The Beauty of Unity: A Gathering in Strilky
0:15 - 1:14 (59 min)
The current pandemic reflects a shift in the Kali Yuga, serving as a consequence for human actions while highlighting the protection found in spiritual practice. This situation arose globally, uniquely affecting humanity, which may be linked to the widespread torture of animals. Those maintaining a sattvic lifestyle through vegetarianism, yoga, and meditation have remained largely unaffected. Spiritual gatherings create protective vibrations, safeguarding even those nearby. The era contains isolated realms of higher consciousness, akin to Satya Yuga, within the prevailing age. Various yoga paths exist, each valid and beautiful in their diversity, like different trees in a forest. True spiritual progress requires respecting all traditions while remaining steadfast in one's own guru lineage. The guru's light dispels all darkness for the sincere disciple. Our practice is structured in foundational stages, from nurturing children to advanced spiritual discipline, aligning with the development of the human sheaths.
"Perhaps they prayed to God, 'God, why are you allowing this torture? Please, let humans suffer something in this Kali Yuga.' And it has come."
"On the day you have fully accepted your guru, you become light. You can go anywhere there is darkness."

We are full of resonance
0:30 - 1:24 (54 min)
All paths converge to a single essence. Different masters and gods are like separate drops that ultimately enter the ocean. From that ocean, differentiation arises again, just as water evaporates to form clouds. The purpose is to understand why some return quickly while others fall far away. A story illustrates this: seeds ground between two stones become flour, but a handful near the central hook remain complete. Those who surrender at the holy feet are like those seeds; they are not ground but come to the highest. Another story tells of a yogi saddened by slaughter; in meditation, it was revealed the karma belongs to the actors, not the witness. Satsang attendees are already there and will reach the supreme. The sound within, like the ocean's resonance, is Nādarūpa Parabrahma. This vibration is in the whole universe and within all. Do not sit passively like a dead body; respond and awaken to this sound.
"Those who come to the Gurudevs, or your God, or your temples, or your church—where we are at the holy feet of the gods—they will not be ground."
"It is their karma, and they will get it back again. But you have done nothing. You see, it is painful, but you have not done."

Follow Yoga in Daily Life
2:35 - 3:41 (66 min)
There is one God, one message, and one sound in the universe. All beings descend from the great ṛṣis, regardless of religion. God is beyond all duality; the soul within each being is a spark of the supreme. Humans, unlike animals, should not cause pain and must live with respect and love for all creatures. Civilization has evolved from a primitive state to one of greater understanding. The spiritual lineage, or paramparā, connects the disciple to the guru and the original source. This path requires integrating yoga into daily life, avoiding separation between practice and living. Inner knowledge, not mere book learning, is essential. The current age presents challenges, but the path remains: to realize the oneness within and live accordingly.
"One in all and all in one."
"Speak what is within."

We are eternal
3:45 - 4:45 (60 min)
The essence is oneness, knowledge, and the guru's grace.
Separate drops of rain fall, yet they unite to form flowing water, creeks, rivers, and finally the ocean. The drop and the ocean are not different; we are that oneness. Knowledge is endless, and the cosmic Self is realized beyond the temporary body and its elements like anger or jealousy. These are like air in a balloon; when the body bursts, the air—the space of consciousness—remains. Humans possess knowledge and speech to understand this. A story illustrates this: a professor criticized a meditating yogi, denying God. The yogi noted that a small cherry falling from a tree is harmless, whereas a large melon from such height would injure. This shows divine arrangement is good. The guru's grace is paramount, transcending physical distance. The disciple's connection is in the heart, closer than family. One should not ask the guru for things, as asking creates distance; grace is given spontaneously like a mother's milk.
"All drops unite to become the water that flows. Not one drop alone; all must come together again."
"God has done everything good."

Awareness leads to a great result
4:50 - 5:47 (57 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Who is doing Sadhana with awareness will reach many things. Three forms of awareness join in one thread of the Rudraksh. Rudraksh means Shiva. Mother always taking care of the child. Birds, horses are also aware. Explanation usage of the mala, and meaning of Jyotish.
Our heart knows the path
5:50 - 6:46 (56 min)
The spiritual path is founded on inner guidance and the necessity of foundational practice. Progress ultimately depends on grace. The path is positive and clean, not concerned with miracles or negative practices. Differences in tradition are only of language and method. The inner self is always good, but perception in the physical world can become obscured, like a thick fog. One can lose the way and wander. The correct path is found within the heart, not as an external definition. The heart and mind must work together. However, staying on the path requires a guide and a tool. Meditation is an internal process, yet instruction comes from outside. A mālā and mantra are essential for direction, like an airplane needing a flight path. The foundation, like the Mūlādhāra chakra, must be strong and deep, or the entire structure will collapse.
"The path is within your heart."
"Whenever you meditate, you must have your mālā and that mantra."

