Awakening of Kundalini
0:05 - 0:57 (52 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Tbilisi, Georgia. Energy is circulating in the whole body and controlling our whole being. Manipura chakra is there where our life begins. The first human was born in the Himalayas and the whole Himalaya was the kingdom of Lord Shiva. To be born as a human is the last milestone in the development of consciousness.
How to prepare for meditation
1:05 - 1:54 (49 min)
The primary purpose of human life is to purify all karmas and unite the individual soul with the Supreme. This is the main aim of receiving a human body. All other good works are also a duty. The Chin Mudrā symbolizes this union, with the thumb and index finger representing the Supreme and individual soul coming together. The three separate fingers represent the three guṇas, which are obstacles. Mastery over these guṇas is essential for true spiritual progress; without it, practice is futile. This hand position creates a neurological connection that brings relaxation and balance, dispelling anxiety and calming the mind. It regulates energy flow within the body. Proper posture is critical, as slumping disconnects energy and lets the guṇas dominate. One must sit upright and relaxed for energy to circulate freely. Sound originates from the navel, and relaxed physical alignment allows this energy to become resonant speech and vibration throughout the body.
"Before that, whatever you do is just like chewing gum."
"If you are not above these three guṇas, you cannot come forward."

What is the distance between Earth and sky?
2:00 - 2:53 (53 min)
Awakening is the first step to yoga, beginning with humility and respect. Upon waking, a light opens in the heart, bringing knowledge to the brain, making us aware. This awakening recognizes "I am human," an awareness shared by all creatures. The next acknowledgments are to God, then to Mother and Father. The earth is our mother, the sky our father; we exist between them, supported by both. A yogi once asked the distance between earth and sky. The answer is from the foot on earth to the top of the head. Our steps are on the mother earth, under the father sky. Yoga is not merely postures but the journey where all diversities, like rivers, merge into the one cosmic Self. Practice begins with the intention to do only good.
"From earth to sky, where our foot is on the where? Earth. And where is the height of the sky? Only till the head."
"When we practice the āsanas, we imitate... the art-typical posture of the natures... we get rid of those karmas."

The cause of illnesses
4:15 - 5:09 (54 min)
The Satguru's name is the boat to cross the ocean of worldly existence.
Satsang is the vehicle to heaven, like a boat crossing the ocean. Those who board the boat of the Guru's name with faith and service will be carried to the far shore. The mind is inherently restless, greedy, and thieving; it steals away good thoughts. Do not follow its desires. To control it, seek shelter at the Guru's divine feet. Worry is a disease that eats away at one's roots like a termite. We often blame others and do not accept our own mistakes, which creates mental illness. Guilt and hidden faults create fear that manifests as disease in the body. Surrender is essential. True devotion is an unbreakable attachment and purity. Hold fast to it to attain the divine vision.

"Man ke lagām lagāo... To śaraṇa. Come, seek the shelter at the divine feet or divine presence of the Gurudev."

When I was a child
6:15 - 7:06 (51 min)
The path requires personal action and grace, not mere waiting. We strive to connect and become better, yet many wait for life to happen. True progress comes from engaging actively. A personal history illustrates this: a father's astrological prediction, a mother's concern, and encounters with spiritual guides led to a decisive journey. Running from school and meeting a teacher clarified the path. An invitation to teach yoga abroad began with a refusal to eat meat, establishing principles that attracted many. This work expanded across countries, forming communities and ashrams through consistent action and adherence to truth. The key is to take life into your own hands; sitting in a waiting room yields nothing. Engage in karma yoga, participate, and give of yourself. Through active doing, destiny unfolds.

Memories
7:10 - 7:54 (44 min)
Memory is a foundational aspect of life, yet dwelling on the past is a waste of precious time. The past is gone like water that has flowed down a river; you cannot catch it again. Excessive attachment to past memories or to the dead body of a loved one is a sorrow for unreality. To progress spiritually, one must overcome such attachments. The advanced state of Trikāldarśī, seeing past, present, and future, is not easily attained and requires mastering one's own mind and memories first. God has placed security on such knowledge to maintain peace. If gained, this sight must be used with great care and discretion. To develop and maintain good memory, practice yogic postures like Śīrṣāsana that increase blood circulation to the brain and senses. Complement this with concentration and Āyurvedic practices, such as chewing a few soaked almonds daily with milk. A brilliant memory, free from attachment, leads to true bliss.
"To think about the past is a waste of time. And wasting time is a sin."
"Trikāldarśī means knowing the past, present, and future."

