How to practise Pranayama correctly
0:30 - 1:03 (33 min)
Recorded on
Prāṇāyāma requires balancing the Iḍā and Piṅgalā nāḍīs. Incorrect practice blocks the breath flow and disrupts this balance. The Ājñā Chakra between the eyebrows must be stabilized. Practice must be systematic and consider the practitioner's condition, avoiding certain postures for those with health issues. The body has 72,000 nāḍīs, with Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā being principal. Prāṇāyāma purifies these channels. Begin by purifying the left Iḍā Nāḍī first to avoid imbalance. Place two fingers on the Ājñā Chakra. Close the right nostril with the thumb, inhale and exhale through the left. Then switch. This is Nāḍī Śodhana. After purification, practice Nāḍī Vedanā by inhaling through one nostril and exhaling through the other. This connects the prāṇa energy. Then practice Anuloma Viloma to bring balance. Practice diligently for a long time. Theory without practice is insufficient. The energy moves from the brain through the chakras to the Mūlādhāra. Proper purification is crucial to prevent forcing air into the nāḍīs, which can cause harm. Balance the solar and lunar channels. Progress through the chakras systematically for the kuṇḍalinī to awaken correctly. "The key is to balance the Sūrya and Chandra Nāḍīs." "Therefore, abhyāsa, abhyāsa, kaunte abhyāsa." Meeting of the past and present
1:10 - 2:59 (109 min)
Recorded on
This gathering marks the transition of time, where the past meets the present and an unknown future is born. The moment of midnight symbolizes a new beginning, a child arriving. The true lesson concerns how to navigate this passage. Obsession with the past is dangerous and can pull one down. Fixation on an unseen future is an illusion, offering no control. The only point of power is the present moment. One must live there fully, with complete attention. Spiritual practice happens now, shaping karma now. The past must be released, and the future not grasped at. Progress is made step by step, with care and awareness fixed on the current action. This present awareness is the greatest gift. "When you look back in your past... it will attract you. You will fall down; it is very dangerous. When you look up, you do not see anything." "The only thing you have to be careful about is to live in the present moment. Fulfill your present moment with all your soul." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
There is nothing higher than the Guru
3:05 - 3:48 (43 min)
Recorded on
The Guru principle is supreme, greater than all divine forms. Even Rāma and Kṛṣṇa bowed to their gurus. God is one, present in every particle. Yet, to know this, a guru is essential. The guru is not merely a physical body but the living principle of knowledge. All cosmic deities are subordinate to the Satguru. This principle is complete and unchanging, unlike the cyclical full moon. Many seek but few find the true Guru, while the insincere suffer for ages. A true guru can be a householder or a renunciant; the form is secondary to the essence of the teaching. "Who is greater than Bhagavān Rāma and Kṛṣṇa? They must be guru-keen." "Guru Brahmā, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvarāha, Guru Sākṣāt Parabrahma, Tasmai Śrī Guru Ve Namaḥa." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Around the world - Yoga for children CRO
4:00 - 4:08 (8 min)
Recorded on
Yoga practice is a circle from intention to breath. We begin with a saṅkalpa, a silent wish repeated three times. Daily life turns attention outward, but yoga asks us to observe inward: our body, position, and feelings. There is no competition; challenges are personal, and progress brings inner satisfaction. Children are engaged through stories and animal-mimicking āsanas, learning which body parts each posture affects. We prepare the body with exercises like the butterfly to loosen hips for prāṇāyāma. The correct posture for breathing is any comfortable, steady seat. The joy is witnessing progress, from restless movement to coordinated control, which refreshes both student and teacher. "The most difficult for me is rolling, because it is fun and loosens the spine. The hardest part is grinding, because the muscles in the arms and head hurt." "Often, when I come here after a whole day of work... completely refreshed, I leave after an hour of yoga." Filming location: Croatia

Gurudev is for all of us
5:20 - 5:41 (21 min)
Recorded on
