Give proper education
0:25 - 1:25 (60 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Slovenska vas, Slovenia. Today's children will go on the good path. When we are planting a tree fruits will come after some years. We should be a good family, give proper education to the children. There is yoga inside, that is not only for God, firstly we should build our inner qualities. It is important to teach children home language, the traditions of that country, and respect to other cultures.
Be alert and purify yourself
0:30 - 1:38 (68 min)
Recorded on
The fundamental reality is oneness, a single divine consciousness from which all arises. Every day is divine, yet human minds create separation where none exists. All creation emanates from one source, like countless drops from a single ocean. The individual soul and the supreme soul are not two. The purpose of human life is to awaken from unconsciousness to this truth. One must purify the body and mind through awareness, meditation, and selfless action. All material possessions are left behind; only the consequences of one's deeds accompany the soul. Therefore, cultivate constant awareness. "One into the one, so the whole space is one, and we are also only one." "All this will remain here. You can’t even touch. The body will not go together; anything from the body will go." Monday is the day of Bhagwan Shiva
1:15 - 2:05 (50 min)
Recorded on
Monday is Śiva's day, a key time for fasting and discipline. Our lives are governed by the sun, moon, and stars. The moon is Śiva. Monday begins our week. Different cultures have made different days holy or free, often losing the original discipline. We have lost the strict traditions of fasting found in other faiths. Fasting is not merely for spirituality but to give the body a complete rest. True discipline means consuming nothing—no food or water. We should adopt this for our health. Eating less gives more energy; eating too much makes us lazy. Practice this discipline slowly. Commit to fasting on Monday for Kriyā practitioners. Follow the rules of your practice precisely. "Fasting is not only for spirituality or God, but we should give the body one day completely free. That is very important." "When you fast... If you want to really keep the fast like Muslims, then do not drink or eat anything—no ice cream, no chocolate, and also no water." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Sataguru Kahi Bisarya Sa Maharaj
2:06 - 3:07 (61 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. If somebody comes from the Bramalokka to the Earth he shows what is right and what is bad. Great saints have a very short name. The name is more valuable than the body. Hanuman is also a very great saint. It would be good to show Ramayana film bet now there is no permission. Sri Devpuriji told that he will go to the Brahmaloka but Mahaparbuji also felt that time exactly. Explanation of bhajan Sataguru Kahi Bisarya Sa Maharaj. Practising Sarva hitta asanas led by Swami Umapuri.
Bring people to oneness
3:10 - 4:11 (61 min)
Recorded on
The practice of yoga unites us with the cosmic self, fostering oneness among all beings. All traditions and religions aim for health and goodwill, especially during holy days like Christmas. These times invite reflection on the past year and prayers for future peace. The core teaching is that all existence is interconnected—humans, animals, and the living Earth. This unity is expressed through the five sheaths, from the physical to the blissful body. Yoga in daily life is this unifying practice from the Satya Yuga, a tool for joining, not dividing. Festivals and traditions worldwide are expressions of this spiritual unity. The ultimate realization is that everything is contained within the one, and the one is within all. "One in all and all in one." "Yoga means uniting. We are joining; we are not throwing." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Remove the depression
4:15 - 5:13 (58 min)
Recorded on
Maintaining a joyful heart is essential, especially during challenging times. The current global depression stems from a collective error. This situation arose because humanity alone was affected, prompting reflection. Many have turned inward, discovering family and abandoning harmful habits. Depression has become widespread, closing hearts and mouths. The practice of Yoga in Daily Life offers a path forward, emphasizing openness and relaxation. Laughter is a powerful tool to reopen the heart. True beauty and wellness are found within, not through external adornment. The physical body, while important, is just one layer of our being. "People have turned very much inward. They understood what family is." "Beauty is your heart, beauty is your words, beauty is your behaviors." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Save your health in every way
5:20 - 6:17 (57 min)
Recorded on
A message of health, harmony, and yogic practice for all. This is a time of global concern regarding health and impurity in the environment. Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene. The practice of Yoga in Daily Life, including Sarvahitāsana, offers simple exercises for all, performed gently to awaken the body and improve circulation. These subtle movements can be done anywhere to regain and preserve good health. Respect all people and care for the health of family and community. Follow health guidelines and use Ayurvedic preparations like kaḍā for protection. Practice prāṇāyāma alone. Commemorate spiritual teachers and lineages through personal observance at this time. "We should all remain as one, in peace and harmony." "Every day, practice yoga. That’s called yoga, which is Yoga in Daily Life." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Without Gurudev we cannot be successful
6:25 - 7:22 (57 min)
Recorded on
The soul's eternal search is for the master, the guru, who provides the essential inner knowledge. Yoga has existed since the beginning. The soul comes from the universe, developing practice in the cosmic realm before arriving on earth. Its nature is pre-ordained. Each soul has different inherent tendencies. This soul is searching for the guru. There are two kinds of knowledge: worldly education and the inner lecture from the master. That inner quest awakens the feeling of searching. A destined opening occurs, creating a longing to learn. Worldly knowledge, while good, is insufficient. Without the guru, no work is complete. One may try countless methods, but cannot cross the ocean of existence alone. The true guide comes from the Brahmalokas. "Without Gurudeva, no one can do it." "Without Gurudev, we cannot succeed." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
What is the distance between Earth and sky?
