Consciousness and Space
0:20 - 0:52 (32 min)
Recorded on
Consciousness and space are one living reality. Space does not expand or contract, for it is limitless. Consciousness is the life of space, present within all. This consciousness is the Paramātmā, the singular supreme Self. The apparent many are like beads on a single thread, connected by the one Ātmā. Realized saints express this truth in their bhajans, which contain the essence of all wisdom. The individual self, or Jīvā, is ultimately this one consciousness, appearing as many through duality. All forms are like drops from one ocean, destined to merge back into the whole. Our journey is to realize this unity. "Eko’ham, dvitīyo nāsti." I am one. The rest is duality. "Śrī Guru Ātmā Paramātmā." The Guru, the Self, and the Supreme Self are one. Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Spirituality and joy
0:55 - 1:12 (17 min)
Recorded on
Spirituality is the essence of joy and oneness. It arises from the harmonious union of fundamental principles within nature. The earth provides a maternal foundation, while a paternal energy of light and life animates existence. This union represents the divine source. True spirituality manifests as purity, humbleness, kindness, and peace. Its absence is marked by conflict and suffering, as seen in fractured relationships. We often seek joy externally, yet authentic spiritual joy is found only within. It is the inner state cultivated through harmonious understanding. "Spirituality: purity and humbleness, kindness, peace, understanding, oneness." "Spirituality is what we call the joy. Joy is only within ourselves." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Yoga in Daily Life program spreads widely through its intrinsic value. A key component is Sarvahitā Āsana, a set of exercises created collectively for universal benefit, suitable for all ages and capacities. This practice, alongside others like Bārikhātu Praṇām, serves as vital medicine for well-being. Consistent practice distinguishes the fit. Those engaged in jealousy and selfish gain are spiritually adrift and in peril. The community is a collective light in darkness, embodying divine grace. Focus must remain on satsaṅg, spiritual association, and divine connection, avoiding gossip and negative company. "Sarvahitā Āsana is very great." "You are all a light. In a dark night, even this one flame is there, and we all can walk by it." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Miracles arise from faith and the Guru's grace. A disciple's infant was declared terminally ill with non-functioning kidneys. A specific mantra was given and practiced with the laying on of hands; the child recovered fully and later had her own children. Her brother was also revived from a state declared lifeless by doctors. In the lineage, a farmer's wife placed her dead child under the Guru's bed, pleading for life. The child was restored. Another master caused birds killed for food to fly back to life. These events demonstrate the power inherent in the tradition. Faith is essential. One may claim disbelief, but in extremity, all call out. Trust must be complete, like a climber asked to let go while hanging from a cliff. Different names exist, but God is one. Practice the given techniques with devotion. "After 10 days, the parents went to the hospital again to check. And the doctor said, 'What happened?'" "God said, 'Do you trust in me?' 'Yes, I trust in you.' Then God said, 'Will you do what I tell you?' 'Yes.' 'Then release your hands.'" Filming location: Vancouver, Canada

The onset of a powerful Kali Yuga brings global suffering, primarily due to human actions. Humans torture and consume other creatures, causing widespread disease and imbalance. This pandemic particularly affects those who are not sattvic. The entire Earth, our mother, is suffering from human cruelty and chemical interference. In this age, the guidance of the true Guru is essential to dispel darkness. The Guru paramparā originates from the divine. All who teach us good are gurus, leading us from ignorance to light. Sattvic living and practice provide protection and clarity. "Humans are torturing all other creatures, animals; it is unbelievable." "Guru is the one who brings out the light from the darkness." Maha Shivaratri Celebration from Vienna
6:00 - 7:42 (102 min)
Recorded on
Śivarātri is a night when Lord Śiva is approachable for prayers and blessings. This gathering celebrates that divine proximity. Śiva is the unborn, ultimate truth and universal consciousness from which all creation arises. He is the source of sound and light, represented by Oṁ. The Śiva Liṅga symbolizes the round, entire universe. The individual soul, Jīva, is a drop that ultimately merges into the ocean of Śiva. Spiritual practice requires single-pointed focus; attempting many paths leads nowhere. Discipline in fasting and practice is essential, with no compromise. While uncertainty and pain in life are inevitable, worrying and suffering are optional. Do not dwell on the past or fear the future; work with confidence in the present. "Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional. Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional." "If you hold to one thing, you will master everything. If you try to do a little here and a little there, you will lose everything." Filming locations: Vienna, Austria.
Mahashivaratri