Remembering Holy Guruji's Mahasamadhi
6:50 - 7:57 (67 min)
This human life is a priceless opportunity not to be lost for trivial pursuits. Every breath is invaluable. Many engage in wasteful activities, forgetting their true purpose. They neglect service, compassion, and self-realization. The body is a divine gift, yet people chase illusions instead of inner truth. Time is the ultimate currency; wasting it is a profound loss. One must awaken to righteousness and devotion before life ends.
"Every breath is priceless. It is not worth looting."
"Time is money. Time is money."

Learning from Guruji
8:05 - 9:44 (99 min)
The spiritual path requires the support of a family and the transformative grace of the guru. Brotherhood on the path provides essential support during difficult times, offering patience, listening, and welcome without judgment. The path inherently involves friction and difficulty, and these challenges extend to relationships among those practicing together. A commitment to one's spiritual family means being ready to welcome and support them unconditionally. This creates a special atmosphere of unity and care that is profoundly valuable. The guru's role is to dismantle the disciple's ego through a continuous, often repetitive process. This teaching feels like a cycle of inflation and deliberate deflation, breaking down intellectual understanding to force action from the heart alone. The process is exhausting and designed to create mental uncertainty, stripping away the disciple's reliance on logic. Grace operates on multiple levels. The first grace is the gift of a human birth. The second comes from scriptures and life experiences that awaken spiritual seeking. The third is the indispensable grace of the guru. The fourth and crucial grace is one's own grace towards oneself—the discipline to consistently practice the teachings. The guru provides the light of guidance, but without the disciple's practice and discipline, that light only illuminates the impending crash. Therefore, one must wake up and utilize this rare opportunity.
"Those brothers and sisters are there to support us when we have a difficult time."
"Without that relation to the guru and the guru’s feet, it’s all nothing."

Sound and resonance
9:50 - 10:46 (56 min)
Morning Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vep, Hungary. Regardless whether you understand bhajans or not, the resonance awakens spirituality in you. The resonance of the songs is reflected in our ten indriyas (organs of perception and action). Swami Sivananda said in his bhajan: those are my friends who understand my words. Shabda means sound, words. In the Gurukul, the warrior students learnt all mantras for archery. By the power of these mantras the arrow goes straight to where the sound of the tiger came from. Vishwaguruji explains the karmic sin of King Dasharatha, father of God Rama.
Living In The Ocean Of Imagination
10:50 - 11:54 (64 min)
Duga Uvala, HR. Life is full of turbulences. Life is an up and down. We have many kind of illusions. We have no control over bad habits which will reduce our life. Many problems are only in our mind. Maya means ignorance. We are living in the ocean of imagination. It is not that what we need. It is only temporary. We are here to develop ourselves but if we don't come out from the ignorance, we will be victim of birth and death. We have to cross that ocean of ignorance and we have to come back to our happiness.
Morning Yoga practice, Umag, Croatia (6/9)
12:00 - 13:56 (116 min)
A guided practice integrates relaxation, breath awareness, and physical postures. Begin by relaxing the entire body and observing the natural breath without influence. Gently deepen the inhalation, allowing exhalation to happen automatically, imagining the body expanding and contracting with each breath. Use the exhalation to dispel any tension. Inhale light to purify and nourish the body and mind; exhale all unwanted qualities. Feel this light surrounding the body, then focus it at the heart center. Reside there, observing and allowing the heart to open. Let this light spread through the entire being and beyond. Practice Agnisāra Kriyā and Nauli to purify and strengthen the vital energies. Perform āsanas with correct alignment, focusing on relaxation and the breath. Practice Viparītakaraṇī Mudrā to harmonize the glandular system. Sit with a straight spine for prāṇāyāma, such as Nāḍī Śodhana, maintaining a gentle, loving breath without force. Chant Oṁ and conclude with complete relaxation.
"With inhalation, inhale light. With exhalation, you dispel all the used energy, all tension, all your unwanted qualities."
"All the time, be aware of the Guru Gītā. If we force the prāṇa, we will not gain anything, only maybe illnesses."

