Listen to only ourselves and our Gurudev
0:40 - 1:20 (40 min)
A true holiday is for inner contemplation, not external distraction. Ancient seekers valued solitude to reflect on life and meditate. Modern holidays often involve noise and escapism, which drown the inner voice. Spiritual progress requires revitalizing the mind through satsang and the Guru's presence. This gathering is an opportunity for solitary reflection amidst community. Utilize this time to recharge spiritual energy and leave worldly concerns behind. Unity with spiritual family provides essential support in this age.
"To progress in spirituality, we need inner evolution. The only way for that is to be in satsang, to have darśan with a self-realized person, a Guru, and to be in peace."
"If we want to quit a bad habit, we need a support group and must be that support for each other."

The Seed Has To Die To Become A Tree
1:25 - 1:58 (33 min)
Knowledge is an endless well, not a finite resource to be exhausted.
Great saints of the past have spoken, but they only consumed the butter, not the cow itself. The cow—Sarasvatī, the source of knowledge—remains with us. Feed it with love and devotion, and you can milk it day and night; the well of wisdom is infinite. We have just begun to explore the Manipūra Chakra, the jeweled city within, which is the foundation of life and holds immense spiritual energy. True wealth is not external money but the internal treasure of contentment; desire is what makes one poor. We originate from the endless, void-like Ākāśa and are waves of the primordial sound, Nāda. Like individual raindrops, we separate but ultimately return to the ocean. The navel is the center of this universal process. The vital energies, prāṇa and apāna, flow through channels like the Vajranāḍī, and their balance is essential for life. Our physical form began from the navel, a truth symbolized by the lotus emerging from Viṣṇu's navel. This spiritual knowledge is a feast to be consumed slowly, bite by bite.
"They ate the butter, not the cow. Feed the cow with love. Milk it day and night."
"Those who have the money are the poor. Those who have no money are the rich."

The Inner States: Jagrat, Svapna, Suṣupti, and Beyond
2:45 - 2:59 (14 min)
States of consciousness reveal our inner and outer life.
Waking activity is for the outer world, using all energy from sunrise to sunset. In sleep, we are within ourselves, aware of the inner self filled with divine feeling. This sleep is not nothing; it is a vital awareness given by God. Deep sleep is being one hundred percent aware of the self, comfortable and peaceful. The dream state contains things within ourselves, both good and bad. A constant alertness exists between these states. Therefore, sleeping is very important. A higher level is Yoga Nidrā, a sleep of consciousness toward the Supreme, practiced by yogis.
"In sleeping, we were within ourselves. Our whole being is with us, filled with very, very divine feelings."
"What this sleep means is that we are 100% aware of our self, and so it is very comfortable, relaxed, and peaceful."

Welcoming Address and Valedictory Session on Yoga for Wellness
3:00 - 4:08 (68 min)
Yoga for wellness is the subject, moving from practice to integration for national health.
Yoga has gained global acceptance, increasing India's responsibility. The conference aims to establish policy parameters. Yoga is about holistic wellness, not merely cure. Two key features emerged: the need for integration between traditional and modern medicine, and the need for scientific evidence on yoga's impact on specific diseases. Integration must move beyond co-location to active cross-referrals. The ultimate aim is to use yoga to reduce the number of patients. Generating robust scientific evidence is crucial for global acceptability. The presence of both traditional and modern practitioners signifies the desired integration.
"Yoga is not just about a cure. It is about health, overall well-being, and wellness." "We need to generate scientific evidence about the value of yoga if we want true acceptability."

A Monument for Krishnanaji
4:15 - 4:30 (15 min)
A monument is being created in memory of Krishnanaji. Swāmījī requested a monument be placed in the main square of Vép. This model is sixty centimeters, but the final stone monument will be two hundred twenty. Krishnanaji passed three years ago during the COVID time. He was the foundational seed for yoga and the lineage in Hungary. When Swāmījī first visited, he stayed in their home for a month with devotees. Upon leaving, Swāmījī said he had left two seeds there. The entire growth of the system in Hungary is the fruit of Krishnanaji's work. He organized international seminars and an ashram. He was like a citizen of Vép, known by the mayor and community. The monument will stand beside peace trees planted by the mayor and Viśva Gurujī. It will preserve his vivid memory for everyone.
"Now I left here two seeds. Let's see what is going on, what will grow out of it."
"He was really the seed of the seed in Hungary for yoga in life and in the paramparā."

