We should be together

Yoga is a single path of awareness, open to all regardless of external form. Its essence is inner awakening, not merely physical postures. Many techniques exist, from gentle breathwork to strong asanas, but practice must be adapted to one's capacity and health. The true color of a yogi is internal, a commitment to awareness that transcends robes or householder status. This alertness, like a skilled driver fully present, is the core of practice. All possessions and attachments are temporary; only the soul proceeds. Therefore, harmonize in oneness, using yoga for holistic well-being without sectarianism. Practice wisely, respecting the body's limits and seeking proper guidance. "Yoga is only one, and it is not only physical movements; there are more techniques, and all is called yoga." "All will be here. At that time, the jīv, your ātmā, your jīvā, will go alone." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Awakening of muladhar
1:15 - 1:57 (42 min)

Chakras are energy centers where consciousness resides, defining character and problems. Your destiny (prārabdha) is created by past karma before your body forms. You control your present karma through action, speech, thought, and influence, but once acted upon, deeds become destiny governing future life and all current problems. The Mūlādhāra Chakra is the root foundation of consciousness based on that karma. It is the earth element, colored red for energy and Mother Consciousness. Its awakening brings safety, wisdom, and pleasurable energy, not physical sensations. The chakra's symbols include a four-petaled lotus representing the four ways life enters the world, an elephant symbolizing wisdom and prosperity, an inverted triangle for energy flow, and a coiled snake representing past, present, and future karmas—the dormant Kuṇḍalinī Śakti. Śiva (consciousness) and Śakti (nature) seek union here. Exercises like Bhujaṅgāsana and Śalabhāsana activate this chakra, strengthening the back and influencing the root center for physical and mental balance. "As long as you are not doing anything, it is still under your control." "The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī means wisdom. You become very wise, you become self-confident." Bhajans awake positive energies
2:05 - 2:37 (32 min)
Recorded on
Awakening to health and awareness is essential in these challenging times. Negative influences are pervasive, arising from within and without, making protection difficult. Strengthen the body through yogic exercise and proper nourishment. Consume sprouted seeds and soaked almonds each morning. After eating, avoid water for one hour; consume fruit before other foods. Purify your living space, even in cities, by cleaning and allowing filtered air. Practice prāṇāyāma to strengthen the lungs, heart, and brain. Spiritual nourishment from bhajans and satsaṅg is vital for the mind and heart. The bhajan "Chetan Chetan" calls for alertness. We must be aware and wish for good health in all states of consciousness. Positive spiritual practices awaken every cell. Ultimately, you must do the work for your own well-being. "Chetan means be alert, be aware; you should know." "Deep means light... Nārāyaṇa is Viṣṇu, Bhagavān Viṣṇu." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Protect the animals
2:45 - 3:16 (31 min)
Recorded on
A prayer for protection and balance in response to suffering. An earthquake has caused loss and hardship. Prayers and ceremonies have positive effects. We are in Kali Yuga, a distracting age. Shiva will now balance all negatives to bring a better time. Messages suggest more challenges will come. We must act. First, protect all life: in water, on land, and in the air. Do not destroy creatures; love and feed them. From your own food, give a portion to animals. This protection of others is protection for ourselves. Spiritual progress is like drawing water from a deep well; negative actions can break the rope, causing a fall. We should also practice yoga: postures like Sarvahitāsan and prāṇāyāma. These bring health. Breathing is life itself. "Shiva will balance all. He will bring that kind of energy so that all the negatives or distracting things will slowly, slowly be brought into a good position." "If we cannot give them something good, then at least we should not destroy them or make problems for them." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The Kingdom of Sri Alakhpuriji
3:20 - 3:51 (31 min)
Recorded on
