Vaccinate or not vaccinate?
0:10 - 0:40 (30 min)
Recorded on
The discourse connects ancient spiritual festivals with modern well-being, emphasizing light, faith, and practical health. Diwali, the festival of light, originated long ago with oil lamps to worship Bhagavān Rāma. This tradition comes from a time of one religion and simple ceremonies. The light represents spiritual goodness contrasted with inner darkness. Scriptures like the Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa cement these teachings. Today, various faiths—Hindu, Christian, Muslim—practice their ceremonies humbly, which is good. Our current challenge is health, stemming from improper food and chemicals. Vaccines are addressed; I took three doses and felt very well, but I do not force anyone. However, not taking it may lead to problems, like travel restrictions or separate communities. We must care for our food and water for good health. "Dīvā means light. So that time, for one day, it was the festival with the lights." "I would say that we should give all, we should take the vaccine and be nice." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
I am for everyone
0:45 - 1:43 (58 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Bhajan singing. People didn't meet Vishwaguruji personally for some years but they did their sadhana and they were with him. We love equally any people and any religion. A drop of the ocean is one with the ocean. We should know that we are humans. Kali Yuga is the last but it can turn to Satya Yuga also.
Christmas is the festival of Unity
1:50 - 2:45 (55 min)
Recorded on
Christmas reveals the incarnation of love, light, and oneness. Rarely is its true spirit known. Most celebrate without this knowledge, leading to conflict in God's name. True worship respects all religions and incarnations equally, seeing God in everyone. The Hindu tradition exemplifies this by honoring all paths. When we know Jesus as the embodiment of mercy, we cease causing suffering. God is one positive energy known by many names. Our duty is to adore this universal presence. Festivals exist to cultivate love, kindness, and shared understanding, uniting families and communities. Human fear is profound and diminishes our strength. Spiritual faith, an injection of God, counters this fear and maintains peace. Culture is carried by people and brings joy; we must respect all cultures. The real celebration involves praying for the lonely and serving others, surrendering all actions to God to become instruments of light and peace. "To worship that Jesus and that Christmas is real worship. If we do not respect others, then they suffer." "Love unites, and jealousy divides. Love creates harmony, and doubts create fear." Theory and Practice: The Two Horses of Realization
2:50 - 3:16 (26 min)
Recorded on
Realization requires both theory and practice. Theory provides the map, inspiration, and techniques, but without practice, we cannot move. Practice is the essential action that brings theoretical understanding to life. We need both elements integrated. Meditation manifests in two primary forms. Passive meditation involves sitting in stillness and self-inquiry. Active meditation is performing duties and creative acts with full, loving attention, such as caring for a child or creating art. This engaged action is also a spiritual practice. In life, we must manage our reactions. When faced with negativity or strong emotion, wisdom involves pausing, allowing inner storms to pass, and choosing not to retaliate. True strength is in calm non-reaction and forgiveness, which ends cycles of conflict. Self-inquiry meditation asks "how" we are, examining our thoughts and actions to find peace amidst disturbance by reframing our perspective. "Tons of theory are nothing compared with a gram of practice." "When a dog bites you, you cannot bite the dog." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand
Christmas satsang in Strilky
4:15 - 4:25 (10 min)
Recorded on
A Christmas reflection on blessing, non-violence, and divine victory. Blessing is immortal, unchanged across all ages. We gather to contemplate divinity and the removal of negative karma. Many saints have appeared; today we remember Jesus. His birth brings a unity where no one is an enemy. Yet, even near him, negative forces arose—this is Āsurī Śakti, a black power that does not last. Divine glory and truth alone ultimately triumph. Reflect on the example set: to forgive, and to carry mercy. It is not good to kill animals on this day, for he was born among them and they were happy. To receive his blessing and Mary's mercy, give up violence and follow non-violence. Take a vow in his name to give up eating meat and using drugs, so life may become harmonious and one with God. "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." "Satyam eva jayate—truth alone triumphs." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Who will liberate us?
