Respect is important
0:00 - 0:53 (53 min)
The power of language and respect shapes spiritual life. Words carry energy, influencing our inner state and relationships. A story illustrates this: a man feared the yoga pose called Śavāsana, the corpse pose. After this, the name was changed to Ānandāsana, the bliss pose, to remove fear. How we speak is crucial. We do not "take" a mantra; we may "get" it as a sacred gift, which changes our entire attitude. Modern communication often loses depth and respect, using abbreviated or vulgar language absorbed from media. This influences us subconsciously and must be guarded against. Addressing others with respectful titles, like "Devī" for a woman, cultivates different inner feelings. The manner of giving, even food, carries energy; offering with the right hand and respect changes the offering's quality. Respect extends to spiritual objects; keeping a mālā in a clean, valued place allows it to retain its energy. Physical posture also matters; sitting like a king or giving like a beggar changes the inner experience. Pronunciation in mantra is vital, as a single sound can change a word's entire meaning.
"Your entire spiritual path becomes different. Yes, just try to think about this: it is a completely different approach."
"If we are not aware, this will come subconsciously inside. We need to put a firewall in front of us, not to allow such thoughts and such language to become common to us."

Don't kill Animals!
1:00 - 1:58 (58 min)
Disease arises from internalizing life's pressures, not from external forces themselves. This internal stress creates bodily pressure, a primary cause of illness. Inherited conditions also exist. The path of yoga integrates simple postures, breath control, and meditation into daily life, alongside dietary and sleep adjustments.
Meditation must be approached correctly. Never strain the eyes upward, as this causes psychic problems and blocks progress. Focus gently downward or on the tip of the nose. True guidance comes from a living tradition, not solely from books. Many established religions have become blocked, relying on scripture without the living presence of the divine. The divine is within each being; every creature possesses a soul.
The supreme principle is non-violence. Harming other living beings, including animals, creates suffering and negative consequences. Liberation requires aligning with this truth through compassionate living and correct inner practice.
"Slowly, this internal pressure becomes the cause of many, many diseases."
"Therefore, the meditation is called Nāsik, focusing on the tip of the nose. Our eyes should look gently downward."

The spiritual family
2:05 - 2:56 (51 min)
The quality of our era is determined by our inner state. While some lament this age, it offers unique tools like rapid travel and distant connection. The key is to extract only the nourishing essence from the vast information, like the swan separating milk from water. Our experience of time depends on our inner qualities. This gathering is a timeout to calm our inner dialogue, not to escape life but to gain clarity before re-engaging. We require the support of our spiritual family for strength. Utilize this time for serious practice, particularly prāṇāyāma to settle the agitated mind and prāṇa. Calm the body through deliberate movement to quiet mental disturbances. Simplify your environment and focus intently, avoiding distractions like constant drinking which disrupts inner fire and focus. Move from mere belief to direct understanding.
"Take the pearls, take the milk, and leave the water."
"Our meditation and practice are not about running away but about taking a timeout before returning to the game."

Raksha Bandhan is a promise we made to ourselves and others
5:30 - 5:45 (15 min)
Rakṣā Bandhan is a universal bond and an inward vow. The thread is a yearly reminder. Promises made are not only between siblings. The vow is to protect the mind from negativity, the tongue from harsh words, and actions from adharma. Humans are drawn toward adharma, like lying or stealing. The knot is tied tightly so the inner vow does not slip. This bond extends to the Guru, friends, and oneself. It is a promise to guard against ego and jealousy. When a promise of protection is given, one must act, not just pray. This day mends conflicts and preserves tradition for future generations. It affirms a mutual bond of protection and guidance.
"Helping hands are better than folded hands."
"Gurudev, I am yours, you are mine. I am in your heart, and you are in my heart."

