If you want to go to God don't eat meat
0:00 - 0:40 (40 min)
Recorded on
The practice of purity and compassion is universal, rooted in non-violence. Life feeds on life within nature's cycle, yet the highest being should not consume another. The sacredness of all life calls for avoiding exploitation. Observing dairy practices reveals the taking of milk meant solely for the calf, leading many to adopt veganism, forsaking all animal products. This aligns with spiritual aim, for consuming life returns one to the cycle, while purity leads beyond. Health is supported by this pure diet. The practice of 'Yoga in Daily Life' must embody this dietary purity to be complete. Many now follow this path for compassion, health, and spirit. "Life feeds on life." "If we want to go to God, then we go there. Otherwise, one goes into other forms." Filming location: Slovakia
What is the distance between Earth and sky?
0:45 - 1:38 (53 min)
Recorded on
Awakening is the first step to yoga, beginning with humility and respect. Upon waking, a light opens in the heart, bringing knowledge to the brain, making us aware. This awakening recognizes "I am human," an awareness shared by all creatures. The next acknowledgments are to God, then to Mother and Father. The earth is our mother, the sky our father; we exist between them, supported by both. A yogi once asked the distance between earth and sky. The answer is from the foot on earth to the top of the head. Our steps are on the mother earth, under the father sky. Yoga is not merely postures but the journey where all diversities, like rivers, merge into the one cosmic Self. Practice begins with the intention to do only good. "From earth to sky, where our foot is on the where? Earth. And where is the height of the sky? Only till the head." "When we practice the āsanas, we imitate... the art-typical posture of the natures... we get rid of those karmas." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The cause of illnesses
4:00 - 4:54 (54 min)
Recorded on
The Satguru's name is the boat to cross the ocean of worldly existence. Satsang is the vehicle to heaven, like a boat crossing the ocean. Those who board the boat of the Guru's name with faith and service will be carried to the far shore. The mind is inherently restless, greedy, and thieving; it steals away good thoughts. Do not follow its desires. To control it, seek shelter at the Guru's divine feet. Worry is a disease that eats away at one's roots like a termite. We often blame others and do not accept our own mistakes, which creates mental illness. Guilt and hidden faults create fear that manifests as disease in the body. Surrender is essential. True devotion is an unbreakable attachment and purity. Hold fast to it to attain the divine vision. "Satguru nām jahāj hai, chaḍe sū utre pār, jo śraddhā kar sev de." "Man ke lagām lagāo... To śaraṇa. Come, seek the shelter at the divine feet or divine presence of the Gurudev." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

We will bring that divine light
8:40 - 9:28 (48 min)
Recorded on
The essence is the Guru's light and the systematic knowledge received. A rare opportunity exists to be with the Gurudev. India is an ocean of knowledge, and the Guru brings its pure essence to all. The knowledge of the Vedas and Upaniṣads belongs to everyone. A true Guru is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya, one who knows reality and can speak it simply. Many speak, but few combine knowledge with expression. The provided system of yoga is good and simple. The core duty is to preserve and spread the light received from the Guru through sādhanā. That inner light transforms everything. Follow the masters' words and practice yoga in daily life. "The one who knows the reality and can speak about it... is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya." "Bring that light everywhere where you are... You are like a sun in the dark universe." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Memories
9:35 - 10:19 (44 min)
Recorded on
Memory is a foundational aspect of life, yet dwelling on the past is a waste of precious time. The past is gone like water that has flowed down a river; you cannot catch it again. Excessive attachment to past memories or to the dead body of a loved one is a sorrow for unreality. To progress spiritually, one must overcome such attachments. The advanced state of Trikāldarśī, seeing past, present, and future, is not easily attained and requires mastering one's own mind and memories first. God has placed security on such knowledge to maintain peace. If gained, this sight must be used with great care and discretion. To develop and maintain good memory, practice yogic postures like Śīrṣāsana that increase blood circulation to the brain and senses. Complement this with concentration and Āyurvedic practices, such as chewing a few soaked almonds daily with milk. A brilliant memory, free from attachment, leads to true bliss. "To think about the past is a waste of time. And wasting time is a sin." "Trikāldarśī means knowing the past, present, and future." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Do not eat eggs!
