The form of God is the vibration
1:25 - 2:25 (60 min)
Recorded on
Oṃ is the divine sound, the origin and essence of all creation. Oṃ is the primordial vibration, the sound-form of the absolute. Its written symbol contains a Bindu, representing both the point from which the universe emerged and the drop of immortal nectar. Yogis meditate upon it eternally. It grants desires and liberation. This is not a sound we create but an existing reality we resonate with through chanting. The practice of Nāda Yoga uses outer sound to journey toward the inner experience of Oṃ. At the highest stage, this sound is perceived directly, transforming into light and expanding consciousness. All true mantras contain Oṃ. It is described as the Word present at creation, the formless source that manifests as the three qualities composing the world. Spiritual practice without connection to Oṃ is considered fruitless. Chanting purifies, illuminates, and awakens divine bliss. "Oṃ is the divine name. Oṃ is God." "Oṃkār bina, sādhanā sapahote bikārī re." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We are one
1:30 - 1:52 (22 min)
Recorded on
The Īśāvāsya Upaniṣad reveals the oneness of all existence. The opening mantra declares the completeness of the distant divine and the completeness of the entire manifest world. This fullness means nothing is diminished by removal, like water from an ocean. All is permeated by the divine, establishing a fundamental unity that makes conflict unnecessary. The Upaniṣad, part of the Yajur Veda, condenses vast knowledge into eighteen mantras. The first instructs against coveting what belongs to others, for if all is filled with God, one already possesses what is needed. True enjoyment comes through renunciation and contentment. The second teaches to perform duties and live life fully for a hundred years, meaning to live completely. Since action is inevitable while in a body, one should engage in useful work. The third warns that those who commit ātmahatyā—not merely physical suicide but living contrary to one's true duty and Self—enter darkness. The final mantra is a prayer for divine guidance onto the right path. "Oṁ īśā vāsyam idaṁ sarvaṁ, yat kiñca jagatyāṁ jagat." "Kurvanneveha karmāṇi jijīviṣecchaṭaṁ samāḥ." Three Doshas In Ayurveda
2:30 - 3:30 (60 min)
Recorded on
The three doṣas—Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha—are the pillars of Āyurvedic physiology, governing the body and mind. These bioenergies, formed from the five elements at conception, establish one's lifelong constitution. An individual's prakṛti is a unique blend where one or two doṣas dominate. Vāta, from air and space, governs movement. Pitta, from fire and water, governs transformation and temperature. Kapha, from earth and water, governs structure and lubrication. Balance is maintained through a regular life aligned with nature: proper diet, satisfying work, rest, and sensory satisfaction. Imbalance manifests as specific symptoms. Restoration involves diet with opposing qualities, daily routine, yoga, meditation, pacifying music, and herbal medicine. Increasing sattva guṇa is fundamental for all constitutions. "All three are present, but one or two are always dominant, and this makes the individuality." "If we live with satisfied senses, then we always stay in balance." Filming location: UK
Do everything with bhava
3:35 - 3:51 (16 min)
Recorded on
The Śrāvaṇa month is dedicated to Lord Śiva, who drank the ocean's poison to protect all beings, earning the name Nīlakaṇṭha. Offerings like water, milk, and honey during this time are for inner purification, with effects multiplied. Śiva is pleased by pure intention, not elaborate ritual. A devoted boy once performed an abhiṣeka with spoiled milk, pickle brine, and maple syrup, creating chaos. Yet, his pure bhāva, his heartfelt feeling, transformed the village, bringing rain and harmony. The essence of any action—worship, service, or daily work—is the love and sincerity with which it is performed. That feeling is everything. "He took that poison and drank it, which is why his throat is blue." "It does not matter how we do it, but with which bhāva, with which feelings, we are doing it." Yoga in Daily Life: Health Promotion in the Czech Republic
