Stories are within you
1:20 - 2:18 (58 min)
Surrender to the guru is the path to grace, and stories are vessels for truth.
We are not the doer; all action belongs to the guru. We surrender our capacity at the holy feet. An object, like carved stone, is transformed through consecration and placement upon the altar; it becomes divine through worship. Offer what you can from inner devotion. The guru's grace precedes our birth, and there are many true gurus. Do not judge them. A story was told of a poor man who asked a great sage four questions but was given only three answers for others' problems. By selflessly conveying the solutions—which revealed treasure and led to a marriage—his own poverty was resolved. Your word has power; speak with care, for what you declare takes form. Truth resides within, and a story is that inner store of experience. Learn through crafting tales from your own life.
"First, give your answers. And he said, 'Only three questions.' And these three were the answer for your fourth."
"The story is in you. So every day before going to sleep, have a story for yourself."

The hidden powers in humans - Nadis
2:25 - 2:56 (31 min)
Yoga is the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness, achieved through balance. The universe is an endless cosmic body containing a consciousness that seeks to multiply. From the primordial sound Oṁ, the five elements were created, forming all life. The human is distinguished by an educable intellect. The physical body contains 72,000 energy channels, or nāḍīs, through which cosmic energy flows. Three principal nāḍīs—Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā—govern emotion, activity, and consciousness. Where they intersect, energy centers or chakras form. The dormant spiritual energy, Kuṇḍalinī, must awaken and rise to unite with pure consciousness. Lower chakras connect to elemental and animal realms, influencing base behaviors. The mind coordinates between the conscious and subconscious; it cannot be controlled, only guided. Physical practices are not yoga itself but methods to create the balance that is yoga.
"Yoga means balance. Where there is balance, there is harmony. Where there is harmony, there is unity."
"The mind cannot be controlled. If you control the mind, then psychic problems will appear. You cannot control the river, you cannot block it, you can guide the river."

Prana and pranayam
3:00 - 3:47 (47 min)
The science of prāṇāyāma addresses the profound pollution of our existence. Prāṇa, the vital energy, is managed through three processes: Pūrak (inhalation), Rechak (exhalation), and Kumbhak (retention). Sanskrit, the language of this science, resonates deeply, expanding consciousness. Our existence relies on the five elements, with the earth as a nurturing mother who forgives our pollution. Yet now, her forgiveness is strained by our actions. We poison the outer earth—its waters and air—and then our own bodies with toxins and disease. The worst pollution is mental, leading to violence and ignorance. Yoga is designed for this. It is the first science, integrating our five bodies—physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, and blissful. Success in yoga comes through karma, selfless action, but is opposed by the great enemy: laziness. The fire of yoga practice burns away all karmic seeds. Prāṇāyāma is more crucial than physical postures; it purifies and protects. It begins by balancing the psychic channels: the left nostril (Chandra, the moon) calms emotions, and the right (Sūrya, the sun) clarifies intellect. This purification of the nāḍīs is the primary tool for deep meditation and strength.
"To pollute the earth is a sin. It means you pollute Mother Earth."
"The most dangerous pollution is in the human mind."

The Essence of Satsaṅg and Gurukṛpā
3:55 - 4:54 (59 min)
Grace flows solely from Śiva through the Guru's lineage, blessing every cell and being. All creatures inherently seek this grace. Humans, possessing the ātmā, also carry deep negativity. The Satguru, the inner truth, counters this. Satsaṅg is gathering in truth, a cleansing communion with all beings. It fosters unity and love, washing away the dirt of daily life. This practice aligns us with the divine lineage and purpose.
"Sat means truth. Asat is not that."
"Satsaṅg means together. With us, good people."

Shiva has given us the human body
7:45 - 8:45 (60 min)
The soul originates from Śiva, the supreme reality beyond all gods and heavens. This world is a field of perpetual conflict between divine and demonic forces, yet even the heavens are transient. The human condition is one of constant change, oscillating between joy and sorrow, driven by endless desires for worldly objects and relationships. These desires are impurities that bind consciousness to the cycle of birth and death. In this age, these tendencies manifest as strife, jealousy, and division, obscuring the true purpose of human life. The sole aim is to transcend this realm and attain the immortal Brahmaloka, our original abode. This requires overcoming all transient attachments through spiritual discipline.
The mind is stained by countless negative impressions from countless lives. Mere physical practices are insufficient; the fire of spiritual knowledge and intense practice is needed to burn these karmic seeds. One must cultivate detachment, discernment, and surrender. Through the guru's grace and the purifying fire of yoga, these impurities can be consumed. Then, the longing turns solely toward the divine, liberating the soul from all bondage.
"From this Smṛti Loka to Brahmaloka, all kinds of desires or joy we think, it is just like dirt."
"The fire of your yoga practice can burn into the ashes of our karmas."