7:30 - 8:23 (53 min)
Recorded on
Awakening is the first step to yoga, beginning with humility and respect. Upon waking, a light opens in the heart, bringing knowledge to the brain, making us aware. This awakening recognizes "I am human," an awareness shared by all creatures. The next acknowledgments are to God, then to Mother and Father. The earth is our mother, the sky our father; we exist between them, supported by both. A yogi once asked the distance between earth and sky. The answer is from the foot on earth to the top of the head. Our steps are on the mother earth, under the father sky. Yoga is not merely postures but the journey where all diversities, like rivers, merge into the one cosmic Self. Practice begins with the intention to do only good. "From earth to sky, where our foot is on the where? Earth. And where is the height of the sky? Only till the head." "When we practice the āsanas, we imitate... the art-typical posture of the natures... we get rid of those karmas." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The real friendship
8:30 - 9:23 (53 min)
Recorded on
Dīvālī commemorates the return of Bhagavān Rām to Ayodhyā. The celebration originates from that event. When the message of his return came, people traveled great distances. As night fell, villagers lit oil lamps to light the path. They decorated trees with food and hung lights. Everyone arrived singing and dancing, without tiredness. The reunion was marked by heartfelt embraces. The following day is for giving gifts and blessings, symbolizing generosity and shared sustenance. The festival of lights represents the inner light of the heart and spiritual love. "People lit oil lamps so those walking would have a path to follow." "When you hug someone, your heart and the other’s heart should meet, heart to heart." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Live Balanced Life
9:30 - 10:19 (49 min)
Recorded on
We are in a time of global change requiring balance and discernment. The lunar cycle moves from darkness to light, affecting all nature. This is Kali Yuga, an age of division where hidden negativity surfaces. All previous ages contained both good and bad. People often claim their path is the only good one, like children arguing. The current era sees increasing negativity across the world, manifesting as conflict and disease. This signals a necessary purification and the rising influence of Śiva, the balancing power born from the elements. Spiritual practice, like yoga or chanting, cultivates inner balance amidst external turmoil. "True holy saints do not label things as simply bad or good." "In my position, I will take this vaccine. But it is your choice." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be humble and God will come
10:25 - 11:11 (46 min)
Recorded on
True devotion manifests as humility, removing all pride. Human brotherhood requires harmony, not conflict. Respect all paths while seeking unity. Great teachers like Mahāprabhujī and Devpurījī bestowed blessings and knowledge, leading many to happiness and prosperity. Their nature was divine and humble. Devpurījī, embodying Śiva, lived with utter simplicity, performing miraculous acts to teach. He once provided water from dry sand and restored a buried animal to life. These acts demonstrate divine grace accessible to the devoted. A proud king claimed no one suffered in his kingdom. God tested him as a beggar, revealing the king's hidden ego. The lesson is that pride blinds one to the divine presence. Therefore, never think "I am good." Abandon ego and negative speech. Cultivate humility, for God resides there. "One should never be proud and not think, 'I have everything.'" "Don’t say to anyone, 'Go away, you are a bad person.'" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
How should we start our day?
