Time in Ashram is time for change
0:10 - 0:43 (33 min)
The ashram environment accelerates spiritual transformation by removing worldly comforts and escapes. Staying for an extended period, such as five years, is a rare tapasya. One faces constant interactions and friction with others, which serves as a mirror for inner work. This friction generates the heat necessary for purification and change. The transformation is often only recognized upon leaving that intense container. The value lies in devoted service and persevering through difficulty.
"Where there is friction and where there is heat, purification also occurs."
"Confront yourself is not easy, and to start by being true to yourself."

Where can we see God?
0:45 - 1:56 (71 min)
The divine journey seeks God within creation and the self. We profess belief yet cannot see God directly, only witnessing the supreme's creation in all entities. Humans possess intellect surpassing animals, yet still fail to understand or honor this creation, even in elements like water which is life. Self-realized masters may represent God, but the ultimate search continues within, obscured by many covers. We often disappoint the divine, as illustrated by the story of the bamboo asked to sacrifice for a greater purpose, teaching that God works to remove our ego, pride, and cruelty. Another tale of a climber demanding proof shows that trust requires surrendering control, not bargaining. True devotion means recognizing God within every creature and oneself. Practice like prāṇāyāma purifies the nervous system and balances the body's energies through the chakras, promoting health and harmony. This science of yoga advises moderation, natural living, and releasing negative emotions to maintain well-being.
"God is within us. God is within us and in every creature."
"If you trust in me, then leave your hands free."

Christmas Time
2:00 - 3:07 (67 min)
December is a month of divine happiness for gathering and rejoicing. This time originates from ancient harvest festivals where communities stored food and celebrated together. Such celebrations exist across cultures, like Holi in India or local festivals in Austria. This period creates a collective spiritual atmosphere. It is a time to forgive, to cleanse negative energies, and to express love and respect within families. The essence is to create joy and spiritual connection, regardless of specific religious narratives. The holy figures like Jesus or Krishna are remembered not only for their joy but for the profound suffering they and their mothers endured. Their stories remind us to pray for them and to cultivate love in our own hearts.
"Rejoice, rejoice... this month is the month of happiness."
"His holy Gurujī said, 'Kṛṣṇa knows the Gītā.'"
The foundation of well-being in Ayurveda is a series of happinesses. The first happiness is a healthy body, nirogī kāyā. The second is wealth and harmony in the home. The third is a good, supportive partner. The fourth is obedient children. The fifth is good neighbors. True health begins in the kitchen; diet is the primary treatment. The greatest obstacles are the tongue's two functions: harmful speech and craving for taste. Discipline in eating is essential. Practice prāṇāyāma to cleanse the body and support health. Reduce food intake gradually, bite by bite, over months to see transformation. Do not blame others for poor health; take responsibility for your habits.
"Pehla Sukh Nirogi Kaya, dujā Sukh, ghar meṁ māyā."
"The tongue is a gun. When you pull the gun’s trigger, the bullet... is gone. It will not come back."

We have to become united in Oneness
3:15 - 4:32 (77 min)
Evening program with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. We have our destiny in which it is written when and where we are. The story of a boat in the ocean and a bird. It is in our fate that we want to reach God. We are like a bird coming and going. Life is only temporary. Every living creature has its fate and life. Become one with all. At the end, a drop of water arrives at the ocean and becomes one with it. When we die, our soul goes from the body, which is like a stone falling down. Some of us go towards the pure Light and others come back again. There is only one door when we leave our bodies. Nowadays children don't accept the advice of their parents. Don't kill anyone and don't speak negative words. Practising AUM chanting, bhramari pranayama and some simple asanas.
Eat healthy food and live as a human
4:40 - 5:23 (43 min)
A call to conscious living through prayer, diet, and daily awareness. Religious practice is declining across many faiths, leading to negative societal outcomes. People should pray sincerely according to their own traditions. Modern habits, like excessive meat consumption and poor health choices, are harmful. The rise of veganism stems from compassion, witnessing the killing of animals like a newborn calf. We must respect all life. Daily consumption and farming practices are damaging the earth and water. A simple morning practice can reorient one's life: upon waking, affirm "I am human," honor your mother and the Earth, and respect water as divine. This conscious foundation leads to a better life.
"Therefore, in this way, we should—all of us here—we should pray according to your religions."
"And so, everyone, they have in their heart. And everyone, they have according to their religions, and they are doing as it is."

