Wrong education leads to wrong actions
1:05 - 2:27 (82 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Wellington Ashram, New Zealand. The soul is innocent. Problem is with the education. Where is an action there is a reaction. One minute prayer for peace in the world. Devapuriji brought back dead girls to life. Miracles mean blessing. Blessing has power. There are inner war and outer war. God forgive them who have no peace in their heart. Proper education is very important. We pray for the souls of all victims on both sides. Meditation for four chakras and love.
How is the real kundalini in you functioning?
1:30 - 3:19 (109 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Alexandria, USA. First, you should know that you want to practice yoga and what yoga is. Yoga needs discipline. You should prepare yourself for yoga practicing. We shouldn't do anything against nature. Chakras give different sounds/mantras in different parts of the body. If you want to see God, see God in your family and friends. Brain strokes and heart attacks happen through the nerve system. Pranayam purifies this system. Don't use artificial things on your body. The subtle body is going with us after death. OM is in the consciousness of all Creation. The sun resonates with the sound of AUM. Our skin gives us all information about the whole universe. God is everywhere.
Overview of practicing yoga
2:35 - 3:23 (48 min)
Yoga is the science of life, meant for daily practice. The system "Yoga in Daily Life" was developed to provide a consistent method. True yoga is a single path with several aspects. Karma Yoga is selfless service, purifying through action. Haṭha Yoga is not the common postures but the six purification techniques: Netī, Dhautī, Bastī, Naulī, Trāṭaka, and Kapālabhāti. Rāja Yoga is the eightfold path of discipline leading to meditation. Jñāna Yoga is the path of knowledge. Beyond these lies the knowledge of Kuṇḍalinī and the chakras, the hidden spiritual power within. The human body is part of nature and responds best to natural practices. Health is the true wealth, and daily practice is essential. One must make time, ideally in the early morning, to establish this vital habit for a harmonious and healthy life.
"Yoga in Daily Life means... if you have no time for yoga, then also don't eat."
"Haṭha Yoga is the purification, and this is purification of the body."

The duty of the human
3:30 - 4:11 (41 min)
The foundation of life is honoring the divine within relationships and recognizing our shared humanity. First, honor the mother, for she gives life and protection. Second, honor the father. Both parents must prioritize their child over work, or the child loses connection and respect. Humanity is one, beyond caste, color, or origin. The first worship is to the mother. If all women stand to educate children, there will be no war. Next, honor the teacher for worldly knowledge, then the ancestors, and finally the spiritual guide for soul knowledge. Humans must seek more than eating and sleeping; we must ask "Who am I?" We must love all creatures. Modern life, with its distractions like laptops, pushes the child from the parent's lap. Centers like this bring people together. Even the vegan movement points to this unity, recognizing that milk is a mother's love. Our inner space is vast. We are all one soul, like separate drops from the same water. Do not seek meditation far away; go within through the chakras and Kuṇḍalinī.
"First worship is to the mother. First adoration is to the mother."
"O human, if one is doing only eating, creating children, and sleeping, all creatures can do. What is our duty as humans to come?"

Yagya
5:15 - 6:14 (59 min)
The sacred union of marriage is a spiritual dharma that creates a single entity for the journey toward heaven. Husband and wife reunite through their astral bodies after death, regardless of who departs first. This union is essential for performing a proper yajña, requiring a sympathetic couple. Dharma, or cosmic justice, is administered by Dharmarāja and Yamarāja, with Śiva as their master. A married couple is like a bird with two wings; divorce breaks these wings and the spiritual path. The promise made during marriage is sacred, given upon a holy book to the divine principle itself, not merely to a priest. Breaking this promise invokes the justice of Dharmarāja and the consequences of Yama. For those who mutually choose a celibate spiritual path while honoring their bond, the way to heaven remains open. The ceremonial fire of yajña, using pure substances like guggul, aligns the couple on the dharmic path. Similarly, the guru-disciple relationship through dīkṣā is a sacred bond not to be abandoned. One must remain faithful to one's spiritual master as to one's mother.
"Husband and wife, having already walked their path in this life, will reunite through their astral bodies in another part of the universe."
"A bird cannot fly without wings. When you have married once... It means broken wings, broken legs, a broken heart. That is not your path."