The heart's oneness transcends physical distinctions. Humanity shares a common soul, yet fixates on bodily differences like origin or appearance. This focus creates separation. True unity is found in the heart, not the form. We must make space for others, moving from the front to allow newcomers forward. Spiritual growth is a collective journey, not a solitary claim to position. Like a drop merging into the ocean, individual hearts must flow into universal oneness. Service to all, without hierarchy, embodies this truth. "Your heart is so pure, and with very spiritual rituals, and with love and understanding, we are all one." "I'm not that God, but I'm only a servant, and a servant is for all." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Concentration on Alakh Puriji
5:45 - 6:10 (25 min)
Recorded on
A meditation on becoming one with the divine energy within and without the body. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Concentrate on your whole body, from head to legs and back. Focus on each part. Today, concentrate on Alak Purījī. Become your being completely thyself, for Alak Purījī is within and without. Be within this energy completely. Relax every part of your body, but remain present within it. In each part, you can feel prāṇa, power, divine light, and Alak Purījī. All is Alak Purījī’s energy. Expand thyself, but only as Alak Purījī. Do not open your eyes, for that means you have lost yourself. Becoming one is not easy, but the practice is given to continue for many years. Conclude by chanting five times in the whole body, rubbing the palms, placing them on the face, and then opening the eyes. "In and out, all is Alak Purījī’s energy." "Be thyself, no colors, no anything, Alak Purījīs." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
We are here to learn
7:05 - 7:29 (24 min)
Recorded on
The root of peace is found in remembering our divine nature, which we have forgotten. We identify with our senses and ego, creating dissatisfaction, conflict, and a world of broken families and war. All religions originally taught the same goodness, but their practice has fragmented. Religious leaders can contribute to peace only by realizing and practicing their teachings, understanding we are not bodies but immortal beings of God. Enlightened religious and political leaders would create a world without war, poverty, or extremism, which is merely a response to dissatisfaction. The answer lies in spiritual self-development, transcending the ego to realize we are divine. "All this is because we have forgotten who we are, because we began to identify with our senses, our emotions, our thoughts." "Extremists are included in this. As soon as you have enlightened religious leaders and politicians who follow them, there is no extremism." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Practical guide to meditation (9/11)
7:30 - 9:13 (103 min)
Recorded on
Everything changes, and all change has beauty. Conflict arises from difference, but difference is natural. Conflict becomes negative through ego and non-acceptance. The root of all conflict is within the individual. World peace is achieved by solving this inner conflict through self-enquiry and surrender. Meditation is the practical method for this inner work. A key time for meditation is the peaceful morning before sunrise. Sit with a straight spine in a comfortable posture like Vajrāsana. Use an authentic mantra and a natural-fiber shawl for focus and protection. Withdraw inward, observe the breath, and repeat the mantra to purify and find oneness. "Conflict is not in the world. Conflict is within you." "Meditation is the way to solve the inner conflict and the world’s conflicts." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Practising yoga strengthens the immune system
9:20 - 9:38 (18 min)
Recorded on
Yoga practice supports health and has spread globally. The community largely remained well, though some with prior conditions needed care. Illness returned partly due to neglecting precautions. Many worldwide adopt yoga and renounce harmful habits. Practice in India exists but depth varies, with strong centers and broader adoption abroad. The Indian government now promotes yoga widely. "During the COVID times, yoga has really helped us in developing our immune system." "India has given this knowledge of yoga to the world." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Shiva is the light
9:45 - 10:55 (70 min)
Recorded on
All beings possess a soul and feel pain, from humans to the smallest fly. Water is life, and God is the living energy within it. To be human is to refrain from intentional killing. Different eras, or yugas, cycle with Dharma's purity declining; we now reside in Kali Yuga. Divinity is not a form but the conscious power from which all manifestation arises, with Śiva as the primordial source. True religion is one's inherent relation to the divine, not sectarian identity. "A tiny fly, when they see us, they come near us and then fly away. Why? Because they think, 'These humans, they will kill us.'" "God is that energy, power, protection, many things, but not the form." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Every soul is pure
11:00 - 11:53 (53 min)