4:00 - 4:13 (13 min)
Recorded on
Yoga in Daily Life systematically promotes health in the Czech Republic. The system began here in 1973, based on the traditional concept of Vedānta. It offers training on four levels: physical, mental, social, and spiritual, for everyone regardless of background. This aligns with the national health strategy, which now explicitly includes spiritual health. New government action plans until 2020 target areas where yoga can directly contribute: promoting physical activity, proper nutrition, mental health, reducing risky behaviors, and mitigating environmental stress. The system's sophisticated, methodology-unique techniques make it suitable for research and intervention programs, with publications available for specific health groups. The association has grown to become the largest in the country, with a widespread network of centers offering lessons. "The state belongs to those that allow and highly appreciate cooperation with public, private, and non-governmental organizations." "This harmonizing of the physical, mental, social, and spiritual level, is truly the only chance to keep peace and development in our society." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Be within thyself
4:20 - 5:05 (45 min)
Recorded on
True meditation is found within, not in external pursuits. External experiences are temporary, like falling leaves or pictures of food that cannot satisfy hunger. The source of lasting peace and power resides inside every person. Looking outward in meditation is like a father distracting a child with promises; the comfort is fleeting. A seeker performing many rituals found no peace until instructed to simply rest inwardly and surrender all effort. Another devotee could not see Kṛṣṇa in meditation until taught to calm the inner vision. All that is sought—God, the guru, harmony—is already present within the self. The journey requires turning the senses inward to discover the permanent source behind the temporary world. "Go within thyself. Whatever is given from outside is given... But what is given from outside is temporary." "Close your eyes and rest. Give it to me... Don’t think anything. Now you should know that I am in my body." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
There is no end of learning
5:10 - 5:51 (41 min)
Recorded on
The ashram is heaven on earth, a place of immense energy where the Guru is always present in essence. A journey unfolds through divine guidance, not personal will. A trip to India for Guru Pūrṇimā was redirected by unseen forces, leading one back to the ashram family. Later, guidance came through a spoken sentence about Romania, which led to the establishment of an ashram there through inner instruction, not conversation. A pilgrimage to holy sites in the Himalayas was similarly guided, with paths clearing miraculously to allow darśan. In all endeavors, the Guru's direction is for self-learning. Yoga is a path to discover who one is. Scientific research into modified prāṇāyāma, inspired by the Guru's words, later fostered a university collaboration and a successful public yoga event, where a protective cloud appeared as a sign. "With our yoga in daily life, it is not just āsana. It is a way to learn about ourselves and to look at ourselves." "One sentence from Gurudev can change and influence so many things." The Divali Festival
5:55 - 6:14 (19 min)
Recorded on
The light of divine grace illuminates the eternal truth. This celebration originates from the divine presence of Śiva, Viṣṇu, and Brahmā. God's grace manifested, allowing people to walk a new path at night, bringing the light of spiritual practice. Over time, people forgot this divine presence amidst worldly affairs. The observance involves gathering, where children are seated and it is said that God will come. The principle extends to all, as seen in the relationship between Kṛṣṇa and Rukmiṇī, which signifies a divine belonging for all devotees. The essence is the eternal, accessible truth. "When everyone comes, the children sit down... they say, 'Yes, you do one thing: sit in your house, sit there, so that God will come.'" "Rukmiṇī belongs to Kṛṣṇa. And that of Kṛṣṇa is Rukmiṇī. And Rukmiṇī belongs to all of us." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
