Webcast from Jadan Ashram
0:05 - 1:11 (66 min)
Recorded on
The true Guru and true fellowship are the sole support for the soul. Without them, the life force departs, wandering aimlessly. The world and the ocean offer no refuge. The mind, left to its own devices, knows nothing and achieves nothing. Only through this divine connection is there blessing and grace. The tradition is honored from Sadāśiva through Śaṅkarācārya to the present teachers. The ultimate state is attained not by ritual, progeny, or wealth, but by renunciation and the knowledge of Vedānta. "What will happen if you listen to me?" "There is no support for me in this world, and the ocean." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Try to be nirmohi
1:15 - 1:51 (36 min)
Recorded on
The Earth suffers from human exploitation, and our food has been destroyed by the loss of natural seeds and chemical pollution. We have dug coal, diverted water, and injected chemicals, making the mother suffer. Seeds that once lasted for generations now must be bought anew, and our vegetables are tasteless and dangerous. Educated people have ruined everything. Many diseases arise from this corrupted food. Yet, some are returning to cultivate good seeds at home. We must detach from worldly attachments to move toward the Supreme. Attachment, or moha, is the heaviest obstacle to self-realization. Discipline and satsang are the paths to remove this attachment. A story of a detached king illustrates that true renunciation means no attachment, even to family. Our senses and mind constantly seek more, but we must direct the mind through satsang and wisdom to control attachment while in the body. "Holy Gurujī used to say that Bhagavān Viṣṇu put seva and mokṣa in a scale. And the scale of seva was much heavier than mokṣa." "Attachment will always be as long as we have this physical body, as long as the indriyas are active. There will always be. But we should know this: that we wake our wisdom to know and to decide." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Live as a Yogi
1:55 - 2:31 (36 min)
Recorded on
A yogic life honors the body as divine through natural nourishment and disciplined practice. Modern disease arises from unnatural living, improper eating, and environmental harm. While doctors are a boon, true health returns to the natural way, like nourishment from a grandmother's kitchen. Constant eating and artificial habits shorten life. Past generations lived long through natural sustenance. The body is our temple and primary religion. One must live with consistency, avoiding contradictions like practicing yoga then consuming harmful substances. Begin each day mindfully, acknowledging our human form and connection to elements like water. The aim is for all to become yogis—healthy, peaceful, and devoted to the living God within this body. "The best medicine is the kitchen of our grandmothers." "Our body is our God. It is our holy place." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Trees also have karma
2:35 - 2:57 (22 min)
Recorded on
The ancient forest reveals profound truths through its life and stories. To understand it is to know everything. Sages walk there, and a solitary yogī lives among immense, ancient trees. We have such a forest in our ashram. There, a massive banyan tree, over 5,000 years old, stands. This reminds me of a story from another ashram. A young guru there spoke to a great tree, prophesying its death within two years. The tree, confident after millennia, asked who could kill it. The guru said its friends would, and that its enemy was in fire and iron. Later, a man with an axe came and felled the tree. The fallen tree later advised that one should not have enemies, and if someone is your enemy, be kind to them. There is a lesson in small things, like a needle that can kill. We should always be careful, happy, and kind. Then, their karma will affect them, not you. The trees are our best friends. We humans need the forests and should love them. "Ṛṣi, you take care of yourself. I am okay." "Therefore, we should always be careful and always be very happy and kind to others." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Around the world - Yoga exercises specifically for women
3:00 - 3:36 (36 min)
Recorded on
This is a gentle yoga sequence for menstrual well-being. We begin with relaxation and full yogic breath to harmonize body and mind. Specific postures target the pelvic area and lower back. The first exercise involves bringing one knee to the chest, then extending the leg, performed slowly and consciously. This is followed by Marjari, the cat pose, to create a supple back. We then practice hip-opening postures like the half and full butterfly. A key squatting pose is emphasized for menstrual issues, grounding, and leg strength. We proceed to Setu Āsana, the bridge, to strengthen the lower body. A final side-lying balance pose benefits the lower abdomen. Conclude by feeling the effects of the practice. "This exercise is especially good for menstrual problems, and also beneficial for the lower back, constipation, and hips." "This pose is especially good for women... for irregular menstruation, or for heavy bleeding between periods."

