Spirituality is without meat and alcohol
1:00 - 1:47 (47 min)
Milk is a primary source of prāṇa, essential for health. It comes from mothers—human, cow, buffalo, goat, or camel. From milk comes yogurt, then butter, then ghee, the essence that nourishes the body. The quality of the milk depends on the animal's health and feed; pure grass yields pure milk. Modern processing often adulterates this purity. Animals feel pain, so they must be treated with care and compassion, not exploitation. Consume milk consciously, knowing its source. Alcohol is a medicine, not for regular drinking; it causes familial strife. Choose good food without chemicals for your family's well-being. All religions are good; practice your sādhanā consciously, respecting others. Beauty is in the soul, not the transient body.
"From the milk comes yogurt; from yogurt comes butter; and from butter comes ghee. That is the quality, that is the power that is good for our body’s health."
"All animals or humans, we are living, they feel pain, and we also feel the pain. Therefore, we should take care."

The power of Gurudev's blessing
1:55 - 2:25 (30 min)
The great fortune of satsang and the sacred power of prasada.
Being in satsang is our great luck, a refuge from the affairs of this age. This is not mental fast food but rich spiritual nourishment requiring strong inner fire to digest. Simply being in this radiant atmosphere grants energy and purification. I once thought greeting the teacher was a loss of lecture time, but after decades I see it is the most important part. The prasada received is very rare. A lecture is nice inspiration, but to bow and receive grace is precious. This act releases many karmas. Prasada is the essential, holy substance that can completely change a life, as can true darshan. We must prize this energy, keep it, and let it shine in our homes. Maintain purity within and transmit that. We are all one here in this practice.
"To come, to bow down, to greet, to come very near to your Gurudev and receive prasāda... we must realize how precious this is."
"That Prasāda is completely able to change our life, if we know what Prasāda is."

The first sound came from the ocean
2:30 - 3:06 (36 min)
The primordial sound, Nāda, is the resonant form of the Absolute. This resonance permeates all existence, originating from the cosmic source. The mother of this world is the ocean, the source of life and this foundational sound. Within all beings are dual principles, male and female, which seek balance. The horse symbolizes the complete male principle, revered in sacred rites. A story illustrates this: King Sāgar performed a horse sacrifice, and his sons disturbed the meditating sage Kapila Muni. The sage's wrath turned them to ashes, but through penance, they were restored. This sound from the ocean is used in worship and connects all cycles of time.
"The mother of this our world is the ocean. Voda, and life begins from there."
"The horse is the complete male. That is the one which you cannot find anywhere."

What does Yoga in Daily Life mean?
3:10 - 3:36 (26 min)
This is the day of oneness, the middle point in our sādhanā. We must practice every year and go forward, not back. Yoga in Daily Life began from Czechoslovakia and has spread worldwide; it is for all. Our sādhanā comes from Ālagpurījī and Devpurījī, through Holy Gurujī and Mahāprabhujī. Holy Gurujī gave me this chair, which is from God. Sitting here signifies oneness. We are to become gurus, but that happens only at life's end through true inner practice, not merely in time. I work with Mahāprabhujī. We are all together in this. The Nandi statue sees Holy Gurujī's samādhi and Śiva; offering to it brings blessings. We must continue every year.
"All will be only one. It doesn't matter who, what will be. One in all, and all in one."
"This chair is from God, Bhagavān... then you become the Parabrahma, Paramatmā."

The science of prāṇāyāma addresses the profound pollution of our existence. Prāṇa, the vital energy, is managed through three processes: Pūrak (inhalation), Rechak (exhalation), and Kumbhak (retention). Sanskrit, the language of this science, resonates deeply, expanding consciousness. Our existence relies on the five elements, with the earth as a nurturing mother who forgives our pollution. Yet now, her forgiveness is strained by our actions. We poison the outer earth—its waters and air—and then our own bodies with toxins and disease. The worst pollution is mental, leading to violence and ignorance. Yoga is designed for this. It is the first science, integrating our five bodies—physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, and blissful. Success in yoga comes through karma, selfless action, but is opposed by the great enemy: laziness. The fire of yoga practice burns away all karmic seeds. Prāṇāyāma is more crucial than physical postures; it purifies and protects. It begins by balancing the psychic channels: the left nostril (Chandra, the moon) calms emotions, and the right (Sūrya, the sun) clarifies intellect. This purification of the nāḍīs is the primary tool for deep meditation and strength.
"To pollute the earth is a sin. It means you pollute Mother Earth."
"The most dangerous pollution is in the human mind."

