A master will always give

The spiritual path requires a guide, sincere practice, and self-awareness. A true master gives all knowledge openly, as found in the book The Hidden Powers in Humans. Practice the self-inquiry meditation to purify the chakras. Life's hurdles are training; you are only given obstacles you can overcome, making you stronger. Daily Svādhyāya means studying your own actions, not judging, and forgiving. Live in the present moment with full awareness. Chanting and Bhakti Yoga are vital. The sound "Oṁ" connects you to the creator. Intensive practices like Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna can lead to profound experiences. Take one step toward God, and He will come a thousand steps toward you.

"Why do you have fear when I am here?"

Dear brothers and sisters around the whole world, I am happy to meet you this evening. Today is a special day. It is the day of the Guru and also Ekādaśī, which is a very special spiritual day. Swāmījī is at a function outside today, so he gave us the task to bring some words to you, which will help you in your spirituality. My name is Sadvishanti, and I have been with Swāmījī for 34 years now. There are some people who are immediately in contact with the Master, who can immediately see the sun of wisdom shining out of a real Master through his words, deeds, and techniques. I am glad to have met the right master, whose name is Swāmī Maheśvarānanda, and I am happy that he is in my life in this life and will be forever in all lives with me. You know, I am now dressed in orange. This signifies a certain determination. For those dressed in orange, the main purpose is to speak about God. It is an honor for me to walk this path and try to speak to others about God, sharing my experience of my spiritual life with Swāmījī. I was not one who immediately recognized Swāmījī. Some in our large yoga group feel an immediate connection and recognition upon seeing him. In my case, it was not like that. For a long time, I could not understand the words of wisdom he spoke. It took me a very long time to understand. But then I understood that through him, another force is speaking. He is not the person, not the doer; God is the doer. He is an instrument, and that is why I met him. In these long years, Swāmījī gave so many lectures. When we started in Austria with Yoga in Daily Life, he spoke in every class afterwards about Jñāna and Rāja Yoga and many yoga concepts, using many Hindi and Sanskrit words which were difficult for us to understand. But he always spoke and gave. After many years of practicing, he wrote a book. In this book, he gave all the secrets that a master can give to a disciple. A real master never hides anything. I give you this book: The Hidden Powers in Humans, the chakra book. In this book is all wisdom, all of Swāmījī’s knowledge. So, whether you are practicing Yoga in Daily Life or not, try to have this book and read it through and through. We have a meditation technique called the self-inquiry meditation. I do not know how many of you practice it. It goes on for about two years, step by step. You go inside yourself and analyze yourself. You ask, "What is the development in my chakras, in the lower chakra, in the next chakra, in the Anāhata Chakra, in Viśuddhi, and so on?" You purify yourself through this technique of self-inquiry. It is a wonderful technique, and I can suggest that in your yoga classes, you try to find a teacher who can lead you slowly and carefully through it. I thought Swāmījī would never give this technique in a book, as I was perhaps a little narrow-minded, thinking he would keep it very secret. I was very astonished when I opened the Yoga in Daily Life book and found the whole technique described inside. All of us are very fortunate to have such precious diamonds in our hands. In the past, our master lineage did not have the advantages we have now. We have a master who is teaching, books we can read, teaching videos, and CDs. We have everything. Yet, we are perhaps less serious than people in the past because nowadays our minds are pulled in so many different directions. When I was a child in the countryside, we had just potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and peas. There was not really rice. We had bread and milk. That was it, but it was wonderful and perfect. There was no supermarket, television, radio, or telephone. We had much more time to be in nature and with others. Now it is the opposite. We are mostly on machines at our jobs and not much in society. When we are, it is mostly within families. One thing that is lost is singing. I return to my roots, my childhood, when I went often into the mountains. We were always singing. When I remember my mountaineering in my youth until age 14, I do not remember the mountains, but I remember the singing, and it was wonderful. Therefore, singing and chanting are among the most important things you can do. In the satsaṅg yesterday, Swāmījī said that Bhakti Yoga is the way of yoga that will lead you to liberation in this Kali Yuga. All forms of Bhakti Yoga are very important for us to practice, and one of the easiest is singing and satsaṅg. So, in this period, we will also sing some bhajans. I want to come back to this book. It is not a normal book; it is a book full of wisdom. You