Christmas conveys a dual message of joy and sorrow to awaken compassion. Holy incarnations appear for a purpose or remain as constant saints. God sustains all life, yet human greed corrupts this natural provision. The season reminds us of divine births, like Jesus, born into hardship to exemplify love and perseverance. Living in this complex world requires balance, like a tongue amidst teeth. True saintliness is an inner quality, not an external uniform. The path demands positive thinking toward all, without judgment, as divine figures work to show the way. "God is feeding everyone. And what they call the food companies are now controlling, and they produce the food as they like." "Those who love their friends and enemies equally, they are dear to me." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Nada Yoga
4:30 - 5:14 (44 min)
Recorded on
The essence of reality is the primordial sound, Nāda. The infinite cosmos emerged from the vibration of Om within the void. This macrocosmic principle is mirrored in the human body. The first point of life is the navel, sustained by the mother's sacred womb, which represents complete consciousness and protection. As the universe is within the body, every organ exists within the network of nāḍīs. The heart is a devoted servant, yet we ignore its needs for sensory pleasures, causing suffering. The practice of Nāda Yoga allows one to perceive this divine vibration within. The individual is like a flute; only when touched by the divine breath does it transmit the supreme life. When the sound of the ten senses is awakened, one realizes "I am That," and mental modifications cease, leading to deep meditation. True practice requires compassion; without the Guru, no endeavor succeeds. "Yathā brahmāṇḍe tathā piṇḍe. As is the macrocosm, so is the microcosm." "Gurudev bina kāraj na sare... without the Guru, it cannot be done." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
The Awakening of Consciousness: Kuṇḍalinī and Cakras
5:15 - 7:09 (114 min)
Recorded on
The science of yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness. Yoga is the eternal balancing principle in the universe, not a religion or dogma. The cosmic vibration, declared as OM, exists within and outside us. Human life is a precious chance within the cycle of rebirth. The human intellect can be trained endlessly, and dormant abilities within are connected to the cakras, or energy centers. The subtle body has 72,000 nāḍīs, or channels, for transmitting consciousness and energy. The mind functions between the subconscious and conscious, taking in impressions that become desires. The intellect's duty is to give judgment. We normally experience three levels of consciousness: waking, dream, and deep sleep. Past deeds create our destiny, or prārabdha karma. The Kuṇḍalinī energy and the cakra system are responsible for developing consciousness and freeing it from subconscious fears. The major nāḍīs are Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā, balancing emotion and intellect. Haṭha Yoga unites these sympathetic and parasympathetic principles. The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process of becoming wise and calm, not a physical sensation. The cakras are located along the spinal column and are psychic energy centers. They are connected to the five elements and influence the body. Mastery leads towards liberation, the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness. This requires lifelong practice and guidance. "Yoga is not a religion, it is not a philosophy, it is not a dogma, but it is the eternal principle in this universe." "The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process; you don't feel it as a physical sensation. You feel happy, as if in the lap of the mother." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia DVD 188

Don't kill and understand everybody
9:05 - 9:58 (53 min)
Recorded on
The path is the journey of the individual soul back to the universal source. All beings are part of a cycle of consumption and rebirth. The human birth is a unique opportunity to transcend this cycle. The goal is to realize one's true nature as divine, beyond earthly identifications. This realization is the merging of the drop with the ocean. All religious paths are ultimately seeking this truth. The practices of yoga, including mantra and meditation, are tools for this inner journey. One must live ethically, causing no harm, and respect all life and teachers. A teacher is anyone who provides knowledge, from a parent to a driving instructor. The ultimate Guru is the inner divine principle. Spiritual progress requires humility, as claiming perfection is a sign of incompletion. Practice diligently for health, concentration, and self-realization. "All creatures are eating each other, killing each other. But it is said, you can say of God, Parabrahma, Paramatmā, that whatever you will see, we will come out of that." "Everything that someone has given us, that is our Guru." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Where is our house?
10:05 - 10:58 (53 min)
Recorded on
Our true home is in God, not in this world. We are born and move between places, yet never find a lasting home. Heaven is described as perfect joy, yet jealousy exists even there. A story illustrates divine purpose. God walks in a garden, greeting all plants. A bamboo feels empty and flawed, possessing jealousy's knot and fire. God explains He will craft the bamboo into Krishna's flute to bring harmony and joy to all beings. Later, the bamboo also serves as a conduit for the Ganga's water. Do not question God's actions; seek to understand them. Satsaṅg attracts those naturally drawn to the light of truth, like insects to a lamp. One whose nature is ignorance may flee the fragrance of truth for foulness. "God said, 'I will make a flute out of you.' ... You will make the whole world happy." "Chandana makkī parhāre, durgandhi vah uḍ jāye. So, one who is not a jñānī cannot go to the satsaṅg." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We enjoy our bodies and our sadhana also. Here are very beautiful trees and we are like children of that trees. We can take a tilak to our forehead and eat a very little sweet. Sweet means speak and think sweet. Our eyes can't see each other. The story about brothers and sisters. Anuloma viloma pranayama balances our mind. Eyes are the sisters and the nostrils are the brothers. Enjoy your life and do and think good. Beauty comes from inside. be thankful for God to live your beautiful life.