Pain Of Separation Is A Driving Force
5:55 - 6:29 (34 min)
The call to spiritual inquiry arises from the pain of separation from one's true nature. Pain is inherent in life and serves as a motivator. Suffering, however, is an optional response. We are conditioned by identifications and roles, creating a confused personality. This identification with what we are not generates persistent pain. Satsang addresses this pain by pointing toward truth. Our lives are organized around the body and mind, instruments we play, obscuring the fundamental reality. Spiritual practice involves inquiring into the unchanging Self beneath transient thoughts and feelings. Concepts like karma operate in duality, but surrender dissolves them. Enlightenment is not an achievement but a result of grace. The essential inquiry is why postpone this realization for tomorrow instead of seeking it now.
"Pain is normal, and suffering is an option in life."
"Enlightenment is not something that we can do. Or on what we can work towards. It happens only by grace."

Shiva will bless All
7:05 - 7:28 (23 min)
The Kali Yuga presents a severe trial, demanding unity. A time of great calamity approaches, with disasters, disease, and agricultural ruin. Yet, a path exists for those with correct knowledge to merge with the cosmic Śiva. Śiva's nature is universally compassionate, embracing all people and religions without exclusion, unlike other forces that may discriminate. Śiva's blessing is the paramount solution. The precious human birth is easily squandered without understanding. Time, once lost, never returns. Therefore, one must remember Śiva constantly through repetition of His names, cultivating real devotion to the inner Gurudeva, who appears in many forms beyond external designations. This devotion is the essential grace.
"Śiva said, 'All of you are very good. Let be.'"
"Human life in this world is very, very precious. If you do not understand and you lose it, then you have no knowledge."

The 2nd Sri Swami Maheshwarananda Festival(5/5)
7:30 - 8:06 (36 min)
The world is a temporary gathering, a two-day festival of constant change. We observe this flux in nature's cycles, yet resist it within ourselves, seeking permanent safety. This impermanence encompasses everything; nothing in this mortal construction remains. We inherently know of something everlasting within our own Self, yet foolishly search for permanence in external, transient possessions like wealth and home. This outer search is part of the divine play of coming and going. The guidance is to turn inward through meditation and repetition of God's name, for only there lies the unchanging. The Guru is the giver who bestows immortality, his greatness felt through his radiance though he behaves ordinarily. Through the Guru's grace, exemplified by figures like Mahāprabhujī, devotees receive blessings, healing, and ultimate liberation. The saint's divine energy remains accessible, permeating the dense layers of reality, as the universe is consciousness and energy.
"When I meditated on my Satguru, I got mokṣa."
"All who were searching for his shelter, he made into jīvan muktas."

The 2nd Sri Swami Maheshwarananda Festival (3/5)
8:10 - 9:58 (108 min)
The path is inner realization through the guru's grace and dedicated practice. All religions lead to one God. The breath is our primary nourishment. The guru provides the wisdom and practices to realize the Self, burning karma and ignorance. Meeting the guru gives life its true aim, reducing inner fear. Disciples gather in satsaṅg, which transforms consciousness like sandalwood perfumes nearby trees. The guru embodies the highest Self, appearing as a friend while guiding from absolute consciousness. Practice purifies the energy system so consciousness may glimpse reality beyond the mind's coverings. Worldly life is enjoyed but seen as transient from that higher state. Liberation comes by dissolving attachments and ego through mantra and purification, joining a thread of pure awareness.
"My concentration, all my awareness, everything is at the holy feet of my divine master."
"Step into your inner space, because there is the real game, and concentrate your consciousness to your beloved one, to God."

God is everywhere
10:50 - 12:31 (101 min)
The sixth day of Navarātri honors the goddess Kātyāyanī, who embodies supreme power and devotion. Kātyāyanī was born from the combined energies of the gods to defeat the demon Mahiṣāsura. The sage Kātyāyana performed intense austerities, and the goddess incarnated as his daughter. All deities bestowed their weapons upon her, making her the slayer of Mahiṣāsura, known as Mahiṣāsuramardinī. She is the most powerful of the nine forms, easily evoked for protection from all negativity. Worship is an act of devotion that awakens divine qualities within. True worship requires preparation, humility, and aligns with one's own nature, ultimately leading to the Guru's essence, which contains everything.
"She is the most powerful out of all the nine avatars, and she is the one who kills the most powerful demon."
"Worship means we approach certain qualities, we awaken certain qualities in our worship, in our pūjā, in us, in ourself."