Our spiritual lineage is a living river from an ancient source. We adore our roots from the Satyuga and great saints like Ālāpurījī. This path is like the Alaknanda River, flowing powerfully from the Ālakpurījī glaciers. The Pāṇḍavas, over 5,000 years ago, journeyed toward the Himalayas on their final path. They traveled to Badrināth, following the rivers. A deep part of the Alaknanda River became a final symbol; they could not cross it, and Bhīma placed a great rock there. Draupadī died first, then the other brothers, one by one. Their ashes were taken to Ālagpurījī’s cave, a place we have visited. Yudhiṣṭhira, with a dog, received blessings and crossed seven glacial steps to proceed. Ālagpurījī and Devpurījī possessed Siddhi, the power to move through rock. When visiting, one must go slowly, touch the stones, and breathe with the thin air. We are blessed to know these roots. Yoga is beyond the physical; it is the path. Do not seek miracles or compare gurus. Like the river, every drop is part of the oneness. We are all one from Ālagpurījī to the present. "From the lotus feet of Ālag Purījī, this river flows." "Like that river, each and every drop of water from the glaciers comes to that river, and it will go further. Everyone is one." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Oneness is the divine reality encompassing all beings. We exist as a small part of a vast creation, living in water, on earth, and in the sky. The Supreme has brought all life into being. Humans, as God's children, were given divine capability. Yet, claiming independence led to negativity and conflict. The solution is likened to opening a locked mala. The divine Name serves as the key to this lock. By focusing on a single, sacred name, one accesses the treasure within. This practice transcends all divisions, restoring harmony. "God gave everything to their children... What God can do, the human can do everything." "The best is on this one name... That is the best name." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Life is Soul
4:20 - 4:51 (31 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Bhaktas get peace and happiness when they have Guru Vakya, the words of the Guru. Our root is Sri Alakhpuriji. Where life is there is Soul. That Soul is equal in all of us.
Cetan and acetan
4:55 - 5:51 (56 min)

The call is to move from unconsciousness to conscious knowledge. We face darkness like the pandemic, but we protect and harmonize, not fight. Light a lamp; the sun will rise. Many worship a formful God, others a formless reality, but Krishna says there is no difference—form is just easier to start with. Yoga is more than body movement; it requires scripture, discipline, and knowledge. A difficult time is coming, but Shiva Shakti will harmonize and separate negative from positive. The Guru's grace, both formless and formed, guides from within. Now is the time to be alert. Consciousness (chetan) means being aware even with eyes closed; unconsciousness (achetan) can occur even while awake, leading to harm. Do not be the ignorant one (ajñānī) who acts with inner anger. Knowledge (jñāna) is the aim. The Guru teaches like a mother correcting a child. This alert knowledge is the foundation; meditation is carrying this awareness into all action. It is not merely lifelong technique, which is just breath. The choice is now. The Guru—mother, father, teacher, sage—will guide. "O my soul, do not be without knowledge. Don't be an ajñānī." "Be alert now. Ab, just now, not tomorrow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Oneness

Recorded on
Yoga is a universal science, yet its practice manifests through diverse traditions and names. All religions and their sacred calendars must be respected, not deleted. Changing time itself, like daylight saving, disrupts natural harmony. Different yoga schools or healing methods are like various names within one body or nation; the essence is one. Physical practices like asana prepare the being, but they do not touch the soul. For that, one must ultimately go to the Guru. The Guru is the final point to cross the ocean of worldly existence, serving as mother, father, and Satguru in the lineage. "One in all and all in one." "Without Gurudeva, who can let us cross the ocean of that saṃsāra?" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
How to purify ourselves
7:15 - 8:29 (74 min)
Recorded on
The foundation of practice is purification and awareness. One must know the proper place for things and act with appropriateness. Common sense is not always taught, so we must learn. We sit and chant without knowing the meaning. Please listen and respect others; be aware of how your actions affect those around you. Good and bad are both within us. We cannot remove darkness by asking it to leave; we must light a candle. Similarly, we must awaken the inner light of knowledge to dispel ignorance. This is our sādhanā. Purification of the body is essential for practice. Fasting is a key method; by not eating for a day, the body digests everything and many diseases are cleansed. This is done for health, though often in the name of spirituality. The first purification concerns nourishment and water. Drink clean water, perhaps boiled and settled. Be mindful of what you eat, avoiding excess. The air we breathe is polluted. Prāṇāyāma is for cleansing the nadis, the energy channels, of this dust. Practice nāḍī śodhana: inhale left, exhale right; inhale right, exhale left. Do this carefully, as incorrect practice can cause harm. Proceed slowly and with concentration. "Good is within us, and bad is also within us." "We cannot take off the darkness. But if we light a candle, automatically the darkness goes away." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Shiva will bless All