Recorded on
The truth is unchanging reality, while the world is temporary illusion. From childhood, we inquire into our nature, yet remain in ignorance, claiming superiority over others. Only Brahman is real; this world is like a soap bubble. Our inner instrument, the antaḥkaraṇa, consists of mind, intellect, awareness, and ego. When purified, it leads to liberation. Every soul is pure but coated by karma and destiny. We must love all beings, for a tiny soul contains immense power. Social education requires understanding time and place, acting with positive intention. In the end, we face truth alone; our worldly companions and fears fall away. What is everlasting is real. "Brahma satyaṁ, jagan mithyā. Only Brahman is the truth. And this jagat is mithyā." "Every soul is coated by karma. The soul is pure, but coated by that destiny. And that destiny is what we are creating." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
In the end everything will be counted
12:00 - 12:55 (55 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a science for human well-being. Observing practitioners during the pandemic revealed that those maintaining a vegetarian lifestyle within a specific community were largely unaffected, unlike many general yoga practitioners. This points to lifestyle's role in health. Yoga's techniques, like Brahmari Prāṇāyāma, are often derived from nature. This practice uses a humming breath to create internal vibrations, addressing issues like headaches and tension. It requires correct posture and breath from the navel. Practice is foundational, but yoga extends beyond physical techniques to a deeper connection within. The true guide removes obstacles, allowing inner potential to unfold, and does not claim the role of doer. "Those who were not eating eggs, meat, alcohol, drugs, etc., they were not affected." "Brahmari Prāṇāyāma affects the whole body. The inner vibration can restore the health of the body itself." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Life is one
13:00 - 13:59 (59 min)
Recorded on
Life is eternal, and the science of chakras reveals our fundamental oneness. Life is endless. The physical body is a temporary layer, like a garment changed, but the life within does not die. The true self is layered like an onion; peeling back the layers reveals the essential Ātmā. All existence is one, like countless drops from a single ocean. These drops—steam, fog, rain, rivers—ultimately merge back into the oceanic source. Our perceived separation is an illusion. The process of realizing this unity is yoga: the eternal harmony, balance, and union between consciousness and space. All beings share this one life. Impurities of thought create bondage, so purification is essential to merge into the immortal ocean within. Chakras are centers mapping this journey from individuality to oneness. "Life is ever life. Death is ever death. So we are life, and we will always be life." "Yoga means union. Yoga means union. There are only two. Yoga. And so there is between this, so that means that yoga is eternal." Filming location: Alexandria, USA
How shall we go further?
14:05 - 15:05 (60 min)
Recorded on
The unity of all beings resides in the divine. Different paths and names lead to the same truth. All are coming to the Guru's grace. The soul is one, like a drop returning to the ocean. The physical body and worldly possessions are temporary and left behind. All humans, animals, and life are to be respected equally. A realized yogi lives in divine joy, seeing no difference between stone and diamond, beyond all dualism and desire. That yogi lives in the world as if dead to the ego, immersed in emptiness and peace. The essential practice is to be humble, loving, and without anger, recognizing our shared humanity and spiritual origin. "Like the ocean, we know how much water is in the ocean. And it goes up in the air nicely." "This yogi is living, but inside he is dead. He lives as if he is dead, but he lives, because there is nothing in him, there is only emptiness." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Science and spirituality
16:25 - 16:54 (29 min)
The light of unity is the divine presence within all. When individuals hold this light continuously, it connects everyone. The light should not be passed around conditionally but remain a constant, shared source. A collective prayer and mantra reinforce this unity. The mantra "Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇam" invokes the light of the supreme reality. This light is not a singular possession but the essence of the entire being and the universe. The individual self contains the whole cosmos, from the smallest life to the vast elements. Human life is filled with desires, yet the meditative focus is to internalize the universal energy. This inner power is challenging to retain, as vital energy constantly flows outward. Both scientific understanding and spiritual grace from sages provide pathways to this light. "This light should remain always on this side, and we can come and give it." "We are, we, our self is the whole; we are whole, the whole universe." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

