Just be humble and give
0:30 - 1:16 (46 min)
Humanity has lost its connection with Mother Earth, creating suffering and destruction. Humans possess great intelligence and spirituality, yet this development has led to harming the planet and each other. Modern advancements, while impressive, often involve chemicals and practices that spoil the natural world and human health. The Earth, our second mother, is now in very bad condition due to this interference. Despite having everything, people still fight and seek to kill, forgetting their shared humanity. The call is to return to humility, peace, and oneness with all life. Healing begins by sitting with Mother Earth, offering prayers, and giving selflessly.
"Morning, when I wake up, I see my eyes open, and what I said, 'I am what?' Human."
"We have destroyed the earth. All is for Mother Earth. Whatever we are bringing, all that is happening, why not we give some good?"

Guru is eternal
1:20 - 2:02 (42 min)
The Guru principle is eternal, transcending the cyclical divine play of Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva. These deities change and serve each other across ages, but the Guru's seat, the Gāḍī, remains. This seat is not the individual but the eternal principle they temporarily represent. Humans originate from the Saptaṛṣis, creating lineages of saṃskāra, not hierarchy. Our spiritual practice seeks the answer to "Who am I?" within this eternal shelter. The physical lineage continues through specific seats and disciples.
"Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva will change, but the Guru will remain."
"One should not sit on that chair... that Gāḍī will take that one."

Body and intellect
2:00 - 2:39 (39 min)
The body is our most important instrument, yet we must understand what it serves.
We possess a body but are not the body itself. This possession creates attachment, which is not inherently negative but becomes a burden when it causes suffering. The body is a fragile instrument governed by the senses. Ancient wisdom compares it to a chariot: the senses are the horses, the mind the reins, the intellect the driver, and the soul the passenger. The intellect, the driver, is crucial. It must learn to control the mind and senses through discrimination and experience to carry the soul safely. While we care for the body through yoga and healthy living, the ultimate goal is to discover the passenger within. Attachment to comfort is natural, but wisdom teaches us its outcomes without needing personal suffering. The aim is to establish a relationship with the inner self.
"Nothing is really important in life. Only one thing: look for the Self."
"The body itself is only an instrument."

We need peace in the whole world
2:10 - 2:55 (45 min)
Peace is the essential state and practice.
The word "Śāntiḥ" encompasses perfect happiness and is invoked to conclude prayers. The world desperately needs this peace. Our practice and mantras are good and must be shared. Life is like a flame sustained by energy; when that is gone, the flame goes out. Our bodies contain the five elements. We should begin the day with reverence for earth and water. Observing nature, like birds and dogs greeting the sun, reveals a shared vitality. Dietary choices, like abstaining from meat, can bring more peace and clarity. Personal rituals, like morning Pūjā, connect us to this energy. We should send prayers for others from our own prāṇa. The flame of a lamp is powerful; showing it to a child can aid sleep. Our practices and words are a spiritual wealth to be given to all. We will face difficulties but should build and give goodness. Practice Trāṭak by gazing softly at a flame's clean light, then closing the eyes.
"Śānti is both a feminine principle and the state of perfect happiness and joy."
"Life is like this fire. When everything, like ghee, is consumed, it will go away."

Mahaprabhudeep Ashram is a spiritual place
4:59 - 5:14 (15 min)
This ashram is a permanent spiritual foundation, bound by strict preservation rules to honor its legacy. We cannot alter the historic structures, like changing windows or adding toilets. Government authorities regularly inspect and control even natural elements; we cannot plant or cut trees without permission. The land is kept pure, free from chemicals, with clean earth and a separate water system. It is a healthy, peaceful place with abundant oxygen and nutritious food that sustains without causing weight gain. Multiple halls support various practices, and a nearby pure-food restaurant, Tilak, serves the community. This center, unlike others, is a fixed sanctuary for all who seek harmony.
"From time to time, people from the government or other authorities come and check everything."
"Therefore, here it is so peaceful, harmonious peace. Hey, what do we want? Kyā chāhiye?"

The Awakening of Consciousness: Kuṇḍalinī and Cakras
5:15 - 7:09 (114 min)
The science of yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness. Yoga is the eternal balancing principle in the universe, not a religion or dogma. The cosmic vibration, declared as OM, exists within and outside us. Human life is a precious chance within the cycle of rebirth. The human intellect can be trained endlessly, and dormant abilities within are connected to the cakras, or energy centers. The subtle body has 72,000 nāḍīs, or channels, for transmitting consciousness and energy. The mind functions between the subconscious and conscious, taking in impressions that become desires. The intellect's duty is to give judgment. We normally experience three levels of consciousness: waking, dream, and deep sleep. Past deeds create our destiny, or prārabdha karma. The Kuṇḍalinī energy and the cakra system are responsible for developing consciousness and freeing it from subconscious fears. The major nāḍīs are Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā, balancing emotion and intellect. Haṭha Yoga unites these sympathetic and parasympathetic principles. The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process of becoming wise and calm, not a physical sensation. The cakras are located along the spinal column and are psychic energy centers. They are connected to the five elements and influence the body. Mastery leads towards liberation, the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness. This requires lifelong practice and guidance.
"Yoga is not a religion, it is not a philosophy, it is not a dogma, but it is the eternal principle in this universe."
"The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process; you don't feel it as a physical sensation. You feel happy, as if in the lap of the mother."

