Satsaṅg is the company of truth and spiritual association, while kusaṅg is negative company. A disciple wished to attend a festival, but his Gurujī gave him a peacock feather to view the crowd. Through it, he saw the gathering as a mass of fighting animals, except for a small group who remained human in appearance. He realized the crowd's internal qualities were base, though their external forms were human. He immediately returned to the pure company of his teacher. The body may appear human, but the inner quality defines one's nature. Therefore, seek satsaṅg. Do not outwardly declare others as not good, but regard all with good heart and thought. Positive energy may then flow, potentially leading them to good company in time. "Through the feather, he saw only animals in the crowd, but when he looked without it, they appeared as humans." "Therefore, satsaṅg. Satsaṅg is good things." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Don't kill and understand everybody
1:50 - 2:43 (53 min)
Recorded on
The path is the journey of the individual soul back to the universal source. All beings are part of a cycle of consumption and rebirth. The human birth is a unique opportunity to transcend this cycle. The goal is to realize one's true nature as divine, beyond earthly identifications. This realization is the merging of the drop with the ocean. All religious paths are ultimately seeking this truth. The practices of yoga, including mantra and meditation, are tools for this inner journey. One must live ethically, causing no harm, and respect all life and teachers. A teacher is anyone who provides knowledge, from a parent to a driving instructor. The ultimate Guru is the inner divine principle. Spiritual progress requires humility, as claiming perfection is a sign of incompletion. Practice diligently for health, concentration, and self-realization. "All creatures are eating each other, killing each other. But it is said, you can say of God, Parabrahma, Paramatmā, that whatever you will see, we will come out of that." "Everything that someone has given us, that is our Guru." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The Silent Revolution: Yoga as the Antidote to Mind Pollution and Failed Leadership
3:00 - 3:23 (23 min)
Recorded on
We need a silent revolution in leadership and consciousness. Old models have failed, creating crisis. Leaders are overwhelmed, lack self-awareness, and cannot inspire, leaving people disengaged. The solution is changing leaders. We are entering a cognitive age where mind care is paramount. Control your thoughts, for they become your destiny. Media exaggerates violence; data shows heart disease and cancer are far greater threats. The real danger is mind pollution—the poisoning of our minds. Yoga is for non-violence and peace. It is a systematic science for mastering the mind and achieving inner peace. A peaceful society guarantees the right to self-realization. Yoga accelerates human growth and is vital for well-being and social harmony. We must go public, integrate yoga into all education and leadership training, and promote it globally. "Control your thoughts, for they trigger your emotions and feelings. Control your emotions, for they become your words." "Yoga is a systematic, conscious science of human development. Its main technique is gaining mastery over the mind, stopping the internal dialogue." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
Water Is Life
3:30 - 3:47 (17 min)
Recorded on
Water is divine essence and life itself. Where water exists, divinity is present. It constitutes our physical form and emotional expressions, like tears of sorrow or joy. Without water, the body fails and disease follows. It flows within our nerves and blood. The ocean's salt is vital, and its evaporation forms clouds that bring rain, sustaining all life. Yogis harness this essence through breath. Human pollution has contaminated many water sources, yet nature's cycle continues to purify it. Our existence is fundamentally aqueous; every cell requires this stream. Life is inseparable from water. "Where there is water, there is God. Where there is God, there is water." "Water is life. Life is the water." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

We are that drops
6:35 - 8:04 (89 min)
Recorded on
Compassion for all creatures defines the human journey. The divine gift of human life carries the responsibility to bless and protect all beings. Humans alone possess this understanding, yet often fail to act upon it. Killing animals or harming any creature contradicts this sacred duty. All life is interconnected, just as a single drop is one with the vast ocean. The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul. At death, the body is surrendered, and the soul returns to its source, taking nothing material. One must move beyond the cycles of earthly and heavenly existence to realize this eternal oneness. In this age, inner strength is needed to turn from harm and realize the divine unity within all. "God has given us, and therefore we should not kill anyone." "The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Divali satsang 2021 Jadan Ashram
8:10 - 9:52 (102 min)
Recorded on
Today, the supremely bliss-bestowing Diwali has descended upon the world. The radiant light dispels all darkness. Every home sings songs of bliss and auspiciousness, sharing the good news. Sages and deities sing victory and offer flowers. The formless and the manifest Brahma are worshipped. The beauty of this day is indescribable. The Lord, immersed in bliss, grants His darśana. This is the land where the darśana of the Satguru is attained; the soul and divinity are revealed here. The Guru is the root of meditation, worship, mantra, and liberation. He rains down nectar, is beyond attachment, and is the eternal support. All bow to the Guru, who is verily Parabrahma. "Through the penance and glory of ancestors, the birth in India is achieved." "The root of liberation is the Guru's grace." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Purity is important in every level
10:00 - 11:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. There are holy books like Siva Purana or Bhagawad Gita that we should read every day to get knowledge from them. We should be humble to the knowledge. We should feel that knowledge in our bodies and our minds. Female shakti is very pure. Shakti and bhakti can become one. If you have a child you should do seva of him. Never separate from your children and the family. Mother is shakti bhakti adanda and gyana. Father is like Siva. Our kitchen and our bathroom should be always clean. We shouldn't let so much dirt behind us if we leave a hotel or an ashram in the morning. We should keep clean our thoughts without any negative vibration.