We are the cause of Mahapralaya
9:45 - 10:53 (68 min)
Chant mantras for protection and purity. The Mahāmṛtyuñjaya Mantra safeguards you, especially while driving. Another mantra purifies the heart like a lotus opening at dawn. Regular recitation acts as an ointment for inner vision. Human actions are causing environmental destruction leading towards a great dissolution. We cut forests, dig mines, destroy mountains, pollute with roads and pesticides, block rivers with dams, and slaughter animals. This removes Earth's balance, making it hollow and unstable. To prevent this, break the dams, stop deforestation and mining, and cease using wood and dug materials for building. Reject the scientists who caused this; convene a conference of farmers and normal people instead. Disseminate this message widely through letters and magazines. Where there is a will, there is a way.
"Oṁ tryambhakaṁ yajāmahe sugandhiṁ puṣṭi-vardhanam urvārukam iva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya māmṛtāt."
"Through this mantra, in our heart, such happiness comes, purity comes."

A Gentle Yoga Practice
11:00 - 12:07 (67 min)
A guided yoga practice focusing on breath, alignment, and awareness. Begin by relaxing completely on the floor, connecting breath to movement. Practice Pavanamuktāsana on your back for digestion, then in a standing position for balance and focus. Maintain spinal alignment and initiate movements from the hip joints. Be aware of your pelvis and avoid locking the knees. Standing poses like Ekapāda Uttānāsana strengthen the legs and improve concentration. Practice with a firm surface for better balance. Āsanas like Bhujaṅgāsana require elbows close to the body to protect the shoulders. Deep, abdominal breathing cleans the inner channels, allowing prāṇa to flow. The practice generates warmth, deepens circulation, and integrates body and mind through conscious movement and breath control.
"Pavanamuktāsana is excellent for digestion."
"When we start to breathe a little deeper, we immediately have more energy and less tension."

The form of the Supreme is the resonance
13:00 - 14:13 (73 min)
Morning program wth Vishwaguruji from Sydney, Australia. Sound unites us with the Supreme. Continuing of the explanation of bhajan "Itna to Karana Guruji". When the resonance is there, there is no duality and no need for explanation. Kind worlds melt the heart. Guru loves everyone as the father loves his children equally. One drop of lemon can destroy the milk. When we are getting negative love is gone.
The name is important not the body
14:20 - 14:45 (25 min)
The essence of all spiritual paths is one, though names and forms differ. In this age, humanity knows of conflict and war, yet the unifying difference now is spirituality. Whether called yoga, prayer, or meditation, the core is the same. Languages and nations vary, but the human essence and the teachings are one. Various centers and temples bear different names, just as children in a village each receive a unique name, yet all are human. One should not claim exclusivity for a single path or teacher. Many beautiful trees exist in many forests; all share in oneness. The physical body is transient, but the name based on one's deeds endures. We must welcome all, respecting every guest and tradition as part of the same human family. True yoga is not merely physical exercise but the prāṇa and spirit within. The name is immortal, while the form is not.

"The name is immortal. The body is not immortal."

Building the Ashram
14:50 - 15:25 (35 min)
This is our ashram, a place of being and bliss. We are all here together, sitting with sādhus and yogīs, and it is very good. The essence must be in our body. An ashram is our home. Understanding comes from above, from God to mother to human. It arrives directly, like from Akkar to Nābhi. Even a mother may not know how it comes, but it is our prophet. God is the only one and will become human. If humans belong to India, then all children are equal. That one will enter God, will enter the body. We must care for the human mind. We are here, and we will do the work. In construction, one must think about how people feel inside. A building is not just a roof; it should be pleasant. The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans. Materials modified by humans, like bricks and lime, are good. Stones like sandstone are neutral, but granite harms the body. Modern materials like steel and concrete are dead and not healthy. We follow Vāstu Śāstra, the science of building, so the earth supports everyone living there. We use lime, not just cement, for healthier buildings. Wood is the best material and can be used for multi-story buildings and large halls.
"This is our ashram; this is our ashram. And when you see it, oh, it is very nice."
"The best materials are natural, like wood and straw, which support humans."

With complete devotion and dedication to the Guru, all difficulties cease and supreme attainment is reached. The Guru's grace makes everything in life possible and leads to success. Through the Guru's blessings, one is united with the divine.

Spirituality is without meat and alcohol
16:50 - 17:37 (47 min)
Milk is a primary source of prāṇa, essential for health. It comes from mothers—human, cow, buffalo, goat, or camel. From milk comes yogurt, then butter, then ghee, the essence that nourishes the body. The quality of the milk depends on the animal's health and feed; pure grass yields pure milk. Modern processing often adulterates this purity. Animals feel pain, so they must be treated with care and compassion, not exploitation. Consume milk consciously, knowing its source. Alcohol is a medicine, not for regular drinking; it causes familial strife. Choose good food without chemicals for your family's well-being. All religions are good; practice your sādhanā consciously, respecting others. Beauty is in the soul, not the transient body.
"From the milk comes yogurt; from yogurt comes butter; and from butter comes ghee. That is the quality, that is the power that is good for our body’s health."
"All animals or humans, we are living, they feel pain, and we also feel the pain. Therefore, we should take care."