The hidden powers in humans - Nadis
5:25 - 5:56 (31 min)
Yoga is the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness, achieved through balance. The universe is an endless cosmic body containing a consciousness that seeks to multiply. From the primordial sound Oṁ, the five elements were created, forming all life. The human is distinguished by an educable intellect. The physical body contains 72,000 energy channels, or nāḍīs, through which cosmic energy flows. Three principal nāḍīs—Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā—govern emotion, activity, and consciousness. Where they intersect, energy centers or chakras form. The dormant spiritual energy, Kuṇḍalinī, must awaken and rise to unite with pure consciousness. Lower chakras connect to elemental and animal realms, influencing base behaviors. The mind coordinates between the conscious and subconscious; it cannot be controlled, only guided. Physical practices are not yoga itself but methods to create the balance that is yoga.
"Yoga means balance. Where there is balance, there is harmony. Where there is harmony, there is unity."
"The mind cannot be controlled. If you control the mind, then psychic problems will appear. You cannot control the river, you cannot block it, you can guide the river."

Enjoy the movement!
8:00 - 9:13 (73 min)
Foundational āsanas and breath awareness form the base of practice. Begin with Pavanamuktāsana to release the lower back, pressing the knee to the chest with the breath. Move into Daṇḍāsana, keeping the spinal column straight. Practice head movements initiated from the lower neck, coordinating with breath to avoid strain. Sarvahitā Āsanas teach correct movement patterns for all further practice. Engage muscles by imagining lifting a weight to build strength for postures like Viparīta Karanī Mudrā. Always be aware of breathing during āsana; conscious breathing activates the brain's cortex, calming the emotional limbic system. Complete yogic breathing combines abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular movement for full purification. Prāṇāyāma, like Nāḍī Śodhana, purifies the energy channels through all five layers of being.
"Always be aware of your breathing. When you breathe with awareness—without changing the rhythm—we activate a center in the cortex of the brain."
"Seventy percent of the body's purification comes through our breathing. That is why our breathing, especially complete yogic breathing, is so important."

Shiva has given us the human body
9:50 - 10:50 (60 min)
The soul originates from Śiva, the supreme reality beyond all gods and heavens. This world is a field of perpetual conflict between divine and demonic forces, yet even the heavens are transient. The human condition is one of constant change, oscillating between joy and sorrow, driven by endless desires for worldly objects and relationships. These desires are impurities that bind consciousness to the cycle of birth and death. In this age, these tendencies manifest as strife, jealousy, and division, obscuring the true purpose of human life. The sole aim is to transcend this realm and attain the immortal Brahmaloka, our original abode. This requires overcoming all transient attachments through spiritual discipline.
The mind is stained by countless negative impressions from countless lives. Mere physical practices are insufficient; the fire of spiritual knowledge and intense practice is needed to burn these karmic seeds. One must cultivate detachment, discernment, and surrender. Through the guru's grace and the purifying fire of yoga, these impurities can be consumed. Then, the longing turns solely toward the divine, liberating the soul from all bondage.
"From this Smṛti Loka to Brahmaloka, all kinds of desires or joy we think, it is just like dirt."
"The fire of your yoga practice can burn into the ashes of our karmas."

The Essence of Satsaṅg and Gurukṛpā
10:55 - 11:54 (59 min)
Grace flows solely from Śiva through the Guru's lineage, blessing every cell and being. All creatures inherently seek this grace. Humans, possessing the ātmā, also carry deep negativity. The Satguru, the inner truth, counters this. Satsaṅg is gathering in truth, a cleansing communion with all beings. It fosters unity and love, washing away the dirt of daily life. This practice aligns us with the divine lineage and purpose.
"Sat means truth. Asat is not that."
"Satsaṅg means together. With us, good people."

