The Earth sustains all life, and yoga is the path to harmony with it. Yoga in Daily Life is a global spiritual practice for health and peace, distinct from mere physical exercise. The world contains 85 million species across water, earth, and sky. Humans are but one form of life. The current age, Kali Yuga, is a time of suffering where humans disrupt nature, poisoning water, air, and food with chemicals, causing disease. This suffering is a consequence of harming other creatures. True yoga practitioners, maintaining pure practices, can remain resilient. The solution is a compassionate, vegan lifestyle and spiritual discipline. A key practice involves focusing on the navel, the seat of life, with specific breathing and sound vibrations to promote health and balance. "Yoga is for the yogīs, and yogīs are there for their energies and blessings for the whole world." "Humans and animals are different... We are not God, my dear. What we are eating, what we are doing, how we are—we know who is like that, and we are killing them." Filming location: Maribor, Slovenia

Be alert and purify yourself
2:50 - 3:58 (68 min)
Recorded on
The fundamental reality is oneness, a single divine consciousness from which all arises. Every day is divine, yet human minds create separation where none exists. All creation emanates from one source, like countless drops from a single ocean. The individual soul and the supreme soul are not two. The purpose of human life is to awaken from unconsciousness to this truth. One must purify the body and mind through awareness, meditation, and selfless action. All material possessions are left behind; only the consequences of one's deeds accompany the soul. Therefore, cultivate constant awareness. "One into the one, so the whole space is one, and we are also only one." "All this will remain here. You can’t even touch. The body will not go together; anything from the body will go." Feel compassion in your heart

A global community of spiritual practice faces collective grief. The community has practiced together in peace and harmony. A global situation of suffering has arisen, causing profound loss. Many have departed, and the living endure great pain, often unable to perform final rites. The appropriate response is heartfelt prayer for the departed and their families. All practitioners are united as one family in this remembrance. The essence of practice is the feeling within the heart, beyond any ritual form. In times of conflict, relinquishing contention brings inner light. The community stands together with those who grieve. "Better than the mantra is what is in the heart. What is the feeling there? That is what matters." "If there are problems and fighting with each other, it's not good. We should say, 'Okay, let it be for you. I'm okay.' Then immediately, both sides of the heart will have a light inside." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

How to practice The System Yoga in Daily Life
6:45 - 7:54 (69 min)
Recorded on
Systematic practice is essential, not random exercise. Follow the book's clear structure for posture, breath, and duration. Human life involves many duties, unlike animals, but balance is key. We gather to learn, not merely to enjoy temporary comfort. Early yoga classes lacked system, causing confusion for new and advanced students alike. Therefore, a structured system from primary to university level was created. The practice is named to signify its daily application, not to claim exclusivity. The same postures exist everywhere, but the approach here is methodical and non-commercial, focused on health and universal fellowship. Practitioners worldwide connect through this shared path. Core knowledge comes from three essential books: the holy scripture, the yoga manual, and the text on hidden powers. Daily reading is vital. Practice must be consistent; avoid excuses. Even a short daily routine is crucial. The community is built on helping one another and progressing together. "Follow our yoga book. It contains many postures, and while we may incorporate different ones in between, our practice should stay on that path." "Practice, practice, practice as you can, but avoid laziness." The way to the Light
9:15 - 10:19 (64 min)