The resonance of Aum is the primordial technique to connect awareness with Cosmic Consciousness. This sound pervades the universe and awakens Śiva. A protocol exists for divine invocation, beginning with Gaṇeśa to remove obstacles, ensuring the success of subsequent worship. The essence of Śivarātri is the transition from darkness to light, facilitated by this universal resonance. Creation emerges from the interplay of space and consciousness, united by energy whose movement is the sound Aum. This resonance triggers illumination, manifesting as Śiva, the self-born source. The practice is a science of union, directing inner awareness toward that infinite light within. "Scientists at NASA researched the sound in the universe and within the sun itself. I have a CD of this sound, and it is very clearly Oṁ." "Between these two, space and consciousness, where the energy begins, there is a kind of movement, and that is called resonance. That resonance is called nāda. That is Nāda Yoga, sound. And that nāda is a universal nāda which is called Aum." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Gurudev can make the impossible possible

Devotion is a fragile vessel that must be cultivated and protected. Its value lies in the feeling, not in physical objects. As that inner feeling increases, spiritual benefit increases; if it decreases, the benefit is lost. Doubt is a crack in this vessel, destroying its inner resonance and harmony. It can spoil devotion as lemon curdles milk, transforming its essence. This inner purity is the proper vessel for spiritual wisdom. Without it, teachings are lost. The body is temporary, but one should maintain health without excessive focus on it. The ultimate aim is the supreme reality. "Benefit is in the bhāva (feeling, value), not in the goods." "Doubt is a crack in a beautiful vase or an instrument. When there is a crack, there is no resonance." Filming location: Australia
Mahashivaratri Celebration by Czech Hindu Religious Society, Prague
10:10 - 11:56 (106 min)
Recorded on
Mahāśivarātri is a worship of Lord Śiva, celebrating consciousness, liberation, and the universal principle. The Śivaliṅga is the central focus of worship, representing the entire universe. Śiva is the uncreated, endless consciousness that manifested itself. Śiva and Śakti are not genders but represent consciousness and universal energy. The divine resonance, Nāda, is the form of Supreme Brahman, from which Śiva manifests. He is the protector, as shown by drinking the poison to save the earth. The temple is within; self-realization comes from being present with a mind at zero. All religions are contained within the eternal truth. The duty is to protect the environment, as every atom is Śiva. Chanting the Mahā-Mṛtyuñjaya Mantra offers protection. The individual soul merges with the universal soul. "Śiva means consciousness. Śiva means liberation. Śiva means the truth." "Within you is the ocean of bliss, and within you is the fountain of joy. Within you is the immortal one." Filming locations: Prague, Czech Republic.

The Sun Shines in the Kingdom of God: On Habit, Mind, and the Kośas
13:05 - 13:56 (51 min)
Recorded on
Yoga in daily life is the ever-shining sun, present everywhere. The program begins with purifying the body's impurities. Habit becomes one's second nature. A story illustrates this: a man jumps into a river to retrieve a coat, which is actually a bear. The bear catches him. The man wishes to leave the coat, but the coat does not leave him. This is the condition of dependency. People find time for negative habits but claim to have no time for meditation or good deeds. The mind is a reflection, like a face in a mirror; one cleans the mirror, but the spot is on the face. The mind must be corrected through techniques, good society, and meditation. The five sheaths of the being are the body of nourishment, energy, mind, intellect, and bliss. Liberation comes from mastering the mind, attachment, hope, and thirst. Give charity without expectation of return. This is the science of yoga for body, mind, and soul. "Habit is the second nature of the human." "Man marā na mamatā marī—your desires, what you want to have." Filming location: Alexandria, USA
Shiv-Abisheka
14:00 - 15:12 (72 min)

