The Sun Shines in the Kingdom of God: On Habit, Mind, and the Kośas
1:05 - 1:56 (51 min)
Recorded on
Yoga in daily life is the ever-shining sun, present everywhere. The program begins with purifying the body's impurities. Habit becomes one's second nature. A story illustrates this: a man jumps into a river to retrieve a coat, which is actually a bear. The bear catches him. The man wishes to leave the coat, but the coat does not leave him. This is the condition of dependency. People find time for negative habits but claim to have no time for meditation or good deeds. The mind is a reflection, like a face in a mirror; one cleans the mirror, but the spot is on the face. The mind must be corrected through techniques, good society, and meditation. The five sheaths of the being are the body of nourishment, energy, mind, intellect, and bliss. Liberation comes from mastering the mind, attachment, hope, and thirst. Give charity without expectation of return. This is the science of yoga for body, mind, and soul. "Habit is the second nature of the human." "Man marā na mamatā marī—your desires, what you want to have." Filming location: Alexandria, USA
Yoga unites people
2:00 - 2:44 (44 min)

Observing spiritual practice reveals a common human foundation beneath different forms. Many traditions share morning rituals of purification, prayer, and offering. Christians go to church, kneel, and give donations. Hindus perform ablutions and sit peacefully. Muslims wash, pray from their book, and instruct their children. These external forms vary, but the internal impulse is shared. Yet, in many places, this dedicated practice is declining. People are distracted, and communal observance diminishes. True spirituality transcends these separate identities. In a hospital, a doctor does not ask a patient's religion or nationality before providing care. The focus is solely on the human being in need of healing. This illustrates our fundamental unity. Every creature has a body and can feel pain. A single needle causes suffering to the whole body. We are all interconnected. Therefore, do not claim one religion is superior. All contain goodness. Our shared humanity is the primary truth. "Not this is India or Christians or Muslims making or their name. No, only the human, and this comes to them." "In a hospital, they will not say, 'What are you? Which land is this?' But please bring this child or person who has fallen down." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Ganesji Doha
2:50 - 3:29 (39 min)
Recorded on
The auspicious invocation calls upon the remover of obstacles to begin any work. In this tradition, Gaṇeśa is the Guru. This bhajan is a request from the holy Gurujī for Gaṇeśa to remove obstacles in writing bhajan books. Gaṇeśa, the elephant-headed deity, symbolizes wisdom embodied. He resides in the Mūlādhāra Cakra, subduing past karmic influences to allow a fresh start. The bhajan uses many names for Gaṇeśa, such as Gajānanda and Gaṇarāja, praising him as the lord of Śiva's attendants. The ultimate intent is a camouflaged invocation to Mahāprabhujī. The final line reveals this, requesting the service of his lotus feet, which translates to serving all beings, exemplified by adopting a vegetarian diet. "Gajānanda Ānanda Mūrti, Kṛpākaro Mahārāj." "Viśva Dīpa Hari āpaho dijo caraṇakī sev." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Everything is within thyself
3:35 - 4:01 (26 min)
Recorded on
The practice is a meditation on seeing and being. Stand and move the hands, then let them hang. Look down at the earth's gifts, then rise and look up. Look to the left, to the right, and to the front, observing all the many things present. Look up to scan the pure sky, then look down again at the earth. Close the eyes. Open them and look straight, left, right, down, and up. Realize that ultimately, there is no direction and no one—only "I am." This pure being is complete. Sit and perform this sequence five times. A five-minute morning practice establishes this awareness for the whole day. When you look and see everything, it is like leaves falling from a tree; that is what you are. Be thyself. Everything is within. "Close your eyes. What you have and what you are looking at." "And what have you seen? Who has given to you all good things, many things, but always coming differently?" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Always be in the present and go to Satsang
4:05 - 4:49 (44 min)
Recorded on
