Knowledge is the Light
0:50 - 1:12 (22 min)
Recorded on
Guru Pūrṇimā is about moving from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge. Without knowledge, one is like an animal. This light is the inner knowledge within every being. Humans possess intellect, but it is shaped by its education; one becomes what one is taught. Therefore, proper education is paramount, which is spiritual and ethical education rooted in Sanātana values. This education comes from the guru. The essence of all scriptures is the same truth of one God, though languages differ. Today, people prioritize learning English for jobs over their mother tongue, leading to a loss of cultural roots. Sanskāras create culture, culture creates humanity, and humanity protects the country. Guru Pūrṇimā is the worship of the divine being who gives knowledge and is a festival to keep culture alive. Sanātana Dharma is a living dharma, seen in eternal relationships like that of guru and disciple. This relationship will last forever, making it the greatest and most living festival. "Without knowledge, one is like an animal." "God is one. God has no name, and all scriptures speak of the oneness of God." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The Awakening of Consciousness: Kuṇḍalinī and Cakras
1:15 - 3:09 (114 min)
Recorded on
The science of yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness. Yoga is the eternal balancing principle in the universe, not a religion or dogma. The cosmic vibration, declared as OM, exists within and outside us. Human life is a precious chance within the cycle of rebirth. The human intellect can be trained endlessly, and dormant abilities within are connected to the cakras, or energy centers. The subtle body has 72,000 nāḍīs, or channels, for transmitting consciousness and energy. The mind functions between the subconscious and conscious, taking in impressions that become desires. The intellect's duty is to give judgment. We normally experience three levels of consciousness: waking, dream, and deep sleep. Past deeds create our destiny, or prārabdha karma. The Kuṇḍalinī energy and the cakra system are responsible for developing consciousness and freeing it from subconscious fears. The major nāḍīs are Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā, balancing emotion and intellect. Haṭha Yoga unites these sympathetic and parasympathetic principles. The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process of becoming wise and calm, not a physical sensation. The cakras are located along the spinal column and are psychic energy centers. They are connected to the five elements and influence the body. Mastery leads towards liberation, the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness. This requires lifelong practice and guidance. "Yoga is not a religion, it is not a philosophy, it is not a dogma, but it is the eternal principle in this universe." "The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process; you don't feel it as a physical sensation. You feel happy, as if in the lap of the mother." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia DVD 188
Feel oneness and protect all creatures
3:15 - 3:45 (30 min)
Recorded on
The divine essence resides within the living body. God is present within us and has given us human form. The natural world involves creatures consuming one another, yet herbivores like cows, which eat only grass, are considered close to the divine. Humans, gifted with intellect and body, often choose a path contrary to this harmony by consuming meat, which involves killing and constitutes a sin. All beings feel pain, a profound experience understood even by those who inflict it. We meditate to seek happiness, peace, and oneness with God. Figures like Jesus embodied profound suffering, yet within such suffering resides a divine essence. The individual soul is a part of God, like a drop of water destined to return to the ocean. All traditions, from Jesus to Shiva, emphasize prayer, compassion, and reconciliation, as seen in practices like seeking forgiveness during Christmas. Our ultimate purpose is unity, transcending divisions to protect all creatures with peace and love. "Animals like dogs and many others eat each other as well—big dogs, little dogs, and so many." "If we think with our brain, we can see it is not good—oh my God, a living being, and how we are killing it." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The materialized OM
3:50 - 4:12 (22 min)
Recorded on
A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine. "Time seems to run more quickly when we are busy, when we engage ourselves in activities." "This area will never be completed. It is like the universe." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

