How a hatha yogi can reach the aim of yoga
1:20 - 1:58 (38 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the singular union of the individual soul with the Supreme. It is Ādi Anādi, beginningless and endless. The eternal space contains consciousness, called cetan. Yoga is the harmonizing, balancing, and uniting of these principles into oneness. This union is between Jīvātmā, the individual soul, and Paramātmā, the Supreme Soul. The purpose of all yoga paths is to achieve this. Haṭha Yoga requires strict discipline, Kāyā Sādhana, to balance the body and mind. A true Haṭha Yogī forges their own path like a lion, not following the common road. They require purification, as energy transfers between people like an infection, disrupting meditation and clarity. The yogī must protect their energy and not change their determined course, even against opposing winds. Achieving this balance leads to liberation. "Yoga means the balance. Harmonizing, balancing, and uniting." "A Haṭha yogī doesn't walk only on that. It will make its own practice on sādhanā." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The Path of Yoga for Universal Peace
2:00 - 2:23 (23 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the universal manual for achieving peace. It is far more than physical flexibility; it is the interconnection of body, mind, and spirit, extending from the individual to all humanity and nature. Lasting peace has not been found through material wealth or political philosophies alone. Yoga, founded on non-violence, provides the path. It is a way of life that harmonizes all faiths by directing one inward to know the self. Transforming the world begins with transforming oneself. This practice requires no money and can be started immediately. By investing in yoga education and making personal practice a priority, individuals become ambassadors of peace. The collective action of many yogis can change the world. "Yoga is the only practice that gives peace to everyone without harm, judgment, or discrimination." "To fix the world, you must fix your mind." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Yoga and the creation
2:30 - 3:58 (88 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness, uniting the individual with the divine. Consciousness existed before creation in empty space. From that consciousness came resonance, the primal sound Aum, which is the beginning of all creation. This resonance manifested as light and then as Śiva, the principle of pure consciousness. From this, 8.4 million life forms emerged, including humans. All beings share one consciousness, just as all water shares the same essence. The human body contains this knowledge within. The five sheaths, or kośas, are the physical body, vital energy, mind, intellect, and bliss. The mind is the most powerful force. Humans possess great potential for development, yet also face the choice between elevating or degrading their consciousness. The body has 72,000 subtle channels, with three primary ones: the lunar, solar, and central channels. Balance between the lunar and solar energies is essential for health. The cakras are energy centers from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, mapping our evolution from earthly to divine awareness. Kuṇḍalinī is the dormant spiritual energy at the base of the spine; its awakening brings clarity and joy, not physical sensations. True yoga is union, harmony, and inner peace. "Everything is within yourself. Who is yourself is also myself." "Yoga means union, uniting, harmonizing this together. It connects us to God." Filming location: Sydney, Australia
Vegetarian cooking lesson 9

Preparing a Slovak dish involves potatoes, flour, and onion. Raw potatoes are cut and processed into a mixture with flour and salt. This forms a paste. Boil salted water. Portions of the paste are cooked in the water. Separately, onion is fried in oil. The cooked dumplings are combined with fried onion and a cheese mixture. The dish is then served. "Potatoes, also flour—mix everything together." "We mix it together." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The completness of our being
5:00 - 6:11 (71 min)
Recorded on
The eternal journey of the soul is understood through the body. The body is a house where God speaks. Every creature operates by this divine intelligence, evident in the coordinated flight of birds or movement of fish. The soul occupies this body, which is like a chariot pulled by ten horses—the five senses of perception and five of action—controlled by the mind. To understand the soul, first understand and purify the body. Control hunger and thirst. Purify emotions like jealousy, which attack the body. Yoga and prāṇāyāma are sciences for this purification, not acrobatics. Āyurveda is the knowledge of life-giving nourishment. Our actions, or karma, generate reactions, causing the soul to journey through various realms. This journey is like a blind person circling a hall, missing the door to liberation due to desires. The soul takes different forms based on karma. Human life is a rare chance to end this cycle through purification and right understanding. "Jisme Nārāyaṇa Bole, Par Guru Binā Bheda Kaun Kholē." "The body does not die. Only space in the space, air in the air, water in the water, earth in the earth." Filming location: London, UK
The ancient science of Yoga
6:15 - 7:29 (74 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness for human well-being. Humans uniquely possess self-awareness and the capacity for both good and bad. We have the freedom to choose our path. To know ourselves is the goal. Ancient scriptures describe creation emerging from a primordial resonance. The human body is a network of 72,000 nerves and energy centers called cakras. These range from basic physical centers in the feet to divine centers in the head. Purifying these through practices like prāṇāyāma balances the body and mind. Kuṇḍalinī is the latent spiritual energy at the base of the spine. Awakening it is a profound science. Yoga offers practical techniques for health and self-realization. It requires daily dedication, but the benefits are immense. "Do you believe in me? My son, then release your hands." "Yoga is the best for your life. You can do it for your health, for concentration, for some diseases, for happiness—many things." Filming location: Gold Coast, Australia