Satsaṅg is the company of truth that leads to spiritual development. Truth is the unchanging reality, Brahman, while the changing world is temporary. The soul descends through various births, bound by past karma, to experience life on Earth. Humans possess intellect and freedom of choice, making them responsible for creating new karma. The soul is a mixture of the individual consciousness and the universal Self. Through human life, one can purify karma and realize the true Self. Education and company from childhood shape one's mentality and path. Good society, or satsaṅg, inspires positive development, while bad society, or kusaṅga, leads to distraction and suffering. Temptations like addiction appear attractive but ultimately ensnare. True friendship is a partnership walking the path of truth. One should seek the company that elevates consciousness and makes good resolutions. "Sat means truth, and that truth is what we call brahma satya, jagat mithyā." "Humans have a different law... that is called intellect, which has the capacity of saṅkalpa and vikalpa." Filming location: Moravske Toplice, Slovenia
The konwledge of ancient yogis
10:25 - 11:32 (67 min)
Recorded on
The path of mantra leads to union with the eternal truth. Brahmalīna is becoming one with the eternal Brahma, the supreme, endless light. Purification is required, but we are bound by desires. A true saint, like an eagle taking only fresh prey or a diver seeking only pearls, absorbs pure sādhanā and God-consciousness. Through Gurudeva's blessing, even base consciousness can become Brahmā. Mantra perfection is a gradual path. First is Likhit, writing the mantra, such as the eternal sound Om. Next is constant vocal repetition. The third is Upāṃśu, where only the lips move. The fourth is Mānasika, mental repetition, though the mind is restless. The fifth is Ajapa, where the mantra becomes automatic within the body, leading to yogic consciousness and Brahmaloka. The disciple must stay in the boat of the Guru's instruction; to jump out is peril. Science is limited and breeds ego, while yoga's wisdom is eternal. Yoga is not a religion; it is the foundation, and all true religion is yoga. The Vedas are ancient, but our memory is now weakened by technology. Practice yoga sincerely for at least ninety minutes daily. There is no competition in yoga. "Through the blessing of Gurudeva and sādhanā, the crow becomes Brahmā. That is quality, that spirituality, that consciousness." "Yoga is not religion, but all religion is yoga." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The power of sound and words
11:40 - 12:42 (62 min)
Recorded on
Words possess immense power, shaping reality and carrying consequences across time. Ancient knowledge reveals sound as a fundamental force. A spoken word can pierce the heart like an unhealable arrow, destroying relationships and sparking great conflicts, as illustrated in ancient epics. Once released, a word cannot be recalled, just as a fired bullet cannot return. This power extends beyond human interaction; even animals are said to remember the resonance of harm. The science of sound is mirrored within the human body through its energy centers and nerves. Each chakra resonates with specific seed sounds, beginning with 'A' from the navel. Practicing these resonant sounds, such as through controlled breath, is presented as a therapeutic tool for healing and balancing the body's energies, connecting the inner gaze of ancient practice with outer observations. "One harsh word can pierce someone's heart and destroy everything." "Measure what you speak, what you promise, what you feel. Do not change." Filming location: Ljubljana, Slovenia
Give up your Laziness
12:50 - 13:45 (55 min)
Recorded on
The golden hour of Brahmamūrta is the supreme time for spiritual practice. Those who wake early receive great fortune, like birds getting the best fruit. Laziness arrives with the sunrise. The train of time does not wait; you must catch it. This early period brings peace, harmony, and awakening energy. A cold shower dispels laziness. A company head who rises before the workers ensures prosperity. This practice yields a healthy body; lateness brings ill health. Do not confuse sleep with gold; both are necessary. Heaven and hell are constructs of our thinking; reality is oneness. Merge into that oneness like milk and water. "Early in the morning, the birds eat all the best food and fruit. Those who wake up early get great luck, and it is best for meditation or anything." "All suffering is by God, so there is no heaven and no hell. It is here, in our thinking, that we have done." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We should colour our heart as clean as the sky
13:50 - 14:51 (61 min)
Recorded on
Our origin is a subtle essence from the divine source, and our nature is to merge with the infinite sky of consciousness. We are a minute part of the whole sky, the first element. Our true nature is that vast, spotless sky, yet we do not know how we took form from the five elements. We must become one with this sky, without any blemish. Our earthly life is temporary; we come from the universe and return like a fleeting fly. Our karma pulls us down, yet we strive to rise. Through layers of being—waking, dreaming, and deep sleep—we navigate our karmic impressions. The key to self-knowledge and liberation is found through authentic spiritual guidance and practice within a genuine lineage. Ultimately, we must realize our true nature as that pure, boundless consciousness. "Who am I? From where am I? But still, we know. We don’t know, but we know." "We have to become one with this sky. There should not be any spot." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Merging into light
14:55 - 15:45 (50 min)
Recorded on
Every day is a new birth, a glorious occasion for devotion. We mark an anniversary of a great saint's Mahāsamādhi. Sadness arises from attachment to form, not from the immortal Ātmā. All creation reveals divine beauty; negativity originates within our own judgment. Objects touched by a holy personality hold value through that connection, not through material worth. Rituals aligned with natural cycles, like moon phases, support spiritual and physical well-being. Modern life often forgets this harmony. Great saints are immortal; their presence remains accessible through pure love and remembrance. The physical heart may feel longing, yet wisdom understands their eternal nearness. "Anything that is your Gurudeva’s, keep it. Because one day will come when he or she is not here." "O God Beautiful... In the forest, in the mountains, in the meadows and the deserts... everything is beautiful." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
50th Anniversary of Bhagavan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabuji Mahasamadhi
15:50 - 16:44 (54 min)
Recorded on
The divine self is beyond time and space, everlasting light and knowledge. When a great being leaves the body, their existence does not cease. The relationship based on the physical form is temporary, but the conscious connection is eternal. They remain present, though not in a material body. All prayer is directed toward that existence, whether formless or with form. Through unconditional devotion and practice, one harmonizes with the cosmic rhythm. This unity dissolves fear and the illusion of change, revealing the unbreakable self. Obstacles like anger and jealousy block this resonance. Steady practice is the root; scattering effort is confusion. The divine light removes all darkness. "Light means everything, because light is knowledge. When knowledge appears, there is nothing more to search for." "Through unconditional bhakti, devotion, one day we will manage to feel that consciously. At that time, there is no fear. At that time, there is no death." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Sab Kuch Deve Data
16:50 - 17:52 (62 min)
Recorded on
Mahāsamādhi is a victory, not a departure. For the self-realized, leaving the body is a joyous return to cosmic light. For devotees, it initially feels like loss. Yet in satsaṅg, we cleanse ourselves and draw nearer to that state. The greatest tragedy is to die without self-realization. Saints are omnipresent, residing in the hearts of devotees. They endure great battles to bring eternal truth. After self-realization, the spiritual journey truly begins, requiring humility beyond initial awakening. "Everyone has a birthday—even animals have a birthday—but only a self-realized person has a Mahāsamādhi." "Tell me where I am not."
What Incarnation means
18:00 - 18:54 (54 min)
Recorded on
The one soul is our origin and destination, and Śiva is its unmanifest source. There is one who was not born from mother or father; that self-manifested one is Śiva. From the endless sound of "Eko'haṁ bahusyām"—I am one, I will multiply—the creation unfolded. First came sound, then light, then air, water, and earth: the five elements. All life, movable and unmovable, emerged from these. We are all of one origin, one soul, like waves are of the ocean. This soul is within all beings and even within each cell of our body. It is genderless and unified. Our individual lives are like water droplets: evaporating, forming clouds, and returning as rain to the ocean of the one soul. Our karma influences this journey. The body is a kingdom of many lives, and the soul is its king. At death, the central soul departs, and the destiny of the smaller lives within follows it. We must care for creation, like water, which is life itself. Do not block its flow. The tongue has great power to bless or curse, to enjoy or bring disease. Master it. You are that Svayambhū. Realize your oneness through meditation. "Eko'haṁ bahusyām: I am one, and I will multiply." "Water is life, and life is water." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Around the world - Surya Namaskar, Zagreb, CRO
19:00 - 19:36 (36 min)
Recorded on
Surya Namaskāra integrates posture, cakra concentration, and mantra for holistic purification. This classical yoga sequence is best performed at sunrise or sunset, honoring the sun as a life-giving deity. The practice involves precise physical movements, each linked to a specific cakra and breath. Quality is paramount: perfect the movement, maintain relaxation, focus on the cakra, and know the mantra. This complete structure yields the benefits. Daily practice makes one's being like the sun, purifying the atmosphere so negativity cannot take hold. Correct alignment prevents injury; the spine must remain straight during forward and backward bends. Concentration involves feeling each cakra's location and qualities. Integrating silent or spoken mantras with movement and breath deepens the effect, working on the body, cakras, and consciousness. "Anything thrown toward the sun either gets burned or, if it is dust, merely falls into your own eyes." "My photograph, my image, is the sun. Whenever you wish to see me, look at the sun." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
Blessing of Bhagwan Sri Deep Mahaprabhuji is everywhere
19:40 - 20:30 (50 min)
Recorded on
The divine presence transcends physical form. The physical, saguṇa form is limited, while the nirguṇa form is limitless and accessible to all through the name and remembrance. When a great being merges with Brahman, their physical presence ends, but their divine essence remains. This essence is within everyone, but realizing it requires purification of the inner consciousness. Our tradition carries this blessing. The Guru's guidance is essential; rejecting it leads one astray. Personal experiences of this grace are profound but often indescribable. The disciple must be receptive to the master's shaping, like a sculptor with stone. Practice humility, follow the Guru's word, and reduce negative tendencies to progress. The divine presence is a constant support and multiplier of grace for the sincere devotee. "Greater than God Rāma is His name, which is even greater." "To be near him is like when it is very cold and we sit near a fire. The fire doesn't talk to us... but that warmth automatically comes to everyone." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Satsang with H.H. Vishwaguruji
20:30 - 22:00 (90 min)