A Śiva Pūjā is performed through invocation, abhiṣeka, and homa. The ritual begins with sacred mantras and offerings to Lord Śiva. Water, sandalwood, and sacred ash are offered with reverence. The five nectars and various substances like rice, betel leaf, and flowers are presented. A fire ceremony is conducted, where offerings are made with the utterance of svāhā. This act symbolizes the sacrifice of negativity and ego into the purifying flames. The recitation of the thousand names of Śiva follows, a profound meditation for this age. The ritual concludes with a peace prayer, affirming the eternal, complete nature of the divine. "Whatever negativity, ego, jealousy, or hatred is with us, we are sacrificing." "Pūrṇamadaḥ, Pūrṇamidaṁ, Pūrṇāt Pūrṇamudacyate." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia
The mercy of Bhagavan Shiva
15:20 - 15:50 (30 min)
Recorded on
Śiva is the eternal source and protector beyond birth and form. He is Ādi, the beginningless source from which all emerges. Śiva manifested Brahmā and Viṣṇu, assigning them roles: Brahmā creates, Viṣṇu preserves, and Śiva ultimately protects and dissolves. He maintains balance between all forces. The holy night of Mahāśivarātri commemorates his grace. A desperate hunter, failing to find food, climbed a Bīlva tree. Water from his vessel and leaves he dropped fell onto a Śiva Liṅga below, unknowingly performing worship. Throughout the night, he was moved to compassion and spared the lives of pleading deer. By dawn, Śiva, pleased with this inadvertent devotion, blessed the hunter and his family with sustenance, forbidding further killing. Śiva is Bholenāth, the easily pleased lord who grants boons to simple, sincere hearts, turning even accidental or flawed actions into devotion. "Śiva is not born; he has no mother, no son, and no father. He is the father; it is he who manifests himself." "So when man was there and Śiva came and Śiva said, 'I will protect these deer and I protect your families.'" Filming location: Sydney, Australia
The cause of illnesses
15:55 - 16:49 (54 min)

The Satguru's name is the boat to cross the ocean of worldly existence. Satsang is the vehicle to heaven, like a boat crossing the ocean. Those who board the boat of the Guru's name with faith and service will be carried to the far shore. The mind is inherently restless, greedy, and thieving; it steals away good thoughts. Do not follow its desires. To control it, seek shelter at the Guru's divine feet. Worry is a disease that eats away at one's roots like a termite. We often blame others and do not accept our own mistakes, which creates mental illness. Guilt and hidden faults create fear that manifests as disease in the body. Surrender is essential. True devotion is an unbreakable attachment and purity. Hold fast to it to attain the divine vision. "Satguru nām jahāj hai, chaḍe sū utre pār, jo śraddhā kar sev de." "Man ke lagām lagāo... To śaraṇa. Come, seek the shelter at the divine feet or divine presence of the Gurudev." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Spiritual poems
16:55 - 17:45 (50 min)
Recorded on
A spiritual writer perceives past, present, and future through meditation, crafting songs and poems that are dialogues with the self. Ordinary thought can either fuel problems or solve them. We must analyze our relationship with inner noise, distinguishing between necessary and nonsensical thoughts. Writing stems from concrete, lived experience—often the author's own psychic or situational struggles—transformed into universal insight. True creative work, done with love, becomes a lasting, divine offering. We must awaken from ignorance, for human life is a fleeting chance for spiritual progress. A true master is the awakened one who guides others with fresh, flowing wisdom. Ultimately, nothing we collect is truly ours; only what we give has lasting value. "One line is a question, and the second part is the answer. First, the spiritual seeker is asking, warning oneself." "Chet means awake, be alert, be conscious. Don't run here and there in the world. This will not help you. You have to wake up and go inside." Filming location: London, UK
Shivaratri Is For All
17:50 - 18:26 (36 min)

Holy festivals universally remind us of our human dharma. All holy days across religions speak of love, God, and prayer. They commemorate events where dharma ultimately triumphs, reminding us to uphold righteousness even at personal cost. Their purpose is to make humans aware of their dharma: kindness, love, protection, understanding, and liberation. Festivals also connect us to nature, for which we are meant as protectors, not destroyers. We have neglected our scriptures in favor of daily news, losing uplifting guidance for our minds. These holy days were designed to inspire selfless action, forgiveness, and unity. Śiva is the most merciful God, pleased with little and quick to bless. He is universal consciousness. In stories, a thief climbing a Śiva Liṅgam with muddy feet is seen as full surrender, and a hunter accidentally dropping leaves on a Liṅgam is seen as worship. Both received blessings. Śiva frees us from sin. Our individual consciousness must simply surrender to merge with the cosmic whole, like a drop falling into the ocean. "Dharma kī jai! The right cause is upheld." "Jīva jāyegā Śiva. Similarly, what we need is a little surrender." Filming location: India

