Bhramari and bhramari pranayama
0:15 - 0:47 (32 min)
Recorded on
Brahmari Pranayama balances the nervous system and refines the voice. This practice is derived from the bee known as Brahmari. The female bee constructs a nest with intricate passages. She captures a specific worm and places it inside. She nourishes it until it develops wings and emerges as a new bee. The yogic practice mimics this process of internal transformation through sound. One method involves gently biting the teeth together. This directs resonance to the temples, balancing the Ida and Pingala nerve channels. It alleviates certain tensions and improves speech. Another method keeps the lips closed but the teeth apart. This directs energy upward toward the crown chakras. Both techniques significantly benefit singers and speakers by refining vocal quality and release. Practice should be avoided during an active headache. "The sound goes from our ears and comes back here to the temple area." "This prāṇāyāma balances both nerve systems, Iḍā and Piṅgalā." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
There is God in your instruments
0:30 - 1:10 (40 min)
Recorded on
The human life is for spiritual practice to realize the divine within. Practice brings harmony to the family and peace to the individual. Perform daily rituals, remember the divine name, and live with gratitude. This life may be the final opportunity to complete one's purpose and attain the supreme. Many techniques exist, but disciplined practice is essential. Do not teach a method until you have fully mastered and experienced its results yourself. True mastery comes from dedicated practice over time, where the practitioner becomes an instrument of a higher power. The path of sound, like in Brahmari Pranayama, holds immense power to connect with the ultimate reality. "God is within your heart. The most important thing is to perform sādhanā." "First, you should understand, then practice the technique exactly, and learn it yourself first." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Glory of Gurudeva's Name
0:55 - 1:14 (19 min)
Recorded on
The true means to supreme bliss is satsang, yet worldly pursuits are filled with sorrow. Only the divine incarnation of the Supreme Guru bestows true happiness and Self-knowledge. Without the Guru, there is no knowledge, and without knowledge, sorrow has no end. No being has ever attained the Soul-Supreme without a Guru. Great ascetics with supernatural powers, like Sanghdev who lived 1,400 years, still lacked soul-knowledge until liberated by enlightened saints. Similarly, the egoistic tantric Bhaskarananda was transformed upon hearing the Guru's words, realizing his inner faults. The Guru's name, chanted with faith, crosses the ocean of worldly existence. A human life without devotion is like an animal's; one must perform spiritual practice and service. The root of meditation is the Guru's form; the root of worship is the Guru's feet. "Śiva, Viṣṇu, Brahmā... guru vinā bhav nidhi tīre na koi." (Even Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma cannot cross the ocean of existence without the Guru.) "Kabuk deva bhayog karni kar... toy nidayo satguru apke mo jagayo." (Sometimes one becomes a god, sometimes an insect... only the True Guru awakens you.) Prayer helps us further on our path
2:10 - 3:07 (57 min)
Recorded on
All paths and practices ultimately converge into a single essence. Many engage in various spiritual exercises, yet remain like isolated drops of water, taking a long time to reach the ocean. Personal effort alone is insufficient; the essential practice is prayer. While many teach and give to others, this outward focus can hinder inner development. True progress requires turning inward, as exemplified by those who retreat into solitude. The culmination is reaching the divine feet through a simple, heartfelt repetition of a holy name. This practice channels energy and leads to liberation, becoming the sole truth at life's end. "All your bhajans, all your exercises, whatever you do, is in oneness." "Rāma nāma, the name of God, Rāma. 'Rāma nāma sathe'—this name is the truth." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Examples of yogic power and awareness
3:15 - 4:09 (54 min)
Recorded on
Spirituality is one, transcending all nations and forms. Many great yogis and spiritual masters exist in all countries, not only in India. A story illustrates this: a yogi in Czechoslovakia healed a deep cut on a disciple's hand instantly through yogic power. Spiritual power is universal. One must be fully aware and conscious in all moments, like a vigilant driver. The world should be seen as one. Different religions and customs are outer garments; the inner truth is one. All paths ultimately lead to the same Brahman. Respect all dharmas, and your dharma will protect you. Do not be proud of your own country alone. True spirituality is found in conscious awareness and seeing the divine unity in all. "Whom the gods save, no one can do anything." "One in all and all in one." God takes care of everything
4:15 - 4:51 (36 min)
Recorded on