Make a clear decision
5:30 - 6:12 (42 min)
Inner resolve and disciplined practice manifest our deepest intentions through divine grace.
Positive wishes and thoughts will materialize. Negative thoughts may arise but do not prevail. Success requires firm resolve and unwavering discipline, without counting time. This principle applies to spiritual growth, health, and all endeavors. A resolve, once set, must be released to divine will. Through steady practice, what is desired is realized. Yoga is now global, integrated into daily life for nourishment and balance. Authentic practice is not mere physical movement; it harmonizes body, breath, and mind. Correct posture, breath control, and proper relaxation are essential. Impatience undermines progress. True yoga is a spiritual system, not a commercial commodity. Its authentic essence must be preserved and practiced with sincerity.
"Positive wishes and positive thoughts will manifest."
"Yoga is a part of our nourishment; it is spiritual food."

Learn to renounce
6:15 - 7:03 (48 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. As time is passing we are getting old and feeling inside threatened by this situation, it is not easy to retire. Some people are afraid about the death, or about the way how one will die. We can’t avoid this, but it can be very nice. For that we have to change our thoughts and learn to renounce, but not from the good things like freedom, happiness.
How to train our mind?
7:05 - 7:26 (21 min)
The mind is restless and must be tamed. A king had a horse no one could ride. Many trainers failed by forcing it. A wise trainer did not force it. He simply followed the horse everywhere, building association. He let the horse come to him. Then he rewarded it with grass and slowly introduced a blanket. Eventually, he gently climbed on while petting it. The horse accepted him. The training took over a year through patient trust.
Our mind is like that horse. Let it run; that is its nature. Do not force it. Slowly train it towards devotion. When it calms, it will return. Grace makes this training possible.
"The trainer was different. He took the horse and simply let it be."
"Slowly, slowly, train your mind towards Guru Bhakti."

Singing bhajans by Swami Gajanandji
7:30 - 8:07 (37 min)
Devotion is the direct expression of the heart's longing for the divine. The song is an offering, a plea for refuge in the guru, who is the true shelter. Through repetitive chanting and praise, the individual consciousness seeks to dissolve. The devotee acknowledges personal incapacity for rigorous practice, surrendering entirely to grace. Worldly attachments and the snares of illusion are recognized as binding. The sole request is for the guru's compassionate hand to provide crossing. Liberation is described as the burning away of latent impressions and the cessation of identification with elemental principles. The act of singing itself becomes the transformative path.
"O Swāmījī, you live within, you live in my heart."
"Japa tapa na hove mujhase, yahī Prabhu ārajāhe."

Bhajans from Strilky Ashram
10:10 - 11:44 (94 min)
The seeker questions the divine veil that obscures the true name and presence. A direct plea is made, asking why this separation is maintained when the longing is so intense. The seeker states they see yet do not truly see, perceiving the form but not the essence. The name itself is questioned as being used as a veil. The discourse then turns to praise, acknowledging the inner dweller within all beings and the true Self that is the object of meditation. The work of the divine is noted as occurring through fundamental steps and elements.
"Why do you keep a veil from me?"
"I can’t see you. Even if I see you, I see you, but I don’t see you."

Inner awakening: be with the dharma
13:50 - 14:37 (47 min)
The inner awakening reveals the hidden powers within consciousness.
The creator fashioned 8.4 million beings, each entering through distinct gateways like sweat, womb, or egg. The individual soul travels through limitless space, entering our solar system to become a citizen of Earth, taking birth according to its karma in forms from bacteria to humans. From the perspective of the Ātmā, the divine light, all are one—it is unbreakable, everlasting, formless, and spotless. The individual soul, or Jīvātmā, is a mixture of this Ātmā and the non-self. Duality exists only when identified with the individual form. In human form, this Jīvātmā is shaped by karma. Performing good deeds makes one a dharmātmā, a soul of righteousness, where sin is overshadowed. Committing wrongs makes one a pāpātmā, a sinner destined for suffering. Both heaven and hell are experienced on this Earth according to one's actions. Humans possess the mighty tool of intellect, given for protection, yet it is often used for destruction. The essential power is divine love, without which nothing spiritual is attained.
"One in all and all in one. That is the reflection of that Ātmā."
"Lord, God doesn't come without love. You can try a thousand things, but God will not come without love."