do not need another book to practice because everything is inside: all exercises, all explanations. I will try to speak about some chakras and do some practice with you all together. I also wanted to tell you that on the spiritual path we have many experiences, of course. As when going into high mountains, we need guidance. We need someone to help us cross rivers, go over stones, and avoid difficulties. This is the guide. It is important to have confidence in your guide. If you choose a guide, do not stop; continue with him, and he will lead you to your aim. On the way, he will show you all techniques: how to remove stones, overcome waterfalls, and traverse ice, glaciers, and stones. It is important to know the aim, which mountain you want to climb—Mount Everest or a small hill in the Vienna Woods. It is important to know because then you know how much effort to make. So, it is important for us to focus and then slowly, step by step, proceed. Swāmījī, in his system of Yoga in Daily Life, is very careful in his guidance. Every yoga teacher among us—and we are thousands around the world—is trained to guide people very slowly on the spiritual path. For instance, in sports, if you want to run 10 kilometers in one day but did nothing the months before, you will not achieve it. You have to train slowly. You have to prepare yourself. In the same way, it is in spirituality. In a way, we are jogging because we have hurdles in front of us. First, God gives us small hurdles. When you jump over the first hurdles, your trainer is on the side. I was a swimmer in training. I remember the trainer going beside me while I felt I was nearly dying. He said, "Go on, go on, go on." I said, "I cannot, I am dying. I do not get air, I cannot move anymore." But he said, "Go on." In the same way, the Master is standing on the side. First hurdle: let us say you cannot go to India as you wanted. So, okay, first hurdle. After some time, you overcome this, understanding there must be a reason behind it. Then, the next hurdle. The more you progress and are trained, the higher the hurdles become. So, do not be astonished if hurdles come your way. But what happens when you jump over hurdles? You become more trained and stronger. That is what He wants: for you to become stronger with each hurdle. So, we must be very thankful for our training partners. It does not matter who or what they are—family members, friends. Wherever we have difficulties, it is training. God is standing on the side. Manage or not. There is a very positive aspect to this: He gives you only the hurdles over which you can jump. That is important to know because sometimes the struggle or suffering is so strong that you think you will never overcome it, but that is not right. You always have the force and strength to overcome it. This is a rule, a spiritual law that is always right. This is a very good message I can give you because in my life I also thought I would never overcome certain things, but I did. So, life is actually beautiful, and hurdles are beautiful. In the chakras, we develop our wisdom, our jñāna. In the lower chakras, like the Mūlādhāra, there are unconscious things over which we do not have much control. In the Svādhiṣṭhāna Chakra, all our emotions—kāma, krodha, mada, lobha—are our daily bread, or fast food, or daily hurdles. In the next steps, purification takes place. One of the most important chakras to develop among the divine chakras is the Anāhata Chakra, the chakra of the heart. So, we overcome the lower chakras and proceed to the higher chakras. Our jñāna, our understanding—not book knowledge—grows. That is our biggest help. In the Ājñā Chakra, there are only two lotuses with two petals. This is the petal of jñāna. With this eye, the third eye, you are able to understand everything. When you reach this level, there is the end of karmas and also the end of suffering. So, to achieve the Ājñā Chakra is one of the levels, the first and biggest mountain to achieve. The others will come with God’s blessing. One very important exercise in daily life is Svādhyāya. Many of you know what Svādhyāya means: studying. But I do not mean only studying books, though that is very important. Every day, to increase our knowledge, it is good and important to read the holy book. It can be one sentence, three sentences, ten sentences. This is nourishment for the whole day. Not only our body needs nourishment, but also our mind and soul need it. This is the rest in the morning. And our sādhanā—āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation—purifies us on all levels, visible or invisible, making us clear and removing darkness. The Svādhyāya I mean is to study your life. We take so much time for so many things in daily life, caring for this and that. Nowadays, there are more activities than in ancient times. But once a day, for five to ten minutes, we should take time just for ourselves to think over. It is best when you come home, sometime in the afternoon, or in the evening before sleeping—but not while sleeping, as you are not very conscious then. Just think over what happened during the day. The big question written in all books is: "Who am I? From where do I come? Where will I go?" You can make a beautiful exposé, copying from Google, Facebook, or some book or library. That is