It is very good if we give this custom further to our children. In the Kali Yuga, many things have black colour. Many people wear black dresses. We shouldn't wear this colour too much. Unfortunately in India also many people eat meat. Nowadays more and more people are becoming vegetarians in the world. Some of them use less the human level part of their brain and it can be recognized in their behaviour. Eating meat is increases this problem. We can help this problem by practising pranayama and meditation. We should inspire people to cook. To become vegetarian is the first step towards self-realization.