Chakras and the Kundalini
6:20 - 7:19 (59 min)
The science of yoga and the chakras is about realizing the oneness of the soul. Yoga is the harmonizing principle between consciousness and matter, originating from the supreme resonance, Nāda-Brahma. This resonance manifests as the five elements that form all life. Our individual bodies and experiences are temporary, but the soul within is singular and eternal. We often live in duality, creating mental poisons like anger and stress that manifest as physical ailments in specific energy centers, or chakras. For instance, unspoken harsh words can create tension in the Viśuddhi Chakra, affecting the thyroid. The goal is purification—transforming these poisons into nectar by recognizing our shared essence. True understanding dissolves the illusion of separation, revealing that all souls are one, just as all water is fundamentally one despite its varied forms and qualities. This realization is the awakening, not a dramatic physical sensation but an inner knowing of unity.
"Brahma Satya, Jagat Mithyā. Brahma is truth; the rest is duality."
"Everyone supports the strong one, and who is very weak is just gone."

Utilizing the Vajra Nadi
7:25 - 8:20 (55 min)
The Vajra Nāḍī is the strong trunk needed to balance the three primary energy channels. Our systems are in chaos because people change authentic names and teachings, leading everyone astray. Āyurveda is the best but is now untrustworthy due to conflicting advice. Yoga is similarly confused; even the Bhagavad Gītā's 18 Yogas are ignored. Sanskrit and reality are unchangeable, like a poem. Our body has sections: divine above, human and animal in the middle, and vegetative below. The Vajra Nāḍī, meaning iron-strong, is the foundational support. It is located between the big and second toes, connecting to the navel. Balance in the navel is essential; an imbalanced pulse indicates physical issues and blocks spiritual progress. A simple leg-stretching technique can correct this. Without this balance, practices like prāṇāyāma will not awaken the kuṇḍalinī.
"Āyurveda is the best, but don't trust it blindly because everyone gives different instructions and medicines."
"Unless your navel is in balance, you can do all your Kriya yogas, and nothing will happen."

Seeing the God
8:25 - 9:05 (40 min)
Yoga is the science of union and self-realization. Yoga means oneness, like the union in friendship or family. Life emerges from the elements: space, water, air, fire, and earth. Among 8.4 million creatures, the human is one. We seek to know who we are. Yoga is the merging of the individual with the Supreme, the Ātmā with God. I have searched but never seen God in a form. Consciousness and space are intertwined; the space is within us and we are within space. Science reaches a point where the seeker and the searched become one—this is yoga. Our development sometimes destroys nature. Practice yoga systematically, beginning with relaxation, then movement, postures, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. In one year, you will see the change. Natural care with oils is best for the body. The chakras and 72,000 nerves channel prāṇa, leading to the highest consciousness, Śiva.
"Yoga means union. Yoga means merging. Two in one."
"Śiva means consciousness. Śiva is called svayaṁbhū. Svayam means self. Bhuv is that which created."

Shiva and the Chakras
10:05 - 11:30 (85 min)
The master bestows the nectar of immortality, liberating one from the cycle of life and death. According to eternal law, the master takes form to revive those trapped in mortality. This gift of immortality and bliss is understood within. Without fortunate destiny, one cannot attain this connection. That link is found in human birth, granting freedom from bondage and making one liberated while still living. The true master constantly dwells without attachment, and the disciple bathes in that light daily.

Believe
11:35 - 12:54 (79 min)
Miracles arise from faith and the Guru's grace. A disciple's infant was declared terminally ill with non-functioning kidneys. A specific mantra was given and practiced with the laying on of hands; the child recovered fully and later had her own children. Her brother was also revived from a state declared lifeless by doctors. In the lineage, a farmer's wife placed her dead child under the Guru's bed, pleading for life. The child was restored. Another master caused birds killed for food to fly back to life. These events demonstrate the power inherent in the tradition. Faith is essential. One may claim disbelief, but in extremity, all call out. Trust must be complete, like a climber asked to let go while hanging from a cliff. Different names exist, but God is one. Practice the given techniques with devotion.
"After 10 days, the parents went to the hospital again to check. And the doctor said, 'What happened?'"
"God said, 'Do you trust in me?' 'Yes, I trust in you.' Then God said, 'Will you do what I tell you?' 'Yes.' 'Then release your hands.'"