not a big thing, but to realize this is a long way. First, we have to realize how I am. That is the main thing. To realize this, it is not enough to say, "Oh, today I was great. I cooked perfectly. I sang a great bhajan." That will not progress anything. I have to look: where was I angry today, why was I angry, with whom was I angry, how was I angry? Then I should remember that Swāmījī and all masters teach: ahiṁsā paramo dharma. Love is actually the first principle. Mahāprabhujī, his golden teacher, says only love is the door to liberation. So, how am I doing to myself? How am I treating myself? Am I telling myself all the time, "Oh, you are stupid, Shanti," or "I am a terrible person," or "I am lazy"? You understand me. Just take the thing which was the most disagreeable that day and try to analyze it. If another person was involved, forgive the others, but also forgive yourself for being angry, and do not judge. See the other as also a divine soul like you. It is not about how he was acting or reacting. You have to understand it is not the mistake of others. What do I have to do with how he was reacting or how it was going on with him? Always look inside yourself. When inside we become purer, kinder, and more loving, then our outside world will also change. So, I request that if you can, take five to ten minutes daily. It is also very good if you can write it down, like a spiritual diary—notes about yourself, what happened, what lecture you heard, what you learned from it. Do not judge yourself. If you were angry, say, "Okay, in this moment I could not, but maybe tomorrow I can be better." Like this, I have been training myself for many years, and I can tell you that if you do this, then slowly you will progress. I do not say I am an angel now, but slowly I become less lazy, less angry, less careless. First, we have to see where our point is. We are all like gardeners, and in the garden you can learn a lot. In nature you can learn a lot. If you have a field with grass, stones, and herbs you do not need, you have to pull everything out. Only when the field is completely clear—when you remove the wrong grass, stones, roots, everything—only when everything is clear can you spread the seeds. The seeds are of love, kindness, tolerance, and humbleness. Then they will grow. But if you put these seeds in the middle of everything, they will die because the other plants are stronger. That is why yoga is the principle that never sleeps. This is one of my favorite quotes from yoga. It means we have to be aware in each and every moment—just awareness. You can see this also in nature. Nature is always changing. If you look at birds or animals, they are completely aware of every moment, living in the present moment. This is a very important thing: to live in the present moment, to act in the present moment, and to think in the present moment. There is a nice little story of a Chinese wise man. Chin Chin Chang was a very wise and famous man, and Dara was a professor who wanted to know many things. He knew this wise man. The professor was a very nervous person. He went to the Chinese wise man and said, "Please, can you tell me how I can be like you, so peaceful and satisfied? When I came near to you, I immediately felt peace coming to me. Can you tell me your secret so I can follow it?" The wise man said, "Yes, you know, it is like this: When I sit, I sit. When I stand, I stand. When I eat, I eat. That is all." The professor said, "What is this? This is stupid. He tells me, 'When I sit, I sit. When I stand, I stand. And when I go, I go.' This cannot be your secret. This is not a secret. What are you telling me here?" He was very unhappy. Then the wise man said, "The difference between you and me is that when you are sitting, you are already thinking about standing. When you are standing, you are already thinking about eating. And when you are eating, you are already thinking about sitting. That is the problem. So, do one thing at a time, in the present moment, and that is it." That is the Viṣṇu principle, the principle to get ātmā jñāna in the present moment. When you follow this, you will be free from your past and your future. Part 2: The Protection of the Satguru and the Power of Practice Now I will sing the first bhajan, "Chikhna," and a very beautiful bhajan, "Teri Satta Guru Rakhā Lāge." You know, there is so much fear in this world, so much fear and anxiety. Who doesn't have fear and anxiety in this world? Everybody, nearly everybody. Is there somebody who has no fear? Perhaps one out of a thousand. Fear is a very common thing. We have fear of death, fear of losing money, fear of illnesses. There are so many, many kinds of fear: losing a partner, losing friends, losing family, and so on. I think every one of you has had periods of fear in your life. There is one very beautiful sentence. It is said, "Why do you have fear when I am here?" This "I am" means God. So He asks you, "Why do you have fear when I am here? Do you not know that I am here?" He is speaking. But you know, Kṛṣṇa's flute is so soft, you have to be very careful to hear it. He is always saying this: you have to reduce the sound of the world, the sound of your work, everything. Then you can hear this voice telling you, "Why do you have fear when I am here?" In this