The evolution of the Universe
4:30 - 5:21 (51 min)
Yoga is the ancient science of body, mind, and soul, originating from the very beginning of endless cosmic cycles. It stems from the interplay between universal consciousness and space. The creator, Śiva, manifested from the primordial sound, or resonance, which holds the universe together. This resonance is in every cell, creating harmony. Yoga is not merely physical exercise but the pursuit of health, balance, and oneness. The human body is a microcosm of five elements and contains energy centers, or chakras, along subtle nerves. Our awareness and practices like prāṇāyāma, postures, and chanting purify these energies, address ailments from stored emotions, and align us with the cosmic dance of creation and dissolution, leading toward liberation.
"Yoga is not just that physical exercise. We call it yoga because it must bring good health, balance, harmony, and oneness of body, mind, and soul."
"From the end of the spinal column is the seat of Śiva and Gaṇeśa. Gaṇeśa is in the Mūlādhāra Cakra. Mūla means roots."

Do everything with bhava
6:35 - 6:51 (16 min)
The Śrāvaṇa month is dedicated to Lord Śiva, who drank the ocean's poison to protect all beings, earning the name Nīlakaṇṭha. Offerings like water, milk, and honey during this time are for inner purification, with effects multiplied. Śiva is pleased by pure intention, not elaborate ritual. A devoted boy once performed an abhiṣeka with spoiled milk, pickle brine, and maple syrup, creating chaos. Yet, his pure bhāva, his heartfelt feeling, transformed the village, bringing rain and harmony. The essence of any action—worship, service, or daily work—is the love and sincerity with which it is performed. That feeling is everything.
"He took that poison and drank it, which is why his throat is blue."
"It does not matter how we do it, but with which bhāva, with which feelings, we are doing it."

The Pearl of Everlasting Bliss
6:55 - 7:16 (21 min)
Life's deepest treasure is complete and everlasting bliss, the crown of self-realization rooted in God-realization. Rare beings attain this pearl of Paramānanda. A seeker's deep prayer brought him face-to-face with his divine master, seeing the form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. He became a true disciple, devoting body, mind, and soul. He received the highest spiritual initiation, instantly attaining samādhi. His life was a permanent establishment in the highest spiritual experience under his master's guidance. As a spiritual successor, he built and established āśrams, tirelessly spreading the light. He preached non-dualism, non-violence as the highest religion, and the unity of all humanity through song and service. His devotion was Parabhakti, love without reservation, repeating the divine name for over eighteen hours daily. Such love overcomes all obstacles between us and God. He became a living testament that this realization is possible.
"My eyes filled with tears, and I fell to my knees. I knew I had found the everlasting light of my life."
"All humans belong to one religion, and that is humanity."

The refuge lies at the divine feet. By taking refuge there, one experiences supreme truth and bliss, becoming free from the cycle of birth and death. The mind finds its steady path. The Vedas and Puranas sing of this refuge. True devotion and knowledge lead to liberation. The divine name itself brings supreme happiness. The true Guru is incomparable.
"Charaṇamme Arasattati Ratahe, Vohela Purāṇamme Gāte."

Bhajan Singing from Jadan
8:10 - 9:20 (70 min)
A musical offering explores devotion through raga and sacred verse. The performance weaves classical composition with devotional poetry. It presents the longing of Meera, who found divine nectar in poison. It shares Kabir's metaphor of the body as a finely woven garment dyed in divine essence. The inquiry asks who truly comes and goes in this world of light and illusion. The teaching asserts that only the true Guru's name endures, while all else is transient. The offering culminates in universal salutations to the divine in all forms.
"Rana ne vish diya, mano amrit piya. Mira saagar me sarita samaane lagi."
"Santa, kun re āve re, kun jāye bole re? Jaari khabar karo."

How our fate brings us to yoga
10:10 - 11:15 (65 min)
A journey unfolds from personal crisis to spiritual awakening through the Guru's grace. A life in America, surrounded by material pursuit, led to physical injury and deep questioning. Searching for healing introduced a reluctant yoga practice. Discovering a book compelled a journey to New Zealand, where a meeting with the Guru felt like a destined reunion. The Guru's instruction to teach and later to open an ashram was initially resisted but ultimately accepted. Teaching Yoga in Daily Life in the West reveals a society where yoga is often mere gymnastics and core values are crumbling. The current global situation acts as a collective tapasyā, forcing introspection. True yoga is not sequential postures but the purification of all layers of being, integrated into daily life and simple human interactions.
"Everything is just crumbling. How can it get any better?" And Gurudev just said, "Put it in the fire." Tapasyā.
"I practice Yoga in Daily Life. That’s my job on Wall Street."

