradation. All life contains the same minute soul, experiencing the same pain. The mother and the earth are both gurus, as life begins from the father's seed within the mother's womb. Every teacher of any skill is a guru, but the one true guru is the divine seed within, connecting us to the eternal tradition. True yoga integrates this understanding with ethical living, not mere physical postures. Chant "Oṁ" from the navel to connect with this inner source.
"The body is like an airplane, a train, or a bus. When we reach our destination, we get out."
"All contain a jīva, a living being. The tiny drop and the vast ocean are the same."

Kundalini and bhramari pranayama
10:15 - 11:09 (54 min)
The human system is a map of energy, with the chakras and their petals corresponding to the letters of language. The fifty-two petals of the chakras align with the fifty-two letters of the Sanskrit alphabet. This connection reveals language as a divine structure within the body. The mother tongue holds primacy, as the first sound comes from the mother. Understanding this interwoven reality requires study and direct experience, not mere intellectual discussion. Techniques like Brahmari Prāṇāyāma harmonize this inner system. Practice with discipline to awaken knowledge from within.
"Within our Hindi letters, within that kuṇḍalinī, within each petal, there is each letter."
"Brahmari will release everything for you."

One in All and All in One
11:15 - 12:06 (51 min)
Faith is the most powerful energy, granting confidence. The mantra "Om Prabhu Dīpa Niranjan" brings light, removing suffering and negativity. This light means happiness and peace, purifying every cell. The Guru is one, though forms appear many. Absolute faith in the Guru and the single, powerful word is essential. Do not imitate the Guru's actions, only follow the teachings.
"Om is eternal. There is nothing higher than Om."
"Guru is only one. Body is thousands, millions."

Instructions for practising
12:10 - 13:01 (51 min)
The foundation of practice is knowledge, discipline, and adaptation. Each posture has a specific effect, and the sequence is crucial. When you adopt a system, you must follow its fixed procedures. However, you must know your own bodily capacity and limitations. If a posture causes pain or is contraindicated for your condition, you must avoid it. This is an individual matter. The teacher's first duty is to know what to do and what not to do for themselves and their students. Practice must be consistent; knowledge unused is lost. Yoga is a comprehensive science for mastering oneself, not merely physical movements. You must preserve and transmit knowledge, otherwise it perishes.
"Every yoga teacher's first duty and priority is to know what to do and what not to do for themselves."
"Knowledge must be renewed daily; otherwise, we are lost."

Vishuddi Chakra and thyroid gland
14:40 - 14:58 (18 min)
Desire is a poison. In myth, gods and demons churned the ocean, producing a poison that threatened all creation. Śiva drank it but held it in his throat, which turned blue, earning him the name Nīlakaṇṭha. Similarly, we hold poison in our own throats. This is the psychological poison of swallowing harsh words—from a spouse, a boss, or colleagues—without retaliation. This suppression is linked to ailments like thyroid problems. The viśuddhi cakra at the throat is where this purification must occur. Its symbols include a strong elephant, representing the capacity to bear burdens, and Brahmā, the creator who holds the Vedas, representing wisdom. His consort Sarasvatī, with her sitar, represents the purifying power of sound. The chakras contain mantras in their petals, corresponding to the Sanskrit alphabet. The journey upward is careful; the Ājñā Chakra is the border between human and divine. These are symbols for an inner process. Understanding and purifying the five bodies—physical, mental, energetic, wisdom, and bliss—is essential. Do not get lost in contradictory advice from different teachers. You must practice to achieve.
"Śiva said, 'For the sake of all vegetation, and other creatures and humans, I will drink the poison.'"
"If you can clean this problem, then it is wisdom. If not, then you are again gone down."

Who will liberate us?
16:40 - 17:14 (34 min)
The unity of all spiritual paths and the essential grace of the guru are paramount. All teachings and religions are one, as all beings are God's children. We respect all holy books and figures, including Jesus on this Christmas day. The divine essence—whether called Viṣṇu, Śiva, or another name—is singular. We must transcend duality, recognizing our shared humanity and fostering humility and peace. The mind must be controlled through yoga. The guru provides the essential knowledge for liberation, surpassing even parental guidance. Life's attachments, like a spider's web, ultimately trap us. At death, no relative or friend can free the soul; only the Satguru can offer true refuge and lead one beyond the cycle.
"Guru Kṛupāhi Kevalaṁ Śiṣyaki Ānanda Maṅgalaṁ. When the Gurudeva is there, the disciple is happy, full of joy."
"Without Satgurus, we come there, you are not in that knowledge."

Our life is like a football
18:10 - 19:28 (78 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan, Rajasthan, India. Bhajan singing by Puspa and Avatarpuri. With the blessing of our Parampara, we can purify our koshas. Bhajans go through our body nerves and brain. Men should protect all creatures and let them live because they are part of God. WE are on the path of our Parampara. We are in one boat. We should control our brain and heart also. When you die say let it be. We are fighting in our life like football players. Keep clean your five elements.
Yoga and nature is one
19:35 - 20:02 (27 min)
Yoga is the science of humans and a natural way of life. Its first principle is vegetation, which is Āyurveda, an ancient medicine from the Yugas. Modern medicine, while life-saving, is chemical and not fully accepted by the natural body, unlike remedies from plants. Our way of eating has been lost, and white sugar is a major cause of disease. The tongue enslaves us to taste, leading to illness. Āyurveda encompasses diet and was once so advanced it included surgeries like those on the brain. Yoga is not acrobatics; it is a scientific system for a long, healthy life. Many practice it incorrectly, which can cause harm. True yoga involves physical exercise, breathing, concentration, and meditation. We are all God, and our actions determine our fate. The practice should be shared freely for community health.