bhajan, Mahāprabhujī, Holī Gurujī, the master of Swāmījī, says the Satya Guru is protecting you. The Satta Guru also gets the power from Śiva. So God, Śiva, is protecting you; that's why you should not worry. Don't worry, because if you have fear and you are worrying, it takes a lot of energy from you. You cannot grow. If you see a tree that wants to grow, and on two sides or four sides you have some ropes holding it to the floor, this tree will never grow. These ropes are our negative qualities, but very much our fear and our complexes. We have to cut these ropes, and then the tree can grow towards the sun. It is beautiful to grow. So Holī Gurujī says, "Live bravely and fearless, never be afraid." If you are afraid, then please read the first line again. Yes, the Satta Guru is protecting you, don't worry. He whom the Lord is protecting, nothing can harm. But don't misunderstand this. That does not mean that nothing will happen to you. It means that even if something happens to you—let's say I break my leg—and then I read this, I might say, "Holī Gurujī, what is this? You say, 'He whom the Lord is protecting, nothing can harm.' What are you writing here?" Then Holī Gurujī would say, "My dear, you must understand, you broke the leg, but maybe you could have lost your life." If the Satguru, if God were not protecting you... So always think, it could be much, much worse. What can happen to you? Even if something very difficult happens, you will always be surrounded by a radiance of light and protection. This means you will be strong enough to overcome these things. So whom the Lord is protecting, nothing can harm. And he who surrendered to the Lord always lives happily. This is also something really wonderful, and it belongs, I think many things I say today belong to the Anāhata Cakra. To surrender is a devotion. If we have something really very difficult and we are not able to solve it, then we just give it over, we hand it over to the Lord. Then we have faith and we pray that He will take care of it. He who repeats the name of the Satguru easily crosses the ocean of the world. "Easily" is perhaps poetic, but it is said, and Swāmījī also said yesterday that in Kali Yuga, only when you repeat the name of the Lord can you cross the ocean of ignorance, of mortality. So to repeat the name of God, the mantra in any form, is a secure way to reach your goal. Whenever difficulties are there, wherever problems are there, repeat again and again the name of the Lord, whatever this Lord is for you: Rāma, Kṛṣṇa, Jesus, Buddha, or if you have a Guru mantra, then repeat the Guru mantra. Try to repeat the name of the Lord. And who repeats the name of the Satguru, he will get final liberation and unite with the Lord. Finally, it doesn't mean that if you are now making 1,008 mantras and mālās per day, you get liberation immediately. It can be this life or another life, but for sure, one time it will be. And he will not come anymore in this world, nor will he assume birth. This is the immortal message. Understand that this is the truth, says Holī Gurujī. Ever repeat the name of the merciful Śrī Dīp of the Lord, and Holī Gurujī is full of divine joy and going on the path of the truth. Nirbhaye raho, nisham abhimat darna. Tumba nirbhaye raho, nisham abhimat darna. Jisti rakshakar to kisi se nai marna. Saddha rahe ahanaya guru sharaṇa. Saddha rahya nusharna, teri sattva gurura. Māyā Chintāmaṇi Karna, Chintāmaṇi Tāraṇa, Nirbha Niśāntadhāraṇā, Nirbha Niśāntānjo Sumare, Sattva Gurunām Sejā Bhavataraṇā, Sejā Bhavataraṇā. So, I wanted actually to give you an exercise from every cakra, but the masters told me differently. I want especially to speak about the Anāhata Cakra; I told you already. You know, we have really hundreds and thousands of āsanas in yoga and daily life. One of our main āsanas is Kaṭupranām. In this book, Swāmījī mentions it as an āsana, actually only Kaṭhūpraṇām. So, maybe for those who do not know what Kathupranam is, I want one person to just make one round of Kathupranam for all those who don't know. Can I request one very brave, fearless person? Mangalmanījī? Just one small round. Thank you for fearlessness. Thank you very much. This is one of the most powerful exercises, a series of āsanas. It will activate all cakras of your whole phenomenon. It will increase the flow of energy, reduce all negativities, and all prāṇas will flow in a perfect way through this exercise. It is a combination of many very powerful āsanas, and it is already given in the first level of Yoga in Daily Life. Try to make this exercise every day. If you make five rounds, it is absolutely perfect. Another very important cakra is the Maṇipūra Cakra. Again, I come to fear and anxiousness and also a little lack of self-confidence. If we activate the Maṇipūra Cakra, which is the element of fire, we can burn all our negative qualities inside. I love very much all meditations which are in combination with the Maṇipūra Cakra. One of them is that you are sitting, you imagine a fireplace, and you are sitting beside the fireplace—only in imagination, please. Then you imagine what you want to put inside. Let's say, in your daily ritual of psycho-hygiene, when you are making the svādhyāya, "How was my life going on?" and you find that today it was quite a tough thing, with so many reactions