In the morning we should think first that we are human. It means I should not do wrong things for others. Nidra means half sleep and half awaken. There are three statuses aware sleep and dream. When you drive a car you have to be always awakened. In yoga nidra there are all three situations. We came from the earth we live in the earth and we shall go to the earth. We need a Guru to give us instructions and taking care of us if we do something wrong. Yoga is that force that consciousness that driver which leads our car which is our body.
