How universe reflects in the human body
0:15 - 1:36 (81 min)
Health arises from grounding the body's energy through the feet. The foot soles contain vital chakras connected to glands and nerves. Rubbing them activates energy. Walking barefoot on earth or on a bed of gravel at home draws direct energy from the planet, benefiting the entire body, especially the thyroid and heart. This earth chakra is the foundation. Above it are vegetation chakras from the ankles to the knees, and then animal chakras to the hips. These centers connect to the classical chakras like Viśuddhi and Anāhata. The elements and the sound 'Oṃ' emanate from the supreme resonance, Śiva, the source of all creation. Health depends on proper nourishment and spices, not just physical exercise. The soul is one, beyond gender.
"Rub from the top of the toes to the heel."
"Walk on this gravel in your own room... What will happen is unbelievable."

Makar Sakranti Is A Special Day
1:40 - 1:59 (19 min)
The day of Makarasaṅkrānti marks an auspicious new beginning. This is when the sun enters the zodiac sign of Makara and begins its visible northward journey, ending a month considered inauspicious for starting new endeavors. The northward turn is significant; it is considered an auspicious time even to leave the body, as Bhīṣma waited for this day to die. The festival is celebrated diversely across India. In places like Jaipur, people fly kites, with a competitive tradition of cutting each other's strings. In Gujarat, the symbolism is to fly kites as high as possible, striving toward the heavens. Special, hearty foods are prepared for the winter season. Despite measured temperatures, there is a cultural belief it becomes warmer after this day, as crops begin to ripen. It is a day to move forward with things held in waiting.
"Now, with the sun traveling north, one goes higher."
"The game in Jaipur is to try and cut everybody else's strings so their kites fall down."

Yoga in Daily Life: The Fifth Level
2:00 - 2:38 (38 min)
Yoga is a science of body, mind, and spirit, where every practice has a clear purpose. We begin by relaxing in Ānandāsana to release daily stress, focusing on abdominal breathing to calm the heart and massage internal organs. Practice should always stay within the limits of comfort to prevent injury, never forcing. The postures activate complete yoga breathing and circulation. Āsanas work on the physical body, correct behavior, and influence consciousness. Feeling the effects in relaxation is crucial, as the postures continue to act afterward. The practice balances the body by working both sides equally and integrates breath with movement to harmonize and remove stress.
"Yoga is the science of the body, mind, spirit, and soul. In science, you must always have an answer for why you are doing something."
"Āsanas do not act only on the body. They are also a correction of our behavior; they act on our consciousness; they affect our entire being."

What is the most precious thing in life?
2:45 - 3:40 (55 min)
The most precious thing in life is good health, which yoga provides as a gift from Svayaṁbhū Śiva. This primordial consciousness, unborn and without parents, manifested all creation from the single thought, "I am one, and I will multiply." This manifestation is Sanātana Dharma—the eternal principle of oneness in all existence, not a religion. Humans have lost this spirituality, creating separate religions instead. True religion is to realize your relation to God, leading to Self-Realization where the individual soul and God are one. Life's quality depends on aligning with the positive, divine power (Devī Śakti) of love and non-violence, not the negative (Āsurī Śakti) of harm. In the current Kali Yuga, suffering prevails as humans become selfish, governed by material desire like gold. The only solution is to renounce attachment and thereby enjoy true freedom and enter the kingdom of God.
"Realize your relation to God is the religion."
"Renounce and enjoy."

Awakening of muladhar
4:15 - 4:57 (42 min)
Chakras are energy centers where consciousness resides, defining character and problems. Your destiny (prārabdha) is created by past karma before your body forms. You control your present karma through action, speech, thought, and influence, but once acted upon, deeds become destiny governing future life and all current problems. The Mūlādhāra Chakra is the root foundation of consciousness based on that karma. It is the earth element, colored red for energy and Mother Consciousness. Its awakening brings safety, wisdom, and pleasurable energy, not physical sensations. The chakra's symbols include a four-petaled lotus representing the four ways life enters the world, an elephant symbolizing wisdom and prosperity, an inverted triangle for energy flow, and a coiled snake representing past, present, and future karmas—the dormant Kuṇḍalinī Śakti. Śiva (consciousness) and Śakti (nature) seek union here. Exercises like Bhujaṅgāsana and Śalabhāsana activate this chakra, strengthening the back and influencing the root center for physical and mental balance.
"As long as you are not doing anything, it is still under your control."
"The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī means wisdom. You become very wise, you become self-confident."

