Without Gurudev there is no knowledge
0:10 - 0:57 (47 min)
True spiritual knowledge and power come only through the guru's grace and disciplined practice within the lineage.
The systematic techniques, like Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna, are of rare quality and lead from the physical to the cosmic. This path is not about worldly knowledge but divine devotion, uniting practitioners beyond religion. Success requires the guru's blessing and correct practice within the paramparā; mixing or altering the teachings leads to failure. A true guru knows and guides the disciple, often invisibly, and the connection is magnetic. These powerful techniques are not for casual teaching or daily use; they must be preserved and transmitted only by those properly authorized. The disciple's sincere practice attracts the guru's grace, which is as specific and nourishing as a mother's milk for her child.
"Without Gurudeva, no knowledge can be."
"Guru Kṛpāhi Kevalam. Only by the blessing of Gurudev."

How can we go towards the Cosmic Self
1:00 - 1:49 (49 min)
Yoga practice cultivates health and spiritual progress. Practitioners experience harmony, peace, and happiness. A sattvic lifestyle without meat, alcohol, or drugs is essential. For meditation, a kuśa grass mat is recommended to properly channel energy and dispel negativity. True yoga is a gradual spiritual education, not merely physical exercise. The feeling for mantra arises naturally from sustained practice. The mind is powerful and restless, leading the soul after death, so one must not depend on it. A true mantra is received from a guru after sincere preparation and discipleship, leading to inner knowledge. Spiritual progress requires finding a genuine teacher, not just studying books.
"While practicing yoga in life, this is what we call sarvahitāsana; it gives harmony in the body, peace in our mind, and happiness in our heart."
"Man, mind, our man, man is the most powerful. Goes very quickly. With this man, within no time, he’s on the moon."

The way to the Light
1:55 - 2:59 (64 min)
Satsaṅg is the company of truth that leads to spiritual development.
Truth is the unchanging reality, Brahman, while the changing world is temporary. The soul descends through various births, bound by past karma, to experience life on Earth. Humans possess intellect and freedom of choice, making them responsible for creating new karma. The soul is a mixture of the individual consciousness and the universal Self. Through human life, one can purify karma and realize the true Self. Education and company from childhood shape one's mentality and path. Good society, or satsaṅg, inspires positive development, while bad society, or kusaṅga, leads to distraction and suffering. Temptations like addiction appear attractive but ultimately ensnare. True friendship is a partnership walking the path of truth. One should seek the company that elevates consciousness and makes good resolutions.
"Sat means truth, and that truth is what we call brahma satya, jagat mithyā."
"Humans have a different law... that is called intellect, which has the capacity of saṅkalpa and vikalpa."

Give up your Laziness
3:05 - 4:00 (55 min)
The golden hour of Brahmamūrta is the supreme time for spiritual practice. Those who wake early receive great fortune, like birds getting the best fruit. Laziness arrives with the sunrise. The train of time does not wait; you must catch it. This early period brings peace, harmony, and awakening energy. A cold shower dispels laziness. A company head who rises before the workers ensures prosperity. This practice yields a healthy body; lateness brings ill health. Do not confuse sleep with gold; both are necessary. Heaven and hell are constructs of our thinking; reality is oneness. Merge into that oneness like milk and water.
"Early in the morning, the birds eat all the best food and fruit. Those who wake up early get great luck, and it is best for meditation or anything."
"All suffering is by God, so there is no heaven and no hell. It is here, in our thinking, that we have done."

Hatha Yoga will give us will power
4:05 - 5:16 (71 min)
Haṭha Yoga purifies the system through specific kriyās. Śaṅkha Prakṣālana cleanses the intestines using warm salt water and movement, requiring and building willpower. This ancient technique balances the nāḍīs and removes accumulated waste, affecting all layers of being. It must be done under guidance, with dietary follow-up. Trāṭak, focusing on a flame, purifies eyesight, calms the mind, and balances the Ājñā Cakra. It improves concentration and regulates bodily rhythms. Both practices require discipline, starting with control over eating habits for true health.
"Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is specially meant to purify our whole system, to balance the nāḍīs and to awaken the flow of the Suṣumṇā Nāḍī."
"Trāṭak is excellent for purification of our eyesight, for curing many problems with our eyes. It is excellent for our concentration, awakening of the Ājñā Cakra, and releasing stress."

