The divine essence resides within the living body. God is present within us and has given us human form. The natural world involves creatures consuming one another, yet herbivores like cows, which eat only grass, are considered close to the divine. Humans, gifted with intellect and body, often choose a path contrary to this harmony by consuming meat, which involves killing and constitutes a sin. All beings feel pain, a profound experience understood even by those who inflict it. We meditate to seek happiness, peace, and oneness with God. Figures like Jesus embodied profound suffering, yet within such suffering resides a divine essence. The individual soul is a part of God, like a drop of water destined to return to the ocean. All traditions, from Jesus to Shiva, emphasize prayer, compassion, and reconciliation, as seen in practices like seeking forgiveness during Christmas. Our ultimate purpose is unity, transcending divisions to protect all creatures with peace and love. "Animals like dogs and many others eat each other as well—big dogs, little dogs, and so many." "If we think with our brain, we can see it is not good—oh my God, a living being, and how we are killing it." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine. "Time seems to run more quickly when we are busy, when we engage ourselves in activities." "This area will never be completed. It is like the universe." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Christmas Time
4:45 - 5:52 (67 min)
Recorded on
This is a time for joy, well-being, and spiritual gathering. After the harvest, people have a natural need to come together in celebration, as seen in festivals like Holi and Christmas. This period is divinely appointed for happiness; to be unhappy then is to invite negative energies. We must use this time to forgive, heal relationships, and create a sacred atmosphere. True well-being begins with personal health, as taught in Āyurveda. The first happiness is a healthy body, the second is harmony and wealth at home, followed by a good partner, obedient children, good neighbors, and nourishment from the earth. Discipline in eating is crucial, as our tongue—through speech and taste—can destroy us. Practice prāṇāyāma to cleanse the body. Make a gradual resolution to improve your habits. "Rejoice, and I think there is a wonderful song. Rejoice, rejoice, yes." "Pehla sukha nirogī kāyā, dujā sukha, ghar meṁ māyā. That means, the soul's bold stand haben." Filming location: Salzburg, Austria
Eat healthy food and live as a human
6:00 - 6:43 (43 min)

The simplicity of spiritual practice lies in daily remembrance and conscious living. Historically, people across faiths integrated prayer into daily life, like family meals. Now, such observance has declined, correlating with modern negativity. Dietary choices reflect this shift; some move away from traditional vegetarianism, while others adopt veganism from compassion for animals. Health requires mindful eating and periodic fasting, not constant consumption. Simple morning affirmations ground us: acknowledge your humanity, honor Mother Earth, and revere water as life. Modern challenges like pollution and industrial agriculture show our disconnection from these elements. Returning to conscious basics fosters well-being. "First, when we open our eyes, then tell, 'I am human.'" "Water is life... Water is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be vegetarian or vegan
6:50 - 8:00 (70 min)

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Maribor, Slovenia. We should practise continuously so God will see that we want to reach the cosmic self. Yoga is not only an exercise but a spiritual thing. There is more water on the earth than land. Water is life. Many creatures are living in the water in the earth and in the air. In Kali Yuga humans are suffering. Yoga in Daily Life people is not affected too much by corona. The karma of killing many animals is coming back to the human. Many cancers are because by chemicals. All the meals that we have are not healthy. We do bad things with the calves and bees also. The centre of our life is the navel. Practising OM chanting and bhramari pranayama.
Where can we see God?
8:05 - 9:16 (71 min)
Recorded on
We seek God but often fail to see the divine within creation and ourselves. We acknowledge a supreme creator, yet God remains unseen directly in the sky or in human form, though evident in all living things like water, which is life itself. Humans possess intellect but often disappoint, harming creation and failing to understand the life force in all beings, including vegetation. Self-realized masters guide us, but we remain obscured by layers of ego, pride, and cruelty, much like the bamboo in a story that allowed itself to be shaped by God to help others. True devotion requires trust, as shown when a doubting climber refused to let go despite begging for salvation. God resides within every creature and within our own bodies, a complex system of nerves and energy channels. Our physical form, governed by elements and prāṇa, or life force, requires balance through practices like prāṇāyāma to purify nerves and harmonize chakras. This yoga is a safe science for health, not about forced arousal of energy. Health suffers from poor nourishment, emotional toxins like swallowed anger, and a lack of forgiveness. Practice gently, avoid extremes, and seek natural harmony for well-being. The ultimate knowledge lies in understanding these inner divine mechanisms. "God is within us. God is within us and in every creature." "If you trust in me, then leave your hands free." Filming location: Raumati Beach, New Zealand
We have to become united in Oneness
9:20 - 10:37 (77 min)
Recorded on
Evening program with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. We have our destiny in which it is written when and where we are. The story of a boat in the ocean and a bird. It is in our fate that we want to reach God. We are like a bird coming and going. Life is only temporary. Every living creature has its fate and life. Become one with all. At the end, a drop of water arrives at the ocean and becomes one with it. When we die, our soul goes from the body, which is like a stone falling down. Some of us go towards the pure Light and others come back again. There is only one door when we leave our bodies. Nowadays children don't accept the advice of their parents. Don't kill anyone and don't speak negative words. Practising AUM chanting, bhramari pranayama and some simple asanas.