How to use the mantra
7:00 - 7:38 (38 min)
Recorded on
Chanting mantras brings peace and purifies the environment through resonance. Life's disturbances agitate the mind, but mantra restores concentration and releases stress. The Guru Mantra profoundly affects body, mind, intellect, and consciousness. Five techniques exist for its practice. First is writing the mantra daily; positive mantras are not secret and help others. Second is chanting aloud, which influences the three primary energy channels and awakens resonance within the chakras. Each alphabet in the chakras represents a protective power. Third is whispering with slight lip movement, a stage of turning inward while remaining aware. Fourth is mental repetition, which awakens the inner light of knowledge. Fifth is automatic repetition, where the mantra continues effortlessly like breath, requiring no physical or mental effort. This highest level operates constantly. Mantra chanting creates a powerful energy that awakens inner knowledge. "The Mother Earth has enough for our need, but not for our greed." "Ajāpa means you need not repeat. Neither your lips nor your tongue moves." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Mantras and Bhajans
7:45 - 8:25 (40 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is the gathering where truth resides and God is the center. Life transforms in its light, allowing action with detachment. The broader meaning is a gathering of like-minded individuals focusing on God beyond any single religion. The closer meaning is the place where truth itself resides. Bhajans are the songs born from the realization of saints, expressing divine glory through poetry and melody. Diving into bhajans reveals endless layers of truth, which deepens with devoted repetition. This practice is a gentle medium for revelation, a base teaching requiring only voice or mind. To sing bhajans is to communicate with God and the masters, understanding their teachings. "The center of every satsaṅg is God. It doesn’t matter which name." "Bhajans highlight the glory of God in whatever form... The more often you repeat, the more you sing with devotion, with bhakti, the more the truth will reveal itself to you." Devotion centers on the guru's feet as the ultimate refuge and source of grace. The seeker's entire spiritual journey is directed toward this sacred focus. All effort and aspiration culminate in surrender at this divine threshold. The feet represent the complete embodiment of the teacher's wisdom and compassion. They are the portal through which worldly attachment is severed. Approaching them requires reverence, patience, and a gentle, steady resolve. The grace flowing from them is the supreme gift that liberates the soul. "The mind's sole attachment is to the guru's feet." "Grace is the donation of the feet, the feet..." Without a true mind, nothing is purified. The mind cannot be purified without being true. Whether one performs austerities or pilgrimages, or practices yoga and samadhi, all is in vain without the true mind. The grace of the Satguru is essential. Upon seeing the Guru's form, the mind can attain supreme ecstasy. All spiritual practices depend on the Guru's word and grace. The true mind and the Guru's grace are the sole means to the divine. "Mana saccā binā nahīṁ sudhare." "Sat guru nama chaha, chahe panama chaha visa vi desha." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Sound and resonance
11:50 - 12:46 (56 min)
Recorded on
Morning Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vep, Hungary. Regardless whether you understand bhajans or not, the resonance awakens spirituality in you. The resonance of the songs is reflected in our ten indriyas (organs of perception and action). Swami Sivananda said in his bhajan: those are my friends who understand my words. Shabda means sound, words. In the Gurukul, the warrior students learnt all mantras for archery. By the power of these mantras the arrow goes straight to where the sound of the tiger came from. Vishwaguruji explains the karmic sin of King Dasharatha, father of God Rama.