The Seed Has To Die To Become A Tree
15:35 - 16:08 (33 min)
Knowledge is an endless well, not a finite resource to be exhausted.
Great saints of the past have spoken, but they only consumed the butter, not the cow itself. The cow—Sarasvatī, the source of knowledge—remains with us. Feed it with love and devotion, and you can milk it day and night; the well of wisdom is infinite. We have just begun to explore the Manipūra Chakra, the jeweled city within, which is the foundation of life and holds immense spiritual energy. True wealth is not external money but the internal treasure of contentment; desire is what makes one poor. We originate from the endless, void-like Ākāśa and are waves of the primordial sound, Nāda. Like individual raindrops, we separate but ultimately return to the ocean. The navel is the center of this universal process. The vital energies, prāṇa and apāna, flow through channels like the Vajranāḍī, and their balance is essential for life. Our physical form began from the navel, a truth symbolized by the lotus emerging from Viṣṇu's navel. This spiritual knowledge is a feast to be consumed slowly, bite by bite.
"They ate the butter, not the cow. Feed the cow with love. Milk it day and night."
"Those who have the money are the poor. Those who have no money are the rich."

A Monument for Krishnanaji
16:15 - 16:30 (15 min)
A monument is being created in memory of Krishnanaji. Swāmījī requested a monument be placed in the main square of Vép. This model is sixty centimeters, but the final stone monument will be two hundred twenty. Krishnanaji passed three years ago during the COVID time. He was the foundational seed for yoga and the lineage in Hungary. When Swāmījī first visited, he stayed in their home for a month with devotees. Upon leaving, Swāmījī said he had left two seeds there. The entire growth of the system in Hungary is the fruit of Krishnanaji's work. He organized international seminars and an ashram. He was like a citizen of Vép, known by the mayor and community. The monument will stand beside peace trees planted by the mayor and Viśva Gurujī. It will preserve his vivid memory for everyone.
"Now I left here two seeds. Let's see what is going on, what will grow out of it."
"He was really the seed of the seed in Hungary for yoga in life and in the paramparā."

Hatha Yoga Kriyas (2/3)
18:00 - 18:27 (27 min)
Trāṭak is the sixth Haṭha Yoga purification, a practice of gazing on one point to concentrate and purify the sight. It uses a candle flame, a black spot, or the rising or setting sun, never direct sunlight. The flame is placed at arm's length, which strengthens eyesight and helps those who are short- or far-sighted. It trains the mind to focus on one point, calming scattered thoughts and vrittis, leading toward one-pointedness and meditation. Practice requires a peaceful place without drafts or disturbances, wearing loose, natural clothing to contain energy. The ideal flame height is at the heart center, as gazing on the outer light opens the heart chakra and leads to perception of the inner light. Pure ghee lamps are best, but a non-smoking plant-based candle is acceptable. Begin by gazing at the middle of the flame for 30 seconds, then close the eyes to observe the afterimage, repeating this cycle three times. Keep the body and eyes still, relaxing the eyebrow center. Do not practice if overly tired, or if experiencing schizophrenia or depression.
"Trāṭak is not relaxation; it is not meditation. It is concentration."
"Take this light, this flame, inside. This light is the symbol of the highest Self."

God is everywhere
19:15 - 20:56 (101 min)
The sixth day of Navarātri honors the goddess Kātyāyanī, who embodies supreme power and devotion. Kātyāyanī was born from the combined energies of the gods to defeat the demon Mahiṣāsura. The sage Kātyāyana performed intense austerities, and the goddess incarnated as his daughter. All deities bestowed their weapons upon her, making her the slayer of Mahiṣāsura, known as Mahiṣāsuramardinī. She is the most powerful of the nine forms, easily evoked for protection from all negativity. Worship is an act of devotion that awakens divine qualities within. True worship requires preparation, humility, and aligns with one's own nature, ultimately leading to the Guru's essence, which contains everything.
"She is the most powerful out of all the nine avatars, and she is the one who kills the most powerful demon."