We have to become united in Oneness
6:00 - 7:17 (77 min)
Recorded on
Evening program with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. We have our destiny in which it is written when and where we are. The story of a boat in the ocean and a bird. It is in our fate that we want to reach God. We are like a bird coming and going. Life is only temporary. Every living creature has its fate and life. Become one with all. At the end, a drop of water arrives at the ocean and becomes one with it. When we die, our soul goes from the body, which is like a stone falling down. Some of us go towards the pure Light and others come back again. There is only one door when we leave our bodies. Nowadays children don't accept the advice of their parents. Don't kill anyone and don't speak negative words. Practising AUM chanting, bhramari pranayama and some simple asanas.
Eat healthy food and live as a human
7:25 - 8:08 (43 min)
Recorded on
The simplicity of spiritual practice lies in daily remembrance and conscious living. Historically, people across faiths integrated prayer into daily life, like family meals. Now, such observance has declined, correlating with modern negativity. Dietary choices reflect this shift; some move away from traditional vegetarianism, while others adopt veganism from compassion for animals. Health requires mindful eating and periodic fasting, not constant consumption. Simple morning affirmations ground us: acknowledge your humanity, honor Mother Earth, and revere water as life. Modern challenges like pollution and industrial agriculture show our disconnection from these elements. Returning to conscious basics fosters well-being. "First, when we open our eyes, then tell, 'I am human.'" "Water is life... Water is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Where can we see God?
8:15 - 9:26 (71 min)
Recorded on
We seek God but often fail to see the divine within creation and ourselves. We acknowledge a supreme creator, yet God remains unseen directly in the sky or in human form, though evident in all living things like water, which is life itself. Humans possess intellect but often disappoint, harming creation and failing to understand the life force in all beings, including vegetation. Self-realized masters guide us, but we remain obscured by layers of ego, pride, and cruelty, much like the bamboo in a story that allowed itself to be shaped by God to help others. True devotion requires trust, as shown when a doubting climber refused to let go despite begging for salvation. God resides within every creature and within our own bodies, a complex system of nerves and energy channels. Our physical form, governed by elements and prāṇa, or life force, requires balance through practices like prāṇāyāma to purify nerves and harmonize chakras. This yoga is a safe science for health, not about forced arousal of energy. Health suffers from poor nourishment, emotional toxins like swallowed anger, and a lack of forgiveness. Practice gently, avoid extremes, and seek natural harmony for well-being. The ultimate knowledge lies in understanding these inner divine mechanisms. "God is within us. God is within us and in every creature." "If you trust in me, then leave your hands free." Filming location: Raumati Beach, New Zealand
Be vegetarian or vegan

Yoga in Daily Life people is not affected too much by corona. The karma of killing many animals is coming back to the human. Many cancers are because by chemicals. All the meals that we have are not healthy. We do bad things with the calves and bees also. The centre of our life is the navel. Practising OM chanting and bhramari pranayama.
Christmas Time
10:45 - 11:52 (67 min)
Recorded on
This is a time for joy, well-being, and spiritual gathering. After the harvest, people have a natural need to come together in celebration, as seen in festivals like Holi and Christmas. This period is divinely appointed for happiness; to be unhappy then is to invite negative energies. We must use this time to forgive, heal relationships, and create a sacred atmosphere. True well-being begins with personal health, as taught in Āyurveda. The first happiness is a healthy body, the second is harmony and wealth at home, followed by a good partner, obedient children, good neighbors, and nourishment from the earth. Discipline in eating is crucial, as our tongue—through speech and taste—can destroy us. Practice prāṇāyāma to cleanse the body. Make a gradual resolution to improve your habits. "Rejoice, and I think there is a wonderful song. Rejoice, rejoice, yes." "Pehla sukha nirogī kāyā, dujā sukha, ghar meṁ māyā. That means, the soul's bold stand haben." Filming location: Salzburg, Austria