How to practice The System Yoga in Daily Life
5:20 - 6:29 (69 min)
Systematic practice is essential, not random exercise. Follow the book's clear structure for posture, breath, and duration. Human life involves many duties, unlike animals, but balance is key. We gather to learn, not merely to enjoy temporary comfort. Early yoga classes lacked system, causing confusion for new and advanced students alike. Therefore, a structured system from primary to university level was created. The practice is named to signify its daily application, not to claim exclusivity. The same postures exist everywhere, but the approach here is methodical and non-commercial, focused on health and universal fellowship. Practitioners worldwide connect through this shared path. Core knowledge comes from three essential books: the holy scripture, the yoga manual, and the text on hidden powers. Daily reading is vital. Practice must be consistent; avoid excuses. Even a short daily routine is crucial. The community is built on helping one another and progressing together.
"Follow our yoga book. It contains many postures, and while we may incorporate different ones in between, our practice should stay on that path."
"Practice, practice, practice as you can, but avoid laziness."

Mahaprabhuji is living inside of us
6:35 - 8:15 (100 min)
The living presence of the master is found within the heart. Connection to the divine lineage is not immediate but unfolds through devotion and experience. A personal relationship with God is practical and concrete, offering guidance and care. The master appears in the form the devotee needs, as all divine forms emanate from one light. Spiritual practice requires moving from taking to giving, and cultivating love begins with self-love. The aim of human life is self-realization, discerned through satsang and mantra.
"All of you, you are connected with Mahāprabhujī."
"The most easy is if you go in your heart and you just connect and feel your personal cottage there."

Sab Kuch Deve Data
8:20 - 9:22 (62 min)
Mahāsamādhi is a victory, not a departure. For the self-realized, leaving the body is a joyous return to cosmic light. For devotees, it initially feels like loss. Yet in satsaṅg, we cleanse ourselves and draw nearer to that state. The greatest tragedy is to die without self-realization. Saints are omnipresent, residing in the hearts of devotees. They endure great battles to bring eternal truth. After self-realization, the spiritual journey truly begins, requiring humility beyond initial awakening.
"Everyone has a birthday—even animals have a birthday—but only a self-realized person has a Mahāsamādhi."
"Tell me where I am not."
The power of sound and words
9:30 - 10:32 (62 min)
Words possess immense power, shaping reality and carrying consequences across time.
Ancient knowledge reveals sound as a fundamental force. A spoken word can pierce the heart like an unhealable arrow, destroying relationships and sparking great conflicts, as illustrated in ancient epics. Once released, a word cannot be recalled, just as a fired bullet cannot return. This power extends beyond human interaction; even animals are said to remember the resonance of harm. The science of sound is mirrored within the human body through its energy centers and nerves. Each chakra resonates with specific seed sounds, beginning with 'A' from the navel. Practicing these resonant sounds, such as through controlled breath, is presented as a therapeutic tool for healing and balancing the body's energies, connecting the inner gaze of ancient practice with outer observations.
"One harsh word can pierce someone's heart and destroy everything."
"Measure what you speak, what you promise, what you feel. Do not change."

Gods name is everything
10:40 - 11:53 (73 min)
Ceremonies mark the soul's journey through life, from entry to departure. Satsang, the company of truth, defines a human life; other days pass like those of creatures. Ceremonies like housewarming, birth, marriage, and funeral are first steps, not afterthoughts. They involve mantras and the name of God, which is central regardless of the form. The soul descends by destiny, decided by Dharmaraja based on past karma; blame no one but one's own actions. This process aims to lighten the soul's burden for liberation. Yoga begins not with physical postures but with satsang and receiving wisdom from the master, which permeates all layers of being. The soul, having suffered in past lives, fears leaving the body. Practice is essential to guide the soul through the tenth door or the eleventh, the Brahmarandhra, into the limitless Brahman. Without this practice and devotion, the soul falls into darkness. The touch of a master's feet blesses the earth eternally, yet all that forms will deform; this is nature's law. Even a realized being can feel the sorrow of separation from the divine form that blesses all. Fear signifies a lack of trust in God. True love transcends distance, creating inner oneness.
"The days of a human will be counted as the days of the holy saints only where you have Sant Darshan and satsang."
"Yoga begins there where you sit near the master and have the wisdom and knowledge."