The divine support is ever-present, regardless of human recognition. Many have turned to spiritual practice, seeking more than physical techniques. Yoga encompasses the entire path outlined in scriptures like the Bhagavad Gītā. In times of difficulty, people instinctively turn towards a higher power. This power sustains all life, from the smallest creature to the largest. It provides for every being impartially. Therefore, one's identity should not be confined by religion or practice. True teachers guide from shared understanding, not from a claim of personal divinity. Historical spiritual figures worked within life's challenges. The feeling of divine absence during hardship is a misunderstanding; support is most intimate then. The present moment is what we have for practice and joyful living. "God gives to all the animals, and also to all trees, grass, everything." "When there is trouble, then you are on the palm of my hand." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Advaita
4:55 - 5:52 (57 min)

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Yoga retreat in Dungog, Australia. There are 64 different kinds of kriyas but it was chosen only a few of them for Yoga in Daily Life. The teaching of the Masters says that the quality of the Jivatama, Atma and Paramatma is the same. That called non-duality, Advaita. Practicing Asanas.
The Mirror of Consciousness and the Journey of the Ātmā
6:00 - 6:47 (47 min)
Recorded on
Consciousness is the transparent mirror of the self, which becomes polluted by negativity, ego, and intoxication. Spirituality is the purification of body, mind, and consciousness to reveal the pure ātmā. Impurities like māla, vikṣepa, and āvaraṇa cloud our inner vision, preventing the clarity of a seer who perceives past, present, and future. All experience unfolds within this personal consciousness, which can be spoiled quickly by bad habits. After death, the jīvātmā witnesses the film of its own life and karma in the astral realm, facing the consequences alone. One then takes a new birth based on that destiny, receiving a human body as a precious chance for liberation. Theoretical knowledge is useless without consistent practice to purify consciousness and break habitual weaknesses. "Everything is a play of the consciousness. For everything is played in the consciousness." "Ātmā is the Sākṣī, means the witness." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The Nature of Bhajan and the Journey of the Sūrat
6:55 - 7:38 (43 min)
Recorded on
The nature of bhajan and the journey of the sūrat, or consciousness, is explained. A bhajan is a spiritual song containing God's name, philosophy, inspiration, and answers. It differs from simple prayer. Bhajans express the inner states and functions of the human body. The sūrat is likened to a virgin girl, representing one's pure inner feeling and intention. This sūrat travels through countless lifetimes, not the physical body. Its ultimate marriage is union with the ātmā, the true Self. When consciousness merges with the Self, all worldly identifications dissolve. This union is the aim of spiritual practice. "Without a husband, I was known as a married one. Without ātmā jñāna, I called myself free." "8.4 million different lives. I was wandering, birth and death, and I did not find the Satguru there." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

The Ānandamaya Kośa represents the sheath of bliss, a peak from which the soul may descend back into the mortal world or ascend to the highest freedom. When the physical body ceases, the soul departs within the subtle body; its destination is not in our hands. The elements of the body return to their sources. The soul, liberated from bodily suffering, sees all karma. Karma is action and its inevitable reaction, a cosmic law where our deeds return to us. The soul does not die. One seed produces its own kind, representing the continuity of the soul's lineage. The karma of an ancestor is not the karma of a descendant; that would be an unfair duality. Yet, a karmic heritage, like certain tendencies, can pass through generations. Achieving the highest consciousness can liberate many generations. The soul may enter any of the 8.4 million forms of life. The soul is the same in all beings, from an elephant to a bacterium, like fire is the same in a great blaze or a small match. The soul is coated by the reactions of its actions. Before acting, one must discern the desire, object, action, and potential reaction. The soul, freed from the physical body, still moves with the mental and subtle bodies, directed by its accumulated karma across the five sheaths. One can purify this karmic inheritance in this life through change in diet, way of living, and thought. Yoga is the practice of unifying and balancing these elements through comfortable, smooth movement, not mere physical contortion. "Karma means our action. Where there is action, there will be a reaction." "The soul is the same. How? We cannot see it." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Bhramari pranayama can help against many problems
9:15 - 9:54 (39 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. In reality, yoga is one but it has many branches and names. Yogis usually gave the names of animals to the positures because they don't want to come back to the world in the body of that animal. There are also many kinds of kriyas, Some of them are hatha yoga kriyas. There is a big misunderstanding in the western world about hatha yoga. Vajra nadi controls our all nerve systems. Practise every day and go step by step. Pranayama has also many technics. Breathing is happening also towards our skin. The story about a France king and girls covered with gold. Explanation and demonstration of one kind of Bhramari pranayama.
