The thread of the Mala
1:00 - 1:51 (51 min)
The thread of saṅkalpa connects all beings. Saṅkalpa is a heartfelt wish or resolution. Your world is bound on that thread. Often you break your word, severing the connection. God is one, regardless of name. We are connected by our wish, which will be fulfilled. The thread is your promise. Do not break it. Customs like sharing salt signify an unbreakable bond. Now, in this age, that human connection is lost. If you make a vow, like fasting, you must keep it. Otherwise, do not make it. Surrender body, mind, wealth, and word. That is the true offering.
"Saṅkalpa means, 'I said, I wished.'"
"If you say yes, it means you are now my friend."

Become one with yourself
1:55 - 2:54 (59 min)
Evening satsang in Jadan Ashram, distr. Pali, Rajasthan, India. I have been to many places, all of which have their own songs. In India, there are many bhajans. The bhajans have a lot of beauty. Even the birds are whistling as if they are singing bhajans. The chanting of the Om starts from the navel, ascends from there and returns back to the navel. Then the yogis enter into meditation. Many people actually turn outwards during meditation. But what we need to do is to become one with ourselves, to unite with our Self.
Proper exercise is important to us
2:00 - 2:32 (32 min)
Evening satsang from Jadan Ashram, Rajsthan, India. Two things are important in our lives. What we eat and what we breathe. Yoga in Daily Life are practiced all over the world. Sarva Hitta asanas are good for everyone. Proper exercise is as important to us as food.
Around the world - Yoga exercises specifically for women
3:00 - 3:36 (36 min)
This is a gentle yoga sequence for menstrual well-being. We begin with relaxation and full yogic breath to harmonize body and mind. Specific postures target the pelvic area and lower back. The first exercise involves bringing one knee to the chest, then extending the leg, performed slowly and consciously. This is followed by Marjari, the cat pose, to create a supple back. We then practice hip-opening postures like the half and full butterfly. A key squatting pose is emphasized for menstrual issues, grounding, and leg strength. We proceed to Setu Āsana, the bridge, to strengthen the lower body. A final side-lying balance pose benefits the lower abdomen. Conclude by feeling the effects of the practice.
"This exercise is especially good for menstrual problems, and also beneficial for the lower back, constipation, and hips."
"This pose is especially good for women... for irregular menstruation, or for heavy bleeding between periods."

A grand ceremony is planned at the ancient Ālakpurījī temple. The temple, though once small, has grown and requires renewal. A beautiful chariot will bring a revered elder for the disciples. Many will participate in a slow procession with kalaśas and bhajans. All saṃnyāsīs are invited globally. The following day marks an anniversary connected to global peace work through the United Nations. This connection facilitates charitable action for humans, animals, and nature. Support for these universal causes is sought.

I am Shiva
4:25 - 5:10 (45 min)
Satsang with Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Every culture has its own way to celebrate the New Year. Beyond time and space there is Atma, the one without second, as it is explained in the bhajan Shivo Ham.
The real yoga nidra
6:15 - 7:18 (63 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We should practise real yoga nidra but in a sitting position according to Mahaprabhuji's instructions. Singing Yoga nidra bhajan. If we only sleep during yoga nidra we don't get anything. The story of a man who beat the snake with a stick in the sand. Animals also have their path and they follow it. They also have their struggles with each other. Our like is like a thorny bush with sweet fruits in it. What do we choose the ice cream or the stick? Bhajan singing.
The sounds of the bhajans are the light of God
7:25 - 8:19 (54 min)
A call for inner reflection and universal harmony.
This is a time to alert ourselves within. A negative air has come, affected by human actions. Humans have made immense use of science but sometimes go too far in thought and spirit. We are also far from what we hold within our heart. Whether you believe or not, there is a God, whose energy dwells within our body and soul. Our body is important, nearly like a god. Many people are killing animals and fighting, country to country. We should worship our inner self and take care of all beings. Everywhere, different kinds of war are coming, indicating something wrong in this age. We must learn to be good and pleased. We should be humble everywhere, with no war or fighting. Offer bread and salt, symbolizing God's food and Mother Earth, to create friendship. The sound of bhajans is the light of the gods.

We are that drops
8:25 - 9:54 (89 min)
Compassion for all creatures defines the human journey. The divine gift of human life carries the responsibility to bless and protect all beings. Humans alone possess this understanding, yet often fail to act upon it. Killing animals or harming any creature contradicts this sacred duty. All life is interconnected, just as a single drop is one with the vast ocean. The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul. At death, the body is surrendered, and the soul returns to its source, taking nothing material. One must move beyond the cycles of earthly and heavenly existence to realize this eternal oneness. In this age, inner strength is needed to turn from harm and realize the divine unity within all.
"God has given us, and therefore we should not kill anyone."

Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
10:00 - 10:35 (35 min)
Devotion manifests through repetitive praise and ecstatic song. The core practice is the invocation of divine names and gurus. This chanting is a phonetic rendering of a live devotional session. Its repetitive phrases are musical refrains, not discursive arguments. The varying epithets for deities are typical of invocation. The text is a record of spiritual expression, not logical exposition. Its primary function is celebratory praise. The content is an aural and devotional experience.
"Guru Viśva Bādaśā, Arāja Sūno Sarkā."
"Śiro maṇi manuṣya tā na dhārī huvā."