11:15 - 11:58 (43 min)
Recorded on
The wealth lies in the vision of the Guru, a treasure of conscious bliss beyond all ritual. This is the core of spiritual practice. All yoga practices aim to elevate human consciousness to a state of universal love. Begin the day by consciously awakening the body upon rising. Honor the earth as a mother and use water to awaken the nervous system. Greet parents to foster familial unity. Then have darśana, seeing the divine in your spiritual symbols. This conscious approach brings peace to the household. Extend this mindfulness to respecting your food and your work. At work, solidify your roots like a tree endures various conditions; your stability affects others. Even the joyful greeting from a house pet reflects the heart's genuine connection. Knowing "I am human" throughout the day prevents negative actions and fosters mutual respect. "O japā tapa yoga nahīṁ banāyāve, karuṇā nidhi dayā pramāṇave." (Neither repetition, austerity, nor yoga can accomplish it; only the treasure of compassion and grace is the proof.) "Only when we know that I am a human are we awakened the whole day." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Without Gurudev, there is no right path
12:05 - 12:47 (42 min)
Recorded on
The singular path to the divine is universal, yet often obscured. Negative thoughts and worldly conflicts, especially in this age, create thorny obstacles. Merely visiting holy places or performing rituals is insufficient without inner purity. The essential guide is the Guru, who provides the key to clarity. Without this guidance, one remains lost despite all efforts. External appearances and religious labels are not the inner cloth of realization. True progress requires surrender to the master's direction. "Gurāsā bīnā kārīj naisarī"—without Gurudeva, no path will be clear. "I have colored you inside. You do not need the outer dress." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Turning black into white
12:55 - 13:32 (37 min)
Recorded on
The path of purification requires the guiding light of the Guru. In this age, inner blackness signifies impurity within the heart and mind. We strive to purify ourselves, but daily thoughts and feelings accumulate like dust upon the inner self. Most people are fundamentally good, yet cleansing the mind is difficult. One may wash the body, but thoughts and dreams remain uncleansed. True relaxation comes not from external roles but from returning to one's essential being. Meditation is the key, yet it cannot be simply given. Many learn techniques, but few truly grasp the essence. Therefore, one requires a Guru for direct guidance to cross the ocean of existence. The destination exists, but each must walk the path. "Without Gurudeva, we will not catch it, we will not get it." "If you wish to cross the ocean, be in the boat... The Gurudeva will bring you to the shore." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Learn and be humble
13:40 - 14:15 (35 min)
Recorded on
Make your human life perfect through humility, service, and inner practice. Learn humility for yourself. Practice helping all humans and animals. Do not take, but give. We possess immense cosmic energy; we only need the will. We can go into ourselves and find endless happiness and peace, like the entire ocean. When we wake, our world is before us; we should give throughout the day. In sleep, we receive energy and everything from within. Our inner meditation is not to be attempted by oneself; it is a different technique from the Guru's lineage. Reflect: what is my life and for what purpose? We are all searching for the Guru on the path. Our physical practice, like Barikatu Pranam and Sarvahitasana, warms the body and returns the self to itself. It strengthens the system and regulates breath. Our lifespan is counted in breaths; we deepen them to inhale and exhale less often. Conclude by feeling your being within and offering mental devotion. "Learn humility for yourself. Practice helping all humans and animals." "We know our lifespan is counted with our breath... we try to prolong our breaths so we do not need to inhale and exhale so often." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We should take one step further
14:20 - 14:53 (33 min)
Recorded on
A time for unity and caution requires spiritual progress. This period brings both celebration and sorrow. While many observe festive traditions, a global pandemic has caused immense suffering. Physical precautions like distancing are necessary for safety. Traditional greetings like namaste respect this need. All prayers, regardless of language or tradition, share a single essence. At death, the soul is liberated from the body and its distinctions. Concepts of heaven and hell are transient states, not permanent. Divine love is unconditional, like that of a parent. The inner light of the soul is universal and identical in all. Current practices must evolve toward deeper, inward meditation. An initiation will be offered to longstanding students to awaken their inherent divine nature, though self-knowledge remains incomplete. Persist in spiritual practice with faith. "Different countries, different traditions, different religions, different meanings—everything. But they are doing the same thing we are doing." "Yes, you are God. You are Guru. You are a disciple, but you still do not know what you are." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We are all the same
15:00 - 15:28 (28 min)
Recorded on

All people are equal only difference is male or female. We are different in our feelings but the body is the same. Practising Bari Khatu Pranam movements and breath are circling but at the end, they will be in balance. Demonstration of practising Bari Khatu Pranam.
