Prasāda is a superpower that grants protection and removes fear. It must be respected and never wasted. All offerings are ultimately to Brahman, the complete source from which everything arises. The soul's journey is defined by two paths: upliftment and downfall. Time is a human construct irrelevant to spiritual progress. The physical body, a temporary vessel of five elements, houses the soul for its development. External help for inner problems is limited. Happiness derived from others is fleeting. True, lasting happiness and self-realization must be cultivated from within. The two fundamental principles are utthāna, leading to development and achievement, and patan, leading to distraction and unhappiness. These divergent paths stem from a single origin, like two leaves from one seed. While past karma and destiny are powerful forces, they can be influenced. Association with good company and spiritual practice can redirect one's path toward upliftment. A true guide can help alter one's destined course. Ultimately, the company one keeps determines one's color; good association leads toward the divine, while bad association leads toward degradation. We search for the divine source while trapped in human conflict. Our spiritual root is Ālagpurījī, connected to the Kailāśa mountain, the kingdom of Śiva. There have been countless Yugas. Divine figures like Śiva manifested; they were not born. Yet in this Kali Yuga, many religions and interpretations arose. People fight over "my God" versus "your God," but no one has truly seen God. If God were seen in form, like Jesus, that form might be rejected or crucified. We divide the earth into countries and houses, forgetting our shared humanity. The soul journeys through many bodies, like coal becoming a diamond through immense pressure and time. Our spiritual practice is this purification. But human jealousy pulls down anyone who rises, like crocodiles in a tale. We cling to titles and differences, forgetting the soul is one. Scriptures are like injections to prevent bad behavior, yet we still fight. Truth alone wins. Hold to your inner truth against all temptation. Puṇya comes from good actions that cause no pain to others. We must cultivate positive energy through kindness and mercy. Our associations matter: satsaṅga elevates, while kusaṅga spreads negativity like a disease. Modern life brings pollution and negative karma that manifest as illness. Human duty is to protect life, not destroy it, beginning with a sāttvic diet. We must purify all five layers of our being through awareness and righteous living. "Thou shalt not kill. The body has 72,000 nerves, a network where blockages cause disease. Natural treatments from Prakṛti, unlike altered chemicals, heal without side effects by becoming one with the body. Sound originates from the navel; conscious speech creates positive or negative vibrations affecting our nerves and organs. The purpose of all yoga paths is to achieve this. Haṭha Yoga requires strict discipline, Kāyā Sādhana, to balance the body and mind. A true Haṭha Yogī forges their own path like a lion, not following the common road. They require purification, as energy transfers between people like an infection, disrupting meditation and clarity. Avoid excessive bending in the lumbar area; focus the bend in the thoracic part. Follow with relaxation and pavanamuktāsana to release lower back tension. Sarvāṅgāsana benefits peripheral circulation and balances thyroid function, but avoid it with hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, or during menstruation. It improves circulation to the head and allows a subtle exhalation. Its counterpose is bhuḍaṅgāsana, which stretches the front and strengthens the arms; bend in the chest area, not the most flexible part. Halāsana stretches the back and affects the neck, emphasizing exhalation. Matsyāsana opens the chest, works on the thyroid and breathing, and is performed with inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth. A one-legged balance pose aids concentration and nervous stability. Ardha Matsyendrāsana regenerates the spine and has anti-inflammatory properties. An inverted posture improves circulation to the head and spiritual development. Conclude with Tāḍāsana and Prāṇāyāma. Bhastrikā Prāṇāyāma intensifies the digestive fire and burns waste; relax the abdomen and let breath flow spontaneously without forcing inhalation. The third sheath is the mind, which cannot be killed because desire cannot be killed. Hope and longing are also immortal. Running after desires is like chasing a mirage; it destroys life. The divine lineage flows from the Himalayan Siddha Pīṭha of Alakpurījī. This holy place in the high valleys near Badrināth is where Alaknandā and another river meet. Great beings incarnate in every yuga to protect dharma and liberate souls. These are the Nityāvatāra, the eternal gurus embodying the creator, sustainer, and dissolver principles. They often move hidden in the world. A seeker named Devapurījī received Alakpurījī's light and blessings, gaining great siddhis. He later bestowed this light upon Bhagavān Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī, an incarnation of Viṣṇu. Mahāprabhujī's dear disciple was Śrī Svāmī Madhavānandapurījī, whose divine birth we commemorate. The path requires complete surrender, not a desire for quick miracles. When God calls, one must be ready to go.