Iyengar Yoga During Pregnancy: A Synthesis of Tradition and Experience
15:00 - 16:42 (102 min)
Yoga is a unified science of experience, transmitted through specific methodologies for application in life. The term "Iyengar Yoga" refers to one such tradition, emphasizing precision and the use of props to make the experience of āsanas accessible to all, regardless of condition. This approach allows for stability and comfort in any circumstance. The practice is supported by both long-term observation and formal research, which shows physiological changes, such as increased GABA levels, correlating with reduced anxiety and depression.
Applying this methodology to pregnancy involves strengthening the body and mind to manage stress and physiological changes. Specific, supported āsanas can address common issues like back pain and prepare for delivery. Crucially, practice must be guided by an experienced teacher within a framework of safety, collaborating with modern medicine rather than opposing it. The same principles apply in managing conditions like cancer, where yoga practices modulate stress responses, improve immune function, and help manage treatment side effects, contributing to better quality of life. The goal is always balance and integration.
"Āsanas are descriptions, not prescriptions."
"Samatvaṁ yoga ucyate. Balance is yoga."

Sri SatGuru Chalisa
16:45 - 16:58 (13 min)
The Satguru Chalīsā is a sacred text for meditation and crossing worldly existence. We worship the all-pervasive creator, the supreme incarnation. Without this grace, no one crosses the ocean of worldly life. All sages meditate upon this presence. Spiritual knowledge is given to the heart, resulting in fearlessness and the end of problems. Reading or listening to the Chalīsā brings concentration, ends the fear of birth and death, and grants prosperity and fulfillment. Life becomes perfect and suffering departs. The verses describe the merciful protector who uplifts all beings. Those who gain this vision are supremely fortunate and their wishes succeed. The guru is eternal and unequaled. Approaching the guru cleanses eons of misdeeds. The blessing itself is everything.
"Without Your mercy, no one can cross the ocean of worldly existence."
"Those who will have a darśan of you, Gurudev, they will be the greatest, and they will all the time have concentration and feeling for God."

Vegetarian cooking lesson 12, Indian Upma
17:00 - 17:07 (7 min)
Upma is a simple, nourishing dish prepared quickly with roasted semolina and vegetables. Begin by dry-roasting the semolina to make it lighter and digestible. Heat ghee, which nourishes the body and supports the mind, in a pan. Fry chopped young onions, carrots, kohlrabi, and bell pepper. Mix powdered spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, Himalayan salt, and chili with a little water. Add the roasted semolina to the pan and fry briefly. Pour in boiling water while stirring continuously until the mixture becomes compact. Finish with fresh coriander and lemon juice to enhance flavor. This makes a light meal suitable for breakfast or dinner, served with a vegetable salad and yogurt.
"Ghee greatly improves the entire body, helps create more bodily tissues, and is very beneficial for our brain."
"Lemon juice is very useful as it enhances the flavor of the food."

Guruji's life with Mahaprabuji
17:15 - 18:15 (60 min)
The master's care manifests through complete trust in his guidance. A story illustrates this: during a drought, a request was made for rain. The instruction was given to perform a fire ceremony. The promise was that rain would come. The ceremony began. Clouds gathered. Rain fell abundantly, filling the pond and fields. This demonstrates the principle. The master's power acts, often through indirect means. Similar events have occurred here, where following an instruction to chant for rain resulted in a downpour that filled an empty pond overnight. Another time, a directive to perform prayer beads for rain resulted in a flood. The mechanism is not for us to question. The essential element is trust. When asked to perform a task that seems beyond capacity, the ego resists. But the master's request implies the capability is present. One must proceed with faith. Trust enables the seemingly impossible. Without that trust, obstacles remain.
"Go and have a fire ceremony at the watering place in your village, and then you will get rain."
"Don't worry, I'll take care of everything."