and emotions from your side which brought you out of balance. Then you can make a short meditation. Just imagine a fire in front of you, but don't make the fire, just imagine it. Then you mentally throw this negativity, what was your emotion today, inside. Imagine that you have some wood beside you, and you put one fear inside, or if you have been hurt, you put it inside. You see several of your negative emotions, which are pulling you down, and you put them inside and observe them. You see how the fire is going down until nothing remains, just white ashes. White is nothingness. That is gone. It is over. That's a very good, short meditation. You can make it just in five minutes. One perfect and very short exercise for all cakras is singing, which I will tell. You want to hear? It's short and sweet and powerful, and you know it all, but you don't know that you know it. That is a thing. Swāmījī so many times says that: at the beginning of creation, what was at the beginning of creation? Dear friends, yes, Sūrya and so many sun systems and so on. Oṁ means Oṁ is the sound of the creation. It contains everything: the past, present, and future. It contains the creator, the creation, everything. Brahmā, Śiva, Viṣṇu—it is God Himself in the form of sound. That's why by chanting Oṁ, you get—without knowing anything about Oṁ—you can do this with a person who has no idea about yoga. She will immediately feel this very divine sound. It is an Urklang. It is ancient, the ancient sound of the beginning of creation. It is the sound of the creation and the creator Himself. Because it is the sound of the creator, it is in each and every atom. It is Oṁ. Just as the ātmā is in each and every living entity, Oṁ is in each and every atom. That means if you go inside of the Oṁ, you are immediately connected with the creator Himself. That's why Oṁ singing is so powerful. Oṁ singing is used at the beginning and at the end of all mantras. So just for a few minutes, sometime, close your eyes. Try to sit very straight. Breathe deep in and out, and try just to relax. Leave all things behind you, all your wishes, your thinking. Just relax. Feel your body and relax your body. Just relax. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale and relax. Just relax. Bring now your awareness to your eyeball center. Again, breathe in and out. Feel now your navel. Deep inhale and chant Oṁ together with me, and feel how the vibration of Oṁ is going through all your phenomena, to all your cakras, to the higher cakras, and just going out into the whole universe. Inhale. Feel the resonance of Oṁ inside of you. Feel the deep peace and happiness inside of you. Inhale and exhale two times, and then fold your hands and rub them together. Put them on your face. Bow down, and come up again, and open your eyes. Āryum. As you saw, this practice, this Oṁ chanting, took us only a few minutes, and each and everyone who was practicing with us now feels the difference, not only inside but also in our environment. That's why, how we are also... our environment is in fact affected. Affected means, the more peaceful and gentle we are, the easier is our life and also the life of others. So, for instance, you can really make time during the day, in the middle of your day. When you have time at lunchtime or something, take a break and go somewhere where you are alone. Just for a few minutes, chant Oṁ. Or also after your work, you can make one mālā with Oṁ. Anytime, you can be really creative in this. Try, or you walk while singing Oṁ. You will be astonished at the effects you will have. Now, at this end, I want to tell you something about the Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna practice, which Swāmījī gives us in special seminars, in Strelke and also in other places. This is a technique you have to practice. You should already have practiced Yoga in Daily Life for several years, have a mantra, and be practicing the mantra for at least two years. Then he gives a very specific technique which starts from morning, six o'clock, till afternoon, five o'clock approximately, with eight hours of practicing. In between, there is a lecture, and in the evening there is satsaṅg. When I was first time in a Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna, I had already many years of yoga practice behind me, but I had never had the opportunity to go to a Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna. Only after many years did I have the chance to go to a seminar. You know, when you have such long years of practice, of course you have your own experiences. My highest experience was always near holy persons, and I was blessed that I could have such experiences. Many times it was near Swāmījī. It was not directly connected, but it was always near Swāmījī. One of my very beautiful experiences I had with two different kinds of Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna. One was in Strelka, and I had also the opportunity at this time to speak about mantras. In the next week, I was following the program myself. You know, it is a very serious program. It is like a purification and an elevation for the whole year. It is like the nourishment, the spiritual nectar, which will nourish you for the whole year. Everybody knows this, whoever practices. If you make it, you