The power of Gurudev's blessing
17:45 - 18:15 (30 min)
The great fortune is to be in satsaṅg, not entangled in the distractions of the age. This gathering provides rich spiritual food, not the mental fast food many consume. To digest this requires strong inner fire and practice. Simply being in this atmosphere purifies energy and grants strength. The most vital part is the personal connection—greeting the teacher and receiving prasāda. This act releases karma and provides sustenance felt long after. Prasāda is the holy essence capable of transforming a life, as is true darśana.
"Prasāda is the essence."
"That Prasāda is completely able to change our life if we know what Prasāda is."

The mercy of Bhagavan Shiva
18:20 - 18:50 (30 min)
Śiva is the eternal source and protector beyond birth and form.
He is Ādi, the beginningless source from which all emerges. Śiva manifested Brahmā and Viṣṇu, assigning them roles: Brahmā creates, Viṣṇu preserves, and Śiva ultimately protects and dissolves. He maintains balance between all forces. The holy night of Mahāśivarātri commemorates his grace. A desperate hunter, failing to find food, climbed a Bīlva tree. Water from his vessel and leaves he dropped fell onto a Śiva Liṅga below, unknowingly performing worship. Throughout the night, he was moved to compassion and spared the lives of pleading deer. By dawn, Śiva, pleased with this inadvertent devotion, blessed the hunter and his family with sustenance, forbidding further killing. Śiva is Bholenāth, the easily pleased lord who grants boons to simple, sincere hearts, turning even accidental or flawed actions into devotion.
"Śiva is not born; he has no mother, no son, and no father. He is the father; it is he who manifests himself."
"So when man was there and Śiva came and Śiva said, 'I will protect these deer and I protect your families.'"

The materialized OM
18:55 - 19:17 (22 min)
A refreshing wind signals progress as we prepare for the temple's opening in four months, a short time when busy. The leader's presence accelerates the work, though daily changes are subtle until seen from afar. This completion is a divine achievement of a great vision, yet it is not an end but a step in perpetual creation. Our role is to participate and support, for every small action has effect. This place transforms the land and society, carrying a universal vibration. We must invite skilled helpers to share in this work for future generations, a gift for all humanity to draw nearer to the divine.

How to keep our purity
19:25 - 19:49 (24 min)
The human being contains a fundamental purity. We are diverse and cannot all become one, yet we are ourselves. Many people eat meat and are going down, but here we are pure. Open your eyes in the morning and see only "I am human." The earth is pure, and pure water comes from above. Within the vast ocean of existence, something very pure comes from within us, like a crystal. In sleep, we travel far from ourselves, yet return quickly. This inner experience is the purity we call a yogī. Our eyes are very powerful; we must be clear and controlled with them. Those who eat purely are very good. You do not need to know my name; it is inside. We have done work to maintain purity so others may not spoil it.
"Open your eyes in the morning, so when we are just open. And so, when we open our eyes, then we see only, 'I am human.'"
"And so, whatever it is with us, it is your beautiful best, all that is the purity. So that is what we call a yogī."

We got the energy of our parampara
20:25 - 21:54 (89 min)
Satsaṅg is the essential life and path to the cosmic. It is the company of all holy people and religions, where the heart turns to God beyond language. Without regular satsaṅg and meditation, one becomes covered in dust, an impurity that constantly returns and must be cleaned. This cleaning is the practice of mantra, prāṇāyāma, and good deeds. The current age is Kali Yuga, characterized by this rapid accumulation of spiritual dust. The guru lineage provides the steps for purification. This paramparā extends from Śiva's time through Alakpurījī, Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, and Holy Gurujī. The teachings and power of this lineage are transmitted to guide all. Practice is essential; the techniques must be received and passed on correctly to bear fruit. One must engage with the teachings or risk losing the path.
"Satsaṅg is the only life, next to nothing."
"If we don't have meditations or satsaṅgs or time with good people together, then we are not holy people."

The Silent Revolution: Yoga as the Antidote to Mind Pollution and Failed Leadership
22:00 - 22:23 (23 min)
We need a silent revolution in leadership and consciousness. Old models have failed, creating crisis. Leaders are overwhelmed, lack self-awareness, and cannot inspire, leaving people disengaged. The solution is changing leaders. We are entering a cognitive age where mind care is paramount. Control your thoughts, for they become your destiny. Media exaggerates violence; data shows heart disease and cancer are far greater threats. The real danger is mind pollution—the poisoning of our minds. Yoga is for non-violence and peace. It is a systematic science for mastering the mind and achieving inner peace. A peaceful society guarantees the right to self-realization. Yoga accelerates human growth and is vital for well-being and social harmony. We must go public, integrate yoga into all education and leadership training, and promote it globally.
"Control your thoughts, for they trigger your emotions and feelings. Control your emotions, for they become your words."
"Yoga is a systematic, conscious science of human development. Its main technique is gaining mastery over the mind, stopping the internal dialogue."