We are in a lineage of great saints from the Satya Yuga
20:35 - 21:09 (34 min)
Recorded on
A divine lineage transmits eternal truth across ages. Many cultures possess unique spiritual expressions, yet one perennial wisdom flows through specific channels. Our lineage originates with Śrī Alakpurījī from the Satyuga. He nurtured countless yogīs and saints. Bhagavān Śrī Devapurījī performed sādhanā in Alakpurījī's Himalayan cave, attaining great siddhis. From him came Bhagavān Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī, a source of profound knowledge. Our Sadguru Swami Mādhavānandajī received blessings from Mahāprabhujī from childhood. Preceding generations included great beings, like one who manifested a full moon on a dark night. This continuous lineage connects to the present. Great saints often remain unseen, guiding all creatures. When one finds this path, an inner light of peace awakens automatically. The restless mind must be controlled to realize this. "Wealth, prosperity, money, properties... all will remain here on the earth." "When the prāṇa goes out of the body... that jīva will go alone." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Mala leads us to the Cosmic Self
22:00 - 22:44 (44 min)
Recorded on
The Mālā symbolizes the universal cycle binding all existence. Each bead contains immense cosmic power, representing all beings. The thread is the cycle of ages and elements, connecting every creature. Breaking this thread scatters the seeds, losing unity. All beings, from humans to mosquitoes, possess the same dormant divine fire within. This inner power is equal, whether in an ant or an elephant. The physical mala reflects this cosmic principle within the body, like breath and heartbeat. True practice aligns with this universal cycle, not mere counting. "Each bead of the mala is immense with powers from the cosmic Self." "Whether a little tiny fire or a big fire, it is the same." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Linz, Austria. An instrument is a simple construction, but it can give very beautiful sounds. Our body is also like an instrument. We are free to do good or bad things. From our childhood we can develop in good or bad direction also. The story of a tiger baby who mixed among the sheeps.