Bhagwan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji
11:20 - 12:27 (67 min)
Today is the day of Bhagavān Mahāprabhujī. Brahmalīna beings are embodiments of the supreme, everlasting Brahman, which merges within devotees as both nirguṇa and saguṇa. Obstacles like negative thinking block this divine flow, just as a stone blocks a water pipe. Siddhas, who are transparent to divine vibration, manifest for purification. Cheating others creates lifelong negative karmic reactions; it is better to be cheated. Backbiting steals negative energies but also affects the victim. Maintain humility and positive thoughts to keep your path clear, like an elephant ignoring barking dogs. Reading holy texts purifies daily consciousness. External possessions are like dust, but your inner self is an eternal treasure. The mantra "Om Prabhu Deep Niranjan Sab Dukha Bhanjan" removes all troubles. Masters can turn obstacles into fog for the faithful. Divine beings appear in visions to guide and bless. The described bhajan celebrates Mahāprabhujī as the radiant source and ocean of immortal nectar, whose glory resonates everywhere.
"Deep Niranjan means purities. Prabhu Deep Niranjan, Sab Dukha Bhanjan removes all troubles."
"On whom this nectar of immortality rained... who have drunk this with a full heart... his or her coming and going back is finished."

Rama and Hanuman
12:35 - 13:51 (76 min)
The full moon influences all life and consciousness, symbolizing completeness. Its energy affects nature and human health, making fasting beneficial on this day. Fasting involves consuming only liquids, fruits, and vegetables, which can improve health and reduce blood pressure. What we eat is medicine, and cooking is a science for well-being. The story of Hanuman teaches that devotion must remain free from ego and doubt. Even great devotees can falter, but true devotion holds God within the heart, beyond all confusion.
"Pūrṇamadaḥ, pūrṇamidaṃ, pūrṇāt, pūrṇamudacyate... that Pūrṇa is also our self."
"When we lose our confidence—though we had confidence—but sometimes a certain constellation comes, and we are suddenly separated."

Guruji is Divine Light
13:55 - 14:31 (36 min)
The divine bond between guru and disciple is the foundation of spiritual life.
A disciple's journey begins with a longing for truth. Upon meeting the guru, one recognizes a divine light and a profound inner calling. The guru's training is rigorous, designed to transform the raw disciple into a refined instrument. This process requires complete surrender, like a seed dying to become a tree. The guru's protection is constant, ensuring the disciple's spiritual safety and discipline. Through loving guidance and demanding work, wisdom is transferred not merely by instruction but through grace and experience. This bond culminates in the disciple embodying the teachings and receiving the guru's complete spiritual transmission.
"The Master makes the disciple a Master, if that vein goes through that training."
"In love, there is trust. In love, there is protection. In love, there is a surrender, acceptance, and it is a oneness."

Diwali Satsang with Vishwaguruji
14:35 - 15:50 (75 min)
Diwali is the festival of light, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. This ancient Vedic tradition celebrates the incarnation of divine light and the return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya after defeating Ravana. The lighting of lamps represents the inner soul and the spiritual light within every individual. This light is the knowledge of the self, or atma jnana, which dispels suffering and negativity. The Guru guides disciples from darkness to this inner light. Diwali is also a time for new beginnings, forgiveness, and renewal of relationships, marking a personal and collective spiritual new year. The festival connects the cosmic narrative to the inner journey, where following the Guru's path leads to liberation.
"The light of the dipaka, the Diwali light, is within every one of us."
"Diwali is the greatest festival for humans to learn to be in the light, not in the darkness."

