Bend the legs and lift the feet, using the hands on the feet without forceful massage, only gentle touching. This directs energy. Finally, lie down, placing the right hand softly on the chest and the left on the navel. Focus only on these two points—the heart and the navel—feeling warmth and comfort, without letting the mind wander. Be entirely within the body.