Enter the sacred space of satsaṅg with full awareness, leaving the outer world behind. This environment is a protective bubble of pure energy. Upon entering, consciously set aside all mental burdens and problems, as one leaves dirty shoes at the door. The essential practice is to be fully present in the current moment. Ordinary life is often lived in unawareness, while a yogī cultivates constant awareness of the here and now. Do not dwell in past sorrows or future anxieties. Choose to dwell in uplifting society, or satsaṅg, which strengthens and elevates. Negative company, or kusaṅg, weakens through complaint and fear. The energy of true satsaṅg can transform one's inner state, creating a personal golden age regardless of the external era. Carry this cultivated purity forward. Live life like wearing a pristine white dress, striving to keep it clean through positive thoughts and actions. Real satsaṅg is found in physical congregation with the Guru and the community. Utilize this rare opportunity for purification. Remain a humble disciple, always willing to serve through karma yoga, and continually strive for positive inner change. "When we are in a seminar or in ashram satsaṅg, try not to be in another space and time, 'buying shoes' or something else." "Which society we have, that we will become." How to prepare for meditation
5:50 - 6:39 (49 min)
Recorded on
The primary purpose of human life is to purify all karmas and unite the individual soul with the Supreme. This is the main aim of receiving a human body. All other good works are also a duty. The Chin Mudrā symbolizes this union, with the thumb and index finger representing the Supreme and individual soul coming together. The three separate fingers represent the three guṇas, which are obstacles. Mastery over these guṇas is essential for true spiritual progress; without it, practice is futile. This hand position creates a neurological connection that brings relaxation and balance, dispelling anxiety and calming the mind. It regulates energy flow within the body. Proper posture is critical, as slumping disconnects energy and lets the guṇas dominate. One must sit upright and relaxed for energy to circulate freely. Sound originates from the navel, and relaxed physical alignment allows this energy to become resonant speech and vibration throughout the body. "Before that, whatever you do is just like chewing gum." "If you are not above these three guṇas, you cannot come forward." Filming location: Rijeka, Croatia

A guided physical practice focusing on mindful movement and bodily awareness. Proceed slowly and with full attention to each motion. Begin in a kneeling position and stretch the entire body upward. Move through a sequence of postures involving forward bends, leg stretches, and spinal extensions. Maintain alignment by keeping knees and feet in one line and shoulders relaxed. Adapt postures for individual capacity, such as bending knees for back comfort. The practice aims to stretch the back, legs, and hip muscles while promoting relaxation. Focus on the sensations within the body rather than achieving perfect form. Conclude by allowing the hands and body to rest completely. "Stretch your whole body. Arms towards the ceiling, palms together." "Relax your neck, head down. Try to bend in your thoracic part of your spine and shoulders back." Filming location: Khatu, Rajasthan, India
Jaya Ram!
8:25 - 10:18 (113 min)
Recorded on
The recitation of the Sundara Kāṇḍa, the beautiful fifth book of the Rāmāyaṇa, is performed to welcome Rāma to his temple. This section narrates Hanumān's journey to Lanka, his devotion, and his meeting with Sītā. It details his encounters with demons, his wise counsel to Vibhīṣaṇa, and the gathering of the monkey army. The core teaching is that remembrance and devotion to Rāma are the glorious path. Without divine grace, one cannot attain true fellowship, and without fellowship, one cannot attain spiritual discernment. All strength and success flow from devotion to the Lord. "Rāma kājūkārī phira me āvāṁ, Sītā kaisē udhī prabhu hī sunāvauṁ." (I have come to do Rama's work; how Sita is, only the Lord can tell.) "Sunu daśamukha dyota prakāśa, Kabahu ki nā linha karai bhāśā." (Listen, ten-faced one, radiant like light, when have I ever taken back my word?) Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The power of Gurudev's blessing
10:25 - 10:55 (30 min)
Recorded on
The great fortune is to be in satsaṅg, not entangled in the distractions of the age. This gathering provides rich spiritual food, not the mental fast food many consume. To digest this requires strong inner fire and practice. Simply being in this atmosphere purifies energy and grants strength. The most vital part is the personal connection—greeting the teacher and receiving prasāda. This act releases karma and provides sustenance felt long after. Prasāda is the holy essence capable of transforming a life, as is true darśana. "Prasāda is the essence." "That Prasāda is completely able to change our life if we know what Prasāda is." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Peace Tree planting in Villach
