The hidden powers in humans - Nadis
0:25 - 0:56 (31 min)
Yoga is the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness, achieved through balance. The universe is an endless cosmic body containing a consciousness that desired to multiply, initiated by the sound Oṁ. From this resonance, the five elements were created, forming 8.4 million creatures, including humans distinguished by intellect. The human body contains 72,000 energy channels (nāḍīs) receiving cosmic energy. Three primary channels—Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā—govern emotion, activity, and consciousness, intersecting at energy centers called chakras. Key chakras include Mūlādhāra and Sahasrāra. Kuṇḍalinī is the symbolic serpentine energy whose awakening unites these channels. Consciousness (Śiva) and energy (Śakti) must coordinate. Lower chakras relate to animalistic behaviors when active without heart coordination. The mind coordinates between subconscious impressions and conscious desires; it cannot be controlled, only guided. Physical practices are not yoga itself but methods to create the balance that is yoga.
"Yoga means balance, and where there is a balance, there is a harmony, and where there is a harmony, there is a unity, and therefore yoga means literally the union: the union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness."
"The mind cannot be controlled. If you control the mind, then psychic problems will appear. You cannot control the river, you cannot block it, you can guide the river."

The science of prāṇāyāma addresses the profound pollution of our existence. Prāṇa, the vital energy, is managed through three processes: Pūrak (inhalation), Rechak (exhalation), and Kumbhak (retention). Sanskrit, the language of this science, resonates deeply, expanding consciousness. Our existence relies on the five elements, with the earth as a nurturing mother who forgives our pollution. Yet now, her forgiveness is strained by our actions. We poison the outer earth—its waters and air—and then our own bodies with toxins and disease. The worst pollution is mental, leading to violence and ignorance. Yoga is designed for this. It is the first science, integrating our five bodies—physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, and blissful. Success in yoga comes through karma, selfless action, but is opposed by the great enemy: laziness. The fire of yoga practice burns away all karmic seeds. Prāṇāyāma is more crucial than physical postures; it purifies and protects. It begins by balancing the psychic channels: the left nostril (Chandra, the moon) calms emotions, and the right (Sūrya, the sun) clarifies intellect. This purification of the nāḍīs is the primary tool for deep meditation and strength.
"To pollute the earth is a sin. It means you pollute Mother Earth."
"The most dangerous pollution is in the human mind."

What does Yoga in Daily Life mean?
4:20 - 4:46 (26 min)
This is the day of oneness, the middle point in our sādhanā. We must practice every year and go forward, not back. Yoga in Daily Life began from Czechoslovakia and has spread worldwide; it is for all. Our sādhanā comes from Ālagpurījī and Devpurījī, through Holy Gurujī and Mahāprabhujī. Holy Gurujī gave me this chair, which is from God. Sitting here signifies oneness. We are to become gurus, but that happens only at life's end through true inner practice, not merely in time. I work with Mahāprabhujī. We are all together in this. The Nandi statue sees Holy Gurujī's samādhi and Śiva; offering to it brings blessings. We must continue every year.
"All will be only one. It doesn't matter who, what will be. One in all, and all in one."
"This chair is from God, Bhagavān... then you become the Parabrahma, Paramatmā."

Shiva has given us the human body
4:50 - 5:50 (60 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vep, Hungary. Shiva is Mahadeva: the God of the Gods. We have to understand what Shiva is. First we should know what is in our heart. Shiva has given us this human body, as well as knowledge, gyana. This gyana, together with the fire of yoga practice, can burn our all karmas.
The Essence of Satsaṅg and Gurukṛpā
5:55 - 6:54 (59 min)
The essence of spiritual life is grace and truthful company. Grace is the sole blessing, flowing from Śiva through the entire guru lineage into every cell, resolving all difficulties. All creatures seek this grace, which manifests as humility in nature. Humans, however, harbor a unique negativity that obscures the soul present within all. We require cleansing, which we find in spiritual gathering. This gathering is satsaṅg—the company of truth. Truth means reality, and company means being together with what is good. It washes away the dirt we accumulate, just as water cleanses the body. We come to such company to relax and reconnect. The inner guru, the Satguru, is like a light within the heart. This gathering unites us, reminding us we are one with the divine and all life. We must engage in truthful company within our own homes and with all beings, recognizing the love present in all creatures. Our purpose is to realize this unity and live in harmony.
"Kṛpā permeates our whole body, every single cell, and resolves our problems and difficulties."
"Sat means truth. Satsaṅg means together. Satsaṅg means that we all are one."

A Guided Yoga Practice
7:00 - 7:21 (21 min)
This is a guided yoga practice focusing on slow, mindful movement and adaptation for all bodies.
We begin seated, preparing for postures with a focus on slow, deliberate motion. The practice involves a series of stretches and poses, starting from a kneeling position and moving through forward bends, lunges, and spinal extensions. Instructions emphasize proper alignment: keeping the back straight, shoulders down, and knees in line with feet. Modifications are consistently offered for back pain or flexibility limits, such as bending the knees or adjusting foot placement. The sequence includes repeating rounds to build movement after prolonged sitting. The core principle is to know one's own body and practice accordingly, using small steps to achieve stretches, particularly for the legs, back, and hips. The session concludes with a relaxation period, encouraging a release of tension in the hands and body.
"Everybody has to know his or her body, so according to this, we should practice."
"Relax your neck, relax your neck, yes."