The spiritual frame of our days
15:30 - 15:58 (28 min)
Recorded on
Sandhyā is the sacred connection at the juncture of day and night. It is the time to offer prayer, connecting to unity before retiring. The sun, Sūrya Nārāyaṇa, sustains all life—humans, creatures, and vegetation. The moon, Chandra, brings balancing sweetness. These forces balance our body and the natural world. At Brahma Muhūrta, the pre-dawn time, one should automatically awaken. Begin by washing with water to awaken energy, then offer prayers. All of nature awakens with the sunrise; humans should also rise to join this renewal. This disciplined practice of connection, through water and prayer, supports lifelong health and peace. It is a universal principle, not confined to any single religion. "The lotus flower goes to sleep when the sun sets, and before sunrise, it awakes again." "Early morning, wash yourself, and whatever you like—good things, prayers or anything good." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Protect is in protect
16:00 - 16:51 (51 min)
Recorded on
A global crisis prompts reflection on humanity's unique spiritual and physical condition. Why does a pandemic target humans specifically, across all nations and beliefs? All creatures possess the same fundamental layers of existence, yet humans alone wield the power of action beyond mere survival. This century's afflictions stem from human karma. The widespread turn to meat consumption after the world wars, increased alcohol use, and the industrial production of food have introduced disease. Consuming such nourishment stores illness within, which may emerge later in life. Even vegetables now contain chemicals. The suffering we see originates from human actions, creating a poisoned environment. This is the age of Kali Yuga, where negative forces are prominent. True religion is self-control, and real yoga extends far beyond physical postures. We must first ensure our own spiritual protection to safeguard others. A great conjunction of planets is occurring, a rare celestial event. The coming Satya Yuga is governed by a divine timescale vastly different from our own. Ultimately, all paths return to the yogic essence within. "Slowly, attacks come. It is like a beautiful, big tree: one or two bugs enter, then slowly worms multiply and eat the entire trunk from within." "Practice yoga and daily life, and sleep very peacefully. Look inside; see what will be good. You will be protected." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Traditional customs are very important
18:40 - 19:35 (55 min)

The eternal journey is about faith, divine cycles, and the inner light. Observing the moon's phases brings spiritual energy and blessings. The new moon is a time of great luck, and the eleventh day holds powerful energy for women's rituals. The full moon benefits the earth and is ideal for planting. Celebrations like Christmas involve family, tradition, and the joy of children believing in divine gifts. The tradition of lighting lamps under trees dates back to the return of Rāma. Diwali illuminates India with countless flames. God incarnates in every age, appearing as nimitta for a specific purpose and as nitya, the eternal presence within all. Different religions have holy books and figures, but the living truth is the eternal Sanātana Dharma. The guru-disciple relationship is essential; the disciple is like a drop of water that merges into the ocean of the divine. Through meditation and practice, one realizes the universe within and connects with the inner light. "Where there is a crystal, or the stone, or the diamond, the mines of the diamond will always come only diamonds." "One in all and all in one. All is in one, and all one is in one." Guru leads the disciple to liberation
23:30 - 0:23 (53 min)
Recorded on
Without the Guru, no work is accomplished. Millions may strive, but none can cross the ocean of worldly existence without that guidance. All beings, from the smallest creature to the greatest, carry the soul within and long for liberation from the cosmic self. Rituals, pilgrimages, and austerities alone are insufficient without true knowledge. The journey of the soul is long, through many births and states, including hell, but all beings will ultimately reach the Supreme. For the human birth, proper upbringing is the essential root. Parents must provide constant love, protection, and conscious education from birth. Limit toys, especially violent ones, and prioritize moral learning, good food, and rest. Choose good friends and teach respect for teachers and country. This conscious care awakens the soul toward the divine. "Guru sā binā kārya naiṁ sare. Koṭi upāya kare, koī chāye, na bhava-sindhu tare." "Give them knowledge, and how to call it, the learning... more important is the parents’ education." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