Yoga in Daily Life - excercise program

Morning Yoga excercise according to system Yoga in Daily Life from Mahaprabhudeep Ashram, Strilky, Czech Republic.
Pranayama mudra
13:35 - 13:39 (4 min)
The gesture of Namaste connects the heart to the cosmic Self. The hands are folded at the chest with thumbs placed correctly, and the gaze ascends from the fingers to the sacred images. This signifies the connection from the individual heart to the divine. The two hands represent the self and the other coming together as one in unity. The bow is an act of reverence from this unified heart. It is a recognition of the divine in oneself, in the other, and in God. The gesture ultimately dissolves separation.
"The two hands are like one is you and one is me, and so we sit together. We are one, and then we bow down."
"We bow down to thyself, my friend. To you, to you, to me, my friend, and to God."

Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and Kunjal Kriyā: Purification of the Intestine and Stomach
14:00 - 14:40 (40 min)
This lecture details the Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and Kunjal Kriyā purification techniques. Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is the cleansing of the entire intestine using warm, lightly salted water, performed early in the morning on an empty stomach. It involves drinking water and performing specific movements and postures to guide the water through the system. This practice is beneficial for conditions like high blood pressure and digestive issues but is not advised for those under 15, individuals with active ulcers or hernias, or pregnant women. Preparation includes a light diet the prior evening. The process continues until the expelled water runs clear. A strict diet must follow for at least one week, avoiding alcohol, meat, fish, eggs, and raw foods. Kunjal Kriyā is the cleansing of the stomach, performed after Śaṅkha Prakṣālana by drinking unsalted water to the point of fullness and then voluntarily expelling it. This practice helps purify the stomach and can aid those with bronchial asthma. The session concludes with rest and a meal of specially prepared kicharī.
"The best time to do Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is in March, the beginning of September, the end of May, and before the winter."
"After Śaṅkha Prakṣālana, you have to keep a diet for at least, strictly, seven days, one week, and up to one month."

God's light is in every heart, Alexandria

Everyone is carrying the light of God, God is love - love is God. Give love and light to all children of God Light of Sanatana. Nobody can blow out Sanatana, It is is eternal. Sruti and Smriti - means, what was spoken and what I remember to deliver further. This is ancient tradition, this is Parampara. While yoga teachers receive their certificates Swamiji chants: Om deep jyoti parabrahma, deepam sarve mohanam. OM is the light of God, It removes the darkness of ignorance. Recorded in Alexandria, USA.
Mahaprabuji is light
15:35 - 16:35 (60 min)
The light of Satyaloka removes darkness through the Satguru.
Saints manifest in two ways: through divine incarnation or through achieved consciousness. The holy soul is formless but manifests in a human body for the sake of devotees. Satguru Dev comes from Satyaloka to bring the light of Brahmajñāna. If one brings conflict or negativity into satsaṅg, one brings the mortal world into that sacred space and will not realize Brahman. Your own qualities are projected onto others. The fortunate receive satsaṅg. You cannot see another's inner state; you must know your own feelings and thoughts. The Satguru's presence is itself the light, like an ocean that remains in one place to nourish all. The human body contains a precious, immortal jewel within. Every positive thought leads toward enlightenment; every negative thought leads toward darkness. A holy saint's departure is a conscious merging with Brahman in Brahma Muhūrta. Satsaṅg is for drinking the nectar of divine wisdom, not for social argument. Surrender the ego to live as the divine Self. Do not delay; begin now.
"The fortunate are they who can get the satsaṅg."
"Satguru nām jahāj hai—Gurudev’s name is a boat. Those who accept it will cross the ocean."

What Incarnation means
16:40 - 17:34 (54 min)
The one soul is our origin and destination, and Śiva is its unmanifest source. There is one who was not born from mother or father; that self-manifested one is Śiva. From the endless sound of "Eko'haṁ bahusyām"—I am one, I will multiply—the creation unfolded. First came sound, then light, then air, water, and earth: the five elements. All life, movable and unmovable, emerged from these. We are all of one origin, one soul, like waves are of the ocean. This soul is within all beings and even within each cell of our body. It is genderless and unified. Our individual lives are like water droplets: evaporating, forming clouds, and returning as rain to the ocean of the one soul. Our karma influences this journey. The body is a kingdom of many lives, and the soul is its king. At death, the central soul departs, and the destiny of the smaller lives within follows it. We must care for creation, like water, which is life itself. Do not block its flow. The tongue has great power to bless or curse, to enjoy or bring disease. Master it. You are that Svayambhū. Realize your oneness through meditation.
"Eko'haṁ bahusyām: I am one, and I will multiply."
"Water is life, and life is water."