The Serpent's Blessing: A Story of Kuṇḍalinī
17:40 - 18:35 (55 min)
The path of Kuṇḍalinī is systematic, like climbing a building step by step. Each person possesses a vast inner kingdom with levels to traverse. Awakening this energy is not simple. Many seek it out of curiosity, but without true mastery it becomes a dangerous business. A story tells of a man who learned to charm a cobra, calling it Kuṇḍalinī awakening, and displayed it for money. This is not real mastery. A monkey stole the basket, releasing the serpent, which then overpowered the thief. When Kuṇḍalinī truly awakens without proper guidance, no one can save you. Another story tells of a man under a wish-fulfilling tree who received everything he desired, including his fears. Do not greedily chase such powers. Do not force techniques from books. Relax, meditate, and live properly. The energy will come naturally.
"Kuṇḍalinī is awakening—it is not easy, what people are saying."
"Do not run behind such things."

Mahaprabhuji's Birthday Satsang
18:40 - 19:19 (39 min)
The festival of Deepavali is celebrated according to the lunar calendar, for the moon governs the mind and the changing seasons. The human mind, like the moon, is always changing. A promise must be kept even at the cost of one's life, so think carefully before speaking. To control the emotions, which are like water in motion, one must follow the lunar cycles.
The soul enters the human body pure, but then accumulates karmic impressions through action. These impressions must be purified. For this, the Guru principle is essential. The Guru is the light. There are divine principles: Brahmā the creator, Viṣṇu the protector, and Śiva the liberator. Śiva is Swayambhū, a self-manifested light, not born of parents. The Guru is the fourth principle, known as Nityāvatāra, the eternal incarnation. "Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurudev Maheśvara." One must meditate on the Guru's form, worship the Guru's feet, and follow the Guru's instruction as the true mantra. Liberation comes only through the Guru's grace.
"Therefore: 'Dhyāna-mūlaṁ guru-mūrti, pūjā-mūlaṁ guru-padaṁ, mantra-mūlaṁ guru-vākyaṁ, mokṣa-mūlaṁ guru-kṛpā.'"
"Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurudev Maheśvara, Gurur Sākṣāt Parabrahm."

We have to become united in Oneness
19:25 - 20:42 (77 min)
Evening program with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. We have our destiny in which it is written when and where we are. The story of a boat in the ocean and a bird. It is in our fate that we want to reach God. We are like a bird coming and going. Life is only temporary. Every living creature has its fate and life. Become one with all. At the end, a drop of water arrives at the ocean and becomes one with it. When we die, our soul goes from the body, which is like a stone falling down. Some of us go towards the pure Light and others come back again. There is only one door when we leave our bodies. Nowadays children don't accept the advice of their parents. Don't kill anyone and don't speak negative words. Practising AUM chanting, bhramari pranayama and some simple asanas.
The relation between Guru and disciple
20:50 - 21:54 (64 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Jadan Ashram, Rajasthan, India. Holy Guruji and Sri Mahaprabhuji meeting in Jodhpur. How bhajans are performed in India and around the world. Guru and disciple are always in connection with each other. Just as the relationship between mother and child is forever, even if they are not physically in the same place.
I am Thine
22:00 - 22:44 (44 min)
The disciple's vessel awaits the grace of the Guru. A bhajan expresses the longing for the Guru's love to fill an empty vessel, as all who come to that divine door receive their heart's wish. The disciple desires nothing—not money, not even God—only the holy presence of the Gurudev. It is said the Guru filled the disciple completely. The relationship transcends physical passing, as the Guru's presence remains living and leading. The essence is to want nothing but the Guru.
"Please, when will you fill my pot with your mercy, with your love? I am waiting at your divine door."
"I don’t want anything, only Gurudev."

Keep the light
22:50 - 23:52 (62 min)
The search is for the divine light within the holy places and service to the Master's path. The desert seat of Jadan holds immense energy and is becoming a great holy place through collective work. Every word of the Gurudeva comes true, as seen in the fulfillment of blessings and awards. The presence in the ashram is intense, offering a space for inner work within a different experience of time. Service is the sādhanā; working for the Gurudeva purifies and leads to subtle spiritual attainments. The Himalayan masters, like Alak Purījī, are indescribable and bestow blessings across ages, with their legacy flowing through rivers and disciples.
"Where there is light, it brings bright thoughts. Where there is darkness, negative thoughts come."
"Through that sādhanā, we come to the subtle body... Slowly, slowly, their physical body turns into a subtle body."
