He nath aba to

The Self is the witness, not the body, mind, or doer. It is eternal consciousness and bliss, identical to the supreme reality. Liberation is realizing this inherent nature, not attaining something new. The primary veil is the ego, the mistaken identity with the body and mind. This ignorance is removed through spiritual practice, self-inquiry, and grace. By stilling the mind and investigating the "I," the ever-present Self is recognized. Surrender and service purify perception, revealing the divine in all.

"The Self is the witness of all actions. The Self is eternally free, eternally blissful, eternally conscious."

"Mokṣa is not something to be attained in the future. It is our inherent nature, here and now."

Oṁ Bholē Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī Jai... Acalā Rāmjī Kī Jai. The Self is not the body. The body is a vehicle, a chariot. The Self is the charioteer. The Self is the witness, the observer. The Self is the knower. The Self is the consciousness that illuminates the body, the mind, and the intellect. The Self is the light of awareness. The Self is the Turīya, the fourth state, beyond waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. The Self is the Ātman. The Self is Brahman. The Self is Śiva. The Self is Viṣṇu. The Self is the Supreme Reality. The Self is not the doer. The Self is the witness of all actions. The Self is not the enjoyer. The Self is the witness of all enjoyment. The Self is not the sufferer. The Self is the witness of all suffering. The Self is eternally free, eternally blissful, eternally conscious. The Self is Sat-Cit-Ānanda. Existence, Consciousness, Bliss. The path to realizing the Self is the path of Sādhanā. Sādhanā is spiritual practice. Sādhanā is the means to purify the mind, to still the mind, to turn the mind inward. When the mind is still, when the thoughts subside, the Self shines forth in its own glory. The Self is ever-present, ever-available. We have only to remove the veils of ignorance, the veils of attachment, the veils of aversion. The greatest veil is the ego, the Ahaṁkāra. The ego says, "I am the body. I am the mind. I am the doer. I am the enjoyer." This is ignorance, Avidyā. To remove this ignorance, we must practice self-inquiry. We must ask, "Who am I?" We must investigate the nature of the "I." When we investigate sincerely, we discover that the "I" is not the body, not the mind, not the intellect. The "I" is the pure consciousness, the witness. This is Self-realization. Self-realization is liberation, Mokṣa. Mokṣa is freedom from the cycle of birth and death, Saṁsāra. Mokṣa is the realization of one's true nature as the immortal, infinite Self. Mokṣa is not something to be attained in the future. It is our inherent nature, here and now. We have only to recognize it. How to recognize it? Through the grace of the Guru. The Guru is the one who removes the darkness of ignorance. The Guru is the embodiment of the Supreme Self. The Guru's words are the scriptures. The Guru's glance is initiation. The Guru's presence is liberation. Serve the Guru. Surrender to the Guru. Merge in the Guru. The Guru and the Self are one. Therefore, take refuge in the Guru. Chant the name of God. Meditate on the Self. Perform your duties without attachment. See God in all beings. Serve all beings as manifestations of God. This is the essence of all spiritual paths. This is the direct path to liberation. Oṁ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ.