Follow the path
13:00 - 14:17 (77 min)
Recorded on
The Satguru is the supreme reality and the sole means to liberation. The true Guru is the very form of bliss and knowledge, transcending all duality and qualities. Devotion to the Guru is the essential practice. Perform the loving worship of the Satguru. The disciple's joy depends solely on the Guru's grace. One must never abandon the Guru, for the Guru is the living Sanātana Dharma. In this age, many falsely claim to be gurus without lineage. Do not lose connection to the mother, father, and Guru. Modern exercises called yoga are not the true path. The Guru's lineage is paramount. "Full of bliss, bestowing supreme joy, the very form of knowledge, transcending duality... To that Sadguru, I bow." "Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalam, Śiṣye Ke Ānanda Maṅgalam. If you are a disciple of that Gurudev, then it doesn’t matter if you are the highest of the high, but for your Gurujī, you are a disciple." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Yoga in Daily Life - exercise program
16:00 - 17:29 (89 min)
Recorded on
A guided practice of deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness. Begin by systematically releasing tension from the feet to the face with each exhale. Practice creating and releasing tension in individual limbs, then the whole body, to feel the contrast. Move with slow, deliberate stretches, coordinating each motion with the breath to explore the body's range. Perform gentle spinal twists and core engagements, always moving within a comfortable range without pain. Conclude with focused breathing exercises to purify and calm the nervous system, followed by a period of silent integration. "Release the entire torso, both arms, the muscles in the neck, and all the muscles in the face as you send the exhale throughout the entire body." "The exhalation purifies, releases, and frees you from tension." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Protect Mother Earth
17:35 - 18:28 (53 min)
Recorded on
A prayer for the protection of Mother Earth. Humans have destroyed the Earth by extracting oil, coal, and minerals, breaking her body. Mother Earth provides for all creatures, from ants to elephants, yet we live improperly and are often ill. The current age brings pandemics, war, and environmental turmoil. We must act now to protect all life and not kill the Mother. Previous generations respected the Earth, but now knowledge is lost. Do not waste food or water, for they are divine gifts and life itself. Throwing them away is a sin. Live happily and peacefully, keeping the inner light alive, and uplift others through prayer and mantra. "From the little ant to the elephant, who is feeding them? Not us—Mother Earth." "Throwing away food is a sin—a sin to destroy food." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Yoga, Faith, and Integration: A Personal Journey and Panel Discussion
19:00 - 20:04 (64 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a faith-based system for wellness and healing, integrating consciousness with the body. A personal testimony describes overcoming a cancer diagnosis by refusing conventional treatment and rewriting one's mental blueprint. The individual believed revised thoughts would communicate with cells and DNA to halt disease progression, attributing survival solely to yoga practiced with faith and discipline. This illustrates yoga's potential beyond physical postures, focusing on divine energy and consciousness. Panelists discuss integrating traditional Āyush systems like Homeopathy, Āyurveda, and Siddha with yoga and modern medicine. Homeopathy treats the whole person mind-body-intellect economically. Āyurveda and yoga share principles of removing prāṇic blockages through detoxification and lifestyle. Siddha medicine inherently includes yoga and varma therapy. All emphasize a holistic, health-centric approach over a disease-centric model, addressing root causes like stress and suppressed urges. The World Health Organization supports developing evidence-based yoga modules for non-communicable diseases and exploring integrative service delivery. The spiritual core of yoga is to raise human consciousness, with health benefits being natural side effects. "If you allow God’s energy to run into your system by removing the ignorance that blocks it, God will provide the miracles." "Yoga and Āyurveda are like the two faces of the same coin. If we can integrate both concepts, probably we can render wonderful results." Filming location: Delhi, India

Body and intellect
21:25 - 22:04 (39 min)
Recorded on
The body is our most important instrument, yet we must understand what it serves. We possess a body but are not the body itself. This possession creates attachment, which is not inherently negative but becomes a burden when it causes suffering. The body is a fragile instrument governed by the senses. Ancient wisdom compares it to a chariot: the senses are the horses, the mind the reins, the intellect the driver, and the soul the passenger. The intellect, the driver, is crucial. It must learn to control the mind and senses through discrimination and experience to carry the soul safely. While we care for the body through yoga and healthy living, the ultimate goal is to discover the passenger within. Attachment to comfort is natural, but wisdom teaches us its outcomes without needing personal suffering. The aim is to establish a relationship with the inner self. "Nothing is really important in life. Only one thing: look for the Self." "The body itself is only an instrument." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
22:10 - 22:45 (35 min)
Recorded on
Devotion manifests through repetitive praise and ecstatic song. The core practice is the invocation of divine names and gurus. This chanting is a phonetic rendering of a live devotional session. Its repetitive phrases are musical refrains, not discursive arguments. The varying epithets for deities are typical of invocation. The text is a record of spiritual expression, not logical exposition. Its primary function is celebratory praise. The content is an aural and devotional experience. "Guru Viśva Bādaśā, Arāja Sūno Sarkā." "Śiro maṇi manuṣya tā na dhārī huvā." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The duty of the human
22:50 - 23:31 (41 min)
Recorded on
The foundation of life is honoring the divine within relationships and recognizing our shared humanity. First, honor the mother, for she gives life and protection. Second, honor the father. Both parents must prioritize their child over work, or the child loses connection and respect. Humanity is one, beyond caste, color, or origin. The first worship is to the mother. If all women stand to educate children, there will be no war. Next, honor the teacher for worldly knowledge, then the ancestors, and finally the spiritual guide for soul knowledge. Humans must seek more than eating and sleeping; we must ask "Who am I?" We must love all creatures. Modern life, with its distractions like laptops, pushes the child from the parent's lap. Centers like this bring people together. Even the vegan movement points to this unity, recognizing that milk is a mother's love. Our inner space is vast. We are all one soul, like separate drops from the same water. Do not seek meditation far away; go within through the chakras and Kuṇḍalinī. "First worship is to the mother. First adoration is to the mother." "O human, if one is doing only eating, creating children, and sleeping, all creatures can do. What is our duty as humans to come?"