Bhajans help us to find our path
12:15 - 13:19 (64 min)
The master is the guiding principle within all existence. This guidance begins with parents and extends through teachers and saints, leading the soul toward knowledge. A separate, internal master exists from the womb, directing each unique life's path. Humans are granted superior capacity but often choose negativity, forgetting their divine origin. This forgetfulness leads to conflict and suffering, a descent away from the cosmic Self. The corrective path is humility, kindness, and non-violence, aligning with divine will. Spiritual practice, like bhajan, unites the heart in worship and harmony. One must nurture goodness within, like tending a cow for milk, and avoid spoiling it with the negativity of ego and conflict.
"O human, do not kill, do not do bad things. If you love me as God, I will receive you to God."
"Do not put lemon in your milk. What will make it not good? So if you think, 'I am,' and then you put something onto others, then you have spoiled everything."

Purity is important in every level
13:25 - 14:29 (64 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. There are holy books like Siva Purana or Bhagawad Gita that we should read every day to get knowledge from them. We should be humble to the knowledge. We should feel that knowledge in our bodies and our minds. Female shakti is very pure. Shakti and bhakti can become one. If you have a child you should do seva of him. Never separate from your children and the family. Mother is shakti bhakti adanda and gyana. Father is like Siva. Our kitchen and our bathroom should be always clean. We shouldn't let so much dirt behind us if we leave a hotel or an ashram in the morning. We should keep clean our thoughts without any negative vibration.

A guided practice integrating meditation, yoga, and prāṇāyāma to cultivate awareness and inner harmony.
Begin by relaxing the body and mind, aligning the posture. Follow the breath, using the mantra "So Ham" to synchronize with the inhalation and exhalation. Feel prāṇa entering and tensions releasing. Center awareness in the heart space, feeling it expand and relax, allowing peace and love to spread. After meditation, proceed to physical practice. Perform warm-up exercises and āsanas like Daṇḍāsana, focusing on straight posture and coordinated breathing. Practice sequences for the arms, shoulders, and feet with conscious movement. Advance to postures such as Marjari Āsana and Meruākaraṇāsana, maintaining balance and breathing deeply. Finish by chanting Oṁ and grounding the awareness.

Trees also have karma
20:35 - 20:57 (22 min)
The ancient forest reveals profound truths through its life and stories. To understand it is to know everything. Sages walk there, and a solitary yogī lives among immense, ancient trees. We have such a forest in our ashram. There, a massive banyan tree, over 5,000 years old, stands. This reminds me of a story from another ashram. A young guru there spoke to a great tree, prophesying its death within two years. The tree, confident after millennia, asked who could kill it. The guru said its friends would, and that its enemy was in fire and iron. Later, a man with an axe came and felled the tree. The fallen tree later advised that one should not have enemies, and if someone is your enemy, be kind to them. There is a lesson in small things, like a needle that can kill. We should always be careful, happy, and kind. Then, their karma will affect them, not you. The trees are our best friends. We humans need the forests and should love them.
"Ṛṣi, you take care of yourself. I am okay."
"Therefore, we should always be careful and always be very happy and kind to others."

Vegetarian cooking lesson 16, Indian Gunda and Sangri Sabji
21:00 - 21:19 (19 min)
Preparing guṇḍā and saṅgrī involves sourcing and cooking desert vegetables.
These vegetables grow in Rajasthan and are harvested, cooked, dried, and prepared at specific ashrams. They are soaked overnight after this process. Cooking begins by tempering cumin seeds in oil, followed by onions and a wet spice mixture. The soaked vegetables are added and cooked until dry. Chapatis are prepared separately, with emphasis on proper rolling and cooking technique. The final dish is seasoned with souring agents like mango powder or yogurt, added carefully off the heat to prevent curdling. This dry preparation is practical for travel.
"Always know where our food comes from, what we are eating, and through whose hands it has passed."
"Guṇḍā Sabjī and Saṅgrī Sabjī are very good for traveling because they are dry sabjīs, not liquid."

We need peace in the whole world
21:25 - 22:10 (45 min)
Peace is the essential state and practice.
The word "Śāntiḥ" encompasses perfect happiness and is invoked to conclude prayers. The world desperately needs this peace. Our practice and mantras are good and must be shared. Life is like a flame sustained by energy; when that is gone, the flame goes out. Our bodies contain the five elements. We should begin the day with reverence for earth and water. Observing nature, like birds and dogs greeting the sun, reveals a shared vitality. Dietary choices, like abstaining from meat, can bring more peace and clarity. Personal rituals, like morning Pūjā, connect us to this energy. We should send prayers for others from our own prāṇa. The flame of a lamp is powerful; showing it to a child can aid sleep. Our practices and words are a spiritual wealth to be given to all. We will face difficulties but should build and give goodness. Practice Trāṭak by gazing softly at a flame's clean light, then closing the eyes.
"Śānti is both a feminine principle and the state of perfect happiness and joy."
"Life is like this fire. When everything, like ghee, is consumed, it will go away."