50th Anniversary of Bhagavan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabuji Mahasamadhi
17:40 - 18:34 (54 min)
The divine self is beyond time and space, everlasting light and knowledge. When a great being leaves the body, their existence does not cease. The relationship based on the physical form is temporary, but the conscious connection is eternal. They remain present, though not in a material body. All prayer is directed toward that existence, whether formless or with form. Through unconditional devotion and practice, one harmonizes with the cosmic rhythm. This unity dissolves fear and the illusion of change, revealing the unbreakable self. Obstacles like anger and jealousy block this resonance. Steady practice is the root; scattering effort is confusion. The divine light removes all darkness.
"Light means everything, because light is knowledge. When knowledge appears, there is nothing more to search for."
"Through unconditional bhakti, devotion, one day we will manage to feel that consciously. At that time, there is no fear. At that time, there is no death."

Pranayama and the five bodies
19:35 - 20:26 (51 min)
Health is founded on proper yoga practice, not mere postures. Yoga in Daily Life is a scientific system for physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. Many have been cured of disease through correct sādhanā. The most foolish approach is to begin with strenuous postures alone; health must be cultivated naturally. The body is sustained by five elements and composed of five sheaths. The first sheath is the physical body, nourished by food. The second is the energy body, sustained by fresh air and fresh, vital food. Dead, reheated food lacks prāṇa and creates illness. The third sheath is the mind, which cannot be killed because desire cannot be killed. Hope and longing are also immortal. Running after desires is like chasing a mirage; it destroys life. What is destined will come without frantic pursuit. Practice should be purposeful. Prāṇāyāma is more powerful than āsanas, but one must know which technique is for which benefit.
"The first happiness is a healthy body."
"Your mind will never die. Your desire will not die, and your mind also will not die."

Merging into light
20:30 - 21:20 (50 min)
Every day is a new birth, a glorious occasion for devotion. We mark an anniversary of a great saint's Mahāsamādhi. Sadness arises from attachment to form, not from the immortal Ātmā. All creation reveals divine beauty; negativity originates within our own judgment. Objects touched by a holy personality hold value through that connection, not through material worth. Rituals aligned with natural cycles, like moon phases, support spiritual and physical well-being. Modern life often forgets this harmony. Great saints are immortal; their presence remains accessible through pure love and remembrance. The physical heart may feel longing, yet wisdom understands their eternal nearness.
"Anything that is your Gurudeva’s, keep it. Because one day will come when he or she is not here."
"O God Beautiful... In the forest, in the mountains, in the meadows and the deserts... everything is beautiful."

21:25 - 22:12 (47 min)

Blessing of Bhagwan Sri Deep Mahaprabhuji is everywhere
22:20 - 23:10 (50 min)
The divine presence transcends physical form. The physical, saguṇa form is limited, while the nirguṇa form is limitless and accessible to all through the name and remembrance. When a great being merges with Brahman, their physical presence ends, but their divine essence remains. This essence is within everyone, but realizing it requires purification of the inner consciousness. Our tradition carries this blessing. The Guru's guidance is essential; rejecting it leads one astray. Personal experiences of this grace are profound but often indescribable. The disciple must be receptive to the master's shaping, like a sculptor with stone. Practice humility, follow the Guru's word, and reduce negative tendencies to progress. The divine presence is a constant support and multiplier of grace for the sincere devotee.
"Greater than God Rāma is His name, which is even greater."
"To be near him is like when it is very cold and we sit near a fire. The fire doesn't talk to us... but that warmth automatically comes to everyone."

Mahasamadhi Satsang of Sri Mahaprabuji
22:30 - 23:36 (66 min)
The immortal voice of the Guru is present everywhere. Bhagavān Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī resides in every heart and is the entire universe. His words are like precious pearls. The lineage continues through great saints, all of whom have returned to Brahman. The Guru's voice is an immortal story resonating throughout the whole world. It is like nectar from an ocean, coming through clouds to earth. Those who drink this nectar through understanding are freed from birth and death. The Guru sees all life as equal. One must become the humblest to receive this. The voice is eternal and will remain as long as humanity exists.
"Sāre viśva meṁ guñj rahī hai, prabhu kī amar kahānī." — "In the whole world, the immortal story of the Lord is resonating."
"Jisne piyā amṛta manbhar ke... There is no one who comes again, birth and death." — "Who has drunk that nectar fully... does not return through birth and death."
