How to overcome the obstacles of practicing
0:20 - 1:38 (78 min)
Recorded on
The chakras contain immense power we must master, requiring guidance. From Mūlādhāra to Viśuddhi, these centers mix human and animal qualities. The Svādhiṣṭhāna generates waves of passion that can sweep us away. The Kuṇḍalinī lies dormant until awakened. The three nāḍīs—Iḍā, Piṅgalā, Suṣumṇā—wind left and right; when knowledge dawns, energy flows straight. A coiled snake represents the three guṇas, which pull us downward. Our desires create holes through which energy drains. The Maṇipūra Chakra is the seat of sound and fire. Viṣṇu resides in the navel, resting on the ocean of purity. Regular practice of prāṇāyāma like Bhastrikā and Kapālabhāti energizes the body from this center. Reading scriptures must move from intellect to heart. Knowledge requires daily churning and application over time. "Strive for oneness, purity, without blemish. Do not stain your body." "Our life may be ending, but we should not waste time. If we die today, let us use these minutes productively." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand
We are a part of God
1:45 - 2:55 (70 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is one unified path, though taught under many names. It extends far beyond physical postures to encompass the entire life force and consciousness. The practice integrates all aspects of nature, as seen in the 84 traditional āsanas inspired by animals and elements. This discipline is lifelong, like the breath itself, and aims to balance the body's five principles with nature. The ultimate goal is for the individual soul, or jīva, to realize its divine nature and ascend to the highest cosmic consciousness, ending the cycle of rebirth among the 8.4 million life forms. While worldly knowledge progresses outwardly, the yogi's path is an inward journey to the Self. All creatures possess the will to live, and humans must recognize the divine Ātmā within themselves and all beings, moving from identifying with the limited drop to merging with the boundless ocean. "Yoga is not only physical, for the physical body, or just breath and concentration, etc. Yoga is very far-reaching." "Your soul, your ātmā in you is your God." Filming location: Slovenia

Guru Purnima 2025 - Celebration from Om Ashram
3:00 - 5:45 (165 min)
Recorded on
The auspicious occasion of Guru Pūrṇimā is celebrated to honor the guiding light of the spiritual teacher. This gathering is not an ordinary place, for where the Guru resides, the Supreme God resides. Human life, among all forms, is uniquely endowed with the capacity for knowledge and discernment. The world is an ocean of sorrows, and the Sadguru is the one who enables the crossing of this ocean. The Guru dispels the darkness of ignorance and leads towards the light of the Divine. Spiritual knowledge is essential; without it, one cannot attain peace regardless of worldly success. The Guru acts as a mediator, uniting the individual with God. Therefore, one must follow the path shown by the Guru, dedicating time daily for mantra, prayer, and satsaṅg. This practice cultivates righteousness and divine love in one's life. "Gurudev takes out light from this worldly darkness and says, 'Paramātmā rūpī prakāśa.'" "Until you have spiritual knowledge in your life, until you don't have a Guru in your life... you can never attain peace." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The five sheaths, from the physical to the bliss body, define our being and are shaped by our nourishment. The physical sheath, annamaya kośa, is formed from food. The energy sheath, prāṇamaya kośa, arises from that nourishment. The mental, wisdom, and bliss sheaths follow sequentially. What you consume determines your energy, mind, knowledge, and ultimate state. Modern habits have corrupted this natural order, replacing pure, sāttvic nourishment with harmful substances and actions, leading to disease and mental disturbance. A pure diet creates pure energy and a serene mind, guiding one toward true happiness. The path is obstructed by base desires and endless argument, which must be surrendered through attentive listening to divine guidance. "Jaisā khāī annā, vaisā rahe man. What kind of nourishment or food you eat, like that will be your mind." "Your nourishment, your energy, then your mentality, the mind." Filming location: Auckland, New Zealand
Questions and answers from Debrecen

A yogic path integrates self-sufficient living with disciplined practice. Begin a farm with both greenhouse and organic garden crops, developing it from a hobby into a community offering yoga retreats. The first spiritual step is dietary control: consume limited, home-prepared meals without sweets or junk food. Fast for four to five hours between meals, consuming only water. This discipline eliminates most bodily difficulties, strengthens immunity, and supports meditation, which requires a mantra. Prāṇāyāma cleanses physical diseases, and satsaṅg with virtuous friends is essential. Avoid all intoxicants, as they embody destructive energies. Prefer local, seasonal, organic produce; soy is nutritious only if organic. Raw milk is healthful, but regulations sometimes adulterate it. True practice requires organizing life around these principles. "Meditation without a mantra is a body without a soul." "Prāṇāyāma will tell them, 'Get out of this body! What are you doing here?'" Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

