Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
0:10 - 0:45 (35 min)
Devotion manifests through repetitive praise and ecstatic song. The core practice is the invocation of divine names and gurus. This chanting is a phonetic rendering of a live devotional session. Its repetitive phrases are musical refrains, not discursive arguments. The varying epithets for deities are typical of invocation. The text is a record of spiritual expression, not logical exposition. Its primary function is celebratory praise. The content is an aural and devotional experience.
"Guru Viśva Bādaśā, Arāja Sūno Sarkā."
"Śiro maṇi manuṣya tā na dhārī huvā."

Just be humble and give
0:50 - 1:36 (46 min)
Humanity has lost its connection with Mother Earth, creating suffering and destruction. Humans possess great intelligence and spirituality, yet this development has led to harming the planet and each other. Modern advancements, while impressive, often involve chemicals and practices that spoil the natural world and human health. The Earth, our second mother, is now in very bad condition due to this interference. Despite having everything, people still fight and seek to kill, forgetting their shared humanity. The call is to return to humility, peace, and oneness with all life. Healing begins by sitting with Mother Earth, offering prayers, and giving selflessly.
"Morning, when I wake up, I see my eyes open, and what I said, 'I am what?' Human."
"We have destroyed the earth. All is for Mother Earth. Whatever we are bringing, all that is happening, why not we give some good?"

The aim of human life: Liberation
1:40 - 2:41 (61 min)
The eternal journey of the soul is our core inquiry. Ādi Śaṅkarācārya's essential question is "Who am I?" I am not this temporary body, which is composed of five elements. The soul enters mortal life through four paths: vegetation, microorganisms, egg-born creatures, and womb-born creatures like humans. This soul is on an endless journey, like a river flowing to the ocean, experiencing many lives based on karma. The human life is a critical opportunity. If we miss our righteous path, we go backwards; if we attain liberation, Mokṣa, we also return, as there is nothing higher. You are not merely eating and breeding; you have a higher purpose. Souls can be trapped, like a bird in a cage, by their own karma. Your spiritual presence here can help liberate such souls. In truth, there is no gender in the soul; non-duality is the ultimate reality. This body is an instrument for the soul. At death, the soul exits through specific channels; a yogi's soul departs through the crown. The journey continues.
"Who am I? I am not this body. The body is just a cover."
"The soul, with the soul which is in one, life enters. Now, endless journey, flowing and flowing."

The Practice of Śalabhāsana and Complementary Āsanas
3:00 - 3:59 (59 min)
The practice of śalabhāsana and complementary āsanas builds strength and influences consciousness. Śalabhāsana strengthens the posterior muscles and works on self-confidence. Hold the posture with full lungs and descend on the exhalation, though breathe naturally if there is high blood pressure. Remain soft while using strength. It corrects the pelvis and benefits the prostate and menstruation. A variation with hands under the body stretches the digestive tract and is ideal before meditation. Avoid excessive bending in the lumbar area; focus the bend in the thoracic part. Follow with relaxation and pavanamuktāsana to release lower back tension. Sarvāṅgāsana benefits peripheral circulation and balances thyroid function, but avoid it with hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, or during menstruation. It improves circulation to the head and allows a subtle exhalation. Its counterpose is bhuḍaṅgāsana, which stretches the front and strengthens the arms; bend in the chest area, not the most flexible part. Halāsana stretches the back and affects the neck, emphasizing exhalation. Matsyāsana opens the chest, works on the thyroid and breathing, and is performed with inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth. A one-legged balance pose aids concentration and nervous stability. Ardha Matsyendrāsana regenerates the spine and has anti-inflammatory properties. An inverted posture improves circulation to the head and spiritual development. Conclude with Tāḍāsana and Prāṇāyāma. Bhastrikā Prāṇāyāma intensifies the digestive fire and burns waste; relax the abdomen and let breath flow spontaneously without forcing inhalation. Avoid it with a brain tumor or elevated body temperature. Chant Oṁ to withdraw inward.
"Remain soft in the posture, even while using strength."
"In this posture, simply allow one subtle, extended exhalation."

The Path of Discipline: From Diet to Meditation
6:35 - 8:10 (95 min)
The path to supreme consciousness requires strict discipline, as taught in Raja Yoga. Patañjali guides aspirants step by step, but the first condition is self-discipline. Without it, no practice leads to realization. The greatest obstacle is laziness, which must be conquered. Six inner enemies—desire, anger, pride, greed, delusion, and ego—hunt the aspirant like lions. One must not be a slave to desire. Therefore, ancient research began by controlling diet. Unnatural food creates anger, jealousy, and greed. A vegetarian diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and fresh milk creates a pure, healthy body. Greed must be avoided; take only what you need. These dietary practices support meditation, which is the way to inner peace. Mantra repetition, received from a true master, is essential; it purifies consciousness. Use a mala for counting mantras, and practice with love and devotion. Fasting once a week develops discipline and purifies the body. For meditation, sit in a proper posture, use a mudra, and harmonize with your environment before beginning.
"Without discipline, you will not reach your point of realization."
"Meditation is the way to inner peace, the way to contentment, the way to happiness."