Coordinate movement with inhalation and exhalation, maintaining inner attention. Practice stretches, Pāvanamuktāsana, and Vajrāsana with focus on spinal alignment. Perform inverted postures like Viparīta Karaṇī Mudrā with care, distinguishing it from Śīrṣāsana. Practice standing āsanas such as Garuḍāsana and Trikoṇāsana with balance and concentration, avoiding force. Conclude with Prāṇāyāma, specifically Nāḍī Śodhana, to purify the energy channels. Chant Oṃ to complete the practice. "Throughout the entire practice, strive to maintain your attention within yourself." Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and Kunjal Kriyā: Purification of the Intestine and Stomach
10:00 - 10:40 (40 min)
This lecture details the Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and Kunjal Kriyā purification techniques. Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is the cleansing of the entire intestine using warm, lightly salted water, performed early in the morning on an empty stomach. It involves drinking water and performing specific movements and postures to guide the water through the system. This practice is beneficial for conditions like high blood pressure and digestive issues but is not advised for those under 15, individuals with active ulcers or hernias, or pregnant women. Preparation includes a light diet the prior evening. The process continues until the expelled water runs clear. A strict diet must follow for at least one week, avoiding alcohol, meat, fish, eggs, and raw foods. Kunjal Kriyā is the cleansing of the stomach, performed after Śaṅkha Prakṣālana by drinking unsalted water to the point of fullness and then voluntarily expelling it. This practice helps purify the stomach and can aid those with bronchial asthma. The session concludes with rest and a meal of specially prepared kicharī.
"The best time to do Śaṅkha Prakṣālana is in March, the beginning of September, the end of May, and before the winter."
"After Śaṅkha Prakṣālana, you have to keep a diet for at least, strictly, seven days, one week, and up to one month."

Do not eat eggs!
11:40 - 12:24 (44 min)
The path requires purity in diet and action, avoiding all animal products for health and spiritual integrity. Those who abstain from meat, eggs, and alcohol remain healthy and strong. Eating eggs causes illness and leads to hospital visits. The idea to eat mussels comes from a negative source. Do not pursue such things for money. Practice yoga in daily life; this teaching is universal for all. Family unity is essential, with both parents present for the child. When feeling heavy, stand up, go out, use cold water, and repeat. This practice brings clarity.
"Eggs, they sing, but I can tell you, it will cause many problems, and you die."

If you want to go to God don't eat meat
12:30 - 13:10 (40 min)
The practice of purity and compassion is universal, rooted in non-violence. Life feeds on life within nature's cycle, yet the highest being should not consume another. The sacredness of all life calls for avoiding exploitation. Observing dairy practices reveals the taking of milk meant solely for the calf, leading many to adopt veganism, forsaking all animal products. This aligns with spiritual aim, for consuming life returns one to the cycle, while purity leads beyond. Health is supported by this pure diet. The practice of 'Yoga in Daily Life' must embody this dietary purity to be complete. Many now follow this path for compassion, health, and spirit.
"Life feeds on life."
"If we want to go to God, then we go there. Otherwise, one goes into other forms."

Building the Ashram
14:00 - 14:35 (35 min)
This is our ashram, a place of being and bliss. We are all here together, sitting with sādhus and yogīs, and it is very good. The essence must be in our body. An ashram is our home. Understanding comes from above, from God to mother to human. It arrives directly, like from Akkar to Nābhi. Even a mother may not know how it comes, but it is our prophet. God is the only one and will become human. If humans belong to India, then all children are equal. That one will enter God, will enter the body. We must care for the human mind. We are here, and we will do the work. In construction, one must think about how people feel inside. A building is not just a roof; it should be pleasant. The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans. Materials modified by humans, like bricks and lime, are good. Stones like sandstone are neutral, but granite harms the body. Modern materials like steel and concrete are dead and not healthy. We follow Vāstu Śāstra, the science of building, so the earth supports everyone living there. We use lime, not just cement, for healthier buildings. Wood is the best material and can be used for multi-story buildings and large halls.
"This is our ashram; this is our ashram. And when you see it, oh, it is very nice."
"The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans."