How to keep our purity
8:10 - 8:34 (24 min)
The human being contains a fundamental purity. We are diverse and cannot all become one, yet we are ourselves. Many people eat meat and are going down, but here we are pure. Open your eyes in the morning and see only "I am human." The earth is pure, and pure water comes from above. Within the vast ocean of existence, something very pure comes from within us, like a crystal. In sleep, we travel far from ourselves, yet return quickly. This inner experience is the purity we call a yogī. Our eyes are very powerful; we must be clear and controlled with them. Those who eat purely are very good. You do not need to know my name; it is inside. We have done work to maintain purity so others may not spoil it.
"Open your eyes in the morning, so when we are just open. And so, when we open our eyes, then we see only, 'I am human.'"
"And so, whatever it is with us, it is your beautiful best, all that is the purity. So that is what we call a yogī."

The materialized OM
8:40 - 9:02 (22 min)
A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine.
"Time seems to run more quickly when we are busy, when we engage ourselves in activities."
"This area will never be completed. It is like the universe."

Spirituality is without meat and alcohol
9:10 - 9:57 (47 min)
Milk is a vital source of prāṇa, a pure substance from mothers like cows or goats, transformed into yogurt, butter, and ghee for health. The quality depends on the animal's treatment and pure grass diet, not contaminated feed. Exploiting animals for excessive milk causes suffering; we must care for them with compassion as fellow feeling beings. Our consumption should be conscious, avoiding meat and the diseases linked to it. Alcohol, though called a medicinal substance from ancient times, causes family strife and should be avoided. True practice involves conscious living, prayer for forgiveness for unconscious harm, and respect for all religions and paths. The core is personal responsibility in choosing pure food and compassionate action.
"God has created it in such a way that from a body containing blood and many other elements comes pure milk."
"All animals or humans, we are living beings. They feel pain, and we also feel the pain."

The first sound came from the ocean
10:05 - 10:41 (36 min)
The supreme reality is the form of primordial sound. Nāda, or resonance, permeates all existence from the Brahma-randhra. The ocean is the mother of the world, the source of life and this sound. Kundalini and the chakras represent an eternal process, not an end. In creation, two principles exist: male and female. Within each individual, there is a balance of these opposing energies; males contain female feelings and females contain male feelings, causing them to seek completion in each other. This union is the seed, composed of prāṇa and the elements. The horse is considered a complete male, a holy being without certain symbolic attributes. A king's relationship to his people is that of a father to his children. In the story, King Sāgar performed a horse sacrifice. The horse entered the hermitage of the meditating sage Kapila Muni. Sāgar's sons disturbed the sage, who opened his eyes and burned them to ashes with his gaze. The king begged for their lives, and the sage granted his blessing. These divine narratives recur across the ages.
"The mother of this our world is the ocean."
"In our whole body, as a man, we have more feelings than females inside. That's why they are going more towards the female."

Building the Ashram
11:35 - 12:10 (35 min)
This is our ashram, a place of being and bliss. We are all here together, sitting with sādhus and yogīs, and it is very good. The essence must be in our body. An ashram is our home. Understanding comes from above, from God to mother to human. It arrives directly, like from Akkar to Nābhi. Even a mother may not know how it comes, but it is our prophet. God is the only one and will become human. If humans belong to India, then all children are equal. That one will enter God, will enter the body. We must care for the human mind. We are here, and we will do the work. In construction, one must think about how people feel inside. A building is not just a roof; it should be pleasant. The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans. Materials modified by humans, like bricks and lime, are good. Stones like sandstone are neutral, but granite harms the body. Modern materials like steel and concrete are dead and not healthy. We follow Vāstu Śāstra, the science of building, so the earth supports everyone living there. We use lime, not just cement, for healthier buildings. Wood is the best material and can be used for multi-story buildings and large halls.
"This is our ashram; this is our ashram. And when you see it, oh, it is very nice."
"The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans."

The power of Gurudev's blessing
12:45 - 13:15 (30 min)
The great fortune of satsang and the sacred power of prasada.
Being in satsang is our great luck, a refuge from the affairs of this age. This is not mental fast food but rich spiritual nourishment requiring strong inner fire to digest. Simply being in this radiant atmosphere grants energy and purification. I once thought greeting the teacher was a loss of lecture time, but after decades I see it is the most important part. The prasada received is very rare. A lecture is nice inspiration, but to bow and receive grace is precious. This act releases many karmas. Prasada is the essential, holy substance that can completely change a life, as can true darshan. We must prize this energy, keep it, and let it shine in our homes. Maintain purity within and transmit that. We are all one here in this practice.
"To come, to bow down, to greet, to come very near to your Gurudev and receive prasāda... we must realize how precious this is."
"That Prasāda is completely able to change our life, if we know what Prasāda is."

The Power of Tapasyā: Pārvatī's Resolve
20:15 - 21:03 (48 min)
Tapasyā, or austerity, is the essential power for spiritual attainment and overcoming all obstacles.
A dream instructs Pārvatī to perform tapasyā, affirming the truth of a sage's words. This practice grants happiness, removes troubles, and is the foundation of endurance for all saints. Obstacles on the path are natural; one must master physical and mental discomfort without letting them disturb the inner self. Fighting through leads to the aim; giving up leads to failure. The creative, protective, and destructive powers of the universe itself operate through tapasyā. This inner willpower prevents small things from destroying our aims. Without it, one quickly breaks down. Therefore, real sādhanā is essential. It makes the impossible possible, but must be practiced with contentment and oneness. The body's demands must be secondary; the consciousness must be fixed on the divine. Extreme endurance, like forgetting the body for millennia and sustaining on minimal sustenance, demonstrates this power. Do not give up. Fight against your inner weaknesses like sadness and jealousy first.
"Tapasya is the giver of happiness and the remover of all troubles."
"Nothing is impossible through sādhanā. Impossible things become possible, but sādhanā should be with santosha."