The essence of devotion is the continuous flow of consciousness toward the divine feet. All Vedas and scriptures ultimately speak only of that Name. The Guru is the boat to cross the ocean of illusion. The Lord, an ocean of grace, takes human form for the sake of the world. He is the cause of the individual soul, the Lord who is the ultimate cause. Seek refuge through song and praise. "All Vedas and scriptures ultimately speak only of that Name." "The Guru is the boat to cross the ocean of illusion." Filming location: Haridwar, India
Suffering And Sweetness
18:35 - 19:08 (33 min)
Recorded on
Sukha and Dukkha originate within the individual soul. All beings seek happiness and freedom from trouble. These two states are internal seeds, not external conditions. Negative thoughts and actions cultivate inner thorn bushes, whose fruit is fear and suffering. Positive thoughts cultivate divine qualities whose fruit is fearlessness. Spiritual practice is often initiated by the fear of suffering. Ultimately, every soul seeks its origin, like a drop of water returning to the ocean of divine consciousness. "Sukha is hidden in us, not outside. And Dukkha is hidden within us, not outside." "Therefore, Sukha and Dukha are within us. So try to sweep out all the vrittis which are negative." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Iccha Shakti
19:10 - 20:07 (57 min)

The power of wish must be guided by discernment. Whatever you wish is possible, but you must know what you are wishing for. A wish is desire, encompassing all worldly and spiritual aims. Before expressing a wish, know its nature, for once fulfilled, you cannot bargain with the result. Within desire lies Icchā Śakti, the willpower to fulfill it. Yet, without clear understanding, this power can lead to harm. You must discern the fruits of your desire before you act. Therefore, develop viveka—discernment and common sense—before you wish. Without it, desire will bring suffering, like a monkey stealing a basket hoping for honey but finding a cobra. Do not strongly wish without knowing the reality. Good, spiritual wishes God will fulfill. Negative wishes will also be fulfilled, resulting in suffering. The ultimate truth is devotion; in this age, repeating the divine name is the support that allows one to cross the ocean of ignorance. Śakti is the one energy behind all movement and life, appearing in many forms but singular in essence. "Whatever you wish, everything is possible; nothing is impossible." "Before you do some action, you should know the form of the action." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The Nature of Attachment, the Curse of Knowledge, and the Immortal Parrot
20:15 - 21:15 (60 min)
Recorded on
The interplay of divine will, human attachment, and the quest for immortality is examined through sacred narratives. Actions produce reactions, leading to blessings or curses from divine justice. Attachment, or moha, is a source of suffering, as seen in worldly examples and divine stories. Śiva had immense attachment to Śakti. When she disobeyed his counsel and went to her father's yajña, she perished in the fire. Śiva, in grief, withdrew from the universe with her body. To restore cosmic order, Viṣṇu used his discus to cut her form into pieces, creating the sacred Śakti Pīṭhas. Śakti later incarnated as Pārvatī. The celestial sage Nārada often sows discord, such as prompting Pārvatī to question Śiva's garland of skulls. Śiva explained each skull represents a past incarnation where she died from not following his guidance. Pārvatī demanded the secret of immortality. Reluctant due to potential misuse, Śiva finally agreed to teach her in a secluded cave, imparting the Guru Gītā. During the teaching, Pārvatī fell asleep. A parrot eavesdropped, repeating affirmations. Discovered, the parrot fled and entered the womb of a sage's wife. The unborn being, later born as Śukadeva, initially refused birth until the world was briefly made perfect. He ultimately received the knowledge of immortality from King Janaka. This illustrates the struggle with māyā and the necessity of a true guide for liberation. "Love is the greatest. That love is God, and God is love." "You cannot fight against Brahmā, Viṣṇu, or Śiva unless you have a concrete reason." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Shiva changed poison into nectar
21:20 - 22:12 (52 min)
Recorded on
Śiva is the light of liberation, the divine harmony of truth and beauty. He acts when human effort is exhausted, rescuing devotees. This harmony is balance, devoid of conflict and selfishness. Śiva, as Mahādeva, is the greatest power. The individual soul (Jīvātmā) is connected to the Ātmā, which is one with the supreme soul (Paramātmā). Realizing this unity makes one a Mahātmā, and at the highest consciousness, a Mahādeva. The true Guru is that realized Ātmā, not the physical body, which is merely a container for that priceless diamond. Modern pursuit of money and technology represents a decline in consciousness. Scientific research cannot apprehend the soul; divine creation is perfect and beyond human replication. Manipulating nature, such as with sterile seeds or artificial conception, destroys natural harmony and leads to societal discord. True knowledge comes from spiritual practice, not instruments. One must live in harmony with nature, renounce selfish desires, and purify the mind to realize the inner Ātmā, which is the Paramātmā present in all. "Śiva means light. Śiva means liberation: Satyam, Śiva, Sundaram." "Where there is harmony, there is no fight, no jealousy, and no selfish use of Śiva’s power. Then the light comes." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Mahashivaratri satsang from Fiji
22:20 - 22:46 (26 min)
Recorded on
The grace of Mahāśivarātri is profound. We are blessed on this holy night. Lord Śiva declared this night as his worship for all ages. You have preserved Sanātana Dharma across generations; do not abandon this eternal path. It is the main highway, while other paths are like small sticks. Many saints and avatars have upheld this dharma. A temple for Lord Shiva is established here; offer simple water, fruits, or flowers. This place in Fiji is considered very divine, where many find peace and shed their stress through spiritual practice. Lord Śiva is Bholenāth, the innocent and compassionate one. His grace is illustrated through stories. A thief, climbing a Śivaliṅga with muddy feet to steal, was instead blessed for his inadvertent offering. A poor hunter, whose water and Bilva leaves accidentally worshiped a liṅga, was shown mercy. He spared the honest deer that returned to him, and Śiva subsequently appeared, granting the hunter's family prosperity and liberating all. These acts define the great night. "Sanātana Dharma is the highway, the main road. Other paths are like small sticks." "You are such a great bhakta; you offer yourself to me. What can be a greater bhakta than you?" Filming location: Fiji Islands