Surrender to the divine master is the path to liberation. The highest god is the ruler of all and resides within every cell. The true guru is ever-present, as the scriptures confirm. Those who surrender live without fear and attain the highest happiness. Constant repetition of the divine name allows one to cross the ocean of worldly existence. This world is a temporary play of coming and going; no worldly relation or possession aids the soul at death. Therefore, one must place one's entire life, success, and abilities into the hands of the immortal beloved. The final goal is liberation and eternal union with God. "O Gurudev, please protect me from this net of Māyā." "I gave you the whole responsibility over my life." Filming location: Vienna, Austria
Singing Bhajans to the Masters
8:30 - 9:11 (41 min)

The radiance of satsaṅg, or holy company, is supreme. This association is the root cause of divine illumination. From satsaṅg, one attains the highest bliss and joy. It is praised as victorious and glorious. Worldly fears cannot touch one engaged in true satsaṅg. It is likened to the fragrance of sandalwood that permeates all it touches. This gathering is the essential means for realizing the divine presence within. "Oh satsaṅga jaya jana pā, Maliya garā kevai, Oh chandana melevo Svāmpaka satsaṅga tasi parama ānanda sukha pā." "Hameṁ kāma-satsaṅga se jagata-bhake to baka nehīṁ de." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The heart is an endless ocean of divine bliss. Salutations are offered to the revered spiritual guide, who is the embodiment of the supreme. A prayer is made for all endeavors to be successful. This prayer acknowledges that all actions are already accomplished. The sequence presents a shift from future aspiration to past completion. The apparent inconsistency reveals a non-linear understanding of time. Success is not a future event but a present reality recognized through grace. The work is done in the spirit of that accomplished perfection. "make all my work successful." "And indeed, everything I do is accomplished successfully." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Guru Tattva
10:25 - 11:25 (60 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Guru Tattva is the universal, immortal Self. The one original seed, Brahman, multiplies while its life, the light of the ātmā, remains unchanged. This ātmā enters various forms but is singular and everlasting; only the form and its elements change. The individual is movable, while the universal is steady. The Guru principle is that very ātmā, the inner dweller in all. It is addressed with titles like Śrī, denoting prosperity and holiness, reflecting spiritual reality, not mere worldly roles. "Gu" is darkness, "ru" is light; the Guru is the light of the Self leading from ignorance. One who realizes this and possesses equal vision, love, and non-violence is a Mahātmā. Its opposite is Pāpātmā, a soul bound by violence and sin, destined for suffering. The highest human quality is Puruṣottama, attained through spiritual discipline, representing the divine within. Harming any creature harms that inner ātmā. The Guru Tattva is the antaryāmī, the inner ruler of all moving and non-moving beings. "Śrīguru ātmā paramātmā ho, mātmā puruṣottama, sakala jagakī antara jānī, cara acara kī ātmā." "Gu is darkness, and ru is light. So who, then, is Śrī Guru? The Ātmā." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Great Saints set an example
11:30 - 12:30 (60 min)
Recorded on
Dharma is the universal principle of rightness, distinct from modern religious constructs. Many great beings, including Jesus and ancient ṛṣis, have suffered for truth. Common yoga is a science for well-being, akin to a parent calming a child. A higher meditation exists for those spiritually educated with tolerance. Satsaṅg inspires and calms through knowledge and devotion, while kusaṅg includes sound pollution and addiction. Study the lives of all saints to understand their consciousness and sacrifice. Dharma must be upheld once promised, as seen in historical examples of unwavering commitment. Every being has a protective dharma, like a mother to her child. The Supreme watches all karma. Read wisely, filtering inspiration without becoming argumentative or changing views with every new author. The essence of all scripture is the law of cause and effect upon one's own self. Practice looking within to read the chapter of your own life. "If you give pleasure to others, you will receive pleasure. If you give trouble to others, you will receive trouble." "Read the chapter of your own life. How many chapters have you begun? How many remain empty or incomplete?" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Follow the Guruvakyas and practice
13:40 - 14:38 (58 min)
Recorded on
The essence of spiritual life is consistent practice within a supportive community. Our tradition's bhajans contain the complete path. True progress requires personal effort, not merely listening. Association shapes habit: spiritual company fosters spirituality, while negative influences divert you. Many attend lectures but avoid practice, which is like discussing food without eating. Practice purifies karma and sustains spiritual health, just as discipline manages physical health. Without practice, initial spiritual love fades. Maintain your personal system—physical, mental, and spiritual. Life flows like a river, governed by karma and natural principles. Ultimately, success depends on following the Guru's instruction and grace. Your practice brings your benefit; neglect brings none. "Jaisā kare saṅg, vaisā lāge raṅg. With whom you associate, you will take on that habit or color." "If you eat, your stomach will be filled. So I say to you personally: please do practice, not only in class but at home too." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
What Is The Guru
14:45 - 15:45 (60 min)
Recorded on
The seven days are Brahmavākya, the eternal words of Brahman, established by the Saptaṛṣis who reside in Antarīkṣa. This earth is Mṛtyu Loka, a junction of coming and going, and our Karma Bhūmi where we perform action. One must honor their Janmabhūmi, the place of birth, and their Dharma Bhūmi, the land of spiritual heritage. Modern civilization neglects this, leading to greed, dishonesty, and the theft of spiritual wealth like yoga. The body is a temple for the soul, which must be kept pure. True Gurudeva is not the physical form but the embodiment of knowledge—Brahmānanda, paramasukhada, kevalaṁ jñānamūrti—unmovable, spotless, and beyond the three Guṇas. This realization requires lifelong practice of Brahma Vidyā. "Without coming to this earth, your development will not be there. You came here to make karma, to work." "Your body is the temple of your spirit, the temple of your soul, your Ātmā." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Coordinate movement with inhalation and exhalation, maintaining inner attention. Practice stretches, Pāvanamuktāsana, and Vajrāsana with focus on spinal alignment. Perform inverted postures like Viparīta Karaṇī Mudrā with care, distinguishing it from Śīrṣāsana. Practice standing āsanas such as Garuḍāsana and Trikoṇāsana with balance and concentration, avoiding force. Conclude with Prāṇāyāma, specifically Nāḍī Śodhana, to purify the energy channels. Chant Oṃ to complete the practice. "Throughout the entire practice, strive to maintain your attention within yourself." "For all balancing postures, it is essential first to calm the mind, and only then can the balancing postures be performed well." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