4:30 - 5:04 (34 min)
Recorded on
The unity of all spiritual paths and the essential grace of the guru are paramount. All teachings and religions are one, as all beings are God's children. We respect all holy books and figures, including Jesus on this Christmas day. The divine essence—whether called Viṣṇu, Śiva, or another name—is singular. We must transcend duality, recognizing our shared humanity and fostering humility and peace. The mind must be controlled through yoga. The guru provides the essential knowledge for liberation, surpassing even parental guidance. Life's attachments, like a spider's web, ultimately trap us. At death, no relative or friend can free the soul; only the Satguru can offer true refuge and lead one beyond the cycle. "Guru Kṛupāhi Kevalaṁ Śiṣyaki Ānanda Maṅgalaṁ. When the Gurudeva is there, the disciple is happy, full of joy." "Without Satgurus, we come there, you are not in that knowledge." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Taste of the Divine Nectar
5:10 - 6:13 (63 min)
Recorded on
The spiritual path is about tasting true realization, not pursuing powers without discipline. Amāvasyā is powerful for sādhana seeking siddhi, but without discipline, such practices harm like overeating. Our path is sāttvic yoga, ensuring harmony and development without harm. Modern yoga often lacks depth, taught by those with mere certificates, unlike traditional guru-paramparā systems. Self-realization's taste makes worldly pleasures bland. The soul is a traveler, a Bhavrā bee, wandering through births. One must develop discipline to become the purified swan, not the crow. Life is a journey where temptations like ice cream make one miss the train to liberation. Satsaṅg offers the unique taste of divine knowledge, like a rare chocolate. The year ends; reflect on achievements. Maintain a strong saṅkalpa and willpower for self-realization, as everything needed is within. Guṇḍāgiri is the essence, the nectar from the supreme. "Yoga in daily life is a complete system that all of us together design, work with, practice, experience, and pass on." "When you get a taste of self-realization, oh my God, you will be delighted." Shiva is the first
6:20 - 6:45 (25 min)

Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. The prinviple of Guru is above Brahma Visnu and Siva. Many children are suffering from parents today. Bhajan singing.
We must be in unity
6:50 - 7:44 (54 min)
Recorded on
Yoga practice extends from the body to the absolute reality, requiring purity in all aspects, especially food. Many use animal products in medicines and foods, which is not aligned with pure yoga. This impurity in consumption is linked to the rise of diseases like cancer. True yoga teachers and centers uphold sanātana dharma, teaching pure practices, exercise, and meditation. Some now avoid discussing dietary purity, which is a concerning trend. All authentic teachings from various traditions ultimately converge on the same reality. Ancient Indian knowledge, preserved in scriptures like the Vedas, was vast. This knowledge was systematically destroyed, as at Takṣaśilā university, and later suppressed, leading to its decline. Efforts are now underway to recover this lost wisdom. "To be peaceful means our food must be very clean and very good." "The knowledge in this part of the earth is still very, very big and vast." Evening satsang from Weekend Seminar in Vep, Hungary. If there is bhakti - devotion - in the heart, practice is succesful and spirituality grows.
For meditation we need calmness
8:45 - 9:46 (61 min)
Recorded on
True meditation requires deep inner stillness, not mere restlessness disguised as practice. Discipline is essential, yet restlessness persists. The Guru's grace is fundamental for liberation, not divine beings. Stories illustrate this: Ramakrishna was told by the Divine Mother that only his Guru could grant moksha. Similarly, a disciple's purity and surrender are tested, as gossip and negativity spoil devotion like lemon in milk. Meditation demands mastering the three states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. One must journey inward through the body's subtle centers, represented by letters and chakras. Surrender is key, as shown in the allegory of the bamboo willingly cut by God to become a flute and later a channel for the Ganga. The aim is to reach a state of silent, vibrationless awareness. "Mother, give me that liberation." She said, "I cannot give you that moksha which only the Gurudeva can give." "God, I love you, but I am so afraid." God said, "Don't worry, my dear, I love you, but I will chip your whole trunk." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Around the world -- Yoga against diabetes from Czech Republic
9:50 - 9:57 (7 min)
Recorded on
Yoga addresses modern diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes through holistic practices. Prolonged stress disrupts physical and mental balance, leading to illness. The system views these conditions from a holistic perspective, where emotional and psychological stress contribute alongside organic dysfunctions. Practices such as relaxation, āsanas, and meditation can influence insulin-producing cells and control disease factors. These techniques shape our attitude toward health, cultivating relaxation, balance, and discipline to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The exercises are systematically arranged for accessibility, even for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Practitioners need only the determination to improve concentration, physical condition, and mental calmness. Teachers should emphasize slowness, calmness, and harmonization, instilling the principle of observing one's body and breath. The practice supports reducing adipose tissue and involves specific movements performed with mindful observation. "Yoga practices shape our attitude toward health and life." "Practitioners should be instilled with the principle of perceiving their own body, observing the rhythm of the breath." Filming location: Czech Republic
Around the world - Yoga exercises specifically for women
10:00 - 10:36 (36 min)
Recorded on
This is a gentle yoga sequence for menstrual well-being. We begin with relaxation and full yogic breath to harmonize body and mind. Specific postures target the pelvic area and lower back. The first exercise involves bringing one knee to the chest, then extending the leg, performed slowly and consciously. This is followed by Marjari, the cat pose, to create a supple back. We then practice hip-opening postures like the half and full butterfly. A key squatting pose is emphasized for menstrual issues, grounding, and leg strength. We proceed to Setu Āsana, the bridge, to strengthen the lower body. A final side-lying balance pose benefits the lower abdomen. Conclude by feeling the effects of the practice. "This exercise is especially good for menstrual problems, and also beneficial for the lower back, constipation, and hips." "This pose is especially good for women... for irregular menstruation, or for heavy bleeding between periods."