12:42 - 12:59 (17 min)
Recorded on
This tree is a symbol of peace and life. It stands as a mother and father, enduring all conditions. We seek peace, yet the world is filled with hatred and anger. The power lies in forgiveness and understanding. This tree represents nonviolence, which is deeply needed. Peace originates from our hearts and from Mother Nature. The mantras chanted here provide safety and energy to all living beings. Positive wishes for health and peace made here will be fulfilled, but negative wishes will not. This location was waiting for this tree, which now acts as a center. "This tree stands here for us, as everyone has said, for peace." "Peace and ahimsā, and peace comes from our hearts, or from Mother Nature." Filming location: Austria

The focus is on fresh, whole ingredients and their inherent goodness. Meals are crafted with mindfulness and simplicity. The nourishment is deeply satisfying. Marriage for a lifetime
13:45 - 14:23 (38 min)
Recorded on
The discourse addresses the primacy of Kṛṣṇa with his consort Rukmiṇī. For years, emphasis has shifted to Rādhā, but the scriptural and marital reality is Kṛṣṇa and Rukmiṇī. Many deities are acknowledged, yet the foundational truth remains. The lesson extends to marital conduct, advising fidelity and family unity over transient attractions. Correct understanding is essential, as found in ancient texts. The teaching concludes with an explanation of a bhajan describing inner energy rising to the Ājñā Cakra, producing divine light and sound, leading to merging with the divine and praising the guru. "Radha is good, but not on Krishna’s knee." "I sing now the glory of my gurudeva." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Building the Ashram
14:30 - 15:05 (35 min)
Recorded on
This is our ashram, a place of being and bliss. We are all here together, sitting with sādhus and yogīs, and it is very good. The essence must be in our body. An ashram is our home. Understanding comes from above, from God to mother to human. It arrives directly, like from Akkar to Nābhi. Even a mother may not know how it comes, but it is our prophet. God is the only one and will become human. If humans belong to India, then all children are equal. That one will enter God, will enter the body. We must care for the human mind. We are here, and we will do the work. In construction, one must think about how people feel inside. A building is not just a roof; it should be pleasant. The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans. Materials modified by humans, like bricks and lime, are good. Stones like sandstone are neutral, but granite harms the body. Modern materials like steel and concrete are dead and not healthy. We follow Vāstu Śāstra, the science of building, so the earth supports everyone living there. We use lime, not just cement, for healthier buildings. Wood is the best material and can be used for multi-story buildings and large halls. "This is our ashram; this is our ashram. And when you see it, oh, it is very nice." "The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
We are always close in our hearts
15:10 - 15:44 (34 min)
Recorded on
Our true home is found within the heart, beyond physical travel and external change. Observe nature's unity: birds live and die as devoted pairs; cows move as one herd. Humans also journey, leaving birthplaces for other lands, yet a longing for a true home persists. This inner home is not a location but a state of being, accessed through the heart. In deep sleep or meditation, we touch this inner oneness where all separation dissolves. Past experiences and loved ones, like a mother's presence, reside there. Even animals understand this inner truth, as they feel deep connections and know good from bad. Our physical body travels, but our heart holds everything. Therefore, live consciously, examining your actions, and recognize the fundamental unity in all life. Wherever you go, carry this understanding within. "From the heart, inside it is like my last one, my last love, last life." "In our heart, there is everything." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Life will be easier if we don't eat meat
15:50 - 16:23 (33 min)
Recorded on