Be vegetarian or vegan
6:45 - 7:55 (70 min)
The Earth sustains all life, and yoga is the path to harmony with it. Yoga in Daily Life is a global spiritual practice for health and peace, distinct from mere physical exercise. The world contains 85 million species across water, earth, and sky. Humans are but one form of life. The current age, Kali Yuga, is a time of suffering where humans disrupt nature, poisoning water, air, and food with chemicals, causing disease. This suffering is a consequence of harming other creatures. True yoga practitioners, maintaining pure practices, can remain resilient. The solution is a compassionate, vegan lifestyle and spiritual discipline. A key practice involves focusing on the navel, the seat of life, with specific breathing and sound vibrations to promote health and balance.
"Yoga is for the yogīs, and yogīs are there for their energies and blessings for the whole world."
"Humans and animals are different... We are not God, my dear. What we are eating, what we are doing, how we are—we know who is like that, and we are killing them."

Practicing Yoga Asanas
8:00 - 8:41 (41 min)
We practice Vajrāsana and Vīrāsana for the nāḍī systems. Vajrāsana activates the Vajra Nāḍī, which begins between the big and second toe, connects to the base of the spine, and guides energy to the navel. Sitting in it after eating aids digestion and can help with constipation by relaxing the stomach and straightening the spine. It also balances the sciatic nerve. Vīrāsana, the hero's posture, involves sitting on the heels with toes standing. It warms the body, increases alertness, and with practice, can help repair digestion and headaches. These postures strengthen the lower centers and foot soles, which connect to the body's organs. They develop leg strength, balance, and concentration. Practice must be held steadily to awaken the nerves. "This Vajrāsana is designed especially to strengthen or to activate that Vajra Nāḍī." "This will repair our digestion. This will repair our headache problems, also many, many things." Filming location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA
We can change the world together
8:45 - 9:41 (56 min)
Conscious consumption is imperative for health and spiritual integrity. Many now consume insects and altered foods, a practice spreading globally. This causes physical harm, as foreign substances introduce problems into the body. We lack the proper enzymes to digest such matter, leading to potential blockages and disease. The food system contains hidden ingredients, with labeling often absent in restaurants. Market forces alone are insufficient, as some insect-based products are now cheap and popular. Collective endurance and personal action are required. Cook at home using known, raw ingredients to ensure purity. Unity and sustained refusal to buy harmful products can change industry practices. Historical movements succeeded through shared sacrifice and will. Your health and autonomy depend on what you choose to consume.
"To digest such matter, we would need a special enzyme which we do not have."
"The best food for our health is no-label food."

Our life is a chance
9:45 - 10:35 (50 min)
The destiny of the jīva cycles through realms from Brahmaloka to the human form. Brahmaloka is a unified state beyond the duality of heaven and hell. From this state, divine forces manifested the earth and the 8.4 million life forms. These creatures, though mute, possess awareness and remember God in their own way. Humans alone are endowed with discriminative intellect, yet often act with greater cruelty than animals. All existence operates on the principle that life consumes life. One's actions, especially harming other creatures, generate karma that must be experienced. This human birth is a rare opportunity; one must not squander it by living solely for sensory pleasure like an animal. Govern your body as a king governs a kingdom, abandoning harmful habits that destroy it.
"Eating, drinking, and enjoying, animals can also do. Oh, man, men, humans. If you are doing only this, then what is the difference between you and animals?"
"How many animals have you eaten? How many goats have you eaten? The many goats you have eaten in your life—first, you have to come into life as a goat and let your throat be given."