Satsang helps everyone
14:40 - 15:06 (26 min)
The essence of satsaṅga is the gathering in truth and goodness. Practice is good, yet many attend without knowing the core, speaking in code yet helping all. This gathering is sattasaṅga, the company of truth. First, one must learn the proper order of being together, like a child with its mother. This unity is the state of satya, the union of all. Many lands and languages exist, but the essence is one. All people, from all backgrounds, are called to this understanding. The practice is to come and sit together in this truth.
"Satt is the good things, the true things, everything."
"Satya is satya. It is the state of satya."

People will be holy again
15:10 - 15:35 (25 min)
A great light of purity is coming for humanity. Practice in your place. A revelation was received from Mahāprabhujī and Devapurījī concerning powerful mantras. These sacred words herald a coming age. The current impurity, marked by violence and consumption of meat, will end. A pure Sat Yuga is approaching, replacing the Kali Yuga. People must purify themselves and their children through non-violence. Adopt a diet that causes no harm. This purity will manifest globally, as seen in certain families and disciples. Teach this to everyone. The impure will fade, and pure children will emerge. This transformation is the destined reality.
"Kali Yuga is going, and Sat Yuga is coming. So we have to come and purify, purify our body all the time."
"No killing any animals, no killings, no killings. We have so much fruits and everything to eat, all good things to eat."

A human should not kill
15:40 - 16:05 (25 min)
Evening satsang from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Introduction of Mahamandaleshwar Swami Vivekpuriji. Yoga in Daily Life is a system for everyone. Yoga was brought by Bhagwan Shiva for people to reach God. Nowadays many people eat meat and do similar bad things. People should not kill. But you already know and follow this. You should not eat meat. Because of an illness I cannot find the words but I am with you and I am very happy that you are not negative. The bhajans are very important, they tell people what is good and what is not.
The materialized OM
16:10 - 16:32 (22 min)
A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine.

It is good if we are as we are
16:40 - 17:00 (20 min)
We must understand our origins and maintain our natural, familial harmony. We come into this world through God, manifest via our mother, who carries and nurtures the child. The entire family rejoices in this pure, natural process. The child inherits its essence and likeness from the father. We live happily within our familial and national lineages. While we should be friends to all people, we must also preserve our own heritage. Going to other countries is fine, but one should remain rooted in their own. Relationships between people of different backgrounds may seem acceptable, but they are not sustainable and lead to confusion in lineage. Observe nature: animals do not cross their kinds to come together. Similarly, we must keep to our own. Respect everyone, but maintain your family's purity. Your primary duty is to your parents and children. Uphold this natural order.
"All humans are good. They are always, no problems. But when you come, many people are only like this, and others are on that side."
"Do you think there is one animal and another animal, and now they will come together? You think so? They will not come."

Everything is in our heart
17:30 - 17:43 (13 min)
The grace of the guru is experienced through devotion and miraculous presence. People constantly call for the speaker to visit them. A story is told of Mahāprabhujī as a child going with cows that ate from a farm; despite concerns, Gurujī said it would result in more for the owners, and it did. The speaker describes visiting places associated with Mahāprabhujī, who is meditating deeply. Another figure stays in the jungle, refusing to enter a house even for food. People question the speaker's absence over years, but the speaker cites health. The essence is that the guru and devotees are connected in the heart, enabling all things. Disciples act in harmony with the guru's will.

Yoga unites people
18:45 - 19:29 (44 min)
Observing spiritual practice reveals a common human foundation beneath different forms. Many traditions share morning rituals of purification, prayer, and offering. Christians go to church, kneel, and give donations. Hindus perform ablutions and sit peacefully. Muslims wash, pray from their book, and instruct their children. These external forms vary, but the internal impulse is shared. Yet, in many places, this dedicated practice is declining. People are distracted, and communal observance diminishes. True spirituality transcends these separate identities. In a hospital, a doctor does not ask a patient's religion or nationality before providing care. The focus is solely on the human being in need of healing. This illustrates our fundamental unity. Every creature has a body and can feel pain. A single needle causes suffering to the whole body. We are all interconnected. Therefore, do not claim one religion is superior. All contain goodness. Our shared humanity is the primary truth.
"Not this is India or Christians or Muslims making or their name. No, only the human, and this comes to them."
"In a hospital, they will not say, 'What are you? Which land is this?' But please bring this child or person who has fallen down."