A call for conscious living and holistic health. Modern life has brought widespread disease, largely due to adulterated food from chemical additives and seed modifications. This harms humanity and all animals. We must return to organic, original foods and teach our children this and familial respect, as connection is lost. True knowledge comes from ancient scriptures, not transient modern sources. Spiritual practice is essential. We need healthy food, a pure yoga practice, and authentic guru-disciple relationships. For physical health, adopt a simple fast of two days per week, drinking only good water. Practice key techniques: Aśvinī Mudrā to heal hemorrhoids, applying a tiny amount of oil or ghee to the navel daily for overall health, and Brahmrī to alleviate headaches. These require consistent practice over time. "Try to get all organic food for your house. If there is one day with no organic food to eat, then do not eat for that day." "Two days in one week: give up food, drink water. You will see that your diseases, many diseases, will go away." Filming location: Slovenska Vas, Slovenia
Guruji's life with Mahaprabuji
14:00 - 15:00 (60 min)
Recorded on
The master's care manifests through complete trust in his guidance. A story illustrates this: during a drought, a request was made for rain. The instruction was given to perform a fire ceremony. The promise was that rain would come. The ceremony began. Clouds gathered. Rain fell abundantly, filling the pond and fields. This demonstrates the principle. The master's power acts, often through indirect means. Similar events have occurred here, where following an instruction to chant for rain resulted in a downpour that filled an empty pond overnight. Another time, a directive to perform prayer beads for rain resulted in a flood. The mechanism is not for us to question. The essential element is trust. When asked to perform a task that seems beyond capacity, the ego resists. But the master's request implies the capability is present. One must proceed with faith. Trust enables the seemingly impossible. Without that trust, obstacles remain. "Go and have a fire ceremony at the watering place in your village, and then you will get rain." "Don't worry, I'll take care of everything." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

This is the time to work on our inner self
19:00 - 19:45 (45 min)
Recorded on
This is the time to return to our inner self. Humans work very hard externally, constructing roads and buildings, often with environmental cost. This external endeavor is great, but we work too hard outside. If we worked on our inner body for one or two hours daily, that would be very good. Yoga is that inner engineering. It is not merely external exercise but acting for the whole world from within. The techniques are already within, showing how the body is continually made better. Yoga practice gives exercises for the inner body, leading to peace and harmony. The difference is we often do too much externally while neglecting the inner self. "We humans work too hard externally. If we worked on our inner body for one or two hours each day, that would be very, very good." "Yoga is the engineer, not a human. The techniques of yoga, all that God has made, are already within." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Guru Tattva cleans everything
20:55 - 21:43 (48 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Guru Tattva is realized through the dual forms of the Guru. The manifest, personal Guru is the accessible form for worship and guidance. The unmanifest Guru is the same reality, present within. The personal form is the practical means to reach the impersonal truth. The Guru principle is transmitted through an ancient spiritual lineage, symbolized by earrings representing the union of masculine and feminine divine energies. Spiritual progress requires purifying the inner instrument. This is achieved by cultivating pure relationships, seeing all beings through the lens of kinship—as mother, father, sister, or brother. This equal vision purifies thoughts and dissolves ego. Surrender is not a physical act but an internal melting of the heart. The Guru's words are a nectar that cleanses negative energies and cuts through karma, bestowing liberation. "Through that, you will come automatically to nirguṇa." "In this way, we can purify our antaḥkaraṇa, mana, buddhi, citta, ahaṁkāra—the mind, intellect, our consciousness, and our ego." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Gurudev bring us haven to haven
21:50 - 22:39 (49 min)
Recorded on
The teaching focuses on the practice of Brahmārī and the nature of the Guru. The Brahmārī is a technique centered in the heart, the body, and expressed through sound. There are many aspects to it, some unseen. True guidance is essential; attempting the practice without a genuine connection to a teacher can cause problems. The real Guru is a supreme principle, beyond even divine forms. Many are called guru, as anyone who teaches something holds that role temporarily. The physical distinctions of male and female are superficial; inwardly, there is unity. All beings and elements participate in this reality. Practice involves specific techniques of breath and awareness directed at the heart and navel, coordinating sound and inhalation precisely. "Above them is the guru. That guru is above even Śiva." "Everybody who gives us something is our guru." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Guruji is Divine Light
22:45 - 23:21 (36 min)
Recorded on
The divine bond between guru and disciple is the foundation of spiritual life. A disciple's journey begins with a longing for truth. Upon meeting the guru, one recognizes a divine light and a profound inner calling. The guru's training is rigorous, designed to transform the raw disciple into a refined instrument. This process requires complete surrender, like a seed dying to become a tree. The guru's protection is constant, ensuring the disciple's spiritual safety and discipline. Through loving guidance and demanding work, wisdom is transferred not merely by instruction but through grace and experience. This bond culminates in the disciple embodying the teachings and receiving the guru's complete spiritual transmission. "The Master makes the disciple a Master, if that vein goes through that training." "In love, there is trust. In love, there is protection. In love, there is a surrender, acceptance, and it is a oneness." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