Evening Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vienna, Austria.
We are that drops
10:05 - 11:34 (89 min)
Compassion for all creatures defines the human journey. The divine gift of human life carries the responsibility to bless and protect all beings. Humans alone possess this understanding, yet often fail to act upon it. Killing animals or harming any creature contradicts this sacred duty. All life is interconnected, just as a single drop is one with the vast ocean. The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul. At death, the body is surrendered, and the soul returns to its source, taking nothing material. One must move beyond the cycles of earthly and heavenly existence to realize this eternal oneness. In this age, inner strength is needed to turn from harm and realize the divine unity within all.
"God has given us, and therefore we should not kill anyone."
"The individual soul is a drop from the ocean of the supreme soul."

Purity is important in every level
11:40 - 12:44 (64 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. There are holy books like Siva Purana or Bhagawad Gita that we should read every day to get knowledge from them. We should be humble to the knowledge. We should feel that knowledge in our bodies and our minds. Female shakti is very pure. Shakti and bhakti can become one. If you have a child you should do seva of him. Never separate from your children and the family. Mother is shakti bhakti adanda and gyana. Father is like Siva. Our kitchen and our bathroom should be always clean. We shouldn't let so much dirt behind us if we leave a hotel or an ashram in the morning. We should keep clean our thoughts without any negative vibration.

They also have their struggles with each other. Our like is like a thorny bush with sweet fruits in it. What do we choose the ice cream or the stick? Bhajan singing.

In your body is God inside
15:25 - 15:56 (31 min)
A new consciousness is dawning through veganism and spiritual unity. Ālakpurījī's presence is growing worldwide, not just in India, like a seed becoming a beautiful flower. Many are realizing the divine within without formal yoga. A global shift is occurring: young people are adopting veganism, understanding we must not torture or kill life. This marks the converging ages; Kali Yuga's darkness is receding as Satya Yuga's light rises. We must survive by choosing non-violence. The soul suffers immensely when life is taken, creating negative karma. Our time is to protect animals, showing the love we give to pets to all creatures. This creates a new world of peace. Human intelligence can achieve great good, recognizing God within all. Life is short; hold to God and help all beings. Equality is essential; the soul has no gender. The current strife over possessions is Kali Yuga's darkness. We must bring light and realize Brahman.
"Now veganism has begun around the whole world. And year by year, the young people, they brought in their brain that yes, we should not kill life."
"Our life is not our body, but in our soul... And that is feeling very terrible things. And with this, they die. The soul goes out very torturing."

We need peace in the whole world
20:30 - 21:15 (45 min)
Peace is the essential state and practice.
The word "Śāntiḥ" encompasses perfect happiness and is invoked to conclude prayers. The world desperately needs this peace. Our practice and mantras are good and must be shared. Life is like a flame sustained by energy; when that is gone, the flame goes out. Our bodies contain the five elements. We should begin the day with reverence for earth and water. Observing nature, like birds and dogs greeting the sun, reveals a shared vitality. Dietary choices, like abstaining from meat, can bring more peace and clarity. Personal rituals, like morning Pūjā, connect us to this energy. We should send prayers for others from our own prāṇa. The flame of a lamp is powerful; showing it to a child can aid sleep. Our practices and words are a spiritual wealth to be given to all. We will face difficulties but should build and give goodness. Practice Trāṭak by gazing softly at a flame's clean light, then closing the eyes.
"Śānti is both a feminine principle and the state of perfect happiness and joy."
"Life is like this fire. When everything, like ghee, is consumed, it will go away."

The sounds of the bhajans are the light of God
22:25 - 23:19 (54 min)
A call for inner reflection and universal harmony.
This is a time to alert ourselves within. A negative air has come, affected by human actions. Humans have made immense use of science but sometimes go too far in thought and spirit. We are also far from what we hold within our heart. Whether you believe or not, there is a God, whose energy dwells within our body and soul. Our body is important, nearly like a god. Many people are killing animals and fighting, country to country. We should worship our inner self and take care of all beings. Everywhere, different kinds of war are coming, indicating something wrong in this age. We must learn to be good and pleased. We should be humble everywhere, with no war or fighting. Offer bread and salt, symbolizing God's food and Mother Earth, to create friendship. The sound of bhajans is the light of the gods.
"Whether you believe or not, there is a God."
"Throw away war, the warrants, and bring the fruits."

Become one with yourself
23:25 - 0:24 (59 min)
Evening satsang in Jadan Ashram, distr. Pali, Rajasthan, India. I have been to many places, all of which have their own songs. In India, there are many bhajans. The bhajans have a lot of beauty. Even the birds are whistling as if they are singing bhajans. The chanting of the Om starts from the navel, ascends from there and returns back to the navel. Then the yogis enter into meditation. Many people actually turn outwards during meditation. But what we need to do is to become one with ourselves, to unite with our Self.