should really take the time for one year. You should prepare yourself also in two or three years to be able to go to this Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna. As I told you, I have already done much practice. I saw many things. I saw Viśvāmījī, many masters. And I had certain experiences also. But this Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna, that was maybe eight years ago, I will never forget, because I understood that the technique given there, when you really follow the techniques which are given, you can reach samādhi. It is just the truth, what I tell you. Gurujī says, always at the end of his bhajans, "Once I am telling you the truth, so I can tell you, if you follow the practice of Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna, you have the possibility to get samādhi, liberation." I said you have the possibility; I didn't say you get it. It's up to the divine blessing. But one time in this Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna, I was not prepared. Really, how can you be prepared? God can enter in every moment to you, every moment. We have just to be ready for it. And it happened that I had such a complete high experience that I was completely united with the light. It was a wonderful, wonderful experience. I know it was not this part of the Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna which led me there, but it was the summary of the days and the summaries of all exercises which I was following. Of course, till now, this didn't remain forever with me. But some things you never forget. That's why I say this practicing and this technique, they are just given by God. Really, you can believe me this. It is not because I'm a disciple of Swāmījī that I tell you this. It's just between the four eyes; I tell you this. That is really something you will never, ever find somewhere else. And that is the security we also have. You know, we have the security that there is a Guru Paramparā. This master lineage is connected directly to Lord Śiva. And He is the one who protects us. He is the one who guides us through the form of a master, yes. But He is protecting us, and He is leading us, and He gives us opportunity. If we search, we will find, definitely. And then there is nothing else than light, and that is beautiful. And then you change, and you can give and give light and love to others. Another, just smaller experience than this one: you know that I am, since Holī Gurujī's departure eight years ago, going to the Himalayas. For the last three years I have been in a certain place. Because I don't have, due to my work here in the hospital, in the Śrī Svāmī Madhavānanda Austria Hospital, I am not anymore able to join the seminars in Europe, especially the Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna. So, with the permission of Swāmījī, I made it in a certain place in Badrināth. I made it, and it was quite tough because I made it mostly in nature. Concentration is not so easy for eight or nine hours, and I was completely unhappy with myself, actually, because I was not satisfied. It took everything so long, because there is no teacher in front of you telling you, "And now it's home," and, "Now it's finished," and, "Now you have to do this." You have to lead yourself, so it took me not eight hours, but ten hours minimum. I was not happy, not very, because I was also not so concentrated, so I was actually not really satisfied with my practicing, but I practiced anyhow. At the end of this week, when I left the place, it was very interesting. You have to make this without any expectation. This is also very important. You should never have any expectation. Just go and just do. So I made this without expectation, and when I left the place, then I suddenly realized that the mantra was just running inside of me. You know, the mantra japa. It was running, just running. And I kept this for quite a long time after this. This is a mantra japa which is without any force; it's just running. It was a beautiful thing. Wherever I went, it was just running, like background music. It was a wonderful experience. At the moment, this background music is not so active, because I'm too much active in the hospital, dealing with doctors and with people and Ayurveda and physiotherapy and so on. It means I am much involved in worldly things. But this was the effect and is the effect of the Kṛyā Anuṣṭhāna. So for one, it will be this; for another, it will be something else. I also realized one thing: when you make such intensive practices, the effect is coming later on. It's not immediate. Don't expect this, but changes are taking place. I want to finish my talk by telling you one beautiful thing. If you make one step towards God, like, for instance, a kind of serious practice, He will come a thousand steps towards you, and you will get a gift. You will get a gift. Which kind of gift? It is His decision. But you get a beautiful gift, and that is something wonderful. So the spiritual path is something wonderful, and I hope I could give you a little practice, a little inspiration. We would take another hundred years to go through this book, but it was a pleasure for me to speak. Thank you very much for your listening. I wish you all the best on your spiritual path. Svarānandī Gurudeva Kī Jai Om.