How to overcome the obstacles of practicing
18:40 - 19:58 (78 min)
The chakras contain immense power we must master, requiring guidance. From Mūlādhāra to Viśuddhi, these centers mix human and animal qualities. The Svādhiṣṭhāna generates waves of passion that can sweep us away. The Kuṇḍalinī lies dormant until awakened. The three nāḍīs—Iḍā, Piṅgalā, Suṣumṇā—wind left and right; when knowledge dawns, energy flows straight. A coiled snake represents the three guṇas, which pull us downward. Our desires create holes through which energy drains. The Maṇipūra Chakra is the seat of sound and fire. Viṣṇu resides in the navel, resting on the ocean of purity. Regular practice of prāṇāyāma like Bhastrikā and Kapālabhāti energizes the body from this center. Reading scriptures must move from intellect to heart. Knowledge requires daily churning and application over time.
"Strive for oneness, purity, without blemish. Do not stain your body."
"Our life may be ending, but we should not waste time. If we die today, let us use these minutes productively."

The wisdom of Chakras
20:05 - 21:27 (82 min)
The mudrā of joining the index finger and thumb symbolizes the union of the individual soul and the supreme consciousness. This gesture brings peace and relieves mental restlessness. Research in European hospitals and rehabilitation centers shows it provides relief. The three remaining fingers represent the three guṇas: purity, restlessness, and inertia. One must rise above these qualities. The best meditation posture is where one feels comfortable, as liberation comes from knowledge and humility, not physical form. Daily practice should begin with positive words to set a harmonious tone, affecting the body's energy centers. Physical ailments often stem from unresolved tension and negative emotions stored in the chakras. Do not dwell on the past or worry about the future. Maintain awareness and relaxation. Anger, jealousy, and greed are obstacles that disturb the energy centers and must be released through practice and right understanding.
"Lead me from unreality to reality. Lead us from darkness to light."
"The past is gone. You cannot catch the past, even by riding a horse."

Pollution
21:35 - 22:36 (61 min)
The five sheaths, from the physical to the bliss body, define our being and are shaped by our nourishment. The physical sheath, annamaya kośa, is formed from food. The energy sheath, prāṇamaya kośa, arises from that nourishment. The mental, wisdom, and bliss sheaths follow sequentially. What you consume determines your energy, mind, knowledge, and ultimate state. Modern habits have corrupted this natural order, replacing pure, sāttvic nourishment with harmful substances and actions, leading to disease and mental disturbance. A pure diet creates pure energy and a serene mind, guiding one toward true happiness. The path is obstructed by base desires and endless argument, which must be surrendered through attentive listening to divine guidance.
"Jaisā khāī annā, vaisā rahe man. What kind of nourishment or food you eat, like that will be your mind."
"Your nourishment, your energy, then your mentality, the mind."

Where can we see God?
22:40 - 23:51 (71 min)
The divine journey seeks God within creation and the self. We profess belief yet cannot see God directly, only witnessing the supreme's creation in all entities. Humans possess intellect surpassing animals, yet still fail to understand or honor this creation, even in elements like water which is life. Self-realized masters may represent God, but the ultimate search continues within, obscured by many covers. We often disappoint the divine, as illustrated by the story of the bamboo asked to sacrifice for a greater purpose, teaching that God works to remove our ego, pride, and cruelty. Another tale of a climber demanding proof shows that trust requires surrendering control, not bargaining. True devotion means recognizing God within every creature and oneself. Practice like prāṇāyāma purifies the nervous system and balances the body's energies through the chakras, promoting health and harmony. This science of yoga advises moderation, natural living, and releasing negative emotions to maintain well-being.
"God is within us. God is within us and in every creature."
"If you trust in me, then leave your hands free."

The Eternal Journey of the Soul
23:55 - 0:56 (61 min)
The eternal journey of the soul is the subject. The soul is not the five elements or the five sheaths: the physical body, the energy body, the mental body, the intellectual body, and the bliss body. The mind coordinates the five senses of knowledge and the five senses of action. It is a reflection of our actions, like a reflection in a mirror. Self-knowledge asks: who am I? From where did I come? Where am I going? The soul is a divine light, equal in all beings. It enters through the navel, connected to the solar plexus and the sound of the sun. The soul's residence is in the heart. One must be vigilant with karma, as a single mistake can undo a lifetime of good work. Realization requires persistent understanding, not merely intellectual knowledge.
"Ko’ham—who am I? I am not these five elements."
"Do not think that the elephant has a big soul and the mosquito or ant has a small soul. The soul is like a fire."
