We should clean all of our bodies

Our body is our dress. Sometimes chakras are not balanced so we should repair them. We should balance all the five koshas. Djiva is a living one and atma is protect and cover that. We clean our inner bodies by yoga practice by meditation by prayer. In reality, we are praying for ourselves. Kundalini is our inner master who balances our chakras and bodies. Everybody feels in his heart that I am depending on.