The core problem is violence and consumption causing suffering. My disciples asked for help for a sick relative who eats meat. This is the global issue: people consume meat and alcohol, creating suffering and karmic knots. Life, in any form, is sacred. Animals endure great cruelty. Practices like Kṛṣṇa consciousness show a better way through vegetarianism and prayer. Yet people revert to old habits. Humans, endowed with intellect and comfort, exploit and kill other beings who also possess senses and life. We build and accumulate but often lack true compassion, as seen in the lonely elderly who are abandoned. Our actions have consequences. We must help, but the fundamental solution is to stop the killing and consumption. "They are creating many different, complicated little knots." "Each and every living being, every animal, has this." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
People will be holy again
16:30 - 16:55 (25 min)
Recorded on
A great light of purity is coming for humanity. Practice in your place. A revelation was received from Mahāprabhujī and Devapurījī concerning powerful mantras. These sacred words herald a coming age. The current impurity, marked by violence and consumption of meat, will end. A pure Sat Yuga is approaching, replacing the Kali Yuga. People must purify themselves and their children through non-violence. Adopt a diet that causes no harm. This purity will manifest globally, as seen in certain families and disciples. Teach this to everyone. The impure will fade, and pure children will emerge. This transformation is the destined reality. "Kali Yuga is going, and Sat Yuga is coming. So we have to come and purify, purify our body all the time." "No killing any animals, no killings, no killings. We have so much fruits and everything to eat, all good things to eat." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
How to keep our purity
17:00 - 17:24 (24 min)
Recorded on
The human being contains a fundamental purity. We are diverse and cannot all become one, yet we are ourselves. Many people eat meat and are going down, but here we are pure. Open your eyes in the morning and see only "I am human." The earth is pure, and pure water comes from above. Within the vast ocean of existence, something very pure comes from within us, like a crystal. In sleep, we travel far from ourselves, yet return quickly. This inner experience is the purity we call a yogī. Our eyes are very powerful; we must be clear and controlled with them. Those who eat purely are very good. You do not need to know my name; it is inside. We have done work to maintain purity so others may not spoil it. "Open your eyes in the morning, so when we are just open. And so, when we open our eyes, then we see only, 'I am human.'" "And so, whatever it is with us, it is your beautiful best, all that is the purity. So that is what we call a yogī." A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine. "Time seems to run more quickly when we are busy, when we engage ourselves in activities." "This area will never be completed. It is like the universe." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Everything is in our heart
18:25 - 18:38 (13 min)
Recorded on
The grace of the guru is experienced through devotion and miraculous presence. People constantly call for the speaker to visit them. A story is told of Mahāprabhujī as a child going with cows that ate from a farm; despite concerns, Gurujī said it would result in more for the owners, and it did. The speaker describes visiting places associated with Mahāprabhujī, who is meditating deeply. Another figure stays in the jungle, refusing to enter a house even for food. People question the speaker's absence over years, but the speaker cites health. The essence is that the guru and devotees are connected in the heart, enabling all things. Disciples act in harmony with the guru's will. "Gurujī said, 'Don't worry, let them eat.'" "He said, 'Okay, you can give it to me outside. I don't go inside, yeah.'" Kena Upanishad
18:42 - 18:58 (16 min)
Recorded on
The Upaniṣads contain the ultimate knowledge, Vedānta. The term means to sit near the Master, signifying the disciple's reverent mental settling to destroy ignorance. Brahman is the highest Self, pure being beyond qualities. The Kena Upaniṣad asks, "By whom?" It teaches that Brahman is the power behind all faculties, which the senses cannot perceive. A story illustrates this: after a victory, the gods Agni and Vāyu failed tasks set by a mysterious Yakṣa. The goddess Umā then revealed the Yakṣa was Brahman. The victory belonged to that power, not the gods. The lessons are that a Guru is essential for knowledge and that one is not the true doer. "It is that by which the eye sees, but which itself cannot be seen by the eye." "I am not the doer; only God is the doer." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