10:25 - 11:09 (44 min)
Recorded on
The path requires purity in diet and action, avoiding all animal products for health and spiritual integrity. Those who abstain from meat, eggs, and alcohol remain healthy and strong. Eating eggs causes illness and leads to hospital visits. The idea to eat mussels comes from a negative source. Do not pursue such things for money. Practice yoga in daily life; this teaching is universal for all. Family unity is essential, with both parents present for the child. When feeling heavy, stand up, go out, use cold water, and repeat. This practice brings clarity. "Eggs, they sing, but I can tell you, it will cause many problems, and you die." "Life without Vishwagurujī is like a day without sun, like a night without moon, and like a temple without a candle." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Everything is in our heart
11:15 - 11:28 (13 min)
Recorded on
The grace of the guru is experienced through devotion and miraculous presence. People constantly call for the speaker to visit them. A story is told of Mahāprabhujī as a child going with cows that ate from a farm; despite concerns, Gurujī said it would result in more for the owners, and it did. The speaker describes visiting places associated with Mahāprabhujī, who is meditating deeply. Another figure stays in the jungle, refusing to enter a house even for food. People question the speaker's absence over years, but the speaker cites health. The essence is that the guru and devotees are connected in the heart, enabling all things. Disciples act in harmony with the guru's will. "Gurujī said, 'Don't worry, let them eat.'" "He said, 'Okay, you can give it to me outside. I don't go inside, yeah.'" Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Satsang helps everyone
11:35 - 12:01 (26 min)
Recorded on
The essence of satsaṅga is the gathering in truth and goodness. Practice is good, yet many attend without knowing the core, speaking in code yet helping all. This gathering is sattasaṅga, the company of truth. First, one must learn the proper order of being together, like a child with its mother. This unity is the state of satya, the union of all. Many lands and languages exist, but the essence is one. All people, from all backgrounds, are called to this understanding. The practice is to come and sit together in this truth. "Satt is the good things, the true things, everything." "Satya is satya. It is the state of satya." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
When I was a child
12:05 - 12:56 (51 min)
Recorded on
The path requires personal action and grace, not mere waiting. We strive to connect and become better, yet many wait for life to happen. True progress comes from engaging actively. A personal history illustrates this: a father's astrological prediction, a mother's concern, and encounters with spiritual guides led to a decisive journey. Running from school and meeting a teacher clarified the path. An invitation to teach yoga abroad began with a refusal to eat meat, establishing principles that attracted many. This work expanded across countries, forming communities and ashrams through consistent action and adherence to truth. The key is to take life into your own hands; sitting in a waiting room yields nothing. Engage in karma yoga, participate, and give of yourself. Through active doing, destiny unfolds. "My father said, 'This child has a high IQ.'" "If you want to learn math, you can't sit and talk, 'Math, please come to me.' You must take life in your own hands." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
It is good if we are as we are
13:00 - 13:20 (20 min)
Recorded on
We must understand our origins and maintain our natural, familial harmony. We come into this world through God, manifest via our mother, who carries and nurtures the child. The entire family rejoices in this pure, natural process. The child inherits its essence and likeness from the father. We live happily within our familial and national lineages. While we should be friends to all people, we must also preserve our own heritage. Going to other countries is fine, but one should remain rooted in their own. Relationships between people of different backgrounds may seem acceptable, but they are not sustainable and lead to confusion in lineage. Observe nature: animals do not cross their kinds to come together. Similarly, we must keep to our own. Respect everyone, but maintain your family's purity. Your primary duty is to your parents and children. Uphold this natural order. "All humans are good. They are always, no problems. But when you come, many people are only like this, and others are on that side." "Do you think there is one animal and another animal, and now they will come together? You think so? They will not come." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Building the Ashram
13:25 - 14:00 (35 min)
Recorded on