The Science of Kriyā Yoga
18:20 - 19:00 (40 min)
Kriyā Yoga is the science of movement, purification, and attaining divine light. Yoga is the harmonizing science for body, mind, and soul, given by Swayambhū Śiva. The human birth holds a unique potential, but it is threatened by the inner crocodiles of desire, anger, and ego. These negative forces are a consuming fire. One must awaken into the light of kindness, knowledge, and love for all. Humans often become their own enemies through jealousy, hatred, and greed, forgetting their dharma. Yoga is a complete way of life leading to salvation. Kriyā means action and movement, inherent in the expanding universe, the changing stars, and the rotating earth. This perpetual motion exists within the human body through breath, circulation, and thought. Kriyā Yoga is the practice of balancing these inner energies to purify consciousness. Specific Kriyās, like Ujjāyī Prāṇāyāma or Agnisāra, maintain health and awareness. Even digestion and sleep are Kriyās. Consistent practice purifies karma and elevates consciousness toward light; neglecting it causes a rapid decline. This path requires discipline and grace.
"Within you is the ocean of immortality. Within you is the fountain of joy, and within you is the immortal soul."
"Kriyā Yoga is the highest technique within yoga. But with that, you have to have a blessing."

Guru Tattva cleans everything
19:05 - 19:53 (48 min)
The essence of Guru Tattva is realized through the dual forms of the Guru. The manifest, personal Guru is the accessible form for worship and guidance. The unmanifest Guru is the same reality, present within. The personal form is the practical means to reach the impersonal truth. The Guru principle is transmitted through an ancient spiritual lineage, symbolized by earrings representing the union of masculine and feminine divine energies. Spiritual progress requires purifying the inner instrument. This is achieved by cultivating pure relationships, seeing all beings through the lens of kinship—as mother, father, sister, or brother. This equal vision purifies thoughts and dissolves ego. Surrender is not a physical act but an internal melting of the heart. The Guru's words are a nectar that cleanses negative energies and cuts through karma, bestowing liberation.
"Through that, you will come automatically to nirguṇa."
"In this way, we can purify our antaḥkaraṇa, mana, buddhi, citta, ahaṁkāra—the mind, intellect, our consciousness, and our ego."

Only oneness leads to happiness
20:00 - 20:40 (40 min)
The resonance of Aum is the fundamental vibration of all existence, connecting Earth, the lokas, and Brahmā loka. Consciousness has no desire, while the inert world cannot act. All apparent forms arise from the one resonance of Akāra, Ukāra, and Makāra. The seeker must follow the inner self, as everything external is temporary and leads to separation. Worldly life, or saṃsāra, possesses no lasting essence and is the source of suffering through attachment. The individual soul, like a drop of water, is separated from the ocean of oneness and journeys through various states, longing for reunion. Liberation involves recognizing this transient nature and turning inward toward the eternal.
"Ekobrahman duttye nasti. That Brahman is only one."
"In oneness, there is no separation."

Eternal Journey of the Soul
20:45 - 21:43 (58 min)
Morning satsang with Swamiji from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The human being consists of five layers or koshas. In the centre the eternal, everlasting Atma is residing. In this lecture Vishwaguruji explains the structure of the human being in order to enlighten the meaning, importance and the aim of our life. Yoga is a way to achieve this aim.
Follow the Guruvakyas and practice
21:53 - 22:51 (58 min)
The essence of spiritual life is consistent practice within a supportive community. Our tradition's bhajans contain the complete path. True progress requires personal effort, not merely listening. Association shapes habit: spiritual company fosters spirituality, while negative influences divert you. Many attend lectures but avoid practice, which is like discussing food without eating. Practice purifies karma and sustains spiritual health, just as discipline manages physical health. Without practice, initial spiritual love fades. Maintain your personal system—physical, mental, and spiritual. Life flows like a river, governed by karma and natural principles. Ultimately, success depends on following the Guru's instruction and grace. Your practice brings your benefit; neglect brings none.
"Jaisā kare saṅg, vaisā lāge raṅg. With whom you associate, you will take on that habit or color."
"If you eat, your stomach will be filled. So I say to you personally: please do practice, not only in class but at home too."

Welcoming Address and Valedictory Session on Yoga for Wellness
23:00 - 0:08 (68 min)
Yoga for wellness is the subject, moving from practice to integration for national health.
Yoga has gained global acceptance, increasing India's responsibility. The conference aims to establish policy parameters. Yoga is about holistic wellness, not merely cure. Two key features emerged: the need for integration between traditional and modern medicine, and the need for scientific evidence on yoga's impact on specific diseases. Integration must move beyond co-location to active cross-referrals. The ultimate aim is to use yoga to reduce the number of patients. Generating robust scientific evidence is crucial for global acceptability. The presence of both traditional and modern practitioners signifies the desired integration.
"Yoga is not just about a cure. It is about health, overall well-being, and wellness." "We need to generate scientific evidence about the value of yoga if we want true acceptability."