You are king of your senses
10:00 - 10:52 (52 min)
Recorded on
Relax completely from head to toe, releasing all thoughts. After morning spiritual practices, one remains relaxed despite activity. Feel the fresh air and the presence of the trees. Be with Mother Nature to recharge. See the vision of the park with closed eyes. Sit up and recognize your role in the program. Consider your aim in life and how to achieve it. We are connected like pearls on a thread through Guru's grace and practice. No one should force you; listen only to your own heart and soul. Know your five sheaths: physical, energetic, mental, wisdom, and bliss. Chant in the forest, feeling oneness with the Supreme. You are the king of your senses and the master of your body's kingdom. Do not become a slave to your senses, as this leads to the kingdom's fall. Know yourself as the inner governor. "Relax. Just relax; don’t think anything about the outside or technology, any chemicals. Just be with Mother Nature." "You are the king of your senses. If you are the slave of your senses, you can’t govern your kingdom." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Power of Faith, Surrender, and Satsaṅg
13:10 - 13:55 (45 min)
Recorded on
Faith, surrender, and satsaṅg are the pillars of spiritual success. A divine source fulfills the positive resolve of devotees and masters. One must not stop or change course amidst life's difficulties, or a precious opportunity is lost. Human life is a rare and powerful tool for realization, endowed with intellect and discrimination. The greatest enemy is laziness, which, alongside anger and jealousy, lies dormant within and must be overcome. Surrender, when complete and permanent, brings lasting happiness. Spiritual practice is essential, for the body ages and external changes are superficial. The constant repetition of the divine name, the mantra, is the true wealth of life, counted wherever one is. The value of satsaṅg is supreme, illustrated by a story where one minute of true satsaṅg was judged greater than sixty thousand years of ascetic practice. Attend satsaṅg with an open, clear heart to receive its fruit. "Man proposes and God disposes." "One minute of the satsaṅg is greater than 60,000 years of tapasyā." Gurudev is always with you
14:35 - 15:20 (45 min)
Recorded on
God's presence is a constant companion through all of life's changing paths. Nature displays God's endless blessings through shifting seasons and beauty, which we absorb in meditation. In that inner temple, we invite God to awaken within our consciousness. This meditation brings a profound joy, where the Guru's likeness and essence appear within, becoming one with the divine. Human life progresses through stages: the infant's contentment, the child's toys, the search for partnership, and the duties of family. Eventually, weariness sets in, and one may feel that nothing of substance remains, like spitting out a seed after eating the fruit. A story illustrates this companionship: a devotee walking with God questions why God seems absent on the difficult, thorny path. God explains, "My son, at that time, I was holding you in my hands, in my palm... I was protecting you." When the path is easy again, God walks beside him. Thus, God never leaves, even during tests. The feeling of absence is an illusion. Surrender to the Guru is essential, likened to giving one's head, though even complete surrender is said to be insufficient. The disciple must continually gaze toward the Guru's feet, the guiding moon. "When there were the thorns and the stones, and the heat... at that time, I was holding you in my hands." "This body is... like the poisons. But Gurudev is amṛt, nectar." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Five Stages of Mantra Practice
15:25 - 16:09 (44 min)
Recorded on
Mantra practice unfolds through five distinct stages. The first stage is Likhita, the written mantra, which requires correct form to preserve meaning. The second is Vācika, the vocalized pronunciation of that written form. The third stage is Upāṁśika, where the mantra is articulated by the tongue without audible sound. The fourth is Mānasika, a mental repetition without any physical movement. The fifth and final stage is Ajapa, where the mantra resonates spontaneously throughout the entire being without any effort. This progression internalizes the sacred sound until it becomes one's inherent nature. The practice must be received from and dedicated to the master. Correct foundational practice prevents deviation, yet the guru-given mantra itself is paramount beyond form. The ultimate goal is for the mantra to permeate one's entire existence, leading to realization. "Likhita means writing." "Ajapa means that which is not japa, that which happens without japa." Nirguna and saguna, Strilky