8:35 - 8:58 (23 min)
Recorded on
The Kali Yuga presents a severe trial, demanding unity. A time of great calamity approaches, with disasters, disease, and agricultural ruin. Yet, a path exists for those with correct knowledge to merge with the cosmic Śiva. Śiva's nature is universally compassionate, embracing all people and religions without exclusion, unlike other forces that may discriminate. Śiva's blessing is the paramount solution. The precious human birth is easily squandered without understanding. Time, once lost, never returns. Therefore, one must remember Śiva constantly through repetition of His names, cultivating real devotion to the inner Gurudeva, who appears in many forms beyond external designations. This devotion is the essential grace. "Śiva said, 'All of you are very good. Let be.'" "Human life in this world is very, very precious. If you do not understand and you lose it, then you have no knowledge." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be with your Guru
9:05 - 10:20 (75 min)
Recorded on
The essence of spiritual attainment rests solely upon the Satguru's grace. Without the Satguru, no task is accomplished. However many millions of methods one may try, one cannot cross the ocean of worldly existence. Pilgrimages, fasts, and penances are insufficient without the Guru's knowledge. The true wealth is the worship of the Guru. Liberation comes only through surrender of body and mind. The Satguru's blessing is an eternal rain that nourishes devotion where divine efforts fall short. Spiritual practice requires the direct transmission from a true master. Satsang is communion with truth. Modern external gatherings often become distractions, lacking the authentic vibration found only in a genuine lineage. Yoga is universal but must be rooted in the knowledge given by a realized guru from an unbroken tradition. "Without the Satguru, no work is accomplished." "Surrender body and mind before the Guru." The door of the Guru
10:25 - 11:11 (46 min)
Recorded on
Compassion is the essential practice, moving beyond "I" and "mine" to serve all life. The primary gift is food for the hungry, human and animal alike, which is giving life. Many traditions exemplify this unconditional service. In some places, all are fed equally without refusal, holding sacred texts in the highest reverence with specific protocols to maintain purity. The core principle is to love, protect, and feed, never to kill. At life's end, the soul departs alone, leaving everything behind. Without grace and refuge in the guiding truth, one remains trapped in the endless cycle of rebirth and suffering. All paths of genuine devotion and surrender lead to the same unity. "Love them, protect them, feed them, do not kill them." "Without the Guru's grace, you will fall into the cycle of 8.4 million [life-forms]." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Who will liberate us?
11:15 - 11:49 (34 min)
Recorded on
The unity of all spiritual paths and the essential grace of the guru are paramount. All teachings and religions are one, as all beings are God's children. We respect all holy books and figures, including Jesus on this Christmas day. The divine essence—whether called Viṣṇu, Śiva, or another name—is singular. We must transcend duality, recognizing our shared humanity and fostering humility and peace. The mind must be controlled through yoga. The guru provides the essential knowledge for liberation, surpassing even parental guidance. Life's attachments, like a spider's web, ultimately trap us. At death, no relative or friend can free the soul; only the Satguru can offer true refuge and lead one beyond the cycle. "Guru Kṛupāhi Kevalaṁ Śiṣyaki Ānanda Maṅgalaṁ. When the Gurudeva is there, the disciple is happy, full of joy." "Without Satgurus, we come there, you are not in that knowledge." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
New Year's Evening Satsang
11:55 - 12:33 (38 min)
Recorded on
New Year's Evening Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Many cultures count differently the beginning of the new year. The functions of our body are working constantly. When we arrive at the end of our life w die. In reality, there is no time but we counting. We count many functions in our body. Holiguruji said that don't count the days better if you count your mantra. Siva created Brahma and Visnu and he created himself. The water comes from the sweating of Visnu and Brahma created humans. The seven rishis are still in space as seven stars. We should know the line of our family. It is a hard process during those nine months before our birth. In the next life, an elephant can be an ant and vice versa.