How to control the problems
9:00 - 10:08 (68 min)

The Viśuddhi Chakra is a center of immense energy and responsibility, holding the poison we swallow from life. This poison is the negative words, thoughts, and energies from others that we internalize, blocking our throat center. It manifests as physical ailments like thyroid issues and as fear. Fear is essential for safety; without it, we are in danger. This emotional poison must be purified through correct meditation. Do not run away by imagining distant, beautiful scenes. You must go within yourself to solve problems. The human being is composed of five sheaths: the physical body, the energy body, the mental body, the wisdom body, and the bliss body. Our true self is the soul, which is one and indestructible. To navigate this, we need a master and practice. Ego in thinking you need no master leads to disaster. A true Satguru's guidance and mantra, practiced diligently like a mala even in sleep, are essential. They provide the awareness on the path. All techniques and knowledge ultimately flow from that one source. Concentrate on your inner self, not on external distractions. "Meditation—different kinds of meditation... but from all this we run away." "If you have no fear, you are in danger." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia
Kundalini, chakras, and consciousness
10:15 - 11:16 (61 min)
Recorded on
We explore the soul, chakras, and the oneness of consciousness. Every creature has chakras and an effect on nature. Our skin is a vital protective layer connected to these energy centers. Misusing chemicals on our skin or harming animals creates negative karmic effects. The individual soul, or jīva, is like a drop of water. All drops originate from and return to the one ocean, which is the universal soul or paramātmā. Our bodies are mostly water, circulating like rivers seeking the ocean. The chakras are round energy centers, like the symbol of the sun. All major religions point to the same divine principle, often expressed through sacred sound like Oṃ. Our nervous system contains thousands of channels connecting these centers. Kundalini awakening is the conscious vibration of energy through every gland in the body, not a physical ascent. You already possess this divine consciousness. Realization comes from understanding you are part of the one ocean, not a separate drop. "All this living jīva is only one. We are all one, but we are separated." "Everything begins with sound. In the beginning, there was sound." Filming location: Garrison, NY, USA
Development and Chakras
11:20 - 12:34 (74 min)

The classical temple dance Bharata Nāṭyam is a 5,000-year-old symbolic language of art, spirituality, and yoga. Each movement and rhythm is mathematically precise, conveying that a higher power exists beyond the material world. Its essence combines expression, melody, rhythm, and dance to communicate eternal truths. The mind, governed by the moon, is connected to emotion and the svādhiṣṭhāna chakra. This chakra's six petals, like greed and anger, affect the individual. Their influence rises to the ājñā chakra, the seat of intellect and discernment. One must purify these energies. Worldly possessions create slavery; true wealth is spiritual knowledge, which must be shared. A story illustrates misunderstanding spiritual instruction. A father's testament gave wise advice for living, but the son interpreted it literally, wasting his inheritance. The true treasure was hidden, revealed only by correctly understanding the guidance. The key is within. The ājñā chakra is the command center. Its essence is represented by the bīja mantra Oṁ and the sounds ha and ṭha, forming Haṭha Yoga, which awakens inner wisdom. "Indian dance is a symbolic language. It elucidates through metaphor that there is not only a material world, but also a higher power." "Ājñā means order, the boss. And there are two bīja mantras... Oṁ... and the other bīja mantra is ha and ṭha in the cakra... Together it becomes yoga, so Haṭha Yoga." Filming location: USA