16:15 - 16:58 (43 min)

The path from form to the formless is the journey of spiritual wisdom. The Upaniṣads are the gospel, the direct words of the master heard by the disciple sitting near. Only the words of a master who has realized the formless Brahman are true Guru Vākya. These words are seeds planted in the heart that bear fruit in season. The Bhagavad Gītā details this path through its teachings. For the human mind, worship of a personal God with form is advised initially. That form is a manifestation of the formless reality, appearing for the sake of the devotee. Surrender body, mind, and belongings to this. Intellectual knowledge alone is a thorny jungle, while devotion is a path of flower petals. The internal battle depicted in the Mahābhārata is between our own good and bad qualities. Practice mantra and sādhanā under true guidance. Desires are the root of all suffering. Calm them through discipline and meditation. The master's name is the boat to cross the ocean of illusion. "May the moon and sun change their direction, but the words of the Holy Saint, the Mahāpuruṣa, will never change." "The thread of love does not break. If you do break it, it will become a knot that your pulse cannot go through." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The real Human
17:05 - 17:51 (46 min)
Recorded on
The unity of all life encompasses every soul, from the largest creature to the invisible microbe. Different cultures and landscapes exist, yet all life is interconnected. Yoga practices like āsana are not enough; one must elevate other lives by becoming lower in oneself. The earth is entirely living, full of unseen beings. The spiritual journey involves moving from the root chakra upward and downward in a cycle, not seeking only height. True human quality is found in humility and service, not in jealousy or anger. The majority of people are essentially good and generous. The body is a temple containing the divine and all life, so one must avoid harming even the smallest creatures. "We should go to other souls, other jīvas, other bodies, other lives. We should become lower in ourselves and let all others come up." "In your whole world, any country, any religion, you have so many good people." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The reality is within you
17:55 - 18:32 (37 min)

The spiritual path requires unwavering discipline and grace, not transient seeking. A governor prioritized a blessing over lunch, knowing his breath was uncertain. This illustrates that spiritual practice must never be missed. Many seek quick liberation, but this yields nothing. True yoga is a complete human science, not merely physical postures. Success comes from steadfast practice and the grace of one guru, akin to having only one mother and father. Spiritual realization ends criticism; we respect all paths, understanding the oneness of all beings like drops returning to the ocean. Discipline is essential, especially within family life. Practice without competition, according to your capacity. The soul is like a flame; we must protect and nurture this inner light, as it alone continues beyond the body. Authentic teachings, like unchanged bhajans, guide us. Work inwardly, for external attachments are fleeting. Practice sincerely within your own faith, fostering peace and inner awareness. "Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalam. As long as you have the mercy, the Kṛpā, of Gurudeva, you will be on the good path." "One in all and all in one." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

18:40 - 19:44 (64 min)

Evening Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. Either you use your time or you will lose it. We should clean the antahkaranas. Attachment is the cause of our problems. There are two things: hope and the desires. There are four ways we create karma. Don't leave your parents in the dying room where there is no hope. The first wealth is good health. Clean your body inside with proper food, practising asanas and pranayama. Do not go to restaurants too often. Vishwaguruji invites everyone to Sri Alakhpuriji's cave in the Himalayas.