There is God in your instruments
18:05 - 18:45 (40 min)
Recorded on
The human life is for spiritual practice to realize the divine within. Practice brings harmony to the family and peace to the individual. Perform daily rituals, remember the divine name, and live with gratitude. This life may be the final opportunity to complete one's purpose and attain the supreme. Many techniques exist, but disciplined practice is essential. Do not teach a method until you have fully mastered and experienced its results yourself. True mastery comes from dedicated practice over time, where the practitioner becomes an instrument of a higher power. The path of sound, like in Brahmari Pranayama, holds immense power to connect with the ultimate reality. "God is within your heart. The most important thing is to perform sādhanā." "First, you should understand, then practice the technique exactly, and learn it yourself first." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Yoga and the five bodies
20:45 - 22:02 (77 min)
Recorded on
The individual is the king of the kingdom constituted by the five sheaths: the physical, energetic, mental, wisdom, and bliss bodies. Within this kingdom exist the ten sense organs and countless beings like cells and habits. The king, the soul, must govern through discipline, not become enslaved by citizens like negative habits or uncontrolled senses. Negligence leads to the kingdom's illness and disintegration. Mastery requires balancing the body and mind through the vital energy, cultivated by pure living, mantra, and meditation. Discipline is the foundation of yoga. "Do not be the slave of your citizens. You have to equally control and take care of them." "Your habits, your qualities, these are the horses." Filming location: Salzburg, Austria
The Purpose of Human Life
22:10 - 22:59 (49 min)
Recorded on
Chakras are centers within us, akin to tiny points where everything exists. We call them lotuses, the king of flowers, which grow in muddy water and open at dawn during Brahma Muhurta. This pre-sunrise hour is pure, ideal for spiritual practice and study, as consciousness is gentle and unclouded by the day's dust. Each chakra is a lotus within the body, its petals unfolding light and energy to bring consciousness into your being. With age, like a lotus that cannot fully close, we may lose strength. Yoga's practices—postures, breath, and meditation—help restore vitality. Modern life, with chemical food and manipulated seeds, diminishes our natural energy and health. Chakras exist throughout the body, from feet to head, depicted with lotus petals. Their purpose is purification, rising above past karma like a lotus untouched by dirty water. Humans possess these centers for awakening consciousness to the cosmic, unlike animals. We are born not for hatred but to merge with the divine. Our soul, carrying its karma, is like water that evaporates and rains, eventually returning to the ocean of cosmic self. Good and bad karma must be balanced and left behind through good works and the burdens taken by others. Each chakra holds wisdom and symbols, like the elephant Ganesha, representing essential elements for health. Awakening comes through dedicated practice and meditation, which allows consciousness to expand and contract, moving toward liberation. "Within that point, everything exists; we are inside it." "Our soul, our life, our individuality, our destiny is with us." Filming location: Sunshine Coast, Australia

"If you practice Japa, remain absorbed in meditation on the Self, you will attain the state of Nirvāṇa." Instructions for practising
23:55 - 0:46 (51 min)
Recorded on
The foundation of practice is knowledge, discipline, and adaptation. Each posture has a specific effect, and the sequence is crucial. When you adopt a system, you must follow its fixed procedures. However, you must know your own bodily capacity and limitations. If a posture causes pain or is contraindicated for your condition, you must avoid it. This is an individual matter. The teacher's first duty is to know what to do and what not to do for themselves and their students. Practice must be consistent; knowledge unused is lost. Yoga is a comprehensive science for mastering oneself, not merely physical movements. You must preserve and transmit knowledge, otherwise it perishes. "Every yoga teacher's first duty and priority is to know what to do and what not to do for themselves." "Knowledge must be renewed daily; otherwise, we are lost."