19:40 - 20:23 (43 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Cherkasy Ashram, Ukraine. We have many duties in the world. It's important to give the children culture and a good education. They should not go into bad society, they should become wise. One day the soul will leave behind the physical body. The karma and destiny will go with us. We are searching for the Master today. You can learn from different masters but can have only one Guru. Do not expect miracles.
What Is Love?
20:30 - 21:09 (39 min)
Recorded on
Love is a fundamental power, with both conditional human forms and an unconditional divine essence. Love is a positive emotion that, like all emotion, can narrow awareness yet also grants immense strength. We first experience it as essential nourishment in childhood. Human love evolves through relationships with family, friends, and partners, but it often remains conditional, expecting something in return. In contrast, divine love is unconditional. The Guru embodies this, radiating a love that prepares and sustains us according to our capacity to receive it. Our soul inherently longs for this supreme love. We cultivate love by choice, consciously nourishing positive qualities like compassion and directing them outward from those closest to us to a wider circle. Spiritual progress requires persistent personal effort, yet is ultimately carried by grace. We are in the ideal place to develop Bhakti, the selfless, unconditional love oriented toward the divine. "Love is such a power which connects everything together. And the opposite—anger, sadness—is distracting, is dividing." "His love is absolutely unconditional. He loves us as we are, with all our good and bad qualities, all our good and bad moments." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Merge into the consciousness of Gurudev
21:15 - 21:59 (44 min)
Recorded on
The sacred land of Bhārat is a holy place of incarnations, saints, rivers, and mountains. Its essence is divine, but people often lose their spiritual nature in the pursuit of materialism, misusing divine creations like money and causing suffering. Sanātana Dharma is the eternal principle that harmonizes all existence, dwelling within each being. For realization, one requires a living guide, as the formless truth is approached through form. The Guru is the essential conduit for liberation, embodying the principles of creation, sustenance, and dissolution. One must follow the Guru's instruction, not blindly imitate their actions, as understanding is paramount. "Dhyāna mūlam guru mūrti. Pūjā mūlam guru padam. Mantra mūlam guru vākyam. Mokṣa mūlam guru kṛpā." "Do what Gurudeva said. Don’t do what Gurudeva is doing." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
The day I met Holy Guruji
22:05 - 23:00 (55 min)
Recorded on
A soul's descent into this world is a divine selection based on past spiritual discipline, not personal choice. The practice of yoga burns the seeds of karma, preventing rebirth. A self-realized being acts in the world without generating new karma, as darkness cannot touch light. Such a soul may be destined to return for service. The disciple is like raw stone shaped by the master into a sacred statue through humble submission. The initial longing for the guru must remain unwavering until the goal is achieved. Worldly life is a prison of disappointment compared to divine love. "Every soul, when descending from the astral world to this mortal world, must be chosen by some higher hierarchies." "The master turns the disciple into the master." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