10:40 - 11:33 (53 min)

Holiguruji gave many other belongings of Mahaprabhuji to Vishwaguruji. The story of Mahaprabhuji's bed to get to Vishwaguruji.
Practise every morning
11:40 - 12:21 (41 min)
The human being is a morning realization. Everyone is a gift from God, seeking something through practice. All religions have prayers and mantras for cleansing; Muslims are very dedicated. In the morning, upon waking, open your eyes inside. The first realization is "I am human." What does that mean? We were sleeping, unaware, and now we are. Animals exist, like birds that mourn, but they do not understand as we do. Women are very spiritual in their daily practices. Among creatures, it is said the horse is uniquely "the man." Do not kill hope. Our practice is to open our eyes, say "I am human," and place hands on the earth, our mother. We must not harm the earth with chemicals. We have many problems and doctors now because of our actions. We must return to being human. Think: if I am human, will I kill or eat meat? That is not human. Practice this each morning.
"Early in the morning, they also give mantra. Among them, there are those who can do it and those who should not."
"In the morning, when we first get up, you open the eyes inside... I am human. Yes, I'm human."

Ganesji Doha
13:05 - 13:44 (39 min)
The auspicious invocation calls upon the remover of obstacles to begin any work. In this tradition, Gaṇeśa is the Guru. This bhajan is a request from the holy Gurujī for Gaṇeśa to remove obstacles in writing bhajan books. Gaṇeśa, the elephant-headed deity, symbolizes wisdom embodied. He resides in the Mūlādhāra Cakra, subduing past karmic influences to allow a fresh start. The bhajan uses many names for Gaṇeśa, such as Gajānanda and Gaṇarāja, praising him as the lord of Śiva's attendants. The ultimate intent is a camouflaged invocation to Mahāprabhujī. The final line reveals this, requesting the service of his lotus feet, which translates to serving all beings, exemplified by adopting a vegetarian diet.
"Gajānanda Ānanda Mūrti, Kṛpākaro Mahārāj."
"Viśva Dīpa Hari āpaho dijo caraṇakī sev."

Darshan and dhan
13:50 - 14:47 (57 min)
True wealth is found in spiritual vision, not material illusion.
The darśana of the Guru is the highest blessing, surpassing all ritual and pilgrimage. Mere repetition of scriptures or practice of yoga is insufficient without this grace. People chase gold and money, mistaking transient possessions for real wealth. Even family bonds, like husband and wife, are often expressions of attachment, not the enduring harmony seen in nature. The real wealth is Darśana Dhan—the vision of God—which leads one forever upward. Worldly roles and gifts, like a mother's ring, are temporary tokens; the true legacy is spiritual awareness. Modern relationships fracture quickly because they lack Sat, the eternal truth. Satsaṅga is communion with that truth, which once attained, does not leave. This world is māyā, a great deceiver composed of the three guṇas, which entangle us through sweet words and desires, primarily attraction between genders and to riches.
"Having darśana of the Sadhguru is higher than all pilgrimage."
"Māyā is a great cheater... that aspect of God which can deceive us."

The most Important thing being in Unity
14:55 - 15:28 (33 min)
The call is to spiritual unity and single-pointed devotion. This tradition originates from a timeless source where meditation and mantra began. That knowledge has now spread everywhere. All traditions speak of the same essential truth. The crucial point is to become one with the One, not to wander aimlessly. Such wandering is negative, meaning a descent of consciousness. In this age, many are falling and going astray, creating problems. Yet, the essence of this holy time is the Divine Mother principle.
"Everybody understands everything, but the point is this: you must become one in the One."
"The mother is that Mother... But the heart of it is the mother."

Follow the words of the Guru continuously
15:35 - 16:29 (54 min)
The essence of spiritual practice is following the Guru's word and living in truthful community. Following Guru Vākya without questioning brings grace and progress. Observing the community reveals a lack of unity and disciplined practice; individuals scatter to personal desires instead of walking a straight path together. True yoga in daily life requires this collective discipline, seen in dedicated practitioners worldwide. The Guru's position is paramount, even before divine figures, and one must commit to a single Satguru. A story illustrates the folly of valuing material offerings like gold over the Guru's presence. Husband and wife should work as one unified being, though marriage is a temporary arrangement distinct from spiritual love. Satsaṅg means gathering in truth. The community must now apply this through collective physical work in the garden, performing assigned tasks without question or complaint.
"By following his Vakya, we receive Guru Kṛpā."
"Satguru. And when you take one Satguru, then you should not take a second Satguru."