The friendship brings us together
19:50 - 20:41 (51 min)
Recorded on
Maintain cultural and spiritual harmony through yoga and compassion. Cultural festivals should be preserved and celebrated to educate future generations. All religions contain harmony, but politics often creates conflict. Brotherhood must be created globally, respecting all faiths without negative influence. Yoga serves two aims: ensuring good health to reduce aggression and awakening inner peace. Harmony and love naturally arise in a spiritual community, not through force or transaction. True giving benefits the giver without loss, fostering positive karma. Spiritual figures often faced hardship, reminding us to see the divine in everyone and cultivate good qualities. "Yoga has two aims. That is the science of body, mind, and soul. Yoga is for good health." "Give or not, but you take all the karmas of that poor person, that will reflect on us." What the natural environment gives us
21:35 - 22:23 (48 min)
Recorded on
The blessing of pure earth and air nourishes human life. This ancient apple garden thrives without pesticides or contaminated water, its deep soil providing coolness and sustenance. Walking barefoot on this earth connects one to its energy and provides natural acupressure. The wind carries the essence of hundreds of medicinal plants and grasses, purifying the air we breathe. This pure prāṇa, combined with mindful practice like prāṇāyāma, constitutes a true retreat for health. Modern civilization often severs this vital connection to nature, weakening both humans and animals. True well-being requires ahiṃsā, non-violence, extending not just to humans but to all life—trees, forests, and animals. We must protect these pure elements as the foundation of a long and healthy life. "Walk without your shoes and gloves, socks—walk barefoot so you can get a touch of the Mother Earth." "Inhale air. Touch the earth. This will give us… it is a retreat. It is healthy." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Purification Of Body And Energy
22:25 - 22:57 (32 min)
Recorded on
The universe is Śiva's body, and every atom is Śiva consciousness, with cells as Śakti energy. Cells transform; some become pure consciousness, while others are rejected upon contact with negative energies, becoming impurities and disease within the body. Prāṇāyāma purifies by expelling these dead cells and should be practiced daily. Cleansing practices like Saṅkt Prakṣālana or Ayurvedic remedies such as Sonāmukhī and Triphalā are essential to reduce unhealthy cells. These negative cells generate vibrations of laziness, anger, and greed, drawing one into negative societies and absorbing negative energy from others. Modern life is saturated with electronic radiance, affecting health. Śakti is all energy, positive as daivī śakti and negative as asurī śakti, which can manipulate. Śiva contains the entire universe, both negative and positive. Prāṇāyāma awakens pure Śakti, connecting one to pure consciousness. One must protect oneself from surrounding negative energies and cultivate pure love. Positive spirituality grows slowly like a tree, yet the mind can quickly destroy this inner garden. A spiritual person creates a lake of divine love from which all may drink, attaining immortality through purified consciousness connected to Śiva. "Making prāṇāyāma purifies the body. It awakens in you the Śakti or energy, which is the pure one." "The spiritual person, for years and years, creates that garden and that lake of divine love, of God, of bhakti, of devotion. Then everyone drinks from that." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yoga in Daily Life: The Fifth Level
23:00 - 23:38 (38 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of body, mind, spirit, and soul. Every practice has a purpose. Begin by relaxing in Ānandāsana with palms up to open the chest and lower the shoulders. Legs apart relaxes the pelvis. Abdominal breathing massages organs and calms emotions. Practice always within comfort, never forcing. Pavanamuktāsana stretches the spine and stimulates digestion. Marjari Āsana mobilizes the spine; let movement guide breath into harmony. Paścimottānāsana stretches from the perineum upward, affecting the Maṇipūra Cakra. Prasārita Pādottānāsana works the inner legs and digestion. Jānu Śīrṣāsana brings the body into balance through equal practice on both sides. Mṛgāsana strengthens the knees and calms the nervous system. After postures, rest in Ānandāsana to feel the effects on circulation, breath, and consciousness. "Allow the movement to cause the air to enter and the movement to cause the air to exit. In that way, in the fastest possible manner, we remove stress." "Āsanas do not act only on the body. They are also a correction of our behavior; they act on our consciousness." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