The speech of the Ambassador of India to Hungary Mr. Kumar Tuhin. It is important to keep the original message of the Yoga. It is Sanatana Dharma, India is the cradle of culture. If we are doing only physical asanas we are not going to be successful at all. Sanatana Dharma stands above the duality. Ayurveda and yoga are much elder than five thousand years.
Purify your body from poison
7:40 - 8:54 (74 min)
Our subject is the Kuṇḍalinī, the chakras, and human life. Happiness is within ourselves. Unhappiness comes from outside, from disappointment, but it also resides within. Like a shadow, death walks beside us always. Unspoken grievances become a poison stored in the body, specifically in the Viśuddhi chakra. A couple suffered for fifty years because she never told him she wanted the hard crust of the bread. Swallowing negative words creates this poison, affecting health. The mythological poison from churning the ocean was drunk and held by Śiva in his throat. Similarly, we must purify our inner poison through communication, forgiveness, and practice. Do not blame others. Speak humbly: say you are sorry and ask for forgiveness. Practice prāṇāyāma, like Ujjāyī, to cleanse this energy. What we eat creates impurities; a vegetarian diet is purer. Swallowed negativity can manifest as illness. Purify your consciousness through sādhanā, prayer, and mantra. Release negativity and proceed on a positive path.
"Unhappiness and happiness are within ourselves also. But if we use yoga, then this unhappiness will, all the time, be pushed down."
"Viś means poison. Viśuddhi means purification. How to purify this poison of our negative thinking, negative hearing, that all this is unhappiness and everything is within us."

10:00 - 11:04 (64 min)
Evening Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. Either you use your time or you will lose it. We should clean the antahkaranas. Attachment is the cause of our problems. There are two things: hope and the desires. There are four ways we create karma. Don't leave your parents in the dying room where there is no hope. The first wealth is good health. Clean your body inside with proper food, practising asanas and pranayama. Do not go to restaurants too often. Vishwaguruji invites everyone to Sri Alakhpuriji's cave in the Himalayas.
The reflection of the Self
11:10 - 12:22 (72 min)
The light of the Self is realized through grace and alert practice. Time is a human construct; only the Supreme is unchanging. We are bound in saṃsāra, coming and going due to karma. The body is a temporary bag discarded at death, but the soul remains. Do not depend on others for your spiritual work; you must eat the food yourself. Holy books and teachings are like injections of wisdom to awaken us. Practice sādhanā and ātmācintan—thinking deeply on the Self. This reflection, or 'chilka', of consciousness is glimpsed through repetition like in bhajan. Remain alert and awakened, using tools like the mālā to maintain this awareness. The five sheaths of the body are temporary; you are not these layers. The soul is one in all. Do not become overly attached to worldly life and sorrow. The work is to realize and spread this inner light.
"Guru Kripa Hi Kevalam." "Don't depend on someone to do it for you."

How could Tulsidas see Rama?
12:30 - 13:38 (68 min)
The soul is caught in the mortal body, and we do not truly know it. Many believe existence ends with the body or that one merges into light after death. Others seek heaven or liberation. Theory is not enough; personal experience is required. The story of the bandit Vālmīki shows that even a great sinner can be transformed through a mantra and sincere repentance, becoming a sage who writes scripture. The story of Tulsīdās illustrates that divine vision requires alertness; God may appear, but one must be aware to see. The human body is a temple, a Garbhagṛha where the soul resides, and must be respected and kept pure. Do not defile it. The goal is to realize the blissful self within.
"Does it exist, or does it not? Is this whole game only within this body?"
"Therefore, we have to understand what human body God has given us. And that is within us, but we cannot see it."

Progress through poses that stretch the spine diagonally and twist it, always keeping the lower back close to the floor. Move into seated postures for flexion and extension of the spine, coordinating each movement with the breath. Conclude with deep relaxation, breath awareness, and a simple prāṇāyāma technique. "Feel your body becoming heavier with each exhalation." "Harmonize your movement with your breath." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Kundalini, chakras, and consciousness
18:55 - 19:56 (61 min)
We explore the soul, chakras, and the oneness of consciousness. Every creature has chakras and an effect on nature. Our skin is a vital protective layer connected to these energy centers. Misusing chemicals on our skin or harming animals creates negative karmic effects. The individual soul, or jīva, is like a drop of water. All drops originate from and return to the one ocean, which is the universal soul or paramātmā. Our bodies are mostly water, circulating like rivers seeking the ocean. The chakras are round energy centers, like the symbol of the sun. All major religions point to the same divine principle, often expressed through sacred sound like Oṃ. Our nervous system contains thousands of channels connecting these centers. Kundalini awakening is the conscious vibration of energy through every gland in the body, not a physical ascent. You already possess this divine consciousness. Realization comes from understanding you are part of the one ocean, not a separate drop.
"All this living jīva is only one. We are all one, but we are separated."
"Everything begins with sound. In the beginning, there was sound."

The Glory of Alak Purījī
22:30 - 23:47 (77 min)
The name Alak Purījī signifies the indescribable and spotless divine reality.
Alak means indescribable glory. Purī signifies completeness and the monastic duty to serve in settlements. The title connects to the Nāth tradition and siddhas, perfected beings who possess all spiritual powers yet have no personal desires; the miracles serve them, not the other way. Such a being is called Avadhūta or Abhūṭa, beyond all longing. A core practice for purifying the ego is bhikṣā, asking for food like a beggar, as even Śiva does this to bless the giver. One must give charity without judgment or expectation of return, as the recipient may be divine. Do not condemn others while ignoring your own faults. True spiritual progress requires inner purification above all ritual. Visions of such beings confirm their living presence beyond the physical body.
"Alak means we cannot write his name. What we can write, whatever we write, is not He."
"When you give a donation, then you have no right to take it back. And if you take that back, you are the biggest sinner."