System of the chakras and the sound
13:55 - 14:55 (60 min)
Recorded on
The Ājñā Chakra is reached through the foundational energy of the navel. Crossing into this chakra is difficult, as the ego arises at every border between states of being. Lower emotions can pull consciousness back down. All paths are correct, yet all beings share a common root. For those born from a mother, this root is the navel, the seat of the solar fire. All chakras originate from this center in the Maṇipūra. The primordial sound, the seed of all language and vibration, also emanates from here. This sound is the essence of life and consciousness, connecting all beings through an unseen language of energy. A practice exists to awaken this connection. Place one hand on the navel and another on the head. Chant the sound inwardly, allowing resonance to travel upward without physical movement. This kriyā purifies the energy channels and brings clarity. "Everyone helps the strong. Rarely, or nobody, will help the weak one." "Fire is fire. And that fire is in our navel." The spine's structure, function, and care through yoga are examined. The spine consists of 24 vertebrae forming the axial skeleton, protecting the spinal cord. Muscles and ligaments support posture and movement. Pain arises from acute strain or chronic issues like poor alignment and disc damage. Daily postures, such as prolonged sitting, create imbalance and excessive load, particularly on the lower lumbar vertebrae. Proper biomechanics and the hydraulic function of intervertebral discs are crucial for distributing force. A brief daily yoga practice can alleviate these issues. Gentle stretching, twisting, and strengthening āsanas, performed with awareness, relieve tension, mobilize the spine, and improve overall energy. Consistency in a short morning routine yields significant benefit. "The spinal cord is the main highway in our body for nerve signals." "Chronic pains are more complex. They last for months or even years." Filming location: Slovenia

Preparing pakoras, chutney, and yoga tea. Pakoras are made from lentils. Soak lentils for several hours or overnight, then drain. Place them in a bowl and add salt, chili, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, and asafoetida. Blend the mixture, adding a few drops of water if too hard. Fry spoonfuls in hot oil for a few minutes until browned. For chutney, blend green chili, garlic, herbs like parsley or coriander, and nuts. Add salt. It can also be made with tomato or paprika. For yoga tea, boil half a liter of water with black tea and spices like cardamom, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, and ginger. After boiling, add a similar amount of milk, cover, and boil again. It can be sweetened or not. This serves as a snack or energy drink. "You can make them a little more or less brown according to your preference." Utilizing the Vajra Nadi
21:45 - 22:40 (55 min)
Recorded on
The Vajra Nāḍī is the strong trunk needed to balance the three primary energy channels. Our systems are in chaos because people change authentic names and teachings, leading everyone astray. Āyurveda is the best but is now untrustworthy due to conflicting advice. Yoga is similarly confused; even the Bhagavad Gītā's 18 Yogas are ignored. Sanskrit and reality are unchangeable, like a poem. Our body has sections: divine above, human and animal in the middle, and vegetative below. The Vajra Nāḍī, meaning iron-strong, is the foundational support. It is located between the big and second toes, connecting to the navel. Balance in the navel is essential; an imbalanced pulse indicates physical issues and blocks spiritual progress. A simple leg-stretching technique can correct this. Without this balance, practices like prāṇāyāma will not awaken the kuṇḍalinī. "Āyurveda is the best, but don't trust it blindly because everyone gives different instructions and medicines." "Unless your navel is in balance, you can do all your Kriya yogas, and nothing will happen." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand
Keep your energies pure
22:45 - 23:35 (50 min)

This seminar is for purifying energy and retreating the body. Modern life fills us with stress and impure energies from electronics, pollution, and others. We must cleanse these through our practice. Maintain physical space from others to avoid exchanging foreign energies. Use natural materials like kuśa grass or pure cotton on your yoga mat; plastic mats block and distort energy. Wear full, cotton clothing during practice to protect your energy field. Do not force the body; adapt yoga for all ages. Practice prāṇāyāma to clear pollutants. This purification is essential for spiritual progress and overcoming obstacles. "Darkness cannot come towards light. But if this light is out, then darkness is celebrating." "Your body should be covered. What happens is that you are recharging what is called biofeed energy." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