This is our ashram, a place of being and bliss. We are all here together, sitting with sādhus and yogīs, and it is very good. The essence must be in our body. An ashram is our home. Understanding comes from above, from God to mother to human. It arrives directly, like from Akkar to Nābhi. Even a mother may not know how it comes, but it is our prophet. God is the only one and will become human. If humans belong to India, then all children are equal. That one will enter God, will enter the body. We must care for the human mind. We are here, and we will do the work. In construction, one must think about how people feel inside. A building is not just a roof; it should be pleasant. The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans. Materials modified by humans, like bricks and lime, are good. Stones like sandstone are neutral, but granite harms the body. Modern materials like steel and concrete are dead and not healthy. We follow Vāstu Śāstra, the science of building, so the earth supports everyone living there. We use lime, not just cement, for healthier buildings. Wood is the best material and can be used for multi-story buildings and large halls. "This is our ashram; this is our ashram. And when you see it, oh, it is very nice." "The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
A New World Begins
14:05 - 14:44 (39 min)
Recorded on
A new dawn for humanity is here, set in motion for the whole world. Write something new every day with these new words. A verse has come, and the children will bring the new. You have done this work, and it is now placed within everyone. Become human again. Before sleep, tell yourself a new life comes. This good world is for all. Purity, health, and good will return. Tell all people. The new world comes slowly. Your country will be in peace. Make it in your heart and brain. Come back to your country and village. Practice yoga for a pure house, without meat or alcohol. Live healthy. What comes from elsewhere is not good. Return to local, good food and water. Remain in your country. Go to your temple. Give children good food. Be human with pure qualities. All gods are good and are with us inside. In your country, first purify it. Every morning upon waking, say "I am human." Then acknowledge Mother Earth before stepping down. See the power in a drop of water. See the whole world. Ask for purity and help others—humans, animals, birds. See life in all. You are human; therefore, have no problems and help others. "Open your eyes: I am human. Only this one word." "Tell yourself in your mind: 'New life, a new life comes.'" Filming location: Slovakia

Around the world -- Yoga against diabetes from Czech Republic
16:15 - 16:22 (7 min)
Recorded on
Yoga addresses modern diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes through holistic practices. Prolonged stress disrupts physical and mental balance, leading to illness. The system views these conditions from a holistic perspective, where emotional and psychological stress contribute alongside organic dysfunctions. Practices such as relaxation, āsanas, and meditation can influence insulin-producing cells and control disease factors. These techniques shape our attitude toward health, cultivating relaxation, balance, and discipline to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The exercises are systematically arranged for accessibility, even for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Practitioners need only the determination to improve concentration, physical condition, and mental calmness. Teachers should emphasize slowness, calmness, and harmonization, instilling the principle of observing one's body and breath. The practice supports reducing adipose tissue and involves specific movements performed with mindful observation. "Yoga practices shape our attitude toward health and life." "Practitioners should be instilled with the principle of perceiving their own body, observing the rhythm of the breath." Filming location: Czech Republic

Self is happiness
18:15 - 18:53 (38 min)
Recorded on
The sense of life is to become happy and free from past suffering and karma. Satsaṅg is the best way to attain this peace. Our inner self, which seeks happiness, is a part of God. We often search for this self externally, but it cannot be found that way. To understand God and oneself, one must attend satsaṅg and study the scriptures. Yoga is the union of the self with the Cosmic Self. All who take physical form, even God, must endure certain sufferings according to cosmic law. We are here due to our karma, while God incarnates by free decision, yet He too must accept difficulties, sometimes due to curses. Even a great devotee like Nārada once cursed Viṣṇu, causing Him to incarnate again. This occurs when one's intellect becomes confused. We must always pray for positive intellect. "If the self is searching for the self somewhere, we will never find it anywhere." "The difference between us and God is that we came to the world because of our karma, and He came according to His own decision." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 155b