How can we become a good yoga teacher?
12:40 - 14:00 (80 min)
Recorded on
The path of a true teacher requires lifelong practice and mastery, not quick certification. One cannot become a genuine yoga teacher from a short course or a book alone. It demands years of dedicated training under a real guru, similar to the extensive education required for a medical doctor. This is a gradual process of controlling one's own life and nourishment. The practice works by balancing the five sheaths of the body, from the physical to the blissful. Yogic energy is distinct; physical exercise expends energy, while yoga cultivates a balanced, internal source. The mind is like a wild horse that must be patiently tamed with love and persistence over a long period, not forced quickly. Authentic teaching comes from this deep, personal mastery. "In order to become a yoga teacher... there is a further level." "You cannot become a guru in some time. Work, work, slowly, step by step." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Jyotish is the fifth of the Vedas
14:05 - 15:09 (64 min)
Recorded on
Yoga begins before Śiva, in a primordial state of space and consciousness. This state holds the three principles of balance, harmony, and control. From this, the five elements—space, fire, air, water, earth—emerge. Śiva is these elements, having no father or mother. The true horizon of understanding is always receding, like water seen on a distant hot road. The self is not merely the body or mind. The soul departs alone, without fear. The current age brings purification through challenges, guided by Śiva's balancing force. Jyotiṣa, the fifth Veda, offers guidance through life's constellations, such as in naming or marriage, but requires great learning. True progress depends on the guru's knowledge, not self-proclaimed realization. Practice extends beyond physical postures to understanding the elements within. "Where is the horizon? We will try to go as far as we go, try to come as far as we come, to close the horizon, it goes further." "Without knowledge of the Guru, nothing can be achieved." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Without Gurudev there is no knowledge
15:15 - 16:02 (47 min)
Recorded on
True spiritual knowledge and power come only through the guru's grace and disciplined practice within the lineage. The systematic techniques, like Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna, are of rare quality and lead from the physical to the cosmic. This path is not about worldly knowledge but divine devotion, uniting practitioners beyond religion. Success requires the guru's blessing and correct practice within the paramparā; mixing or altering the teachings leads to failure. A true guru knows and guides the disciple, often invisibly, and the connection is magnetic. These powerful techniques are not for casual teaching or daily use; they must be preserved and transmitted only by those properly authorized. The disciple's sincere practice attracts the guru's grace, which is as specific and nourishing as a mother's milk for her child. "Without Gurudeva, no knowledge can be." "Guru Kṛpāhi Kevalam. Only by the blessing of Gurudev." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We should know where our soul is
16:10 - 16:49 (39 min)
Recorded on
Yoga practice is growing globally as people engage more deeply with physical exercises, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. This inward turn signifies a return to the heart. Ancient teachings reveal a past of purity without animal harm, contrasting with present times. The current age sees a division between those who harm animals and those who love them. Development is measured not by science alone but by compassion and non-violence. The essence of yoga transcends physical practice to connect with the inner soul. A spiritual community mourns the passing of a dedicated disciple, celebrating a life of service and devotion. "The love awakens the perfect self-realization." "Yoga is not only practicing āsanas... we should know where our soul is inside." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Prayer for removing all suffering
16:55 - 17:41 (46 min)
Recorded on
A shelter exists amidst the turbulence of this age. Natural disasters and pandemics manifest as signs of the Kali Yuga. Astrological constellations foretell these events, which occur regardless of belief. The divine serpent Śeṣanāga, upon whom Viṣṇu rests, causes earthquakes and cyclones through its movements. This same entity also provides universal protection, like the sun that shines for all. Invisible sages and divine beings work to maintain balance. Prayer and mantra practice across all faiths invoke this shelter, offering peace and control. The current sufferings are acknowledged, and collective prayer is directed for relief. "It is said that in the ocean, under the ocean, there is Viṣṇu." "Believe or not believe, but when it happens, then you will say, 'Yes, there is something.'" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Sunset and sunrise