Bhajans help us to find our path
7:15 - 8:19 (64 min)
The master is the guiding principle within all existence. This guidance begins with parents and extends through teachers and saints, leading the soul toward knowledge. A separate, internal master exists from the womb, directing each unique life's path. Humans are granted superior capacity but often choose negativity, forgetting their divine origin. This forgetfulness leads to conflict and suffering, a descent away from the cosmic Self. The corrective path is humility, kindness, and non-violence, aligning with divine will. Spiritual practice, like bhajan, unites the heart in worship and harmony. One must nurture goodness within, like tending a cow for milk, and avoid spoiling it with the negativity of ego and conflict.
"O human, do not kill, do not do bad things. If you love me as God, I will receive you to God."
"Do not put lemon in your milk. What will make it not good? So if you think, 'I am,' and then you put something onto others, then you have spoiled everything."

We are that drops
8:25 - 9:54 (89 min)
Compassion for all creatures defines the human journey. The divine gift of human life carries the responsibility to bless and protect all beings. Humans alone possess this understanding, yet often fail to act upon it. Killing animals or harming any creature contradicts this sacred duty. All life is interconnected, just as a single drop is one with the vast ocean. The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul. At death, the body is surrendered, and the soul returns to its source, taking nothing material. One must move beyond the cycles of earthly and heavenly existence to realize this eternal oneness. In this age, inner strength is needed to turn from harm and realize the divine unity within all.
"God has given us, and therefore we should not kill anyone."

Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
13:00 - 13:35 (35 min)
Devotion manifests through repetitive praise and ecstatic song. The core practice is the invocation of divine names and gurus. This chanting is a phonetic rendering of a live devotional session. Its repetitive phrases are musical refrains, not discursive arguments. The varying epithets for deities are typical of invocation. The text is a record of spiritual expression, not logical exposition. Its primary function is celebratory praise. The content is an aural and devotional experience.
"Guru Viśva Bādaśā, Arāja Sūno Sarkā."
"Śiro maṇi manuṣya tā na dhārī huvā."

Purity is important in every level
13:40 - 14:44 (64 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. There are holy books like Siva Purana or Bhagawad Gita that we should read every day to get knowledge from them. We should be humble to the knowledge. We should feel that knowledge in our bodies and our minds. Female shakti is very pure. Shakti and bhakti can become one. If you have a child you should do seva of him. Never separate from your children and the family. Mother is shakti bhakti adanda and gyana. Father is like Siva. Our kitchen and our bathroom should be always clean. We shouldn't let so much dirt behind us if we leave a hotel or an ashram in the morning. We should keep clean our thoughts without any negative vibration.

The sounds of the bhajans are the light of God
18:00 - 18:54 (54 min)
A call for inner reflection and universal harmony.
This is a time to alert ourselves within. A negative air has come, affected by human actions. Humans have made immense use of science but sometimes go too far in thought and spirit. We are also far from what we hold within our heart. Whether you believe or not, there is a God, whose energy dwells within our body and soul. Our body is important, nearly like a god. Many people are killing animals and fighting, country to country. We should worship our inner self and take care of all beings. Everywhere, different kinds of war are coming, indicating something wrong in this age. We must learn to be good and pleased. We should be humble everywhere, with no war or fighting. Offer bread and salt, symbolizing God's food and Mother Earth, to create friendship. The sound of bhajans is the light of the gods.
"Whether you believe or not, there is a God."
"Throw away war, the warrants, and bring the fruits."

Oneness
20:20 - 20:52 (32 min)
Yoga is a universal science, yet its practice manifests through diverse traditions and names. All religions and their sacred calendars must be respected, not deleted. Changing time itself, like daylight saving, disrupts natural harmony. Different yoga schools or healing methods are like various names within one body or nation; the essence is one. Physical practices like asana prepare the being, but they do not touch the soul. For that, one must ultimately go to the Guru. The Guru is the final point to cross the ocean of worldly existence, serving as mother, father, and Satguru in the lineage.
"One in all and all in one."
"Without Gurudeva, who can let us cross the ocean of that saṃsāra?"

Become one with yourself
21:20 - 22:19 (59 min)
Evening satsang in Jadan Ashram, distr. Pali, Rajasthan, India. I have been to many places, all of which have their own songs. In India, there are many bhajans. The bhajans have a lot of beauty. Even the birds are whistling as if they are singing bhajans. The chanting of the Om starts from the navel, ascends from there and returns back to the navel. Then the yogis enter into meditation. Many people actually turn outwards during meditation. But what we need to do is to become one with ourselves, to unite with our Self.
Let me come to You
22:25 - 22:58 (33 min)
The science of connection is a real, transmissible technique beyond ordinary thought. Ancient seers mastered direct communication without instruments, a capacity inherent in all beings for good or ill. Modern learning is left behind at death, but this yogic science travels with the soul. Our mortal body contains not one soul, but a multiplicity of souls within each cell, led by a primary soul like a honeybee queen. From this collective arises our individual character, which can manifest as spiritual humility or conflict. We must care for the body as our necessary vehicle until realizing the cosmic self. All life, like trees bearing identical fruit, shares this fundamental unity. We are interconnected parts of a single tree across the world. The current age presents challenges, but through steadfast practice and the guru's grace, we must persist on the path without giving up.
"To see you all, I know, is a matter of science. It doesn't matter what we think; it is about techniques—the techniques, the science."
"Our body is mortal, and our body will die. In our body, we have our ātmā, our soul. But in our body, there is not only one soul."