We have to become one
12:35 - 14:09 (94 min)
The subject is detachment and the true Self. The soul seeks to merge into oneness with the Supreme, like space containing all things. This unity is eternal but difficult, as it requires releasing all attachment. Attachment to wealth, body, and relationships creates conditions and suffering. Renunciation is challenging. One must break attachment to join with God. Nothing belongs to you—not body, thoughts, or intellect. Only the soul is eternal. When the soul departs, no one accompanies it. We must move beyond duality and concepts of "mine" to realize the true Self as boundless consciousness. This is not a mental understanding but a state of being.
"I am neither the mind, intellect, nor the elements. I am that eternal blissful consciousness."
"There is only one God. The duality we perceive is a human creation."

To be independent
14:15 - 15:29 (74 min)
The Guru's grace liberates the soul from worldly bondage.
Without the true Guru, one cannot cross the ocean of existence. The Guru incarnates to lead beings from darkness to light, granting independence from the cycle of birth and death. Trust in the Guru's name provides protection and leads to liberation, as illustrated by a disciple whose faith allowed him to survive mortal dangers. Conversely, jealousy is a destructive fire that consumes from within. True freedom is not merely political but liberation from inner enemies like desire, anger, and attachment. Worldly conflicts stem from animalistic ambitions awakening in humans. Lasting peace requires wisdom, compassion, and the removal of these negative qualities through divine remembrance.
"Without the grace of the Guru, you cannot cross the ocean of the world and reach liberation."
"O Lord, liberate me gently... and lead me to immortality."

How to train our mind?
15:35 - 15:56 (21 min)
The mind is restless and must be tamed. A king had a horse no one could ride. Many trainers failed by forcing it. A wise trainer did not force it. He simply followed the horse everywhere, building association. He let the horse come to him. Then he rewarded it with grass and slowly introduced a blanket. Eventually, he gently climbed on while petting it. The horse accepted him. The training took over a year through patient trust.
Our mind is like that horse. Let it run; that is its nature. Do not force it. Slowly train it towards devotion. When it calms, it will return. Grace makes this training possible.
"The trainer was different. He took the horse and simply let it be."
"Slowly, slowly, train your mind towards Guru Bhakti."

Yoga, Āyurveda, and the Journey Beyond: From Vikāra to Turīya
17:00 - 17:55 (55 min)
Yoga and Āyurveda address disease, or vikāra, in the physical and mental realms. Physical vikāra arises from disregarding natural harmony in diet and living. Mental vikāra manifests as the six afflictions: desire, anger, attachment, greed, pride, and ego. These lead to cintā, or chronic worry, which consumes one from within like a termite hollowing a tree. The remedy is to renounce attachment to what is lost and to practice svādhyāya, the study of one's own unfulfilled chapters. Meditation relieves this tension by revealing the unreality of persistent worry. Deeper practice involves mastering the three states of consciousness—waking, dreaming, and deep sleep—through Yoga Nidrā. This conscious sleep purifies the subconscious, resolves latent conflicts, and can recharge energy. Mastery leads to the fourth state, chaitanya, a wakeful consciousness that perceives past, present, and future.
"Vikāra is something which is destroying itself, like when fruit is lying a long time and is rotten."
"The root of righteousness is mercy."

Longing for God
18:00 - 18:59 (59 min)
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Rijeka Ashram, Croatia. Bhajan singing. We should be careful with our bodies and we should live very healthily. Our practice is very important and also our good food. We are really yogis. We have learnt many things that are really important in yoga. Real yogis should practise yoga every day. We help other people to become spiritual. Some people eat cats and kill them in a very cruel way. We should feel every creature in our hearts. The story of a man who wanted to see God. The story of an Indian lady living near Rupavas who became a holy person. The other story is of a woman in Gujarat who doesn't eat and doesn't drink anything.

Become one with yourself
21:00 - 21:59 (59 min)
Evening satsang in Jadan Ashram, distr. Pali, Rajasthan, India. I have been to many places, all of which have their own songs. In India, there are many bhajans. The bhajans have a lot of beauty. Even the birds are whistling as if they are singing bhajans. The chanting of the Om starts from the navel, ascends from there and returns back to the navel. Then the yogis enter into meditation. Many people actually turn outwards during meditation. But what we need to do is to become one with ourselves, to unite with our Self.