The Interconnection of Yoga and Āyurveda: A Discourse on Mind, Body, and Soul
17:40 - 18:44 (64 min)
Yoga and Āyurveda are interconnected sciences for controlling the mind to achieve health and liberation. Yoga is the instrument to control the fluctuations of the mind. Āyurveda is the knowledge of life, comprising body, senses, mind, and soul. Maharṣi Caraka's philosophy states disease cannot occur without a distortion in the mind; therefore, controlling the mind is essential for health. The process for this is yoga. The soul is the conscious sovereign, while the mind is the active doer. To stop the mind, the soul must command it through techniques culminating in samādhi. The eightfold path of yoga begins with Yama and Niyama. One must control the guṇas, cultivating sāttvic feelings. Stabilizing the mind in the soul yields attainments and is the aim. From the Āyurvedic view, yoga requires a body. Even with a controlled mind, one experiences results of past actions, as unexperienced karma is not destroyed. Yoga's techniques to control mind and body are found within Āyurveda. By controlling duality through yoga and achieving samādhi, the cycle of birth and death ceases.
"Yoga is an instrument to control your cittavṛtti—the fluctuations of the mind."
"Ātmā sthe manasi sthire: when the mind is stable and controlled in the Ātmā. This is Yoga."

The importance of yoga dress
18:45 - 18:58 (13 min)
Our tradition holds the Satguru as supreme, and this period is significant. I have been here 56 years; our path is beyond mere exercise. For at least 20 years, I have said disciples should have this specific dress—it is a screen of ourselves, not just clothing. Worldwide styles change, and it is your choice, but we must have respect. I am sorry to say, but attire above the knee is not good. Our yoga people here are doing this. From today, I ask for good dress and color in our yoga and āśrams. We will have our own standard. We have little time; this is a primary point. Soon we will have ceremonies at our Om Ashram with many programs. You know Bhagavān Śiva. Nandī is a great being who conveys messages to Śiva. You first make praṇām to Nandi, then to Shiva; your message will go automatically. I tried and got something for you all.
"Maheśvarānand, exercise is okay, but you have to go further, five speeds beyond that."
"This dress... is not just clothing. It is a screen of ourselves, a screen."

Around The World - Vegetarianism and top sport, Part 3
19:00 - 19:23 (23 min)
We prepare two distinct meals for athletes. The first is whole wheat pasta with sauce and a green salad for endurance. The second is vegetables with fava beans and tofu for muscle building. Both include a milkshake. For athletes, avoid sugar; use raisins or dried fruit. Use minimal water and oil. Start cooking harder vegetables first. Season lightly with Himalayan salt, tamari, and spices like cumin and turmeric for digestion. Add leafy herbs at the end to preserve aroma. The milkshake combines nuts, cottage cheese, milk, and natural sweeteners. It serves as a protein-rich energy source. Brewer's yeast can be added for B12.
"A key principle in cooking is to never use too much water."
"Sports food should not be overly spiced or heavily fried, but it should not be tasteless either."

Feel oneness and protect all creatures
19:30 - 20:00 (30 min)
The divine essence resides within the living body. God is present within us and has given us human form. The natural world involves creatures consuming one another, yet herbivores like cows, which eat only grass, are considered close to the divine. Humans, gifted with intellect and body, often choose a path contrary to this harmony by consuming meat, which involves killing and constitutes a sin. All beings feel pain, a profound experience understood even by those who inflict it. We meditate to seek happiness, peace, and oneness with God. Figures like Jesus embodied profound suffering, yet within such suffering resides a divine essence. The individual soul is a part of God, like a drop of water destined to return to the ocean. All traditions, from Jesus to Shiva, emphasize prayer, compassion, and reconciliation, as seen in practices like seeking forgiveness during Christmas. Our ultimate purpose is unity, transcending divisions to protect all creatures with peace and love.

The materialized OM
23:05 - 23:27 (22 min)
A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine.