A Guided Yoga Practice
12:00 - 12:21 (21 min)
A guided physical practice focusing on mindful movement and bodily awareness.
Proceed slowly and with full attention to each motion. Begin in a kneeling position and stretch the entire body upward. Move through a sequence of postures involving forward bends, leg stretches, and spinal extensions. Maintain alignment by keeping knees and feet in one line and shoulders relaxed. Adapt postures for individual capacity, such as bending knees for back comfort. The practice aims to stretch the back, legs, and hip muscles while promoting relaxation. Focus on the sensations within the body rather than achieving perfect form. Conclude by allowing the hands and body to rest completely.
"Stretch your whole body. Arms towards the ceiling, palms together."
"Relax your neck, head down. Try to bend in your thoracic part of your spine and shoulders back."

How to keep our purity
13:10 - 13:34 (24 min)
The human being contains a fundamental purity. We are diverse and cannot all become one, yet we are ourselves. Many people eat meat and are going down, but here we are pure. Open your eyes in the morning and see only "I am human." The earth is pure, and pure water comes from above. Within the vast ocean of existence, something very pure comes from within us, like a crystal. In sleep, we travel far from ourselves, yet return quickly. This inner experience is the purity we call a yogī. Our eyes are very powerful; we must be clear and controlled with them. Those who eat purely are very good. You do not need to know my name; it is inside. We have done work to maintain purity so others may not spoil it.
"Open your eyes in the morning, so when we are just open. And so, when we open our eyes, then we see only, 'I am human.'"
"And so, whatever it is with us, it is your beautiful best, all that is the purity. So that is what we call a yogī."

The materialized OM
13:40 - 14:02 (22 min)
A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine.
"Time seems to run more quickly when we are busy, when we engage ourselves in activities."
"This area will never be completed. It is like the universe."

Building the Ashram
16:35 - 17:10 (35 min)
This is our ashram, a place of being and bliss. We are all here together, sitting with sādhus and yogīs, and it is very good. The essence must be in our body. An ashram is our home. Understanding comes from above, from God to mother to human. It arrives directly, like from Akkar to Nābhi. Even a mother may not know how it comes, but it is our prophet. God is the only one and will become human. If humans belong to India, then all children are equal. That one will enter God, will enter the body. We must care for the human mind. We are here, and we will do the work. In construction, one must think about how people feel inside. A building is not just a roof; it should be pleasant. The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans. Materials modified by humans, like bricks and lime, are good. Stones like sandstone are neutral, but granite harms the body. Modern materials like steel and concrete are dead and not healthy. We follow Vāstu Śāstra, the science of building, so the earth supports everyone living there. We use lime, not just cement, for healthier buildings. Wood is the best material and can be used for multi-story buildings and large halls.
"This is our ashram; this is our ashram. And when you see it, oh, it is very nice."
"The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans."

Guru can take you across the ocean
17:15 - 17:40 (25 min)
The Guru is the foremost principle and the essential guide for liberation. All beings require a Guru, as even divine incarnations followed their teachers. The Guru alone ferries the soul across the ocean of worldly existence to God. Initiation can be received at any time, though Guru Purnima is most auspicious. With complete devotion and dedication to the Guru, all difficulties cease and supreme attainment is reached. The Guru's grace makes everything in life possible and leads to success. Through the Guru's blessings, one is united with the divine.

We are one family
18:55 - 19:12 (17 min)
This spiritual home is our family, connected not by worldly karma but by surrender to the Guru.
Worldly family ties are temporary bonds of past karma. Here, we form a lasting spiritual family under our Gurudeva. True connection requires complete faith and surrender from the heart, not half-hearted belief. Personal effort is essential: we must purify our inner vessel through sādhanā, mantra, and prayer to receive grace. Satsaṅg, whether in person or virtual, sustains this connection within the lineage. The Guru embodies the entire lineage; we cannot hide from this compassionate presence. Surrender your ego through devotion and let the Guru's light guide you.
"Our own family—father and mother—are connected by our karma, so we eventually part."
"If you have complete faith, just that faith, and the number one rule of that faith is surrendering."