Worship every God and incarnation
10:55 - 12:10 (75 min)
Recorded on
The Christmas period invites reflection on divine birth and universal worship. Many people now think of Jesus, preparing and finding happiness. His life, though hard, shows a path to seeing God. Worship is an expression of joy. The birth of divine figures like Jesus and Kṛṣṇa involved great maternal suffering, a pain shared by all mothers, including animals. True worship respects this sacredness of life and mother. God resides within the heart, as shown in different traditions. Knowing God requires an inclusive heart that respects all faiths. Criticizing other religions indicates not knowing God. The act of killing animals for ceremony contradicts genuine worship, which must honor the mother in all beings. "If you worship God, then first worship the mother." "Those who said, 'No, only this and that is other, not good,' then it means still you don’t know what is God." How can we become a good yoga teacher?
13:40 - 15:00 (80 min)
Recorded on
The path of a true teacher requires lifelong practice and mastery, not quick certification. One cannot become a genuine yoga teacher from a short course or a book alone. It demands years of dedicated training under a real guru, similar to the extensive education required for a medical doctor. This is a gradual process of controlling one's own life and nourishment. The practice works by balancing the five sheaths of the body, from the physical to the blissful. Yogic energy is distinct; physical exercise expends energy, while yoga cultivates a balanced, internal source. The mind is like a wild horse that must be patiently tamed with love and persistence over a long period, not forced quickly. Authentic teaching comes from this deep, personal mastery. "In order to become a yoga teacher... there is a further level." "You cannot become a guru in some time. Work, work, slowly, step by step." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Mastering the subtle energies
15:05 - 15:46 (41 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a practical path, not a theory. Survival in this age requires practice, not just philosophy. The current era is governed by material illusion, where excessive pursuit of wealth distracts from true purpose. True richness is devotion, which accompanies the soul eternally. Modern yoga often becomes mere physical exercise, missing its core aim of unifying the individual soul with the divine. Practice must be a systematic science, beginning with the body and advancing like an engineering discipline. Mastery then extends to emotions and thoughts through detachment and renunciation. This inner engineering leads to harmony and ultimate self-knowledge. "The richest one is that one who has nothing but has bhakti—guru bhakti, devotion towards God." "Yoga in daily life is a science of body, mind, and consciousness. Harmony of the body, mind, and soul to come finally to the highest destination." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Love and Spirituality
15:50 - 16:56 (66 min)
Recorded on
The path to immortality is spiritual, not physical, and human life is the final chance to achieve it. Physical immortality is impossible under natural law; what is born must die. True immortality is the soul merging into the supreme Brahman, becoming everlasting Ātmā. This is difficult, taking many births. The soul is bound by karma, creating destiny through action and reaction. Human life is the last milestone to escape this cycle and achieve oneness. Spirituality is not merely ritual; it is 24-hour purity in all action, thought, and behavior. It means seeing God in everyone, living with compassion, and harming no one. The human intellect, properly educated in fundamental dharma and human qualities, is key. Life's real richness is contentment and generosity, not material wealth. True spirituality is expressed in selfless love and kindness to all creatures. Yogic science describes the body's energy systems, like the 72,000 nāḍīs and key channels like Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumnā, which can be balanced through gentle practices for health and consciousness. "Spirituality is 24 hours. Whatever we do should be pure: eating, drinking, behaviour, working, relations, etc." "Do not do to others what you do not like to do for yourself." Filming location: San Francisco, USA
AUM and Chakras
17:00 - 18:05 (65 min)
Recorded on
The resonance of OM and the balance of the nāḍīs govern health and consciousness. The body is a system of 72,000 nerves, centered on three primary channels: the left, the right, and the central Suṣumṇā. The left nostril, or moon channel, governs emotion and change, influenced by lunar tides. The right nostril, or sun channel, represents steady consciousness and solar fire. Their alternating flow every 14 minutes balances the hemispheres and glands. Prāṇāyāma purifies these channels. Techniques like Nāḍī Śodhana involve alternate-nostril breathing to cleanse the nervous system indirectly through lung and blood purification, not by forcing air into nerves. Chanting OM, with its four sounds originating from the navel, creates resonance that heals internal organs. Physical practice must begin with gentle body warming to prepare the joints and circulation, not with advanced postures. Headaches are addressed through hydration and postures like forward bends to increase cranial blood flow. Breath exercises like Bhastrikā and Kapālabhāti cleanse the head and remove tension. Ultimately, these practices relax all nāḍīs, dissolve stress, and restore natural health. "The left nostril is the moon. The principle of the moon is water, and the principle of the water is emotion." "We cannot put the air in our nerves, but it goes through the purification of our lungs, our oxygen." Where can we see God?