Lie down, relax the entire body, and follow the voice. There is no need for concentration or imagination; simply listen. The practice involves a personal saṅkalpa and awareness of the natural breath. The journey ends at a cave, a place of deep meditation and silence. Feel the energy and peace of this sacred space. The return walk integrates this silence into the heart. Conclude by gradually becoming aware of the body and surroundings.
"Relax every muscle, every nerve, and the breathing process."
"The cave’s silence is now in your hearts. Carry it always."

Tapasya leads to purity
21:00 - 21:38 (38 min)
Spiritual attainment requires the fiery discipline of tapasyā. In this age, following the path is difficult. We seek Self-knowledge, but our senses constantly pull us outward. Control of vision and desire is essential; this is tapasyā. It is the purifying fire of sustained practice, like an athlete training for perfection. Without it, we achieve nothing. This discipline must be grounded in vairāgya, or dispassion, and tyāga, true renunciation. These are hard to find. Bhakti, or devotion, provides the balancing force for these three. Faith must grow daily, as doubt is its enemy. Our limited self seeks the limitless Brahman. This life is a fleeting chance; do not get lost in worldly obligations. Practice your sādhanā diligently.
"Tapasyā is a well-known word; it leads a person to purity. Just as we put gold or any metal into fire to purify it, tapasyā is like that fire."
"Viśvāsa merā kam na hove, din din adhik baḍhījo. O Mahāprabhujī, my faith should never decrease. Every day it should grow and grow."

The Pearl of Everlasting Bliss
21:40 - 22:01 (21 min)
Life's deepest treasure is complete and everlasting bliss, the crown of self-realization rooted in God-realization. Rare beings attain this pearl of Paramānanda. A seeker's deep prayer brought him face-to-face with his divine master, seeing the form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. He became a true disciple, devoting body, mind, and soul. He received the highest spiritual initiation, instantly attaining samādhi. His life was a permanent establishment in the highest spiritual experience under his master's guidance. As a spiritual successor, he built and established āśrams, tirelessly spreading the light. He preached non-dualism, non-violence as the highest religion, and the unity of all humanity through song and service. His devotion was Parabhakti, love without reservation, repeating the divine name for over eighteen hours daily. Such love overcomes all obstacles between us and God. He became a living testament that this realization is possible.
"My eyes filled with tears, and I fell to my knees. I knew I had found the everlasting light of my life."
"All humans belong to one religion, and that is humanity."

We have to become one
22:05 - 23:39 (94 min)
The subject is detachment and the true Self. The soul seeks to merge into oneness with the Supreme, like space containing all things. This unity is eternal but difficult, as it requires releasing all attachment. Attachment to wealth, body, and relationships creates conditions and suffering. Renunciation is challenging. One must break attachment to join with God. Nothing belongs to you—not body, thoughts, or intellect. Only the soul is eternal. When the soul departs, no one accompanies it. We must move beyond duality and concepts of "mine" to realize the true Self as boundless consciousness. This is not a mental understanding but a state of being.
"I am neither the mind, intellect, nor the elements. I am that eternal blissful consciousness."
"There is only one God. The duality we perceive is a human creation."

Every creature have its karma
23:45 - 0:38 (53 min)
Karma connects all life, seen and unseen. It is not only for humans but for every creature, tree, and stone. Our actions and experiences are intertwined through karmic bonds we may not understand. A creature dies suddenly on the road; we feel a connection. A tree lives for thousands of years, rooted through seasons, yet its leaves scatter on the wind, and its life can end from unseen forces within, like insects drawn by piled bark. Even a stone has life, becoming dust, then part of a body again. Time is nothing, yet it brings all things. Therefore, we must act with goodness. Do not give negativity; bring good again. Help others, as one man helped a beaten stranger. We should not fight or speak ill, for we are human. All life—trees, animals, grass—is our mother and father, giving us sustenance. We must protect it, not needlessly destroy. Our current way, cutting vast forests for profit, shows humans are not good. Yet, we can choose differently. Do good for all.
"Karma is in everything."
"Time is nothing, time is nothing. Wait, wait, but it means that time comes."