Where can we find God?
13:20 - 14:21 (61 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Budapest, Hungary. Three practices that are good for our body, mind and spiritual development, to help us reach God. Where do we look for God? Try to be nirmohi
14:25 - 15:01 (36 min)
Recorded on
The Earth suffers from human exploitation, and our food has been destroyed by the loss of natural seeds and chemical pollution. We have dug coal, diverted water, and injected chemicals, making the mother suffer. Seeds that once lasted for generations now must be bought anew, and our vegetables are tasteless and dangerous. Educated people have ruined everything. Many diseases arise from this corrupted food. Yet, some are returning to cultivate good seeds at home. We must detach from worldly attachments to move toward the Supreme. Attachment, or moha, is the heaviest obstacle to self-realization. Discipline and satsang are the paths to remove this attachment. A story of a detached king illustrates that true renunciation means no attachment, even to family. Our senses and mind constantly seek more, but we must direct the mind through satsang and wisdom to control attachment while in the body. "Holy Gurujī used to say that Bhagavān Viṣṇu put seva and mokṣa in a scale. And the scale of seva was much heavier than mokṣa." "Attachment will always be as long as we have this physical body, as long as the indriyas are active. There will always be. But we should know this: that we wake our wisdom to know and to decide." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
We should have roots
15:05 - 16:04 (59 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a progressive path requiring tailored techniques for growth, like a child advancing through life stages. We must evolve beyond mere physical exercise to teach yoga's full science, especially at universities where its depth is often unknown. Many traditions and teachers exist, each with their own disciples, just as every mother has her own child—all are valid and should be respected. True roots come from genuine lineage and practice, not from those who claim exclusivity. Modern life severs these roots, leading to disconnection, much like a leaf blown from its tree. Our goal is to merge with the divine, like a drop returning to the ocean, through sincere practice and loyalty to authentic teachings. "University, but I don't know what yoga is. So, we have to teach them at the university. Because only physical exercises are not enough." "Similarly, everyone has their mother, their father, their children, friends, etc. And that is what we call the best path." Filming location: Slovenia
The Interconnection of Yoga and Āyurveda: A Discourse on Mind, Body, and Soul
16:10 - 17:14 (64 min)
Recorded on
Yoga and Āyurveda are interconnected sciences for controlling the mind to achieve health and liberation. Yoga is the instrument to control the fluctuations of the mind. Āyurveda is the knowledge of life, comprising body, senses, mind, and soul. Maharṣi Caraka's philosophy states disease cannot occur without a distortion in the mind; therefore, controlling the mind is essential for health. The process for this is yoga. The soul is the conscious sovereign, while the mind is the active doer. To stop the mind, the soul must command it through techniques culminating in samādhi. The eightfold path of yoga begins with Yama and Niyama. One must control the guṇas, cultivating sāttvic feelings. Stabilizing the mind in the soul yields attainments and is the aim. From the Āyurvedic view, yoga requires a body. Even with a controlled mind, one experiences results of past actions, as unexperienced karma is not destroyed. Yoga's techniques to control mind and body are found within Āyurveda. By controlling duality through yoga and achieving samādhi, the cycle of birth and death ceases. "Yoga is an instrument to control your cittavṛtti—the fluctuations of the mind." "Ātmā sthe manasi sthire: when the mind is stable and controlled in the Ātmā. This is Yoga." Our life is a chance
19:25 - 20:15 (50 min)
Recorded on
The human birth is a rare chance to avoid the endless cycle of animal existence. Brahmaloka contains all duality, heaven and hell. Time is a human construct; animals do not count days. All creatures possess consciousness and remember God in their own way, but they act primarily to fill their bellies. Humans uniquely possess discernment and intellect. Life is sustained by life eating life across 8.4 million species. Humans, however, should not consume living animals, as this creates severe karmic debt requiring rebirth into those same species to suffer the same fate. Every action, good or bad, is karma. Animals are mute beings who must endure their suffering without protest. This human life is a single opportunity to break this cycle through righteous conduct. You are the king governing the kingdom of your own body; do not let bad habits destroy it. "Khānā, pīnā, bhogṇā, paśu bhī sūjān. Eating, drinking, and enjoying, animals can also do. Oh, man, men, humans. If you are doing only this, then what is the difference between you and animals?" "Therefore, jīva jīva bhakṣati. Life will eat life. A dog will eat another animal. Other animals will eat animals. But one animal is a human, and they should not eat that living animal." Filming location: Fiji Islands

We can change the world together
22:00 - 22:56 (56 min)

Awareness of what we consume is crucial for health and unity. Many are unknowingly eating insects, which is harmful. This is not just a local issue but a global one, spreading even to places like India. Consuming such things can cause serious health problems, including blockages in the body, as we lack the enzyme to break them down. It can lead to diseases like cancer. Regulations may require labeling, but loopholes exist, especially in restaurants. The best defense is to cook at home using known, raw ingredients. We must be vigilant about what enters our bodies, as foreign substances, even from food, can influence our system. Our collective strength lies in unity and enduring commitment to sattvic living. By making conscious choices and supporting each other, we can protect our health and effect change. "Eating these worms is not bad only for our spiritual path. But it can cause serious health problems." "The best food for our health is no-label food. Prepare your bread, prepare your chapati." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
A Message of Peace from Prague
23:00 - 23:07 (7 min)
Recorded on
The key to our future is universal unity and peace. I witnessed this spirit in a crowded square where people of all languages smiled together, a vision for our world. Achieving this requires not just public desire but political will. Prague has a historical legacy of promoting peace, from medieval delegations to modern nuclear agreements. Our world faces civil wars, climate change, and threats from weapons and terrorism. I work with parliamentary networks seeking pledges from nations to not be first to use and to reduce nuclear arsenals, aiming to lower global risk. Support these efforts. True peace begins within each person. "There is only one God, the universal God, only one religion, humanity, and only one nation, humankind." "Peace among nations is dependent on peace in human beings." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
The Means Are the End: On Non-Violence, Patience, and Peace
23:15 - 23:29 (14 min)
Recorded on
The means are the end; the purity of the instrument determines the outcome. Life initially teaches non-violence through powerlessness, when a violent response is impossible. Yet true understanding comes with maturity. Society focuses on ends, neglecting means. This creates fundamental questions: can war bring peace or violence bring justice? The answer is no. Wrong means always yield wrong ends, for the means become the end. A seed becomes the tree. Hatred breeds hatred; violence breeds violence. Only non-violence, born from compassion, breeds compassion. Some claim wrong means bring wealth and power, while right means bring struggle. But happiness is a peaceful mind. Those using right means possess this peace and live in the present. Those using wrong means have disturbed minds, living in past or future. To follow non-violence requires immense patience and faith. It is a slow, complete cure like Ayurveda, healing from within like yoga. "There are countless reasons for which I can give my life, but for no reason can I kill a person." "Happiness is a peaceful state of mind." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