Try to open the lock
14:40 - 14:59 (19 min)
Recorded on
We are called to unite in oneness through divine names. All practitioners are invited onto a common boat to spread peace without distinction. We exist as small parts of a vast creation of water, earth, and sky, all made by the Supreme. The intention was for universal happiness, but great troubles arise. Humans, created with divine potential, declared independence from God, leading to negativity and conflict. The solution is likened to opening a locked number lock or finding the key bead, the Sumeru, on a mala. This key is found in the simple, powerful names of the divine. By holding to these names, the locks within awaken. The essential practice is to take up the key of the name, which is common to all, and through it, access everything. "God gave everything to their children, who are our children—what we call humans. So He gave everything to us. What God can do, the human can also do." "The best is on this one name... Rām, Rām... Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa... Śiva, Śiva... Jesus, Jesus... That is the best name." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Glory of Gurudeva's Name
16:40 - 16:59 (19 min)
Recorded on
The true means to supreme bliss is satsang, yet worldly pursuits are filled with sorrow. Only the divine incarnation of the Supreme Guru bestows true happiness and Self-knowledge. Without the Guru, there is no knowledge, and without knowledge, sorrow has no end. No being has ever attained the Soul-Supreme without a Guru. Great ascetics with supernatural powers, like Sanghdev who lived 1,400 years, still lacked soul-knowledge until liberated by enlightened saints. Similarly, the egoistic tantric Bhaskarananda was transformed upon hearing the Guru's words, realizing his inner faults. The Guru's name, chanted with faith, crosses the ocean of worldly existence. A human life without devotion is like an animal's; one must perform spiritual practice and service. The root of meditation is the Guru's form; the root of worship is the Guru's feet. "Śiva, Viṣṇu, Brahmā... guru vinā bhav nidhi tīre na koi." (Even Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma cannot cross the ocean of existence without the Guru.) "Kabuk deva bhayog karni kar... toy nidayo satguru apke mo jagayo." (Sometimes one becomes a god, sometimes an insect... only the True Guru awakens you.) Awareness of what we consume is crucial for health and unity. Many are unknowingly eating insects, which is harmful. This is not just a local issue but a global one, spreading even to places like India. Consuming such things can cause serious health problems, including blockages in the body, as we lack the enzyme to break them down. It can lead to diseases like cancer. Regulations may require labeling, but loopholes exist, especially in restaurants. The best defense is to cook at home using known, raw ingredients. We must be vigilant about what enters our bodies, as foreign substances, even from food, can influence our system. Our collective strength lies in unity and enduring commitment to sattvic living. By making conscious choices and supporting each other, we can protect our health and effect change. "Eating these worms is not bad only for our spiritual path. But it can cause serious health problems." "The best food for our health is no-label food. Prepare your bread, prepare your chapati." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

World Peace is in Our Hands
23:00 - 23:05 (5 min)
Recorded on
World peace is in our hands. Our world is increasingly turbulent and ambiguous, requiring more than linear answers. We must create resilient societies focused on shared peace and well-being. A world without peace, equitable wealth distribution, and planetary care will not survive. Achieving these goals requires every individual to become a responsible, active global citizen. My country is designing a new societal vision with its citizens, integrating this into our strategic development. We are committed to being a responsible global actor by implementing the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. This includes striving for poverty eradication, gender equality, human rights, and environmental protection at all levels. Peace requires good intentions, cooperation, and inner balance. The best way to achieve that inner coherence is through yoga. Ultimately, our collective action determines our future. "A world without peace will not survive. A world without distributing wealth will not survive." "I think we all know the answer: yoga is the answer." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Yoga, Health, and Peace: A Medical Perspective
23:10 - 23:22 (12 min)
Recorded on
True health requires integrating physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being, which modern life disrupts. Our unnatural lifestyle causes chronic stress, damaging our organs and leading to widespread disease. Yoga is a holistic, evidence-based system addressing this. It works on three levels: conscious practices like meditation influence the cortex; prāṇāyāma calms the subcortical autonomic nervous system; and āsanas affect the peripheral organs. This integrated approach combats key modern ailments. Memory loss and dementia are epidemics, worsened by our reliance on technology and poor diet. Yoga, along with a vegetarian diet rich in healthy spices, is scientifically shown to preserve memory and prevent cognitive decline. Similarly, yoga techniques are proven to alleviate and prevent depression by fostering present-moment awareness. By restoring balance across all levels of our being, yoga guides us toward self-realization. Understanding our connection to others allows us to live in peace. "All these diseases are actually caused by an overload of stress." "Yoga techniques influence us on all levels: physical, mental, social, and spiritual." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