18:10 - 19:21 (71 min)
Recorded on
The divine journey seeks God within creation and the self. We profess belief yet cannot see God directly, only witnessing the supreme's creation in all entities. Humans possess intellect surpassing animals, yet still fail to understand or honor this creation, even in elements like water which is life. Self-realized masters may represent God, but the ultimate search continues within, obscured by many covers. We often disappoint the divine, as illustrated by the story of the bamboo asked to sacrifice for a greater purpose, teaching that God works to remove our ego, pride, and cruelty. Another tale of a climber demanding proof shows that trust requires surrendering control, not bargaining. True devotion means recognizing God within every creature and oneself. Practice like prāṇāyāma purifies the nervous system and balances the body's energies through the chakras, promoting health and harmony. This science of yoga advises moderation, natural living, and releasing negative emotions to maintain well-being. "God is within us. God is within us and in every creature." "If you trust in me, then leave your hands free." Filming location: Raumati Beach, New Zealand

The Vedas
21:05 - 21:50 (45 min)
Recorded on
The Vedas are the holy scriptures of Sanātana Dharma, representing a vast river of knowledge. This knowledge was originally transmitted orally from master to disciple through Śruti, listening, and Smṛti, memory. In the Kali Yuga, human memory declined. To preserve the Vedas, the sage Vedavyāsa dictated them continuously. Gaṇeśa agreed to write them down on the condition that the dictation never stop. Gaṇeśa used his own tusk as a writing instrument. The knowledge contained within the Vedas is immeasurable, likened to the entire Himalayan mountain range compared to a mere handful of dust. All spiritual paths and practices originate from yoga. The goal is to internalize this knowledge through practice and meditation, ultimately cultivating peace within oneself to share with the world. "Śruti is what we listen to from the master—remembering the master's teaching. Smṛti is memory, so that one becomes the master or the great receiver who knows everything by heart." "Till now, what you have learned is only as much as the dust in your hand. And the Vedas are like the whole Himalaya." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We should have roots
21:55 - 22:54 (59 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a progressive path requiring tailored techniques for growth, like a child advancing through life stages. We must evolve beyond mere physical exercise to teach yoga's full science, especially at universities where its depth is often unknown. Many traditions and teachers exist, each with their own disciples, just as every mother has her own child—all are valid and should be respected. True roots come from genuine lineage and practice, not from those who claim exclusivity. Modern life severs these roots, leading to disconnection, much like a leaf blown from its tree. Our goal is to merge with the divine, like a drop returning to the ocean, through sincere practice and loyalty to authentic teachings. "University, but I don't know what yoga is. So, we have to teach them at the university. Because only physical exercises are not enough." "Similarly, everyone has their mother, their father, their children, friends, etc. And that is what we call the best path." Filming location: Nova Gorica, Slovenia
Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 2 - Part 1
23:00 - 0:03 (63 min)
Recorded on
The practice advances to the second level of āsanas and prāṇāyāma. Level two introduces seventeen postures, beginning and ending on the floor with standing poses in between. This level engages the real practice of āsana. Each posture follows a sequence: start from a position of concentration, move into the form, then either hold with normal breath or return. The effect is felt upon returning. Practice begins with OṂ, breathing, and relaxation. Full yoga breath combines abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular parts into a wave. Movement is then added to this breath. Āsanas include Śaśāṅkāsana, Meru Ākaraṇa Āsana, Bhūnamanā Āsana, Aśva Sanchalāsana, Utthāna Prastha Āsana, and standing poses like Hasta Uttānāsana and Akaraṇa Dhanur Āsana. Each has specific benefits and some contraindications. Practice concludes with systematic relaxation, alternate-nostril prāṇāyāma to balance energy and brain hemispheres, and OṂ chanting. "Every āsana has its starting position, in which you concentrate on the movement and the āsana you will perform." "The breathing can guide you very deep inside towards your inner self."