The real disciple
12:00 - 12:39 (39 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Sanātana Dharma is Śaṅkarācārya, who restored truth from a young age. He sought to become a sannyāsī despite his mother's initial refusal, later fulfilling his promise to perform her funeral rites against convention. He established four monasteries across India, providing different spiritual paths for different natures. Becoming a true disciple requires immense dedication, as illustrated by the tale of Upamanyu. The young boy endured severe tests from his guru, including starvation, blindness, and falling into a well, yet maintained his devotion. His unwavering faith ultimately invoked divine vision and strength. Modern disciples often lack such steadfastness, distracted by the temptations of the current age. "Mother, I will be there for you, but I must also go forth to restore reality and truth." "Gurudev, I cannot eat without first offering food to someone." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Body and intellect
12:45 - 13:24 (39 min)
Recorded on
The body is our most important instrument, yet we must understand what it serves. We possess a body but are not the body itself. This possession creates attachment, which is not inherently negative but becomes a burden when it causes suffering. The body is a fragile instrument governed by the senses. Ancient wisdom compares it to a chariot: the senses are the horses, the mind the reins, the intellect the driver, and the soul the passenger. The intellect, the driver, is crucial. It must learn to control the mind and senses through discrimination and experience to carry the soul safely. While we care for the body through yoga and healthy living, the ultimate goal is to discover the passenger within. Attachment to comfort is natural, but wisdom teaches us its outcomes without needing personal suffering. The aim is to establish a relationship with the inner self. "Nothing is really important in life. Only one thing: look for the Self." "The body itself is only an instrument." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
14:25 - 15:04 (39 min)
Recorded on
The yogic sleep of the realized being is a state of wakeful awareness. In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day. The senses are withdrawn yet perceiving, unattached like a white lotus in muddy water. One abides in the self, radiant on the throne of the heart. Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight. This is the sleep known to saints and sages, where consciousness remains fully conscious. "In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day." "Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Webcast from Jadan Ashram

The heart's plea is for the Guru's grace to reveal the true experience and provide refuge. When the Guru draws near, hope becomes possible; when distant, one is lost, not knowing where to turn. Worldly illusion holds no appeal, for nothing else is desired. Taking refuge in the Guru eradicates all deceit and the cycle of eighty-four. Through true association, one seeks freedom from the world. By meditating on the spotless, bondage is destroyed. If entangled in the consequences of worldly actions, one prays not to be drowned. The Self reveals the secret: why does this cage of five elements cause such anguish? This Self, the inner guide, explains the reality beyond mother, father, and family. "Kripa Karo Guru Deva Janan Hṛdaya Karo Nihivāsa." "Toya ātmā bheda batāvata hai." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

We should take one step further
20:00 - 20:33 (33 min)
Recorded on
A time for unity and caution requires spiritual progress. This period brings both celebration and sorrow. While many observe festive traditions, a global pandemic has caused immense suffering. Physical precautions like distancing are necessary for safety. Traditional greetings like namaste respect this need. All prayers, regardless of language or tradition, share a single essence. At death, the soul is liberated from the body and its distinctions. Concepts of heaven and hell are transient states, not permanent. Divine love is unconditional, like that of a parent. The inner light of the soul is universal and identical in all. Current practices must evolve toward deeper, inward meditation. An initiation will be offered to longstanding students to awaken their inherent divine nature, though self-knowledge remains incomplete. Persist in spiritual practice with faith. "Different countries, different traditions, different religions, different meanings—everything. But they are doing the same thing we are doing." "Yes, you are God. You are Guru. You are a disciple, but you still do not know what you are." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Actions taken without knowledge, including against innocent animals, require forgiveness. Justice from God may be delayed but is certain. Observing the world suggests those integrating yoga and lifelong vegetarianism show resilience. The human body is sacred and requires care. Modern consumption patterns, like constant eating, are unnatural and lead to disease. Eating less allows for greater vital energy. All people share one earth and must return to it. Political leaders worldwide are working diligently; they deserve respect and support during this time. The ultimate path is to relax peacefully, maintain positive thoughts, and pray. Water Is Life
23:20 - 23:37 (17 min)
Recorded on
Water is divine essence and life itself. Where water exists, divinity is present. It constitutes our physical form and emotional expressions, like tears of sorrow or joy. Without water, the body fails and disease follows. It flows within our nerves and blood. The ocean's salt is vital, and its evaporation forms clouds that bring rain, sustaining all life. Yogis harness this essence through breath. Human pollution has contaminated many water sources, yet nature's cycle continues to purify it. Our existence is fundamentally aqueous; every cell requires this stream. Life is inseparable from water. "Where there is water, there is God. Where there is God, there is water." "Water is life. Life is the water." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The Nabhi
23:45 - 0:40 (55 min)
Recorded on
The many paths of yoga converge like rivers into one ocean. Respect all ways of practice. The science of yoga is vast, yet we must understand our own body. The navel, or Nābhi, is the root. A problem there affects the whole system. To progress, one must bring the body under control through proper diet and awareness. Overweight individuals should eat lightly, focusing on salads and seeds, to achieve balance over time. Practice feeling the movement and vibration at the navel. This awareness is the foundation for meditation and self-knowledge. True practice begins from this root, balancing the physical to access deeper states. The sound of OM originates from the navel, rising through the channels to the crown. Balance in the body leads to balance in consciousness. "Yoga is yoga, but which kind of yoga? It is like this gathering: some have come from the East, some from the West, and all who have come via different paths have seen many different things." "The navel is the root. Everything is there. When there is a problem with the navel, the whole body will die." Filming location: Rijeka, Croatia