Devotion manifests through sacred recitation and remembrance of the divine. The text is a continuous flow of Sanskrit mantras, prayers, and divine names. It invokes various deities, primarily Lord Śiva, with repeated chants of "Śivam bhajāmyaham" and "Om Namah Śivāya." The recitation includes praises, salutations, and appeals for blessings, protection, and liberation. It weaves together Vedic hymns, names of gods and goddesses, and fragments of philosophical contemplation. The core practice is the repetitive, devotional utterance of sacred sound, aimed at connecting with the supreme reality. "Śivam bhajāmyaham, Śivam bhajāmyaham..." "Om Namah Śivāya." Around the world - Surya Namaskar, Zagreb, CRO
23:00 - 23:36 (36 min)
Recorded on
Surya Namaskāra integrates posture, cakra concentration, and mantra for holistic purification. This classical yoga sequence is best performed at sunrise or sunset, honoring the sun as a life-giving deity. The practice involves precise physical movements, each linked to a specific cakra and breath. Quality is paramount: perfect the movement, maintain relaxation, focus on the cakra, and know the mantra. This complete structure yields the benefits. Daily practice makes one's being like the sun, purifying the atmosphere so negativity cannot take hold. Correct alignment prevents injury; the spine must remain straight during forward and backward bends. Concentration involves feeling each cakra's location and qualities. Integrating silent or spoken mantras with movement and breath deepens the effect, working on the body, cakras, and consciousness. "Anything thrown toward the sun either gets burned or, if it is dust, merely falls into your own eyes." "My photograph, my image, is the sun. Whenever you wish to see me, look at the sun." Bhagwan Shiva in Fiji
23:40 - 23:54 (14 min)
Recorded on
This sacred island is the ancient abode of Bhagavān Śiva, his consort Pārvatī, and Nandī. A mountain here holds the complete form of the Divine Mother, visible from the airport. At its peak is a pure lake, like Mānasarovara, from which flows water bottled and sold globally as Fiji Water. Upon a large rock near this lake is the Swayambhū footprint of Lord Sadāśiva. On another part of the island, in Lambasa, a sacred black stone representing a śāstra nāga grew despite attempts to contain it, leading to the construction of the Nāg Mandir. This land is uniquely blessed, free from dangerous animals and abundant with food and water year-round, a protection linked to its sacred geography. "At the peak of that mountain, there is a beautiful lake, akin to Mānasarovara near Kailāśa mountain. The water of that lake is utterly pure, without pollution." "Fiji is the only country in the world without any dangerous animals, reptiles, or spiders. You can sleep anywhere outside without worry." Filming location: Fiji Islands