19:25 - 19:58 (33 min)
Recorded on
The sanctity of Sandhyā, the junction of day and night, is a divine time for prayer and oneness. This period demands the avoidance of all negative thoughts and actions, especially harming animals. The morning Prabhāta holds the same sacred respect. Householders are prescribed prayer at dawn, midday, and dusk, eating before sunset and after morning rituals. Sannyāsīs, while maintaining discipline, possess the freedom for spiritual practice at any hour. The distinction between householder and renunciant life is clear, yet no one should claim superiority, as ego creates separation. All beings, from birds to humans, inherently honor these times. The specific moment for evening prayer is discerned by the natural light where one can see the lines on one's palm. "During this time of Sandhyā, one should never entertain any kind of negative thoughts, negative thinking, or anything negative." "God said, 'No. I give freedom, and my door is completely open, wide open. Everyone can come... But during Sandhyā and early morning Pūjā, you all come to me.'" We are in a lineage of great saints from the Satya Yuga
20:05 - 20:39 (34 min)
Recorded on
A divine lineage transmits eternal truth across ages. Many cultures possess unique spiritual expressions, yet one perennial wisdom flows through specific channels. Our lineage originates with Śrī Alakpurījī from the Satyuga. He nurtured countless yogīs and saints. Bhagavān Śrī Devapurījī performed sādhanā in Alakpurījī's Himalayan cave, attaining great siddhis. From him came Bhagavān Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī, a source of profound knowledge. Our Sadguru Swami Mādhavānandajī received blessings from Mahāprabhujī from childhood. Preceding generations included great beings, like one who manifested a full moon on a dark night. This continuous lineage connects to the present. Great saints often remain unseen, guiding all creatures. When one finds this path, an inner light of peace awakens automatically. The restless mind must be controlled to realize this. "Wealth, prosperity, money, properties... all will remain here on the earth." "When the prāṇa goes out of the body... that jīva will go alone." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be alert and purify yourself
20:45 - 21:53 (68 min)
Recorded on
The fundamental reality is oneness, a single divine consciousness from which all arises. Every day is divine, yet human minds create separation where none exists. All creation emanates from one source, like countless drops from a single ocean. The individual soul and the supreme soul are not two. The purpose of human life is to awaken from unconsciousness to this truth. One must purify the body and mind through awareness, meditation, and selfless action. All material possessions are left behind; only the consequences of one's deeds accompany the soul. Therefore, cultivate constant awareness. "One into the one, so the whole space is one, and we are also only one." "All this will remain here. You can’t even touch. The body will not go together; anything from the body will go." Yoga, Faith, and Integration: A Personal Journey and Panel Discussion
23:00 - 0:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a faith-based system for wellness and healing, integrating consciousness with the body. A personal testimony describes overcoming a cancer diagnosis by refusing conventional treatment and rewriting one's mental blueprint. The individual believed revised thoughts would communicate with cells and DNA to halt disease progression, attributing survival solely to yoga practiced with faith and discipline. This illustrates yoga's potential beyond physical postures, focusing on divine energy and consciousness. Panelists discuss integrating traditional Āyush systems like Homeopathy, Āyurveda, and Siddha with yoga and modern medicine. Homeopathy treats the whole person mind-body-intellect economically. Āyurveda and yoga share principles of removing prāṇic blockages through detoxification and lifestyle. Siddha medicine inherently includes yoga and varma therapy. All emphasize a holistic, health-centric approach over a disease-centric model, addressing root causes like stress and suppressed urges. The World Health Organization supports developing evidence-based yoga modules for non-communicable diseases and exploring integrative service delivery. The spiritual core of yoga is to raise human consciousness, with health benefits being natural side effects. "If you allow God’s energy to run into your system by removing the ignorance that blocks it, God will provide the miracles." "Yoga and Āyurveda are like the two faces of the same coin. If we can integrate both concepts, probably we can render wonderful results." Filming location: Delhi, India
